A avut parcare si lift. Personalul a fost amabil. Se găsesc multe restaurante si magazine in zona.

Locație greu de ajuns cu mașina. In baie exista mucegai si miros de canalizare. Micul dejun a fost slab. Pentru a ajunge la tramvai faci 15 minute, iar străzile sunt în panta, greu de urcat.

Desi e o locatie buna nu se poate ajunge usor cu masina. Trebuie sa intri pe stradute mici si inguste pline de terase si oameni . Camera necesita renovari serioase.( Pete mari pe pereti) Baia o dezamagire totala. Murdarie si obiecte sanitare rupte, invechite si chiar lipsa. Prosoape patate...nu la puteai folosi.

Die Zimmern könnten ne kleine Renovierung gebrauchen. Besonders bei den Türen und Badezimmern!!!

Персонал приємний, номер був чистий, прибирали в ньому кожен день, також в номері був холодильник та кондиціонер. Вікна у нас виходили на море, що також дуже сподобалось. Сніданки були смачні. Присутня тераса на даху готеля, яка завжди відчинена, ввечері там дуже красиво. Дуже близько знаходиться швидкісний трамвайчик, а на зупинці приємний працівний, який завжди допоможе, якщо будуть питання. Нам все сподобалось.

Όταν χρειαστήκαμε βοήθεια, το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει.

Τη δεύτερη ημέρα της διανυκτέρευσής μας εμφανίστηκε στο δωμάτιο ένα ποντίκι. Άμεσα το προσωπικό μάς άλλαξε δωμάτια και από τη σουίτα που είχαμε κλείσει μας μετέφερε σε δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια σε διαφορετικούς ορόφους. Οι κάδοι στα μπάνια ήταν χαλασμένοι και υπήρχε μια άσχημη μυρωδιά από την αποχέτευση. Το πρωινό ήταν κάτω του μετρίου.

The staff is friendly. The hotel is well-located (bus and train stops are right next to it and a 15-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and other attractions). There are plenty of restaurants nearby (I recommend Nasip et Kebap—the food is excellent, prices are affordable, and the waiters are extremely friendly). The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works without the key card, so it could be left running even when we weren't in the room.

Although the hotel is nicely decorated, it is clearly very poorly maintained. Cleaning is very superficial. The windows are dirty, the wardrobes and drawers are dusty, and the bed linen is old, wrinkled and had hair on it. Towels were changed daily but were old. Although hotel has three Wifi networks connection frequently drops. The bathroom was also very poorly cleaned. The shower is full of mold. Breakfast is okay but could be more varied. Some of the food is not fresh. There is a rooftop terrace that—if renovated and cleaned—could be a perfect addition to the hotel because the view is great. However, it currently has two tables, few chairs and is dirty and covered in withered plants and seagull droppings.

Der Besitzer der Unterkunft ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er kennt sich bestens in der Gegend aus und teilt alle Informationen mit seinen Gästen. Das Hotel, die Lage, Sauberkeit und vor allem das reichhaltige Frühstück sind nicht zu übertreffen.

Gostámos bastante da estadia no Newalla Hotel Old City. O quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, confortável e com uma casa de banho moderna. A localização também é bastante prática, com acesso rápido a transportes e relativamente perto dos principais pontos de interesse. É uma zona típica de Istambul, bastante movimentada e com alguma confusão, mas acaba por fazer parte da experiência da cidade. O pequeno-almoço era agradável e tinha o necessário para começar bem o dia. No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência e considero que tem uma ótima relação qualidade/preço. Voltaria a ficar aqui.

Apenas a limpeza pode ser melhorada.

Are nevoie de renovare (pereți,tavane,parchet inclusiv baia),deși este într-o zonă ok la plecare spre marele bazar ai de urcat ceva dar cam așa este tot orașul.

Super hotel w najlepszej z możliwych lokalizacji. Jest też parking przy hotelu. Wyjątkowo czysty obiekt, bardzo dobre śniadania, mili gospodarze. Nieopodal bardzo dobre i niedrogie restauracje, sklepy, bazary, zabytki i deptak przy morzu. Idealna lokalizacja jeśli podróżujesz samochodem.

Amplasarea hotelului, personalul foarte amabil și săritor sa te ajute, micul dejun nu foarte variat, dar nu plecai nemâncat, Locuri de parcare sunt decât 4, dar personalul va poate ajuta cu găsirea unui loc sigur In spatele hotelului ai numeroase restaurante unde poți mânca. Foarte aproape de statia de tren,practic peste drum. Camera curata,mare, prosoape schimbate zilnic,aer condiționat funcțional,ce putea fi lăsat pornit când nu ești în camera,comparativ cu restul(prize și întrerupătoare care mergeau doar daca aveai cartela băgată)

Exceptând geamul de la camera care cu toate că era închis, se auzea totul de afara, nu am alte minusuri.

I was a short and early check-in before leaving and found out after I got there that we had to wait till 12 PM. We got there at 6 AM.

The stuff was very professional. Breakfast was very nice.

The room has a bad smell , It smells like a sewer. Something underneath the wooden floor needs to be fixed.

NIMIC, TOTUL A FOST MULT SUB AȘTEPTĂRI, foarte multa mizerie. Unde se presupune ca se ia micul dejun era dezastru, praf peste tot,câteva mese și o ușă ținută larg deschis....

Mi-a fost debitat cardul cu suma de 150 euro (atât au mai găsit pe card) deoarece am refuzat la sosire camera,dupa ce am văzut in ce condiții mizere trebuia sa stam.....

Personalul a fost extrem de amabil. Pozitionare ok fata de tren, insa greu de ajuns cu masina.

Hotelul are mare nevoie de renovare si de o firma serioasa de curatenie. Peretii au fost murdari, geamuri murdare si pline de insecte, bateria la dus era prinsa cu soricei, curatenia era zilnica dar foarte superficiala. Apreciez enorm ca personalul ne-a facut un upgrade la o camera cu jacuzzi ceea ce a facut sederea mai placuta. Au loc de parcare, insa foarte mic, masina noastra a fost atinsa noaptea de alta masina. Micul dejun este acelasi zilnic insa este bun.

Porodična atmosfera, osjećala sam se ko da sam dosla kod nekog svog :)

завтрак включен, но нечего толком поесть. в букинге написано, что имеется паркинг, по факту так себе паркинг. паркинг занят машинами гостиницы, нам пришлось ставить машину на дорогу. душевая лейка не работает в комнате, админ проигнорировал.

La ubicación

Realmente el baño y ducha muy sucios, en mal estado una parte de la ducha, se encontraba occidada , al utilizar la cafetera no fue posible, dado que estaba con hongos y muy sucia . Deberían mejor el aseo de las habitaciones sobre todo de los baños .

Nimic ,afara vopsit gardul...înăuntru leopardul....cam asa ceva. Booking nu ne-a ajutat cu nimic în recuperarea banilor,retrași abuziv după ce am descris ce am găsit la locație.

Nu ne-am cazat,am anulat la sosire după ce am întrat in sala unde " se lua masa" un dezastru de mizerie, apoi am verificat camera care era ceva de neimaginat, wc-ul foarte murdar,closetul rupt,pe jos nu mai vorbim,parca era nematurat de o luna,ușile pe hol se țineau in banda adeziva. Din păcate nu am făcut poze. Si mai rau,am fost taxati abuziv cu suma de 150 euro,după mai multe încercări de a trage sume mai mari de pe card.. Locația este efectiv intr-o mahala.....

-Prețul nu se regăsește în calitatea serviciilor prestate. -Baie murdară, curățenia lasă de dorit în tot hotelul, aerul condiționat nefuncțional, frigiderul de la minibar nefuncțional, lipsa cablu TV și lipsa semnal wi-fi la et superioare . -Atitudinea personalului .

Micul dejun slăbuț

Camera are nevoie de destule îmbunătățiri. În poze arată mult mai bine decât în realitate. La baie am avut probleme cu dușul: suportul și mânerul erau șubrede, iar la un moment dat am rămas cu mânerul robinetului în mână. Oricum, dușul propriu-zis nu funcționa, doar para de duș, iar reglajul era deteriorat și plin de urme de uzură. În cameră se simțea destul de puternic miros de țigară venit din camerele vecine. Personalul ne-a schimbat camera pentru a putea folosi dușul, însă și cea de-a doua cameră avea nevoie de renovare și întreținere. Micul dejun a fost identic în fiecare zi și am observat că unele produse rămase de pe o zi pe alta erau păstrate în restaurant, acoperite peste noapte. În prima zi, liftul s-a blocat de câteva ori cu noi în el pentru câteva minute. Când am semnalat problema, ni s-a spus că „mai face așa” și că trebuie resetat. Există parcare gratuită, ceea ce este un plus, însă locurile sunt puține și a trebuit să mutăm mașina de multe ori pe parcursul zilei. Per total, experiența nu a fost cea pe care o așteptam, iar proprietatea ar avea nevoie de investiții și îmbunătățiri considerabile.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and good condition

Everyone was lovely at the hotel. The staff accommodated us. The breakfast was decent. The room service ladies were lovely and the location was a total of fifteen-minute uphill walk to the grand bazaar beyazit tram station.

The shower in one of our rooms didn't closely properly and the shower in the other room kind of had a tiny leak in the toilet.However , we could have fixed it , but we were to busy having fun outside of the hotel.

Досить зручне розташування . В номері була вода , чисті рушники, досить зручні ліжка . Смачні та достатні сніданки . Господарі дуже приємні та допомагали з усім . Були рушники, шампуні , гелі . Був холодильник і фен .

Але : Фото не відповідають дійсності. Дуже брудно і занедбано . Сам готель по дизайну гарний але в номері все брудне і зламане : штори , стіни , вікна двері брудні , на вулиці біля готелю багато бруду та сміття. Дуже тісно . Кран раковини -зламаний , кришка унітазу -зламана , тримач для душу- зламаний, стеля в душі відпадає.

Rue très bruyante la nuit difficile à dormir Nous sommes partis tôt le matin. Le propriétaire nous avait proposé de préparer des sandwiches pour remplacer le petit déjeuner et malheureusement à l’heure du départ pas de sandwich. Mais c’est un détail

Camere frumoase, primitoare, personal foarte amabil și faptul ca oferă parcare gratuită. Lenjerii curate, prosoape schimbate zilnic, paturi foarte confortabile.

Amplasarea, se ajunge cam greu la proprietate, străduțele de lângă foarte înguste. Nu a funcționat frigiderul, deși aveam cartela introdusă, dusul era degradat foarte tare, recomand schimbarea urgentă a sistemului.

Location was great and so was staff. Layout was awesome but some minor way to fix things were broken. Toilet seat was literally not attached and the sink faucet was barely attached. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Good location, very handy for Kimikapi station and access to all areas of the city and lots of restaurants nearby. It's also close to the sea and easy to walk along the old rail line. The Turkish dishes on offer at breakfast time were delicious and plentiful; they were mostly home cooked, however on our first morning there were no plates on display and no staff to help us find them; happily this changed for the rest of our stay.

Our room was 3rd floor Basic and lived up to its name. The toilet seat was broken prior to arrival and was fixed on our request, but there's a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom that's most likely from the drains which almost certainly needs some work to rectify. Everything here is basic and needs a bit of attention. There's so much potential here with a little investment, lick of paint, new furniture etc it could be greatly improved. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the linen was the wrong size for the bed. The shower worked, but it's set for people around 5ft 6ins or less and not easy to change that!

Honestly, this hotel far exceeded our expectations, especially given its location in the middle of such a busy area. Before arriving, I thought it was going to be just another cramped hotel hidden inside the busy streets of Kumkapi. Instead, it feels completely carved out from the chaos. It offers a beautiful sea view, and the metro is just seconds away. I would give the location a 20 out of 10 if I could! The facilities are excellent, the amazing view is wonderful, and the staff is great and You can reach all the Istanbul attraction by walking (need some efforts) even by metro and taxi

he only issue we had was that the AC is located right at the entrance. Ideally, they should have installed separate units in the individual rooms. On a positive note, breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, which worked well for us. Since we had to leave for the airport early, the host kindly provided us with packed sandwiches to go, which was a wonderful gesture!"

The wifi was very poor so we had to spend extra on internet, the facilities were a little rundown but clean.

Хороший номер и отличное расположение отеля!10 минут пешком до исторического центра и Гранд-Базара, есть удобная станция наземного метро в двух минутах от отеля, в 10 минутах пешком подземная часть метро. Приятное соотношение цена-качество. Персонал отзывчивый и стараются подсказать, помочь с любым вопросом. Приятным бонусом был комплемент от отеля в виде коробочки лукума! Спасибо большое! Рекомендую!

Everything was great overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the service quality was excellent throughout our stay. Also, I highly recommend Nasip Et Kebap & Pide Salonu nearby. The prices are much better compared to many other places in the area, but the food quality and taste were honestly amazing. Definitely worth trying if you want delicious Turkish food without overpaying.

The only downside was the WiFi. It was very slow and unstable, which honestly made us nervous at times when we needed internet access for important things. Unfortunately, the connection quality definitely needs improvement. Aside from the internet issue, we were very satisfied with the experience.

Hotel położony w dobrym punkcie komunikacyjnym, w dość bliskiej odległości od 2 słynnych meczetów. Okolica na pewno nie jest instagramowa:-) ale bardzo fajnie zobaczyć przy tej okazji inny Stambuł niż tylko szlaki turystyczne. Dużo restauracji , barów i sklepików tuż obok.

Peretii murdari, camera si baia foarte mici, baia cu un miros insuportabil, capacul vasului de toaleta rupt, liftul se auzea din camera unde am fost cazati ca o bormasina...

Superbe hôtel, le personnel était très chaleureux et très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Je recommande fortement !!!

Hôtel très bien situé, nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservée mais une autre beaucoup mieux pour le même prix (chambre familiale de 4 personnes). Nous avons très bien dormi et il y a beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel était accueillant et réactif. On recommande cet hôtel.

L’ascensore non funzionava benissimo, le finestre non bene isolanti e un po’ di manutenzione da fare

The spa bath in the room. The café, the guy who worked there was always nice and welcoming.

The room was too small to have a spa bath in it. The hotel is not the cleanest neither the most well kept.
