The bedroom and living room windows are no sound proof! And of the windows doesn’t closed properly, You can hear every details from the street (the talking, screaming, baring, car horns, sirens, even when ppl fight) I couldn’t sleep well during my stay because of the noise. At least there should be double windows to make the noise from outside come lees annoying! The bathroom door is so annoying when opening and closing it could disturb the ppl are with in the apt! Too many stairs There no AC in the bedroom only in living room

Good value with a prime location. We spent a couple of nights here visiting Fetiye as part of a coastal itinerary. Situated where the old town meets the Marina, the apartment is easy to get to end extremely well located - right in the midst of everything you need as a visitor: cafes, shops, roof top bars, boat trips, the bazaar and fish market and countless restaurants. The manager has an office in the property and was very helpful with our travel planning. The apartment itself was spacious and bright and offered a great view across the harbor (albeit there’s a busy road in between). It was a bit rough around the edges (kitchen area felt a bit dilapidated) but overall was good value for money and gave us a great base to explore. We were also there on a weekend in peak season and noise wasn’t a factor.

Très bon emplacement à Fethiye, à proximité de la marina, de la promenade du bord de mer et de Paspatur. Tout est facilement accessible à pied, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville, des restaurants, des cafés et de l’ambiance du bord de mer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons cet établissement pour son emplacement pratique.

Gute Anweisungen zum Einchecken. Bett war gemütlich und prinzipiell alles sauber. Auch gute Lage, um Start zu Fuß zu erkunden. Ausblick auf Hafen war auch schön.

Sehr laut durch Straße. Da sich die Fenster nicht verriegeln lassen, immer Lärmpegel und recht hell von der Straße. Küche sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch nicht alles vorhanden, wenn man kochen will. Prinzipiell aber für kurzen Aufenthalt top.

Las vistas al puerto eran espectaculares con su ventanal grande. El apartamento es grande y está muy bien.

Location was good as needed to be near the harbour. Apartment was clean.

It was very noisy, so difficult to sleep. On a main road that was busy all night. The hosts need to put better sound proofing glass up. Quite expensive for what it was. We were also not left with the WiFi password.

The apartment is located downtown and it is walking distance if you wanna explore the city center. Room is well equipped with a sea view.

Our room is on the highest floor and there is no elevator which means it might be difficult to get to the room if having suitcase. Bars around may bring noise at night but during our stay it was good.

Excellent location for a short stay for a family when you arrive/depart from marina. The apartament was clean and all the required facilities were provided. Easy self check-in. The view from a balcony was nice.

Excellent location, great staff, and very good apartment right in the center and next to Paspatur and Kordon area. All shopping services are located around the apartment. Taxi in front of apartment and the marina view is great in the evenings. Thank you Mr Mustafa!

Nuestra estadía fue breve, pero realmente excelente. Quiero destacar especialmente a Mustafa, que fue sumamente amable y servicial desde el primer momento. Nos permitió hacer el check-in por la noche sin ningún inconveniente y, al día siguiente, tuvo la gentileza de dejarnos guardar las valijas un par de horas después del check-out, lo que nos ayudó muchísimo antes de continuar nuestro viaje. El departamento es amplio, cómodo y estaba muy bien preparado para recibirnos. La ubicación también nos pareció muy buena, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos. Sin dudas, la hospitalidad y la flexibilidad de Mustafa hicieron la diferencia. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. Lo recomendamos con total confianza.

Location is a few steps away from the beginning of the boardwalk across the street; shops and boat trip rentals nearby and the best traditional ice cream at the first vendor. Two small markets to the right of the hotel entrance and a larger grocery store (Migros) about a 10 min walk to the left. A good bakery about 8 stores down to the left of the hotel entrance. Around the corner is the old town shopping centre. Be sure not to park in the yellow marked zones to avoid being towed (even if there isn't a towing sign posted). Roomy apartment, kitchen equipped with the basics.

Inconvenient to not have anyone on staff there. 2 Blankets and towels were missing and after calling and waiting for the hour we were told it would take, we trusted the items would just be dropped off eventually, which they were. Only when we came back late that night did we realize two pillows were also missing but we opted not to call again. Would be helpful to have extra supplies accessible to guests if no one is available onsite. The little portable stove didn't heat up fast and even after 45 minutes on high, a pot of water didn't boil. But with so many places to eat and mini markets nearby, not a big deal but just good to know. Maybe the mini cooking stove will be replaced soon for the next visitors 😉

不愧是海景公寓！打开门的瞬间被港口的风景惊艳到了，非常漂亮，一下子就有度假的氛围了。房间很宽敞，很干净，楼下就是小巴站。房间里有电磁炉、锅、盐、胡椒粉、餐具，可以做饭。大大的窗前有餐桌，边吃饭边看风景真的很幸福。可惜我们只住了一晚😭

Пр сравнению с прошлым проживанием номера сильно устали, качество уборки стало хуже. Цена выросла.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt am Yachthafen, der Blick aus dem Fenster war sehr schön

Die Klimaanlage war bei der Ankunft aus, das Zimmer war unglaublich heiß, es gab 2 Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer aber leider nicht im Kühlschrank. Die Fenster konnte man nicht richtig zumachen,(Schiebefenster)man schläft quasi auf der Straße, die sehr sehr belebt ist( mit Autos und Kneipen).Wir haben in der Nacht kaum schlafen können. Richtig sauber war die Wohnung auch nicht. Besonders die Küchengeräte waren sehr dreckig.Das Bad war leider auch nicht sauber.

La ubicación está buenísima. A media cuadra del Old town, a una cuadra del puerto, y de noche tiene mucha vida.

Se escucha TODO el ruido de la calle por las ventanas que dan del balcón a los cuartos, y como hay movimiento de noche molesta para poder dormir.

The apartment was large and clean overall. In a very convenient location. The laundry machine worked well.

The appliances looked dirty and I didn't use them. The drying rack was not stable. The apartment was too warm at night even with the air conditioner.

Отзывчивость менеджера Мустафы! Приятный человек, всё время на связи и очень рад каждому гостю! Расположение! Мы останавливались после яхтинга на 12 часов перед выездом в аэропорт. Всë рядом! И марина с яхтами, и улочки с магазинами, ресторанами. Номера отличные! Чисто, комфортно, полотенец много, есть мини-кухня и холодильник. А какие красивые бокалы - отдельное спасибо! Рекомендую и семьям, и компаниям, и индивидуальным путешественникам!

Конечно поднимать чемоданы на 3-й этаж сложно, тем более мы были компанией девушек. Наверное сервис (даже платный!) для такой услуги апартаментам не повредил. Но это единственный момент по которому я ставлю 9+ баллов, а не все 10

The host was a nice but he switched our room to one on a lower floor without telling us to a room that was larger but much more outdated than the online photos. I would not stay here again. Parking nearby is very expensive.

Located in the centre just by the marina , vibrant in the night... sometimes too vibrant 🤣, coz is on the main street next to clubs and restaurants...Could do with a refurb but not bad after all, having in mind the price was low .

Our WiFi didn't work and I've text the host 9pm but he didn't get back to me .... maybe a bit outdated

離港口、老城區、市區都很近。隔天清晨7:30我們必須抵達碼頭，所以推著行李走路過去很近時間上很充裕。

Fabulous location. Nice rooms. With everything we needed for the one night we stayed.

Not a bad point just a FYI we were there on a Friday night and it gets loud from bars that are close by. Not loud enough to keep us awake but just for people to be aware of :)

Very nice apartments, the owner is super nice and kind gentlemen, with the little office right inside the building. Appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage by the apartments even after we left the apartments for a couple of hours. We booked two different apartments and it was very good. Location also close to Marina which was necessary.

The apartment was brilliant, perfect location on the marina, close to local shops and easy access to Oludiniz and Hisaronu. Mustafa was on hand to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

По моей просьбе меня заселили на час раньше, из окон - шикарный вид на бухту, большая комната, кухонные принадлежности и плита

Bardzo miły i przyjazny właściciel , udzielił nam szereg rad gdzie i z czego skorzystać. Polecił szereg fajnych miejsc. Widok z apartamentu na marinę , także budzisz się i widzisz jachty coś pięknego. Polecam.

Trochę głośna okolica nocą , dochodzą dzwięki z okolicznych lokali rozrywkowych , ale do zniesienia.

No proper doors on the bedrooms, curtains only. This was difficult as one person could not watch tv or have light on in sitting room if someone wanted to go to bed.

Mustafa is an excellent host and he met us on the desk.
