Shelton Airport Hotel

Convenient proximity to the airport. Wonderful staff.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I'll always come back.

No negative things

Nada!

It was not hotel at all, it was just a small apartment , guesthouse, that you can use for sleeping and you should not expect any facilities you normally have in hotels. The breakfast was not served.

It was somehow close to the airport and is suitable for a single person not a family. Its cost is reasonable and it is good only for a night not more because there is nothing close to you like a supermarket.

Very friendly staff, open to help with late chack in or any other issue. Excellent place!

All good

Non

Staff are great, they do their best to make your stay good

Nothing to dislike, it is a small hotel nearby the airport, everything that you need it's there. Nothing really to dislike

Comfort

I didn't work as a doorman

Azeem was very friendly and helpful with the bags. I enjoyed the cleanliness and simplicity of the check in.

nothing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It was close the the airport, nice staff, comfortable bed.

Street noise, but it is common for an airport hotel.

The bed

Very friendly, helpful staff.

Bathroom was mess. Shower door wouldn't close, shower wouldn't drain. Water noise in hallway was loud.

Excellent location and rooms. The receptionist was young, I don't remember his name. Great service.

Good price

Not clean

Communication from the beginning of the reservation, good information about how to get to the hotel was shared, the hotel is situated in a town you can experience a bit of the real Turkish live if you walk around.

Nothing to complain, you get what you are paying, I pay 2 nights due to the circumstances on my flight connection but was a perfect place to stay for your layover.

Excelente

Schneller check in

Am Bett sind die Füße kaputt gegangen. Wurde aber schnell Reparatur angeboten

we dont take breakfast because our flight is early morning

locatian near to ariport

Great place for one night stay close to the airport.

Super, nice & easy stay. Personnel & manager at your service for whatever needed.

Cama boa! Chuveiro de água gostosa…

O trinco da porta corrediça estava pendurado no último pouco dum parafuso fraco….

A very easy place to reach from the airport, it has everything you need for a quick comfy sleep. It has a restaurant and there are loads of options nearby. Comfy beds and clean rooms.

Łóżka były pościelone brudnymi i podziurawionymi pościelami.

Location, value, people, additional services like pickup/drop off are excellent (competitive prices)!

Their AC was not functional! Even we had the windows open. The temperature was high and open window resulted in lot of road noise.

The property is conveniently located near Istanbul Airport and can be easily reached by regular public buses, making travel to and from the airport convenient. Additionally, the surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and supermarkets within close proximity to the hotel, providing guests with convenient dining and shopping options.

The hotel rate at the time of my stay was normally 988 Lira. However, during the payment process, the staff member entered 1000 Lira on the POS machine without asking for my confirmation. I fully understand that the difference of 12 Lira is very small, but I believe it should be up to the guest to decide whether or not to leave a tip. I would kindly suggest that the staff confirm the payment amount with guests before entering it on the machine.

El trato del personal muy agradable.

Locations

Too basic and the roof of the room is scary

The place is very pleasant, perfectly clean, cosy and warm inside the rooms. It is about 15 minutes from the Istanbul airport by taxi. Arround you can find restaurants and supermarkets.

What is called restaurant is just a space near the reception. It is cold, the TV is not working. They order food by outside and you have to wait long.
