di solito trovo sempre qualcosa di positivo ma stavolta non trovo una singola cosa. soggiorno da dimenticare

La struttura non è come la vedi in foto, abbiamo prenotato un Bungalow (pensando ce ne fossero diversi invece era l'unico, l'altro, di fianco, era usato dal personale.) Eravamo in 4 ma non è assolutamente concepibile che per una sistemazione da 4 persone l'accesso al unico bagno sia da una delle due camere. Lenzuola piene di pallini che pizzicavano e lenzuolo sopra inesistente, c'era solo il copriletto ruvido e non so nemmeno se lo avessero cambiato. il bungalow puzzava di fogna e c'era una sola misera seggiolina all'esterno . La struttura sembra lasciata andare e forse ricorda vecchi fasti ma orami dimenticati. nessuna illuminazione nella zona dei bungalow (scordatevi le lucine delle foto) e ristorante sembra chiuso o usato solo dalla famiglia dei gestori. Se state pensando di soggiornare per la piscina lasciate stare perchè non avrei fatto il bagno nemmeno sotto tortura (sembrava sporca) e gli unici due bambini che c'erano entravano e uscivano sporcandola ancora di più. giardino tristissimo con erba finta e divanetti lerci. non commento i cavalli tenuti in box non puliti e pieni di escrementi ma se fossi stata in italia avrei chiamato la protezione animali. Colazione della mattina terrificante, roba scadente e non mi sarei fidata a mangiare nulla. ho chiesto uno yogurt ma la signora della colazione (rigorosamente con la sigaretta in mano) ha fatto finta di non capire. davvero pessimo. devi per forza avere la macchina perchè la struttura è esterna alla zona turistica ma sulla strada principale quindi c'è sempre rumore assordante di auto anche di notte.

Il personale è gentilissimo. Ci hanno aiutato a risolvere alcuni problemi di viaggio e durante il soggiorgiono ci hanno offerto ripetutamente frutta, té, bevande etc. La struttura ha una bella piscina e mette a disposizione giochi come biliardo, freccette, ping pong etc. La colazione è varia, ricca di piatti tipici e prodotti freschi. La nostra camera era di livello economico ma molto pulita, luminosa e silenziosa. La camera e il bagno sono ben organizzati. La struttura è a 15 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso di Pamukkale. È stato molto bello soggiornare lì. Spero di poter ritornare.

Il proprietario una persona gentilissima e molto cordiale

Pamukkale’de ailece geçirdiğimiz en keyifli tatillerden biriydi. Apollon Garden, doğayla iç içe, huzurlu ve özellikle çocuklu aileler için çok uygun bir tesis. Bungalov evinde konakladık. 2 yetişkin ve 3 çocuk için oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi. Bahçede bulunan atlar, kediler ve köpekler çocuklarımız için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. 1,5 yaşındaki çocuğumuz kedilerin peşinde emekleyerek keyifli vakit geçirdi, 12 yaşındaki çocuklarımız ise hem havuzdan hem de doğal ortamdan çok memnun kaldı. İşletme sahipleri son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önem sayesinde kendimizi çok rahat ve evimizde gibi hissettik. Sessiz, temiz ve huzurlu bir aile işletmesi arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle düşünüyoruz.

We had such a nice stay at this hotel in Pamukkale. The place was super clean, and you could really tell the host paid attention to all the little details. The host was so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was really convenient. It was also a great deal for the price and quality. The horse and cat at the house made the stay even more fun and memorable. Thank you so much for the photo e and the thoughtful gifts and souvenirs - it was such a great touch.

Quasi tutto. Stanza rumorosa (la finestra dà sulla strada e a tutte le ore passano macchine). La porta si trova su una pedana e quando passa qualcuno si accende la luce. Inoltre è stato difficilissimo regolare la temperatura del condizionatore e abbiamo sofferto il caldo per quasi tutta la notte. Colazione di basso livello.

Hard, uncomfortable bed

I gestori indubbiamente sono gentili e disponibili. La struttura è accogliente e tranquilla. Non è vicino a un paese ed è sulla strada principale, ma comoda per arrivarci. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante e la cena è stata gustosa. La colazione, prevalentemente salata, offre varietà di cibi. Comunque se si ha la necessità di avere un alimento particolare non ci sono problemi. Prima di partire ci hanno scattato una foto e ce l’hanno consegnata in una cornice di cartone rigido, come ricordo. Noi abbiamo trascorso una notte ma non ci sono stati problemi.

Purtroppo un lenzuolo era macchiato, probabilmente era una macchia difficile da lavare.

La colazione più buona e assortita di tutti i 5 hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato finora. Pulito, bello, con tutto l'essenziale, anche per bambini e adornato in marmo dappertutto. Qualità prezzo direi ottima.

Anche se Pamukkale è piccolissima, per chi non ha l'auto, arrivare all'ingresso dell'area delle Piscine e Hierapolis dista 15 minuti a piedi. Non c'è l'ascensore ma non ne farei un dramma.

It has seen much better days. Overall it seems pretty run down. The breakfast had a good selection but some food was not good anymore. I feel really sorry to give a bad review but really we expected much more after seeing the pictures.

Frühstück, eigentlich vieles vorhanden, Pool, Restaurant, Bar, Parkplatz, für Kinder Spielzeug, ein echtes Pferd etc 15 min Fussweg zum Eingang der Sinterterassen. Unbedingt vormittags starten mit leichtem Aufstieg barfuss, oben dann noch ausgedehnte antike Ruinen (Hiereapolis)

Liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse, nachts aber recht ruhig.

Location is great and staff was friendly. Buffet style breakfast was decent.

Beds were not comfortable and the blankets were thin and coarse.

We felt like it was family welcoming us at Apollon Garden. They were so accommodating and very friendly!! Their correspindance via booking.com was great, they managed to organize a hot air balloon and provided us with some leaving presents which was just a bonus. The rooms was beautiful and so comfortable. And outside they had friendly cats, a dog and a horse if you needed some animal love.

Месторасположение. Хороший уютный отель, номер комфортный. есть внутренний дворик с зоной отдыха и бассейном. Даже есть небольшой павильон, внутри этого дворика, где есть конюшня с лошадью и дети могут покататься на ней. Все очень продумано для хорошего отдыха. Рядом с самим туристическим местом Памуккале в пешей доступности. Хороший завтрак и хозяин отеля сам сделал и подарил нам семейное фото отдыха в отеле. Парковка рядом с отелем.

Такого нет, все было отлично, номер тихий, шума нет, поэтому не на что жаловаться.

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica per visitare la zona, ma è necessario avere l'auto, in quanto un po' fuori dal "centro" di pamukkale. La gentilezza e la professionalità degli host è stata grandiosa, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare tutto quello che aveva da offrire l'hotel (non ancora in piena stagione), ma sono sicuro che in estate si trasforma in una location fantastica!

Evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Çok güzel bir atları ve köpekleri var, surebiliyorsunuz ve sevebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı değişik ama oldukça guzel bir kahvaltı secimi olmus, mezelerden guzel kahvaltı olduğunu gördük. Otel sahibi bizlere oldukca yardimci oldu, transferde, turistik gezi planlamasında, ufak hediyeler ile gönlümüzü aldi.

Family owned hotel with exactly family feeling. Short walk to village and attractions, pool with many entertaining games activities. Super hotes ! Tres chouette accueil

The owners are sweet and accommodating. The property itself is well taken care of, there is quite a lot of options for entertainment especially in summer, which is nice. The option to have dinner right in the hotel is nice too. The room has all the necessities.

The bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable. To go to the Pamukkale itself, you either walk for about 20 min or take a taxi. Wouldn’t say it’s bad, just be aware of it.

Very welcoming atmosthere. No worries about us arriving too early. We had extra breakfast both days although staying only 1 night. Great for kids: cats, dog and horse on grounds. Swimming pool clean and plenty of games outside. Basketball, pool, table tennis etc. Food fresh. Room clean and all essentials you need you will find.

It was a good location with very nice owners

Что особенно зацепило: • Хозяева: Невероятно доброжелательные люди. Сразу сориентировали по лучшим локациям в округе (сэкономили нам кучу времени!), окружили вниманием и даже подарили подарки. Чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а старым другом. • Номера и вид: Отель свежий, комнаты чистые и просторные. Вид с балкона это отдельный вид искусства: горы буквально перед тобой. • Атмосфера: На территории очень красивые и уютные бунгало. Есть бассейн (мы были в прохладную погоду, но выглядит супер). • Завтрак: Классный, очень сытный и по-домашнему вкусный. • Детали: Видно, что всё продумано до мелочей. В номере было всё необходимое для первой нужды, всё оборудование работает исправно. • Фишка: У хозяев есть своя лошадь! Можно немного прокатиться — очень крутой бонус к отдыху. Несмотря на то, что был не сезон и на улице прохладно, внутри было очень уютно благодаря заботе владельцев. Обязательно будем возвращаться. Искренне рекомендую!

The owners/staff were very kind and helpful with our travel plans. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Lovely surprise to see hot air balloons from our balcony in the morning.

Amazing place! Family run hotel, very clean, customer service orientated. Breakfast was great. Pool was super clean. Room was spotless. Our daughter got a horse ride for free.

The staff were very friendly and they offered a lot of amenities. We were greeted with a glasses of juice, and they also mentioned free horse rides we could take the following day at the property. However, we were very tired, so we weren’t able to take advantage of it. But we would definitely stay here again!

Only thing we didn’t love was the blanket on the bed. It was kind of thin and scratchy, but there was a soft wool alternative in the closet that we were able to use instead.

We had a wonderful stay at our hotel in Pamukkale. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible, staying up late to check us in and giving us a warm, friendly welcome on arrival. The rooms are modern yet retain a traditional Turkish countryside feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was a great bonus after a day of exploring. The staff also gave us fantastic recommendations on what to do in Pamukkale, including useful timing tips, such as the hot air balloons taking off around 8 a.m. We woke up before then to watch them rise, and the view was absolutely beautiful. In the morning, we were once again greeted by the incredibly friendly staff and enjoyed an amazing breakfast. Another helpful touch was their advice on visiting Hierapolis via the South Gate, which made our experience even better. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about this place and was very happy with our short stay. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Pamukkale.

Kind staff and good breakfast .

Husband and wife team managing the property and always welcoming us back to hotel after our day felt like we were at a home stay. Rooms and bedding were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything - small ensuite with good water temp, hairdryer - rooms had good air conditioners. Breakfast had lots of fresh vegetables and even semolina halva (suji halva). Omelette on request from couple who took a photo of our family and presented it to us framed. Transfers to Bursa with use of driver for morning Pumakkale visit was no problem. Would recommend this to all staying in Pumakkale.

It's a family-run hotel. They seemed to take a lot of effort with the natural kindness to the guests. The owner even helped us to catch the shuttle bus by carrying the luggage. The facility would be more suitable for the summer activity. With a relative distance, you can walk to one of the gates of Pamukkale-Hierapolis park.

With just a couple of years of running, the family are still developing the skills and experiences of the hospitality, like the comprehensive English communication. They offered a limousine to pick up us from the airport, but failed to provide any receipt or invoice. The family breeds dog and cat but which somehow annoy the guests. It is hard to say any coziness during the stay in the winter, with regards to the room temperature and the smoky air.

L'accueil par le couple qui gère cet hôte a été très chaleureux. La chambre est grande et très propre. Elle donnait côté rue mais il n'y a pas bcp de circulation la nuit. Nous étions les seuls clients la première nuit, un autre couple est arrivé le 2ème jour. Il faut reprendre la voiture pour aller diner ou visiter le site de Pamukkale sinon il y a environ 20 minutes à pied. Nous avons diner sur place le second soir (il pleuvait), le repas a été délicieux et pas cher. Pour le petit déjeuner, c'est la première fois que j'ai vu autant de petits plats servis sur toute la table (plus d'une vingtaine !), tous délicieux. Chauffage avec une pompe à chaleur dans la chambre (il faisait frais la nuit !) et couette très chaude. . Aucun problème de sécurité, les gens aux alentours sont très gentils. Le directeur nous a offert une photo de nous qu'il a prise lors du petit-déjeuner ainsi qu'un marque-page "souvenir" à notre départ. On s'est senti comme chez nous !

La proximidad a Pamukale,lo escogimos por ello. PIscina y zonas comunes agradables, desayuno turco abundante , ofrecen huevos también. Habitación triple correcta.

Hodně cestujeme a přespáváme po hotelech, tak si troufám napsat, že za zdmi tohoto hotelu se skrývá příjemné ubytování. Budova s pokoji je ve dvou patrech a uprostřed zahrady je bazén, stáj s koněm na kterém můžou jezdit děti, pes, sezení venku, ping-pong a fotbálek. Pokoje jsou čisté. Snídaňový bufet a možností objednat si omeletu. Majitelé ochotní. Ráda bych jim poděkovala, byl to jeden z nejhezčích pobytů v Turecku. Fotka na uvítanou je bonus.

L'accueil du propriétaire. Il nous a offert de beaux souvenirs (marque page, photo encadrée, magnets). Il s'est adapté à nos demandes (plat particulier). Le lieu est très bien, les chambres ont tout le confort. L'emplacement est proche de l'entrée du site archéologique.

Goed gelegen locatie. Leuke opzet, waarbij je bijvoorbeeld ook (voor kinderen en volwassenen) ritje met paard kan maken. Degelijke kamers, Uitstekend ontvangst en service.

The staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating! Thank you for making our experience so memorable and for extending a special horse ride for our little boy. He will treasure the moment forever as this was his first time on a horse! The food and service during breakfast was wonderful!

The owners were extremely helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and adequate. We were so surprised at breakfast when the owner asked our permission to take our picture and we said yes. He printed our picture and placed it in a frame and gave it us as a present. We were so touched by his kind gesture. Overall we had a great experience at this property.

No elevator, so hard to lug your luggage upstairs.
