The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient at resolving issues. They are flexible and assist with whatever you need. Overall, the hotel features excellent facilities—modern, clean, and comfortable. It also boasts an exceptional location. The breakfast is extensive, varied, and very good.

This is my second time visiting hotel. Ravi and I was very happy with the service with the breakfast with the location. I cannot tell how happy I was. I will definitely recommend it to go over there. I am also planning to go next year over there. Staff are great services, grade cleanliness. To the Max, if you ever consider going in any other hotel, just go to hotel Ravi, and you will be very happy. Hotel is brand new. He's built 3 years ago. So everything is speaking span clean, which my girls are very, very happy. So we stay last year for about 5 days, and this year was same 5 days. We was very happy about it.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. The price, it's amazing location. It's amazing stuff are amazing and breakfast. It's amazing.

The hotel was fine overall. The room was comfortable and everything was as expected. Great location for visiting (Sultanahmet area) and helpful staff (transfer arrangements etc.). A decent option for a straightforward stay.

Jag och min fru bodde på detta hotell i en vecka. Vi har haft en underbar tid på detta hotell. Hotellet är väldigt fräsch och välomhändertagen. Vårat rum var väldigt fint och städat, ett stort plus för sån bra AC. Men det absolut bästa med hotellet var personalen. Från hotel managern som var så hjälpsam med att hitta och leta fram ställen till oss att besöka mm till övriga personalen som konstant var behjälpliga med absolut allt. Det går inte beskriva hur pass fina personalen var på detta hotell. Stor eloge till er för att ni gjorde vår resa så underbar. Hotellet ligger så bra till, gångavstånd till de allra flesta ställen man vill besöka. Rekommenderas starkt!

Absolutely amazing hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. A special shout-out to Yakup! He was the MVP of our stay: always smiling, incredibly helpful, and somehow managed to make everything easier. Give this man a promotion before another hotel steals him!

The only small suggestion would be to add bathrobes to the rooms, as that would make the stay even more comfortable.

The staff, without exception, were incredibly kind. Mehmet at the front desk helped me settle in on my very first night. The location is fantastic; close enough to walk to all the major landmarks and attractions in Sultanahmet, yet just far enough to stay quiet at night. Breakfast was fantastic too, with a great variety of food and genuinely filling. The room was spotless, had AC, and the cleaning staff kept it in great shape every single day.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, lo cual es de gran ayuda para poder visitar todos los atractivos turísticos. Además que el personal es sumamente amable y atento. Hatem (recepcionista) por ejemplo, nos ayudó y dio recomendaciones de qué rutas hacer, qué lugares visitar o qué restaurantes probar, y eso hizo con que nuestra estadía fuese increíble. [Location & Setting] Located next to the Blue Mosque, the hotel is in a clean, pleasant area on flat terrain, just a 5 min walk from the tram station. [Quality & Service] Though a 3 star property, its meticulous management gives it a 4 star or higher standard feel. Staff are friendly and polite. Amenities include an excellent rotating breakfast, a lobby bar, and 2 daily free bottles of water. Private airport transfer service was extremely comfortable.

[Internal Soundproofing] Outside was very quiet at night. However, internal soundproofing (ceiling/floor, walls) could be seen relatively poorer than some of other hotels/apartments. While, usually bearable due to other respectful neighbor guests being generally discreet like us, only 1 night hassle of late returning neighbor guests. We experienced other 1 night (late night of 14th of June, Sunday) of long repetitive, unidentifiable rattling + banging noise every few minutes keep coming from somewhere inside of building after midnight. 4 out of 6 nights were very quiet.

I noticed this hotel from outside during my first visit in Istanbul and was not disappointed from what I found inside. Room was very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was with many options and the staff very friendly. Very handy location, right in Sultanahmet and few steps from main attractions.

We had the most amazing stay here! The hotel itself is lovely - very clean and modern rooms with an amazing shower. But what made our stay so fantastic was the kindness and the hospitality we experienced from the staff. To the women who made our delicious breakfast every morning to those greeting us with a warm smile every time we returned! Istanbul is an amazing but busy place so it was so nice to come home to a nice, quiet and calm environment. Big shout out to Hatem who gave us the best tips for the city and made our stay incredible!! Thank you so much to Hotel Ravi for having us and we hope to come back again soon!! Definitely the best place to stay in Istanbul!!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr kommunikativ. Sie haben uns bei Allem unterstützt – sei es bei der Erklärung, wie man am besten zu verschiedenen Orten gelangt, bei der Organisation von Tickets für Sehenswürdigkeiten oder bei Restaurantempfehlungen. Sogar die Istanbul-Karte wurde uns erklärt und zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach jedem unserer Ausflüge wurden wir herzlich empfangen und stets nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr erreichbar, was uns ein sehr angenehmes und sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Besonders Yakup und Hatem möchten wir hervorheben – sie waren ausserordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns als Familie insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit – insbesondere im Badezimmer – war sehr gut, und es gab jederzeit ausreichend Warmwasser. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein und schlicht eingerichtet, entsprechen jedoch den Erwartungen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas begrenzt in der Auswahl, vor allem für jüngere Gäste. Der Kaffee könnte verbessert werden, und auch eine grössere Auswahl an Früchten wäre wünschenswert.

First things first: Hotel Ravi is a gem--it's in a perfect location, just a short walk to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia and other major points of interest that folks come to Istanbul for. At the same time, it is also quiet (enough) for when you need peace and a semblance of "distance" away from the daily Istanbul hustle and bustle. The Ravi has a charming and welcoming ambience, offers a generous breakfast buffet (trust me--you'll need it for energy and sustenance), and most importantly (don't ignore this): a welcoming staff who are genuinely attentive, gracious, and want nothing more than your comfort. Take it from us: we stayed here in May 2024 for 10 nights (and loved every minute of it) and did 12 nights on this trip. Ayca, the hotel manager, is every guest's quintessential hostess-ambassador-"Istanbulpedia"-guide-cultural broker. She is such a warm and kind human being---and one who effortlessly becomes a friend for life to so many. From where we stand, look no further: hotel-searching can be (actually IS) a nightmare so much so that if you find the right place, you best "gatekeep" the secret for family and friends. No complaints from us. Just the right place for us! We've had the "been there and done that" with many hotels. Hotel Ravi is by far the best--authentic and unpretentious, which is what we were looking for. It didn't have that "big box"/"chain" impersonal and "corporate" feeling, which is what a lot of hotels are about!

Обожаю этот отель за отношение со стороны персонала (они такие милашки!) и за расположение. Не нужно далеко идти в гору, рядом все достопримечательности, остановки трамвая и магазины. В отеле есть лифт, хорошие завтраки (мне кажется каждый найдет себе что-то по вкусу) и даже швейный набор! Всегда останавливаюсь здесь, когда бываю в Стамбуле.

Locatie excelenta pentru un citybreak in Istanbul, la 3 minute de Moschea Albastra, 5 minute de Agia Sophia si 5 minute de statia de tramvai Sultanahmed. Chiar daca este centrala, locatia este foarte linistita, fara multimi si zgomote deranjante. Se pare ca hotelul este nou construit. Cei de la receptie au fost foarte amabili si primitori si ne-au ajutat cu informatii despre transportul in comun si skip the line la muzeele importante. Pozitia hotelului te poate ajuta sa eviti multimile de turisti la Agia Sophia, Moschea Albastra sau Basilica Cisterna.

Zgomotul de apa curgand de la baia camerei invecinate se poate auzi deranjant, in special seara tarziu cand este liniste si incerci sa dormi sau daca esti mai sensibil. In rest camera a fost destul de bine izolata fonic, asa ca nu a fost un incovenient major.

The staff were truly kind. They gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of information and advice for visiting the city. The location is excellent, literally two minutes from the main mosques. The rooms are new and clean. On my birthday, they surprised me with a cake in my room with birthday wishes, so sweet! When I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay with them again. Thank you!

Quizas el desayuno es un poco repetitivo, y para los occidentales se echan de menos mas opciones, y tener la posibilidad de beber un buen cafe que no sea de maquina.

Hotel prácticamente nuevo, muy bien situado en Sultanahmet, junto a la mezquita Azul. El personal muy atento, la habitación muy limpia, espaciosa, con un cuarto de baño con todos los detalles. Y la limpieza y cambio de toallas, según necesitabas, perfecto. Y el bufé de desayuno aun siendo de estilo turco, tenía detalles occidentales que se agradecían. En resumen, realmente merece la pena.

Parfait, un hôtel où on se sent bien.

Great stay in the heart of Istanbul! The location is next to all the major sights and it takes 2 minutes to walk to the T1 (tram to visit Karakoy, reachable in 15 minutes). The rooms are comfy and perfectly soundproofed. +++ kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They give great tips for visits (and how to avoid surcharges or scams!). Last but not least, the (Turkish) breakfast buffet is varied with a fresh and different selection of cold and hot dishes everyday.

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione centrale, vicinissima alla fermata del tram Sultanahmet, quindi perfetta per spostarsi facilmente. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, fornendoci anche ottimi consigli. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la colazione inclusa: semplice, ma completa e con tutto il necessario per iniziare bene la giornata.

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr lecker. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, bekommt man sie. Ayca, Yacub, Hamet und all die anderen sind so so toll.

Die Betten sind etwas hart. Dadurch konnte meine Frau nicht gut schlafen.

Normally I don't take the time to rate the hotels I stay at, but this place is something else. Location is great; just around the corner from the Blue Mosque and a short walk to the T1 tram line. The staff was absolutely fantastic and their assistance and recommendations really were spot on. The entire place has recently been renovated and everything worked. They even have a full size elevator, which was a definite plus. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Istanbul.

I did not have more time to seem more of Istanbul.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they go above and beyond to help with anything and make you feel really welcome. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul

We had a lovely stay at the hotel Ravi. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice of cold and hot items as well as fresh juice, coffee and tea. It's very reasonably priced with a location just a few minutes walk from many of the sites of the old city. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Recommended.
