Transfer from and to the airport with an affordable price. Room was comfortable

I chose this hotel, because I had a disruption in Turkish airlines flight, having to overnight at Istambul. I asked several times the hotel, for the receipt from the transfer so I could make a claim to Turkish airlines. The hotel never provided me. They just ignored my requests.

Korzystna lokalizacja - 15 minut od lotniska. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Wygodne łóżka. W pokoju do dyspozycji gości czajnik, kawa i herbata oraz jednorazowe kapcie.

Dyspensery do szamponu i żelu pod prysznic były puste.

I had reserved a cab two days before my arrival, no taxi was ready upon my arrival and I waited 40 minutes till the staff find me a taxi at 2:00 a.m The same happened for the next day at 7:30, I had reminded them that I need a taxi at 7:30 to the receptionist, no cab was ready at 7:30 and they offered me to get me a cab for 50€, I found an Uber right away for 12 euros

The other room beside me were making a lot of noise, besides the only service I requested for the taxi reservation was not provided and I paid extra expensive for the one which arrived 40 minutes later

Near to restaurant and airport

Didn’t have Iron,the hotel has been neglected and had to go ask for toilet paper and water .A/C remote was missing then I had to ask twice to get one and after getting one the A/C only blowed normal air instead cold .

номер семейный у нас был на 4 этаже( шум от самолетов пролетающих очень громкий), шумоизоляция в номере отсутствует. Самолеты пролетают каждую минуту прямо над отелем. Также столкнулись с проблемой трансфера заказанного на 4 утра. Машины и водителя в указанное время на месте не оказалось, сотрудник ресепшн пытался дозваниваться (до водителя?), по итогу водитель приехал в 4-20 утра, нервы потрепала эта ситуация знатно, пользоваться этой услугой в отеле я бы не рекомендовала. В целом, повторюсь, отель по соотношению цена-качество вполне нормальный

The staff were very helpful.

The room didn't have toilet paper. The duvet of both beds had yellow pee stains. There was no iron in the whole hotel. The trash bins in the room weren't emptied before we came in. The floor in the room was super dusty and dirty.

The female on the reception on the morning I checked out was extra helpful and pleasant. She assisted me to book a bitaksi to the airport. I was grateful that I could checkin at 1.30am.

I was on the 4th floor and the airplane noise was very loud during the night. I felt like the planes were going to land on the roof of the hotel. I booked transport from the airport to the hotel. This was not a very good experience. I contacted the driver as soon as I got into the terminal. I then contacted them again several times updating that I was at the designated meeting spot. It took a while for me to receive information about where I should meet the driver. I had a 25-minute wait ( 12.20am until 12.45am), once I reached the pickup point, for the driver to arrive. That wouldn't have been so bad, but then I had to wait in the back of the van for another 20 minutes( 12.45am to 1.05am), for 4 more people to arrive. No explanation was given to me about this delay at the time. We did not arrive at the hotel until nearly 1.30am. At a cost of 25 euros, I was not happy with this service. I would not stay at your hotel again and I would definitely not use the transport service.

Бронировали два номера. Один номер предоставили без уборки, без постельного белья, без полотенец, только после того как все попросили, предоставили. Полотенце так и не дали. Номер грязный, убитый. Второй номер был с минимальной уборкой, из постельного белья не было пододеяльника

Номер прокуренный, волосы на постели, на полотенцах, на полу. Кондиционер плохо охлаждает.

Администратор отеля до заезда не сообщил о том что у них нет воды и мы с семьей после перелета заселились в номер, в котором не было воды и невозможно было сходить в туалет, потому что не было воды чтобы смыть за собой унитаз, нельзя было помыть руки, лицо, почистить зубы и принять душ. Отношение к гостям очень плохое. Сотрудники отеля даже не подумали уведомить гостей о том что в отеле нет воды. Если бы мне написали об этом, я бы точно нашла нормальный отель с водой и с удобствами, где я со своей семьей и детьми могу спокойно помыться и отдохнуть. Стоял жуткий запах канализации, за окном шумная стройка, поспать спокойно не удалось

Because we had a nightflight i booked 1 night in this hotel to rest from 17 tot 23:30 hours after which i would go the airport. İt was a verrryyyyy warm day and i noticed immediately that the airco in our room (4th floor) did not cool the space. İ called immediatly and told wat was happening and asked for another room. We got a room at the second floor...guess what, the airco of that room did not work either. If i had to overnight i couldn't and would have gone to another hotel because of the heat. Stayed a few hours and left. Told the staff that the airco was not working at check-out. Staff member looked at the computer and said that it was known that the airco was broken. ??₺#&#_@_ Other than that the bathroom looked very bad with rust on the showerhead. I know it is a budget hotel, but if you say you have airco then it should work too right?! İ cannot recommend this hotel, specially noy if the weather is hot

The staff was very nice and the location of the hotel was good close to the airport.

The bathroom was dirty and had water on the floor. The shower didnt look as neat as in the picture. The room smelled like cigarettes. There were no towels in the room.

Автобусная остановка экспресса в аэропорт в 2х минутах ходьбы. До аэропорта ехать 15 минут, но обратить внимание на рассмотрение, автобус не очень часто ходит, и может прийти раньше.

Номера прокурены, по этой причине пришлось открыть окна. Из-за открытых окон очень шумно от садящихся самолётов (каждые 2-5 минут, в том числе и ночью). Поэтому практически не спали.

I was happy it is close to the airport, but the dropp off and pick up to and from airport was expensive anyways!

Staff very rude and inpatient! Airplane sounds all over heard inside. AC and ventilator was so bad, one person took shower, the smell of moisture and humidity and everything stuck in room for hours. Location so scary for a person doesn’t know the neighborhood.

Apenas um funcionário na recepção, dificuldade para obter informações. O quarto possuía uma varanda, cuja porta estava vedada.

انا وصلت الفندق الساعه 12 ليلا واخذته للنوم فقط ومواصله السفر اليوم صباح اليوم الثاني واخذته لقربه من المطار فقط حيث يبعد 15 دقيقه عنه

المكيف يشتغل 10 دقايق ويطفي وتحتاج كل شوي تشغله وانا جيت للنوم فكان هذا الشي مزعج البطانيه اللي في الخزانه كلها غبار اذا طفى المكيف ازعجك صوت الطائرات لايوجد موقف خاص وقف في الشارع اللي امامه

I love the location of this hotel, that’s exactly what you need in your business trip. A lot of local restaurants around and 5 km to the airport.

Inexpensive hotel with no restaurant. Fortunately it's near a street with a number of good places to eat including a bakery where you can get coffee and rolls for about $1 a person. No a/c in the lobby and the staff smoke so you might smell cigarette smoke in the hallways.

No a/c in the lobby will make it quite warm in the summers. A/c in the room worked OK not great. No restaurant.

Location was good. Near to airport

Windows have to be changed. I could hear every car, motorbike from the street. The worst was the plane, which could land every moment in my room. I didn't sleep at all because of the noise. The rest was acceptable

اقامة جميلة جدا مع مساحات واسعة من الاشجار والعاب اطفال كثيرة وطعام ممتاز خصوصا وجبة العشاء 😊 وايضا وجود افضل انواع الايس كريم 😊

How close it was to the airport

It was a little grubby, not as clean as it shud have been, not updated, needs some help.

The beds were comfy but unfortunately the property has poor sound insulation and due to the property being on the flight path of planes landing at IST airport comfy beds were not enough. My sleep was interrupted with the constant noise of planes landing every 10-15 minutes.

Due to it's location and really poor sound insulation I would not recommend. Also there was no soap/handwash in the bathroom. When this was reported to reception we were told it will be provided. We stayed for 2 nights, the handwash never turned up. Luckily we had our own soap, but basic amenities were lacking, need I say more.

MOUSE IN THE ROOM! I stayed only for one night. At first glance, everything in the room was fine; However, when I woke up in the morning I saw a mouse...very nice beginning of the day. The whole night I heard some strange noise (like something is scratching) and I found a reason of this noise. Just for info, there was no sign of mice when I checked in. And I am sure,I did not bring any animals with me. As well, the service at the front desk was absolutely terrible. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait about 10–15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. And it happened again when I discovered that there were no towels in the room and went back to the front desk...he simply was not showing up for 15 min. When I asked him for a towel—since there weren’t any in the room—he said he would bring one. In the end, he didn’t. I also asked him to wake me up at a specific time in the morning, but he failed to do so. Plus, the hotel is very noisy—you can hear everything from the corridor, the street, or your neighbors. It’s awful. Oh,yeah,and when I told this person at the front desk about the mouse,he did not seem surprised and just started to text something on his phone... "Very nice stay"...

Номер полностью соответствует фотографиям. Запаха сигарет в номере нет. Шикарный персонал. Позвонили в номер сообщить, что освободилось парковочное место, чтобы мы удобнее припарковали свою машину. За свои деньги на одну ночь - превосходный вариант.

Санузел просит обновления. Уставшая тумбочка и присутствует запах канализации.

Расположение, пядом с аэропортом, что очень удобно. Особенно понравилась встреча на ресепшене, внимание и доброжелательность сотрудника полностью сгладили негативный ночной перелет! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство! Обязательно посоветую ваш отель друзьям и знакомым.

Es un hotel muy bonito con personal muy amable; cómodo para hacer escalas cerca al aeropuerto

Teníamos desayuno incluido, donde uno espera ir a una sala de desayuno, pero nos dijeron que lo llevaban a habitación y nos llevaron sándwiches

This property is not near the airport at all, on bookings.com it says the taxi is €25 when we arrived they man at the front desk tried to charge us more. We arrived at 11:50pm and had to wait about 15 min for our room to be ready. The room didn’t feel clean and smelt like cigarettes. Would not book again.

J' ai beaucoup aimé l' accueil du personnel très sympathique ' l'établissement est très propre,chic élégant,et moderne la chambre est très spacieuse, lumineuse avec des couleurs bien harmonisées je recommande vivement cette établissement pour vos séjours à Istanbul et la cerise sur le gâteau le petit déjeuner est inclus et peut être servi dans la chambre selon son choix merci beaucoup aux personnels

Отель удобно расположен: от аэропорта 20 минут на автобусе H-6. Рядом с отелем несколько кафе и супермаркетов.

Останавливались на одну ночь между рейсами. Номер небольшой,чистый и теплый. Кровати удобные. При заселении нас предупредили ,что вместо завтрака будут просто сэндвичи,но они были хороши,свежие и вкусные.Воспользовались трансфером и туда и обратно.Все четко.

Размещение отеля. Чистота. Работа персонала. Совсем рядом продуктовый и кафе. В пешей доступности автобусная остановка, да и в 3х минутах на такси есть станция метро Tasoluk (линия ведущая в новый аэропорт)

Завтрак заказывается из другого заведения, что не совсем удобно. Интернет wifi есть, но сильно слабый.
