La posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta sia per vedere Fethiye sia se, come nel nostro caso, si deve prendere un traghetto. L’appartamento è spazioso, e ha tutti i comfort. Vista bellissima sul porto turistico. Il proprietario di una cortesia e disponibilità incredibile!!

Завтрака не было,это было апарт.Все было отлично.Но в душе были проблемы немного и лифта не было.Но в следующем году мы опять хотим туда вернутся🙌🏻👍🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city center. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the terrace was definitely a highlight, with a lovely view of the marina. A special mention to Hakan, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

Things that could be improved: Things that could be improved: The elevator is very small and quite slow, and at times it didn’t feel very safe to use. The bathroom was also extremely hot, apparently because the AC installations are located right next to it. Our apartment was on the 4th floor, but because the building has two different facades/entrances, it is essentially at street level on one side. Two of the bedrooms have doors opening directly onto the alley, which can feel a bit unusual and may affect privacy and comfort.

Für den Preis war alles ok. Der Blick auf Meer und Yachten war gut. Sehr Zentral.

An der Unterkunft war alles ok. Das einzige Problem für mich war das Parken mit dem Auto. Es ist schwer ein Parkplatz zu finden, was man in Kauf nehmen muss. Das hat aber NICHTS mit der Unterkunft zutun!

We came only for 1night before the boat vacay, but our stay was nice. I liked the location, studio was great, sea view in the morning was amazing and next day we only crossed the road and entered the boat 👌

Уютные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Удачное для нас расположение и очень красивый вид из окна в гостиной.

Лифт работал довольно плохо, мы им пользовались два раза, и на второй раз он останавливался между этажами почти на пол минуты и вообще еле ехал. При выезде утром в итоге тащили чемоданы с 4 этажа, тк боялись застрять и опоздать. Также стулья на балконе жестковаты, при том, что вся мебель в апартаментах вполне комфортная. Кроме этих двух моментов все понравилось

Прекрасный вид на порт. Заселение почти мгновенно. Спасибо хозяевам!!

Шум с улицы - постоянные машины и работает генератор в порту. Видом с балкона не полюбуешься.

Gave us the wrong room which was missing a bed so had to tell the guy to give us the right room. Room was missing toiletries which were meant to be provided. Room was missing an iron so asked the receptionist who couldn’t find it so he said he’d come to our room to give it once the cleaner tells him where it is. He didn’t give it so next morning asked again to which he said he still hasn’t found it so we never ended up getting it. There was no hot water of which i informed him about during the night and once again in the morning which he came to fix only 1 hour before checkout time. Overall very poor experience.

Safety aspect. the reception is unmanned at night so anybody can walk into the building putting guests at risks, which is exactly what happened to us 2 ladies during the early evening there were 3 men outside our door trying to get into the room with a key when that failed they started kicking and banging the door whilst shouting at us to open the door, through the door keyhole we could see one of them drinking beer from a bottle this episode carried on for over 20 minutes it hen went quiet we were in fear . I called down to reception mobile phone to come up to the room I explained to the young inexperienced man what had happened, he did not know what to say or do so he called his manager who told him he will look at the security camera footage and come back to him it we were later informed that on the floor below us were 5 Russian men guests and that they may have made a mistake by coming up to our floor as there was a lady in their room whom they thought was us. All unsatisfactory as we felt at risk and unable to sleep that night, prior to the above incident I had enquired with the young man whether we could have a late checkout and what the procedure was for the hotel to enable this he asked what time we wanted to check out I told him 3pm he said there was no procedure and that time would be fine he said he would inform his colleagues of the conversation and all would be fine. The next morning the Manager was back on duty we heard nothing from him regarding the incident with the men the previous night instead he messaged and called me asking when we were checking out I informed him of the conversation with his colleague he checked it out with him came back to me to say his colleague should not have agreed a late checkout and that we needed to leave before 2pm, We then checked out at 1.15pm totally dissatisfied with the way in which we had been treated by the hotel and its management, my advice to women travelling alone is DO NOT use this hotel as its UNSAFE

كنت حاجز سويت بغرفتين واعطونى سويت بغرفه واحدة وعندما تحدثت إليهم لايهتموا حاجز ثلاث ايام انا وزرجتى وفوجئت بأربع باكو شاى وعندما طلبت زيادة لم يستجيبوا

We loved the location and the view of the marina from the window. After long walks around Fethiye and the surrounding area, we loved returning to our room and sitting in front of the large window with a cup of tea or coffee.

The finishing could use some repairs here and there, but these are minor issues that don't lower the rating.

Завтрака и не было в цене. Из описания следовало, что в номере 3 комнаты, а оказалось 2.

В описании надо ясно указать, что комнаты только 2, а спальных мест: 2 двуспальных кровати + диван

Превзошло наши ожидания. Шикарный вид из окна, прям живые обои! Просторная терраса. В апартаментах все удобно и продуманно. Все новое. Не к чему придраться. Мы остались очень довольны

I booked the apartment with the balcony despite the not great reviews, because it was the view off the balcony that was the attraction for a special celebration. Instead we got the apartment on the first floor of the building without a balcony. Apparently this company does this all the time . Fortunately the receptionist on my insistence made a call and we were given the apartment on the top floor with the balcony. We were lucky it was available. I suggest if you are booking make it very clear that you will not accept the apartment on the first floor. The photos showed the balcony and view on our booking.

We were initially not given the apartment I had booked as I explained above. Other than that it was fine. Yes the elevator is a joke but we didn't mind the stairs .Not recommended for people with mobility problems.

Расположение для меня хорошее, т.к. рядом с портом, а мне нужно было уплывать на корабле. Вид красивый, номер симпатичный и чистый.

Я приехала одна с годовалый ребёнком с чемоданом и сумкой. До моего номера 3 лестницы и нигде небыло для подъёма с коляской. Там где я получала ключи мне не помогли поднять чемоданы, мой номер был на 5 этаже, а лифт был до четвёртого. Я просила поставить кроватку для ребенка и мне пришло одобрение, но кроватки не было. Мне её выдали и мне пришлось тоже самой её поднимать и устанавливать.

Great views, great location, small balcony. Less than a 5 min walk to the shops and food places. Migros was a 10-12 min walk for pantry and fridge essentials (go to Migros rather than Carrefour - so much cheaper!)

Rooms didn't have wardrobes (there was a communal one in the hallway), so as a family of 3 we needed to live out of suitcases for a week - this being said, the lounge room was ample big enough to leave them open without getting in the way, so we were not really hindered by this. Kitchen didn't have any cooking facilities as advertised on booking.com. Only Crockery, sink and fridge.

Маленькое замечание: закончился гель для душа ещё вечером, утром было нечем искупаться.

The view was absolutely gorgeous! Recommend having sundowners on the balcony whilst overlooking the harbour. And its a stones throw away from the ferry to Rhodes.

We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. It was very clean and comfortable with a good sized balcony overlooking the marina. The location was great, easy walking to the shops and the ancient tombs on the hill. There is also a Dolmus stop nearby.

Location! Right next to the ferry drop off from Rhodes. A very short walk into the heart of old town fetiye, and the views from the apartment were spectacular over the marina!! So good!

Хороший номер, кухни как таковой нет, просто небольшое пространство, есть чайник и раковина.

Самое главное в этих апартаментах - это вид из окна! Бухта, яхты, голубое небо... это шедевр. В апартаментах чисто, есть тапочки, мебель современная, есть большой стол в гостиной, можно и поработать за ним, кондиционер хорошо работает, свет везде включается, есть несколько вариантов освещения. Стиральная машина работает, мы были уже давно в путешествии и пришлось стирать одежу. Шкаф на апарты с двумя спальнями - один, но это тоже не недостаток, а скорее особенность. Вобщем, нам все понравилось и, думаю, из-за вида, просторности апартаментов, и достойной мебели мы там еще раз остановимся. Да, важно! Ключи нужно забирать на ресепшене в соседнем отеле - но это быстро и легко.

В апартаментах есть кухня. Но нет плиты)). Т.е. когда написано мини-кухня и на фотографии видишь на самом деле довольно большую кухню с большим холодильником, то думаешь, что даже странно - почему она названа "мини-кухня"? Но, сюрприз! Ни плиты, ни микроволновки нет. Учтите это при планировании отдыха. Мы питались в основном в ресторанах или делали бутерброды. На кухне есть зато прекрасный турецкий чайник, в котором мы делали чай и кофе. Короче, если вам кухня не особо важна (а для бутербродов, вина и еды из доставки все ней есть)), то смело можно там жить. Второй момент - именно у нас в номере (в других все нормально, мы знаем это, т.к. были там еще в других апартаментах) был очень маленький напор в душе.

There wasn’t any linen for the sofa bed. We had to request some from the hotel next door. There was a big hump in the floor - assume due to water getting under the laminate flooring, possibly from the window being left open by previous guests during a rainstorm.

Only the view from balcony

The room 501 was on the top floor and there was no big elevator which was pretty difficult to go up with luggage,only a small one for disabled people which stuck all of the time even if 1 person was inside.The huge disadvantage is lack of parking. There's no place to stop,if you decide to park a bit higher where locals live there's a chance to get angry look or get your car scratched so you won't park near their house. Though these are apartments,there was no cooktop or even a knife.

Our apartment was advertised as two double rooms but ended being one double and a single room resulting in one couple having to sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge.

الشقة واسعة ونظيفة وفيها كل المستلزمات التي تحتاجها لكن ينقصها المصعد كان جدا بطيء وتضطر لصعد ونزول السلالم للوصول الى المصعد والمكيف في غرفة المعيشة لايعمل لكن الطقس كان جيدا من حسن حظنا ولم نحتاج اليه

Прекрасное расположение, великолепный вид на порт и море, просторные апартаменты. Полностью оборудованное. Но мы не использовали ничего, так как останавливались на 1 ночь. Перед паромом.

Вид на море, рядом старый город. Можно выехать в сторону полуострова, чтоб избежать пробок в городе

Лифт не для жильцов. Подниматься если кому-то трудно, то учтите это неудобство. И ресепшен в соседнем здании.

Great location with beautiful views and walkable to many shops and restaurants. The room was clean.

We booked a two bedroom and we’re given a studio. When I tried to contact the hotel to address, they were not responsive. We were also there when it was very hot, and the ac didn’t cool the room fully. The elevator also didn’t work, so we had to haul luggage to room up four flights of stairs.

🆘 schlecht!!! Es gibt keine Rezeption was soll das!!! Es heist KORFEZ SUITES aber es ist einfach ein APART!!!! VORSICHT VERARSCHE Ich bin angekommen niemand da damit man sich einchecken kann!!! Mit koffern bin ich rumgelaufen aber hab keine Rezeption gefunden!!! Nach frage bei anderen nachbar läden haben die gesagt das die Rezeption nebenan IN EINEM RESTOURANT IST!!! OMG OMG das könnte man in der internet seite mal angeben und informieren. Und wo ich angekommen bin habe ich so oft angerufen aber niemand geht ran..... 🆘 !!!!!KEINE KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!!!!! Man fühlt sich nicht mal sicher da es keine REZEPTION gibt könnte jeder einfach hineinspazieren!!!!

Riesen Zimmer, Panorama Blick aufs Meer über den Hafen. Saubere coole Zimmer und Bad. Alles was man braucht. Und eine eigene große Terrasse. 3 min zu Fuß zur Altstatt und trotzdem nicht direkt im Trubel. Wenn, dann dort!

Bel appartement au 1er étage. Très spacieux. Une jolie vue sur le port. Restaurants à proximité. Je recommande.

Très difficile de se garer. Nous n’avions pas été prévenus qu’il fallait récupérer les clés dans l’hôtel Suites Harbor, nous avons donc attendu 30 mn, personne ne répondait à nos messages ! Heureusement que nous avons croisé une femme qui a pu nous renseigner.

Nonostante gli ospiti precedenti della camera da noi prenotata non abbiano effettuato il check out, l’host ha gestito la situazione in modo ottimale offrendoci un upgrade di camera e permettendoci di effettuare il check in all’orario da noi desiderato, senza ritardi. La camera sembra appena ristrutturata, è molto ampia e offre di tutto il necessario (cucina e lavatrice con detersivi). Anche la vista molto bella.

Parcheggio difficile da trovare in zona e ascensore molto lento.

I didn't like that the hot water didn't flow, but dripping, it's very difficult to take a shower. The lack of a microwave was also unpleasant.

The location of the appartement and the views are great.

The kitchen is poorly equiped, as it has no stove. In addition, it didn t have adequate cookware or quality knives. We did manage, but this is because we only planned to eat breakfast in the appartment. Any other meal would have been almost impossible to prepare. Furthemore, due to street level repairs, we had no running water for an entire morning. While this may not be the owner's fault, it was nevertheless unpleasant. Finally, the appartement can really heat up in summer, though it has air conditioning in every room.
