As soon as we arrived, we found the reception staff arguing with a family—a man and his wife. They were speaking to them very disrespectfully and telling them, “Do whatever you want; we don’t care.” I arrived at 3:00 a.m., and we were told to wait until the room was prepared, even though this was the day we were supposed to have the room from 12:00 noon. One of the guests asked for a blanket because someone accompanying her was sick. The staff member responded very rudely, saying, “The weather is very hot. Where am I supposed to get you a blanket from?” There were also cockroaches in the reception area and in the elevator. Overall, the staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the hotel did not provide the level of service or cleanliness that we expected.

Очень удобное расположение !!! К пляжу , где можно полежать мы ходили пешком 30 минут ( что хорошо ) к остальным интересным локациям как Ворота Адриана , старый город всего 6-10 минут пешком . Рядом есть все необходимые магазины, аптеки и места , где можно вкусно пообедать Понравился завтрак . Реально разнообразный и сытный. Персонал дружелюбный и модно подсказать все по вашему запросу Вода в кулере в круглосуточном доступе , не переживаешь , что в жаркий день высохнешь от обезвоживания или что надо покупать воду в магазине

Жаль , что из кофе машины подается растворимый кофе. Хотелось бы наслаждаться нормальным свежесваренным Но и по поводу чистоты - небольшая плесень на плитке в душевой кабине и очень грязные окна

This place is conveniently located just a 10–15-minute walk from the city centre, with a bus stop only 6 minutes away, offering convenient connections in different directions. It was clean even though some of the walls or shower looks quite old

When I booked the hotel, I specifically requested a room with a jacuzzi instead of a bath, and they confirmed it would be arranged. However, upon arrival, the room wasn’t available and we were given a room with a standard bath. They even tried to convince us that it was a jacuzzi. It was quite frustrating and disappointing, as we didn’t receive the room we had booked. Also, keep in mind that everything works with the room card. Once you leave the room, the electricity shuts off, including the mini fridge. So, if you leave in the morning and return in the evening, any food you leave inside could spoil, and the water may be quite warm.

L'emplacement cest bien pour se balader et pour aller au centre ville/centre commercial. Vous avez aussi les moyens de transport en proximité. Par contre la plage plus proche où vous pouvez aller à pied est uniquement privé et ça coute 30€ pour 2 personnes, du coup à prendre en considération ce point.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes et je me retrouve la première nuit avec une chambre pour 2 personnes et il me dit" madame c'est juste pour 1nuit et demain vous allez avoir votre chambre pour 4 personnes " comme si c'était normal! Pour lui c'était normale dormir en 4 sur un lit matrimoniale alors que j'ai bien payé ma chambre a 4! Après une forte discussion il a placé 2 lit d'appoint pour les enfants. Donc voilà le début de mon séjour chez eux. Par rapport le ménage des chambres c'était une autre histoire. En toute la semaine sont venu une/deux fois juste et uniquement pour faire les lit! Du coup pas de ménage pas de aspirateurs rien de tout et quand j'ai réclamée ils ont continuer de dire oui oui ils vont venire pour nettoyer mais au final personnes est passé et personnes à nettoyer notre chambre jusqu'à notre départ. Tout ça m'a énervé et m'a gâcher partiellement mes vacances. Une dernière chose c'est par rapport la salle de petit-déjeuner, il est trop petite et l'aménagement c'est pas fait pour, les chaises sont trop volumineux pour l'espace dédié et quand il ya plein du monde c'est pas de tout pratique !

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. They helped us with our arrival, ensuring we had a nice parking spot, and we knew where to go during our stay. The breakfast was exceptional. The value and proximity to the airport was perfect for us as we had a midday flight and we were at the airport in 20 minutes.

Très mauvaise expérience avec un réceptionniste Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec l’un des réceptionnistes de cet hôtel. Un réceptionniste nous a proposé un tour organisé par une agence. Nous lui avons dit que nous allions réfléchir et revenir vers lui dans l’après-midi. Entre-temps, sans notre accord ni notre connaissance, il a contacté l’agence, leur a transmis nos passeports et a réservé le tour à notre nom, tout en récupérant un reçu de paiement. Lorsque nous sommes revenus à l’hôtel, nous avons été très surpris de découvrir que la réservation avait déjà été effectuée sans notre autorisation. Nous avons refusé de payer puisque nous n’avions jamais confirmé ni accepté cette réservation. Au lieu de chercher une solution ou de nous expliquer calmement la situation, le réceptionniste a insisté pour que nous payions et, lorsque nous avons refusé, il nous a simplement dit : « Allez, allez, sortez », avec une attitude très désagréable et irrespectueuse. Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel en tant que clients et nous pensons que le minimum que l’on puisse attendre est d’être accueillis et traités avec respect. Même lorsqu’il y a un désaccord, cela ne justifie absolument pas de parler à un client de cette manière. Le respect et la bonne éducation doivent rester une base, surtout dans un établissement qui accueille des touristes et des familles. Je tiens cependant à préciser que le réceptionniste de nuit, qui est également présent au moment du petit-déjeuner, est très sympathique et professionnel. Son accueil et sa manière de nous traiter étaient vraiment agréables. Malheureusement, l’attitude de l’autre réceptionniste a complètement gâché notre expérience. Une très grande déception, non pas à cause du désaccord, mais surtout à cause de la façon dont nous avons été traités.

When we reported the incident and requested that the hotel management conduct an investigation, we were subjected to extremely aggressive, unacceptable, and unprofessional behavior, particularly from the hotel manager. The manager threatened to break my finger and attempted to minimize the seriousness of the theft by claiming that the stolen items were worth only 50 euros, implying that the matter did not deserve any complaint or investigation. He further threatened us and ultimately expelled us from the hotel. During the confrontation, he even raised his slipper in our faces in a humiliating and intimidating manner. Moreover, the manager repeatedly stated that the hotel was a “family hotel” and that customer satisfaction was of little importance to him. His attitude suggested that guests had no right to express concerns or file complaints regarding incidents occurring within the hotel. In addition to these serious incidents, the overall quality of service was extremely poor. Hotel staff frequently spoke to guests in a disrespectful manner and often raised their voices during conversations. Furthermore, when I requested the reimbursement of the remaining balance of the amount I had paid in advance for my stay, the manager refused to cooperate and instead threatened to call the police. I waited for a response, but no action was taken. It should be noted that I had already paid the full amount for a 18night stay before checking into the hotel. Additionally, one of the reception staff members accused both my husband and me of lying and used offensive language, including stating that “your husband is crazy.” The events described above have caused significa psychological distress to both my husband and

Via Booking.com had ik een hotel geboekt en op de afgesproken dag en tijd waren mijn man en ik netjes bij het hotel aanwezig. Tot onze grote verbazing zijn wij daar op een zeer brutale en onprofessionele manier weggestuurd. Als reden werd aangegeven dat zij ons “geen leuke gasten” vonden. De aanleiding hiervoor leek een heel normale vraag van mijn man bij binnenkomst te zijn, waarop ik antwoordde dat ik het hotel leuk vond. Wij hebben ons gedurende ons verblijf netjes en respectvol gedragen en begrijpen dan ook absoluut niet waarom wij op deze manier zijn behandeld. Bovendien gebeurde dit laat op de avond, waardoor wij noodgedwongen op korte termijn nog een ander hotel moesten zoeken. Ik wil Booking.com hier nadrukkelijk van op de hoogte stellen en aangeven dat ik het zeer teleurstellend vind dat u samenwerkt met een accommodatie die gasten op deze manier behandelt.

Завтраки в отеле были вполне нормальные, выбор хороший. Но вот шумоизоляция — ужас 😄 Стены очень тонкие, поэтому было слышно буквально всё, что происходило у соседей. Нам, к сожалению, ещё и попались довольно неадекватные соседи 😂 В целом впечатления нормальные, но над шумоизоляцией точно стоит поработать.

The room is not clean and aircon not working. We booked a tour to the legend on one of the staff in the reception and when we ask for the ticket they told us that the staff who booked our tour has resigned and we should be the one to contact him because it was out of the hotels part🙀 but we told them if they will not fixed it we will call the police (they helped us in the end and was able to have the tour)

The main thing I like is that the hotel is close to the city and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also offer tours for guests at affordable prices, which are cheaper than those offered in the city, and there is a shuttle.

There are many things I don't like. 1. Breakfast: Most of the cheeses at breakfast smelled, they were hard and felt old, I even saw an ant crawling on the cheese bowl once and reported it and they came and cleaned the area. The corn for the porridge was old. The food was tasteless, I was disgusted at breakfast. The breakfast I had was packaged butter, chocolate butter and 1-2 normal cheeses that didn't smell. The fruit juices tasted like powder. 2. During the afternoon, there was a strong smell inside the hotel that prevented movement, fortunately this smell didn't enter the rooms. This smell was some kind of food smell, but it was a very strong disgusting smell that spread everywhere in the hotel. I even wanted to ask the employees several times how they were sitting in this smell. 3. There was a feeling of uncleanliness in the room. The air conditioner in the room was working very badly and it smelled because it wasn't cleaned. There was a moment 1-2 times when we didn't put a green plaque on the door (for the cleaning staff to enter), but when we returned to the room, we saw that someone had entered the room. Luckily, nothing was stolen. When we re-made the place we slept in, there were always hairs and some dirty things on the tie. Overall, the place is good, but it's dirty, it's better to get a clean place for 200-300 dollars more

Personel komunikował się po angielsku i był bardzo pomocny, co w Turcji nie jest oczywiste. Klimatyzacja dobrze chłodziła. Śniadania zawsze świeże i serwowane przez miłe i pomocne osoby. Świeże pieczywo z piekarni na przeciwko. Hotel jest zlokalizowany w starszej, trochę zaniedbanej części miasta, lecz w bliskiej odległości od galerii handlowej, supermarketów, knajp, przystanku autobusowego (NT07 - tym autobusem dojedziesz na główną plażę Konyalti). Ładne i komfortowe lobby hotelu. Personel dostępny 24h.

Generalnie było czysto, ale pokoje można by odświeżyć - odmalować ściany, wymienić silikony w łazience. Soki z automatu nie nadawały się do picia (chemiczny, kwaskowy posmak) - reszta śniadania super. To nie są duże problemy, ale warto o nich wspomnieć - choćby, by zmotywować właścicieli do poprawy :)

El trato de los recepcionistas, habitación sin ruido, aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y la ubicación.

El desayuno muy pobre y poco variado, el servicio de limpieza muy malo, en la mampara de la ducha salía todo el agua hacia fuera, las sábanas cuando quieres que te limpien la habitación no te las cambian y solo te cambian las papeleras y las toallas.

The Location is close to the Downtown old city, breakfast also cleaning services available everyday and receptionist were so helpful and supportive 24h/7. Furniture and facility room is decent and hygiene WC .

A bit price during the summer season is pretty high per night compared to other touristic beach cities, no close transportation and hotel reach only by foot or by Taxi ( Uber ).

Aerul conditionat merge rau, nu are deloc putere. Nu ai unde sa pui la uscat hainele ude.

I liked that the area was near town but its a bad area scammers everywhere.

Extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. We requested a baby cot, but the one provided was completely unacceptable. It was broken, dirty, and clearly not safe for a baby to sleep in. As the photos show, the mattress was stained with what appeared to be mould or heavy dirt, and the bed sheets was ripped in several places. This is a serious health and safety concern. They left me with the baby sleeping with us at one point the baby fell off the bed at night and started crying. This experience caused unnecessary stress during our stay, and I expected much better. The hotel needs to inspect and replace damaged baby equipment immediately before another family is put at risk. Very poor experience, and I would not stay here again. They mention its a family room but we got given the smallest room. I am now at a hotel in lara for few pounds extra but much better that this hotel. At the end of the stay Emre the guy who works there booked us a taxi instead his friend picked us up pretending to be a taxi. The breakfast buffet had ants crawling on the wall tiles and on the food.

The location was quite good, it was within walking distance from the tram line + bus stop. We also loved that it was close to old town Kaleici. We quite enjoyed the breakfast, a wide variety was served as buffet. The lobby/breakfast area is also quite nice and modern.

On our first morning, we overslept a bit and we made it for breakfast 10 minutes before the finishing time which was 10am. And whilst we were still eating (this was probably just after 10, around 10:05), the receptionist switched the lights off which we found utterly rude. We just took one serving as we knew we were late so we weren’t planning on having seconds - just finishing what we had dished initially. This was really unkind of all of them as it just seemed they were quite inconsiderate. On our arrival, we had no bath towels and we called the receptionist and he said he would bring them immediately however we had to call a second time and even then he only brought it 2 hours later. Also, we were three people in the room and there were only two waters and two glasses (not even a mug for hot water) and one coffee sachet. We asked the receptionist to bring a third cup/water and he promised but never did so we just gave up. In our experience, none of the staff at the hotel were friendly or welcoming. The bathroom could do with a serious upgrade and the bed weren’t the most comfortable either.

Hôtel très propre, personnel souriant et accueillant. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier l'hôtel pour avoir mis à disposition un tapis de prière ainsi que pour avoir indiqué la direction de la qibla dans la chambre. Une attention très appréciée.

Malheureusement, les draps étaient trop petits pour les lits et se détachaient très facilement du matelas, ce qui n'était pas très confortable

L’emplacement, l’hôtel n’est pas cher mais on paye pour ce qu’on a : un service médiocre et des chambres petites, une vue très laide.

Les chambres sont petites, la literie est médiocre avec des ressorts. En 4 nuits, le ménage n’a JAMAIS été fait malgré mes relances le 3eme jour. On devait supplier et relancer plusieurs fois pour avoir des serviettes propres. Lorsqu’on nous en a donné, elles étaient petites. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux mais c’est ok, on n’avait pas beaucoup d’attente. Déjà à notre arrivée, tout est disposé pour 2 personnes alors que nous sommes 3. 2 bouteilles d’eau, 2 serviettes. La cuvette des wc n’était pas propre. Le service était nulle, le pire de toute ma vie (33 ans). J’ai été dans des hôtel formule 1 avec un meilleur service. Le ménage : le 3eme jour, en rentrant, le ménage n’était pas fait. La fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte et rien n’a été fait. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées, le lit n’a pas été fait. Fenêtre ouverte donc la femme de ménage est bien entrée dans la chambre. Je vais à l’accueil, on nous promet que le ménage sera fait le lendemain. Verdict : aucun ménage n’a été fait, aucune serviette remplacée.

The location is very convenient for commute. The room is quite small,but its expected and they clearly mentioned the sqfeet in the discription,so no complaints at all. Good value for money. Staff were polite and friendly, especially the kitchen staff. Breakfast was super and awesome. So tasty and we tried every dish , perfectly cooked and value for money. Using keycards for power,so when ever we are going out,the power will be out and AC turned off automatically- saves power Will definitely recommend to others.😍

I feel that sometimes the hotel receives reviews that are a little unfair. Of course, it is a budget hotel, so it’s important to have realistic expectations — it is not an all-inclusive luxury resort, and it should not be judged like one. Our experience was very positive. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is great — close to the market, the Old Town, the beach, and many nice places to eat. It’s a very convenient area for exploring Antalya. For the price, I think the hotel offers good value. If you are looking for a simple, affordable place with a good location and kind people, this hotel is a nice choice.

The property is close to the city center and bus stops, despite the location seeming unsafe I felt safe as a woman. The staff was very friendly! Always ready to help us whenever we needed.

The bedrooms were decent in cleanliness, but the bathrooms however needs more attention, there was leaks, mold, and smell coming off the drains. This was one of the downside, especially being a very clean freak person.

En revanche, l’insonorisation est vraiment mauvaise : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines, les conversations, les bruits, au point d’avoir l’impression de partager la même chambre. Certaines nuits, il était difficile de dormir. De plus, nous avons demandé du papier toilette qui ne nous a jamais été apporté. Dommage, car l’emplacement est très pratique.

Barulho, os quartos não tem isolamento acústico, se ouve tudo no corredor. Pessoas passando, elevador abrindo, e até barulhos da rua. É um pouco complicado dormir a noite.

The breakfast was terrible. Focus on English or American breakfast to cater for foreigners. There was a dirt in in the kitchen near lounge area

When we got there they tried to tell us that the reservation was cancelled and to contact booking.com about it, even though they had already taken a deposit and the payment a few hours before we arrived. I still haven’t received the refund for the deposit and when I contacted the hotel they ignored my messages.

Ubytování je blízko starého města,tedy kousek do centra. V blízkosti jsou kavárny, pouliční restauraci, ale na dobrou večeři musíte více do centra

Při příjezdu mi recepční nedal na výběr a bez mého vědomí dal platbu v USD namísto EUR a já tak zaplatila více. Snídaně začínaly později, než bylo psáno.

Location was very good and the staff was good, Emre helped us in providing the travel tour agency. Breakfast was fine.

Rooms were not cleaned everyday or even alternate days, We had to inform them again and again asking them to clean the room. Garbage smell is to come near the elevator in the night time and early in the morning. Towels were in very bad shape.

Маленький номер, на 4 только два покрывала -одеяла, мало места, сломался слив в туалете, не было туалетной бумаги,очень маленький лифт (с чемоданами не поместиться).

Punaise de lit je suis tout piqué avec du. Sang dans le lit en plus 😷.

De locatie was verrassend dicht bij de boulevard. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
