Nice apartment but a little out of the way. Shuttles were very good to access local beaches.

Expensive and we were out of peak season.

The apartment space was good

The property is not up to 4 star, there were couple of damage things in the apartment , water kettle not clean plus everything was cement base, the beds , the wash basins, wardrobes, kitchen which make the apartment with low quality.

Просторные лаконичные апартаменты с выходом в сад. Два санузла с хорошим напором воды. Рядом достаточно места чтобы запарковать автомобиль. Хорошие шторы создающие темноту для сна. Близко есть кофейня и хороший ресторан в яхтклубе.

Почините ручку в санузел, постоянно отваливалась. Не работал сейф (не было батареек). Без машины чтоб попасть в апартаменты надо подняться по очень крутому склону. Подушки твердоваты и высоковаты, но есть маленькие у дивана.

From the moment we walked into the suite, we felt right at home. The place was immaculate.. Very cozy and clean. Our favorite part was the balcony and the amazing view. The location was perfect. Close enough to the town and far enough away to come back home and relax and have peace and quiet. Feruzan was an amazing host and communication between us was top tier. Very quick response with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to visit Turkey.

Lovely stay at Gizz Suites. Our room was so spacious and very clean! The pool area was so nice to relax and swim in the pool. Great location, just a short stroll to the main town area. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable family apartment. The owner was very responsive. There's a cafe nearby that serves delicious breakfasts. The apartment is located on a hill, which might be a bit inconvenient for some. We traveled by car, and parking was easy.

On the way to the pool, you can see a pile of trash. It's unclear why it's not thrown away. Various cleaning products are on display on the ground floor. It would be better if they were stored in a utility room.

The drains in the showers were slow to drain away so perhaps need un blocking

Spacious, clean and modern apartment, perfect for a family of 5. We liked the marina location; it was peaceful and easy to get into town. The shared pool was lovely, and the kids really appreciated that. It was never busy, and we always had it to ourselves. The host, Feruzan, was very responsive and really helpful when needed.

Gorgeous decor, very modern with a lovely living area and kitchen. Huge bedrooms. The balcony is really big and well shaded, the sea view was beautiful. Parking was easy enough on the street outside. Also appreciated things like water, dishwasher tablets and washing powder being available. Feruzan from Gizz Suites was a fantastic host and incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Loved this super-spacious, stylish and clean apartment-style property. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and it made a good, if quiet, base not too far from the marina, at a great price. The views of the harbour were beautiful and communication with the owner/manager was great - we arrived very late at night and she made sure we could access the property without a hitch. The area is very quiet so there's no noise from nightclubs unlike the main town area.

If I could move this apartment block slightly closer to the marina/main town it would be absolutely perfect. It's quite a steep walk downhill to the sea front/uphill on the way home and the local cabs think it's too short of a journey so won't accept the fare from the marina area. We were eventually able to get a cab to come and collect our luggage on departure so all was well. Just prepare for a longer wait. However I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic property, enormous for a family of 5. Definitely the biggest we have had in Turkey. Stunning balcony overlooking the harbour. Beautifully presented with comfy beds and fantastic showers. The pool was a plus too

Апартаменты большие, стильные, комфортные, было очень приятно находиться в них. Хоть наши окна и не выходили на море, но это нисколько не помешало наслаждаться их терассой. Все необходимое имеется! Две ванных комнаты это идеальное решение для компании 4-5 человек! Бассейном пользовались утром, это было замечательно! Рядом есть кафе, куда ходили завтракать, буквально 5-10 минут. Хозяйка постоянно на связи, всегда можно решить любой вопрос. Уезжали с приятным чувством удовлетворения и даже сожаления, что сняли всего на двое суток

The apartment was very spacious, clean and had all the essentials we needed. The host was very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free. It was perfect for six guests, with the added extra bed providing even more comfort. There was also plenty of parking space available. We loved everything about the property. Its location made it easy for us to explore Fethiye and Gocek by car.

Sehr schöner Stil und große helle Zimmer! Ich war vor zwei Jahren in dem kleinen Appartement der Gizz Suites und dieses Mal im 2+1. Beide Wohnungen haben mir sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich empfehle das Apartment 100% weiter und würde nochmals kommen. Die Inhaberin Feruzan Hanim ist sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit.

It’s location was great. It was very close to all the nice beach clubs and some restaurants that were on our list. It took 10 mins by taxi to go to sea me beach and so beach. The apartment was also very spacious and clean.

The only missing thing is the view. It has a great outdoor space but is looking towards another roof.

Ik reis veel, maar dit was oprecht mijn beste en mooiste verblijf ooit. Het uitzicht was prachtig, 's Ochtends genieten met een kop koffie op het balkon. Suit was erg schoon en erg ruim. Met kinderen was het super. Mevrouw Feruzan was goed te bereiken. Als ik wat nodig had, hoefde ik maar te appen of bellen en het werd geregeld. Super tevreden. Mocht ik weer in Fethiye zijn, kom ik hier zeker terug! Bedankt!

Классный район, всегда в нем выбираем жилье. Классный персонал, Ферузан нас встретила, все показала и была гостеприимная хозяйка. Вид с балкона - это ТОП! В квартире есть все что нужно и для посудомойки и для стирки, есть тарелки приборы, прочее. Нет только духовки!

Кровати которые отдельные, очень небольшого размера, и для взрослых людей не очень удобные.

Location of apartment was stunning overlooking the marina with large terraces front and back to catch morning and evening sun. Beautiful spacious apartment with kitchen which was well equipped. It was spotless Feruzan our host answered our queries immediately and nothing was too much trouble New pillows were provided as found those provided were too high. Would highly recommend it

Our stay was too short. There appeared to be a difficulty with the address. Ordered taxi to take us to the airport and address took him to another street to the rear of the apartment block.

The view is extremely beautiful, better than on photos. It was clean, comfortable, feels like home away from home. Good quality of night comfort: mattress, pillows, blackout curtains all were top notch. Appartment is located perfectly in a calm and beautiful area but not too far away from the city so you could reach everything you need within 15 minutes walking distance. Already planing our next visit there

Wonderful apartment with stylish interior, amazing view (we had top floor) and very comfy beds. Nice beach clubs near by. Would love to come back. Very quick and helpful staff.

Beds and towels comfy and the host was nice to deal with that’s about it. She let us have the top floor sea view apartment to compensate the sad time but we had to leave it after 1 day and go to a worse room than we had booked in the first place. All in all felt forced to go on a disappointing holiday 2 days after my brothers funeral or loose the money. Paid £200 more for a worse room.

Unsure why this apartment has 5* reviews, it’s a 3 star MAX. Booked this a while ago, but my brother sadly passed away a week before we were due to go. I requested to cancel through booking.com and directly with Gizz suites so I could receive a refund as I was in no head space to be on holiday. Gizz suites did not accept the cancellation even though I could have provided the death certificate. The only alternative I was given was that I had to change my dates or loose the money. We ended up paying £200 extra on top do what we had paid already for a worse room (basement apartment) Anyway, after not wanting to be on holiday we tried to make the most of it, we arrived at the gizz suites, I noticed that people say it’s a short walk to the town, which in a sense is true (30 mins hilly) but it’s out of the way of EVERYTHING. You need a car to get around. If you’re on the bottom floor you are woken by footsteps above. The apartment itself is very tired looking, everything was hanging off the wall or hinges, dirty mop left in the bathroom, the bathroom and kitchen felt dirty because it was so stained. I bought bleach and spray from the shop to give it a clean. My socks were dirty from a day of being inside the apartment. The pool was unusable because it was dirty. The kettle was full of limescale and dirt, I requested a new one but got given a broken one, we couldn’t make a tea or coffee for 5 days. They gave me the limescale kettle back and a bottle of wine as compensation as if that would be fine to not have a hot drink for our stay. We had 3 powercuts while we we here which is the apartments fault but still not nice when trying to relax after a traumatic bereavement. The WiFi was down for hours and we had to pay for data packages on our phone. The host who was our contact was very nice, helpful and apologetic. But with that I would not stay here again, we wished we just booked a hotel for the price and we Would not recommend to anyone to stay here. We almost went home

Находится на склоне, удобнее на машине. Feruzan помогала во всем, рекомендовала и бронировала для нас места в ресторанах. Супер апартаменты!!!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. it was clean and spacious. Great for families. The view from our balcony was the best part. Location was excellent, close to main beach clubs and also to the city center ( if you have a car)

Super bequeme Betten, super Blick auf das Meer, tolle Ausstattung, Klimaanlage arbeitet tadellos, Toaster,Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine vorhanden.Auch Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei.

keine Mülltonnen vorhanden, wir wussten nicht wirklich wie der Müll zu entsorgen war.Der Ablauf in einem Badezimmer war verstopft, wir haben das bei der Abreise mitgeteilt. Zu Fuß ca 20 bis 25 in die Innenstadt. Hier und da kommt ein wenig Putz von der Wand. Die Waschmaschine ist eingelassen im Badezimmer und wird mit einer Holztür "abgedeckt" - diese Zierholztür schließt nicht.

Saubere, moderne Apartments in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Freundliches Personal und schöner Pool, absolut empfehlenswert!

Konaklama çok temizdi, ferah ve genişti, ayrıca balkondan denize harika bir manzara vardı. Şehre yürüyerek on dakikada ulaşılabiliyordu. Yakın çevrede çok lezzetli restoranlar bulunuyordu. Özellikle bize her konuda yardımcı olan ve bizimle çok ilgilenen Feruzan Hanım’ı övmek isterim. Kendisi bize Hilmi Restaurantı tavsiye etti; orada yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve aynı zamanda çok güzel bir manzaranın keyfini çıkarabildik. Tatilimizden çok memnun kaldık, çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Feruzan hanima büyük teşekkürler!!!

Very clean and quite. Location is great as it is within 15 minutes from the markets and main restaurants.

Nothing particularly about the property itself. However, the property is on a hill and if you don’t have a car then a walk up that hill requires good level of fitness! Also, the property is nearby the mountain and at night we have come across some wild boars feeding off rubbish bins. Pretty intimidating and rather unusual sight I must say!

Чистота, наличие всего необходимого от полотенец и Геля для душа до стирального порошка и таблеток для посудомойки, что не во всех апартаментах предоставляют. Большой, с удобной мебелью, балкон, с которого открывается шикарный вид на бухту и окрестности.

Просторное и стильное жилье для семьи! Внутри есть все необходимое для организации быта, нам даже любезно оставили порошок для стиральной машины. Очень комфортные матрасы и качественное постельное белье! Белые, свежие полотенца. Есть кабельное TV. Внутри очень комфортная температура, достаточно кондиционеров во всех помещениях! Feruza подготовила для нас рекомендации куда сходить поесть и чем заняться, мы благодарны потому что все рекомендации были очень хороши! Тихий район расположения, но до центра 15 минут пешком. Весь райончик очень стильный как будто где-то на юге Европы. Мы были всего три дня но хотим обязательно вернёмся снова!

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, calme et facile d'accès en suivant les instructions de la propriétaire. Il est situé dans un quartier calme proche du centre ville de Fethiye. Il est bien équipé et lumineux. Il y a même une piscine à l'extérieur

Номер подготовили к 14.00 по нашей просьбе, в номере две спальни и салон гостиная-кухня. В одной спальне двуспальная кровать, во второй две односпальных. Пятый человек предполагалось будет размещён на диван кровати, у нас был ребёнок, если бы был взрослый на диване было бы тесновато. Номер чистый, посторонних запахов нет, сантехника работала отлично, напор воды хороший, горячая вода идёт сразу. Жили на нижнем ярусе, это когда на входе цоколь, а с другой стороны первый этаж, очень хороший вариант, здание не жаркое, кондиционеры работали отлично. На кухне были все принадлежности нужные нам, посудомойкой и стиральной машиной не пользовались. Полотенец было много. Логистически место удобное, на улице тихо, машину запарковать можно без проблем, в то же время можно быстро дойти до центра. Представитель владельца реагировал на вопросы быстро и отвечали сразу.

Собаки в соседнем доме одну ночь очень шумели. Шумоизоляция входной двери, как будто дверь картонная, освещение слабое во всех комнатах.

L’apartament de Gizz Suites es molt gran i confortable. Es molt espaios i te dos jardins a cada banda el que el fa ideal per relax i familia. La piscina compleix la seva funcio. Este ben ubicat tot i que cal cotxe per tot, menys potser per anar a esmorzar. L’atencio de la Feruzan va ser molt bona, atenta i molt servicial. Ens va fer sentir molt ben acollits. L’equipament de l’apartament es molt complet i modern.

Les vistes almenys de l’apartament -1 no son gaire bones. La localitzacio no es a Fethiye mateix pel que cal cotxe si o si.

Прекрасный апарт-отель с видом на море! Просторные комнаты, полностью оборудованная кухня, шикарная терраса, отличные санузлы - всё здесь создано для прекрасного отдыха. Продумано все до мелочей: есть сушилка для белья, гладильная доска и утюг. На кухне огромное количество всевозможной посуды. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Бассейн небольшой, но идеально позволяет охладиться в жару. Рядом с домом бесплатная парковка, всегда есть свободные места для автомобилей гостей. Да, это место немного на возвышении, нужно подняться, чтобы подойти к отелю. Но именно возвышение позволяет вечерами наслаждаться красотой моря ))) Искренне благодарна хозяйке за супер комфортные условия для гостей!
