Paradise Cappadocia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to the centre and the Open Air Museum. Everything in walking distance. The terraces offer many seating areas and also a first class view of the hot air balloons at sunrise. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful with arranging tours and restaurant reservations. We can highly recommend this hotel

Perfect walkable location to the top of hoodoos, restaurants, all the different little shops . Friendly staff at hotel, so beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the many different areas to sit & relax on rooftop with the perfect views & the beautiful relaxing music on site! Our upgraded suite was perfect & really big, a sitting area to relax in with little fridge. The breakfast was so amazing & so many choices. The only bad thing was the headboard over our bed stank as its so old but beautiful. I think just washing it would remove old mold smell! Love the cats & the beautiful dog! Keep up the great inviting vibes you have at this special place!

Kapadokya tatilimiz boyunca burada konakladık ve gerçekten inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Otel hem dekorasyonuyla hem de çalışanlarının tatlılığıyla kendine hayran bıraktı. Odalar oldukça geniş, tertemiz ve çok konforluydu. En küçük detaylar bile düşünülmüştü hatta lif bile vardı öyle söyliyeyim. Sabah erken saatlerde balonlari izlemek için terasa çıktığımızda çalışanlardan biri (ismini maalesef bilmiyoruz) herkese kahve ikram etti. Bu küçük ama çok tatlı jest bizi gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Artı olarak girişte bize Kapadokya hakkında bilgi verilmesi, gezilecek yerler konusunda yönlendirme yapılması ve sonrasında WhatsApp üzerinden iyi restoran önerilerinin gönderilmesi sayesinde gittiğimiz her yerden ve restorandan mutlu ayrıldık. Ayrıca otelin konumu da çok iyiydi çarşıya sadece 2 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde, Kapadokya’da adı sıkça geçen restoranlara da aynı şekilde yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gerek otel, gerekse çalışanlarla olan deneyimimizden çok memnun kaldık. Gönülden tavsiye ediyoruz. Her şey için tekrar çok teşekkürler. Sağlıcakla kalın ve turşuya çok iyi bakın!

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The host and owner were amazing—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They even upgraded my room free of charge, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The rooms themselves were beautiful and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff was consistently friendly, and any time I had a question, responses over WhatsApp were quick and helpful. They even went above and beyond to help plan my activities so that I could make the most of my time in the area. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. On top of all that, the location was incredibly convenient, surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay in Goreme. The hotel was well situated close to lots of restaurants and some of the sites. The owner and the staff were very nice and attentive. The upstairs terrace was very enjoyable and has a great view. The only downside was the shower which would benefit from an update.

Hotel was fantastic. Great position for restaurants, shops and bars. Staff were more than happy to help with all our needs. Breakfast was lovely on the roof terrace where we watched the balloons early in the morning. Rooms, were traditional and clean and comfortable. All in all a fabulous place

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff. The cave room was spacious, spotless, and made for a truly luxurious two-night experience. Above all, I’m grateful for the exceptional support from the staff. When my arrival in Cappadocia was disrupted due to weather—resulting in landing at a different airport—the hotel responded quickly and handled everything smoothly. In every other aspect as well, their willingness to assist at any time was truly appreciated. Throughout my stay, every staff member was friendly and welcoming, which made my time here even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also delicious. It is served from 8:30 a.m., so it’s worth keeping in mind when planning tours. That said, I was able to enjoy breakfast after my hot air balloon tour, which returned around 7:30 a.m. If I return to Cappadocia, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you very much!

This hotel was truly magical. I would highly recommend me & my wife felt so cared for by the staff as they waited for us as we arrived so very early in the morning. The views were stunning the hotel was clean & very well taken care of. It just got a little cold during our stay in the winter time, however our staff provided heaters for us that helped! Also the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend staying and would stay here again!

The hotel was one of the most beautiful I’ve been in. The staff are incredibly helpful. Parking is tough, but that can’t be helped on Cappadocia and the staff helped as best they could. I would live there if I could

Beds comfortable and room clean. Bathroom was not good. Shower not working well and need repair . Breakfast very basic good coffee and tea . Beautiful terrace and view of town . Employees nice and friendly Daoud and Haroun. They need to fix the shower head , add cups and water to the room , improve a little bit the breakfast choices

We had an amazing stay at Paradise Cappadocia! We loved the rooftop patio and would go there every night for sunset. It was hands down our favourite spot Goreme. The staff are very friendly too :) 10/10

You don’t pay much for this hotel—but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. While we’re not usually ones to complain, our experience was poor enough that we felt the need to warn future guests. Upon arrival, we were checked into an upgraded room, only to be told shortly after to repack and move back to our original room, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. Outside the entrance, a shy yet aggressive dog was constantly present, which made coming and going uncomfortable. Noise was a major issue—loud jazz music played until 11 PM, and the barking dog added to the disturbance. This was especially frustrating since many guests aim to wake early for hot air balloon rides. Despite asking twice, the staff failed to address it adequately. The rooms were hot, small, and dirty. With no working AC, we had to leave the door open—unfortunate, since our room was beside the housekeeping area. Privacy was poor, the bedding uncomfortable, and the blanket didn’t even cover the bed. The bathroom was unclean and impractical, with a suspicious jar on the floor that resembled urine and a shower curtain that repeatedly fell. Staff were clumsy and unprofessional, and we witnessed the host confront a guest about a negative review—an uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction. Overall, the stay was unpleasant and not restful. We’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Our stay at the Paradise Cappadocia was great. We booked the fairy chimney room and we absolutely loved it. The hospitality was top notch and the breakfast provided was great too. Dekorasyon çok kaliteli ve zevkliydi. 2 ayrı oda tuttuk ikiside ayrı ayrı güzeldi. Kahvaltısı orada sıcak yapılıyor ve açık büfe şeklinde. Çok lezzetliydi. Ne desek yardımcı oldular. Akşamları Çay kahve içtik ücret almadılar. Ateş çukuru istedik hemen yaktılar. Başka otelede gittik ama burası gibi değil. Gerçekten güleryüzlü çalışanlarınız ve hizmet anlayışınız için teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha gelirsek yine kalacağız

Oranın en eski otellerinden ama balonları sabah izlemek için en iyi lokasyona sahip otel. Merkezin içinde her yere yakın. Otel temizdir. Çok fazla lüks ve konfor aramıyorsanız mutlaka gidebileceğiniz bir oteldir.

Karşılama biraz tuhaf oldu ben koca sırt çantasıyla atakta beklerken onlar oturuyordu buyur otur diyip yer vermediler.Bunun dışında oda tertemiz personel güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili.Odalar belliki özenle hazırlanmış yaptıkları işi severek yapıyorlar.Terasın manzarası harika ulaşım kolay hem her şeyin merkezinde hem de 1 sokak arkada olmakla gürültüden uzak ve huzurlu.Banyoda şampuan şaç kremi mi yoksa duş jeli mi vardı emin degilim ustlerinde yazmıyor her durumda ya duş jeli yada saç kremi eksik.Banyo dolapları çok şık olmakla birlikte çocuklar için çok yüksek bence çocuklu aileler için banyoya çocuk basamağı bırakılabilir.Nisanda daha uzun ziyaretimiz olacak başka otel aramayacağız yerimizi bulduk

Our stay at the Paradise Cappadocia Hotel was amazing and surpassed our expectations. We felt very welcome and well taken care of by all of their hospitality staff. We came to Cappadocia with a very rough itinerary however, Umut (the hotel owner) helped us put together a magnificent one for our 3 day stay. We got to see the most important and beautiful parts of the city, and he made sure we were enjoying every bit of it. All his restaurant, gift shop and pottery workshops recommendations were spot on! All thanks to him we were able to attend a sunrise hot balloon ride for a very well off price and it was the most amazing experience ever! Yılbaşı tatilimiz için tercih ettiğimiz bu otel, beklentilerimizin ötesine geçti! Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardımsever tavırları, kendimizi evimizde hissetmemizi sağladı. Her talebimize oldukça çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar. Otelin konumu ise gerçekten mükemmel; Göreme Açık Hava Müzesi’ne, çarşıya ve otogara sadece 5-10 dk mesafede. Odalar biraz küçük olsa da zarif tasarımı ve fonksiyonelliği ile her ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle harika bir deneyimdi. Kapadokya’yı keşfetmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim! Otelin balkonundan balonları izlemek ayrıca keyifli idi!

Umat was very friendly, helpful and kind. Didn't push for anything but made sure we had good options for the activities we wanted to do and very good recommendations on restaurants nearby. Fairy chimney room was awesome. Little tight on space but has all modern amenities inside while preserving the ancient feeling. Thanks Umat for everything, you made our trip a great experience. We will definitely meet again.

Gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Otel sahibi çok ilgiliydi ve çok nazikti. Otel temiz ve sıcaktı. Çok samimi ve güzel bir ortamdı. Giriş saati14 olmasına rağmen erken geldiğimiz halde giriş yapmamıza izin verdiler ve çok kibarlardı. Gezeceğimiz yerler konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Açık büfesi de gayet iyiydi.

Very nice place, owner was very nice and helpful, even offered us tea for free. Fire alarm flash light in the living room is a bit distracting at night , other than that excellent all around.

Standart odada kaldik. Konum cok iyi restaurantlara, Goreme acik hava muzesine yurume mesafesinde. Odanin temizligi guzeldi. Odamiz kucuktu ama standart odaydi zaten fotograflardaki gibiydi. Isitma yetersizdi ama battaniye istedigimizde hemen yardimci oldular ve üşümedik. Acik bufe kahvaltisi bizim icin guzel ve yeterliydi, cok et urunu yoktu ama biz tercih etmedigimiz icin bizim icin sorun olmadi. Terasta ates yakilmasi keyifliydi aksam otururken ve sabah balon izlerken isinma sorunumuz olmadi. Genel olarak memnun kaldik.

Otelin konumu Göreme otogara çok yakın ve yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otelin terası balonları izlemek için çok güzel bir konumdaydı. Otel kahvaltısı hem çok lezzetli hem de çok çeşitliydi. Otel çalışanı İsmail bey bizimle çok ilgilendi, bölgede yapabileceğimiz turlar ve mekanlar ile ilgili çok açıklayıcı bilgiler verdi. Otel girişimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen sabah erken saatte oda müsaitliğimiz olduğu için otele erken giriş yapabildik. Çok memnun kaldık, tavsiye ediyoruz. İsmail beye de çok teşekkür ederiz…

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is when doing the daily cleaning to run a dust mop over the floor. Being like a cave, little bits fall on the floor that could be easily swept up with dust mop. The employees were all friendly and gave good recommendations and set us up on a great tour!

Very nice atmosphere, good location, nice sized rooms, nice breakfast and friendly hosts. The only recommendation is a small bin in the bedroom (outside of the bathroom).

Our stay at Paradise Cappadocia was perfect. The room was well taken care of, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is varied a with plenty of tasty options. We loved hanging out on the roof terrace where we enjoyed having drinks in front of the fire place. The owner and his staff are very kind and friendly, always available for giving recommendations. We’ll always have a good memory of this place.

There are tea/coffee making appliances available but being able to make a meal would be handy given the very early starts. Overall an amazing hotel with great staff. Highly recommended.

The most perfect place to explore Gerome and Cappadocia from . The cave room was super spacious , super clean and above all , the reception team ( Noah ) was very helpful and kind . We were able to book a tour with them and overall the hotel team was beyond helpful .

Service was amazing! Thanks to Noah particularly, he's been really helpful. All the team was present and pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We were with our baby and we felt welcome. Unfortunately there's no AC and no fridge in the room. It was really hot and humid. I would definitely return to this place. Thanks!

The location is convenient and the staff are friendly. I was bothered by the smell of sewage from the shower room. The smell disappears every time cleaning is done, so perhaps there was something wrong with the facilities.

Great location and service was good but we didn’t stay for the full time we booked as we couldn’t sleep as the room was an oven. Temperatures were higher than normal, room didn’t have aircon so it was so hot. They provided a fan but all it did was blow hot air around. We slept with the door wide open and the window open but it was still incredibly hot. So if you are not used to very hot room temperatures, stay somewhere else. They did offer upgrade us but we didn’t feel a different room was going to be better.

Staff & property's location & features made our stay a pleasant & memorable one. Perhaps one area of improvement to be considered is the starting time of breakfast be earlier, let's say 7.30 instead of 8.30. The ending time can be brought forward to be fair to staff's work load & the hotel owners' cost. Earlier start also means that travellers can move on to their day's plan in cooler weather as the heat increases as the day progress.

5 stars. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Kahvaltıda çeşitler yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Otel odamızdan çıkmadan bile balonları izleyebileceğimiz harika bir manzaramız vardı. Fiyat performans açısından tatmin edici bir konaklamaydı.

위치 상 식당, 마켓, 택시 정류장 등 돌아다니기에 좋습니다. 벌룬 투어 픽업 장소로도 좋습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 밝은 모습이 좋았습니다. 다만 낮에는 더웠고 냉장고, 에어컨이 없어 조금 불편 했습니다. 콘센트 위치가 애매하니 멀티탭 필수 입니다. 없으면 근처 TRUK cell 매장에서 구입 가능 합니다. 가족 여행으로 오기엔 비추천 이나 혼자 여행은 추천 합니다.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel et la première chose que l'on peut dire, est que cela était parfait !!! La chambre, l'extérieur, le cadre, le quartier, le petit déjeuner l'équipe... Au top !!! Les photos ne sont pas du tout trompeuses, aucun vis cachée !! Mention spéciale pour Maureen ! C'est la directrice de l'hôtel. C'est une belle personne, sincère, humaine et professionnelle !! Vous pouvez lui faire confiance, elle vous aidera si besoin, vous donnera les meilleurs conseils et idées d'expériences à faire. Elle parle français, anglais et turc. En toute sincérité, je pourrais faire beaucoup d'éloge sur l'hôtel et tout ce qui l'entoure. Vous pouvez réserver sans aucune inquiétude, vous ne serez pas déçu. La seule chose qui risque de vous arriver c'est d'être triste en partant. Nous avons été dans une belle bulle pendant 4 jours. Merci à toute l'équipe !!! Laura et Martial

We had the best time here!! All the staffs are very cheerful and helpful, clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast, amazing terrace view, walking distance to everywhere.. We would definitely stay here again for sure;) ギョレメの中心地から歩いてすぐ。レストランやお土産屋さん、酒屋さんもすぐ近くにあります。ギョレメ野外博物館も歩いていけました。 裏手にあるので夜に街の喧騒がうるさいということもありません。 スタッフはとても優しく、洞窟のお部屋も広くて綺麗でした。 9月で夜は寒かったのですが、スタッフに伝えると追加でヒーターを持ってきてくれたり、部屋のセントラルヒーティングをつけてくれたりして、十分暖かく過ごせました。 テラスから毎朝眺める気球が飛ぶ空は、言葉にならないほど美しく、朝ごはんもシンプルですがとても美味しかったです。 またここに泊まりたいです。

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Lovely terrace where you can watch the balloons. Staff are very welcoming. We will stop here again

Great little hotel. Received a very warm welcome. We left our car on the main road & walked up to the hotel & were directed to where we could park almost opposite the hotel entrance. Hotel room was comfortable, although our room would of benefited from blackout curtains. Buffet breakfast was good. The terrace was great, you could watch the balloons from it

The loveliest place and felt most like a home then anything! Maureen was amazinggg! They had lovely staff and all worked so well to make us feel welcomed! Maureen helped us with all our questions and gave us so many recommendations! Definitely book with them!!
