Hotel Sahin

A nice hotel in a prime location, right by travertine terraces. Breakfast was good too. However, bed mattress was so firm that it was not comfortable.

Using 3 floors stair for me with hearth condition was hard

Wonderful staff! Warm and friendly. Perfect location, delicious breakfast with a beautiful view. Clean and neat.

The view from the breakfast space is beautiful. Our room had no view. The pool was small and didn't feel like using it. The location is great.

Everything was great! The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the management was super helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

Funky little place in a superb location. They did everything to help park car. And let us choose a lower level room so we could handle luggage more easily. Too small for elevator.

Great staff very helpful you can book hot air balloon from here as well

Great stay here. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a view overlooking the travertines that was stunning. The travertines are across the street. Can’t get much more convenient than this. Great value. Would stay here again.

Excellent loc’n to the Traverstines - w/in 5 mins to the Main Entrance by foot. I really appreciate the host kindly allowed us to checkin early in the morning vs standard checkin at 2pm And he advised us to use local mini bus to Denizli Bus Station instead of taxi given we had enough time. Breakfast was a Turkish style breakfast that’s light & refreshing.

This hotel is just what you need for a trip to Pamukkale. It is a short walk to one of the entrances (there are a few entrances and they open at different times). The room is not fancy but it's all you need, and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, I can't recommend them enough. The breakfast is good too. There are good restaurants steps away for lunch/dinner. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Just across the road to the south entrance of Pamukkale travertine, very convenient. Tickets are payable by Cash only in Turkish Lira or by cards.

It was very basic

Very good location easy access to park and pools helpful staff we haven arrived at 9am and they checked in us right away I will recommend this Hotel

Superb view of the Travertines and warm welcome by owner.

Great location good breakfast

Owner is a gem of a person, extremely personal service. Knew when we were coming and helped us find parking as soon as we pulled up. Extremely courteous with the stay and made sure we had a fantastic time. Be mindful of the check in time ending at 8pm.

Very small room. Not for the family I suppose. Air conditioning barely works.

Owner is very attentive and nice. Clean and safe.

The hotel was right across the entrance to Pamukkale. The room was an average size and it was clean. The breakfast was ok, but enough to keep you full for a few hours. I would recommend this hotel.

The property is very clean and modern, what i didn't like is that i arrived around 6 am and we had to wait untill 7am that they open but i got the room early thought. The attention espectacular and 3 minutes walking to the thermals pools

short walk to water front

The first thing we noticed was how small the room is for the price. Breakfast is small, half the plate is taken up with butter/jam/honey portions. There is no lift in this property, so you will need to be of able body. One night is enough here as you are 5min walk to the main attraction you came here for. There are better places just as close in this small town.

Great views and helpful staff. Simple room with no issues

Great location right opposite Pammukale - lots of dining options, easy parking and simple but clean accommodation.

Mustafa the owner was very friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. View from the hotel was amazing.

Best location

Mi tarifa incluía desayuno pero nunca abrieron el restaurante. El front desk estaba vacío y no había nadie con quien se pudiera hacer el check out. La ducha no funcionaba

You can't get a better hotel location to Pamukkale. Wake up, watch the hot air balloons take off while eating breakfast in the upstairs restaurant. Walk across the street and enter the park before all of the other tourists arrive. I would highly recommend Hotel Sahin!

THE BED & TV VERY OLD FEW CHANNELS TO WATCH BREAKFAST LIMITED NO CHOICES AT ALL THE SERVICE VERY GOOD THE AGENTS HELP YOU WITH ALMOST EVERYTHING

Good location- just opposite the middle gate. Great that we were allowed to check in 30mins early. Beds hard and rooms small (as advertised) Value for money

First of all, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We did late check-in, so they called us before to check if we are ok, or if we need any help. They waited late for us and showed friendly welcome by providing tea caffe, drink at late night. Helped us carrying our luggages. Second of all, the location of the hotel is very good, just in front of the Pamukkale travertens, and 5 minutes walk to entrance. We woke up on the next day with the beautiful view of tens of hot balloons taking of in front of the Pamukkale travertens. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Pamukkale.

What we liked best? The young gentleman (? Taher) who helped us all the way from parking to checkout, and the fantastic view of the travertine terrace and the balloons just in front of the hotel.

Excellent location, just two minutes to enter to the Pamukkale Park, very friendly stuff, they upgraded room for free and gave us room with balcony and amazing panoramic view.

Perfect location directly opposite the travertine. Staff were kind, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was great on the terrace with the wonderful view. It is possible to walk up to Hieropolis from here, but we chose to drive and found the the South Gate was less than 5 minutes away.

We stayed here one night while visiting Pamukalle and its a nice hotel. Very close to attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean. We will definitely stay here again if we visit this place.

As soon as we had arrived, the staff was very helpful parking and smooth check in. We were mesmerized with the view of Hierapolis (Pamukkale) from breakfast area in the roof. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit this town which is close to other ancient cities as well. We wish we had time for a balloon ride but at least we had picturesque view from the hotel.

…

We were properly and warmly received. The room are rather small size but efficiently designed. We had a balcony with view on Pamukkale. The reception downstairs is always open and they serve free tea around the clock. We had to leave early in the morning and we got a breakfast package for on the road. The personnel is motivated and very service oriented.

You cannot beat this location. It's in the busier part of town, so close to one of the entrances to the Cotton Castle, and right across from the park. You can wake up a little after sunrise and see tons of hot air balloons in the sky just by crossing the street to the park. The view from the breakfast terrace was stunning and they open the windows for you. Breakfast itself was okay. And the staff is friendly, and you can potentially get free parking! Wifi was sufficient. Beds were comfortable, sufficient blankets. Downside is that walls can be a little thin, so you can hear people run up/down the stairs if they're noisy. And you can definitely hear the burners of the hot air balloons.

Friendly staffs

This hotel has one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen… the customer service is EXCELLENT! We were arriving 3am due to a cancelled flight.. they contacted us to check if we were still coming, we advised them of our situation, so they made alternate arrangements for us, advised of our room number- they sent us a video of how to get to our room… gave us wifi details, advised breakfast time and said they will welcome us in the morning.. I’m so impressed with the customer service and the location.. thank you to everyone at Hotel Sahin for making this a great experience for us!

Excellent location with great view of the white pools. Very friendly and helpful staff gave us free water and helped with local info. Thin walls so can hear various hotel noises including the nearby mosque. Pretty good breakfast with excellent view of the famous pools. Limited parking but the helpful staff saved us a spot. Very firm mattress with no sheets, just a duvet.

Lines, towels , bed old

Fine for one night only. I would not recommend to stay any longer. Rooms very dated and drab.

Within 5 mins walking distance to the thermal pool, great view, great host, very comfortable bed. I got a gift when checking out!

Hotel céntrico, restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Hotel pequeño pero buen servicio.

Staff helped with parking upon arrival which was helpful. Not a good looking hotel but clean and super convenient to visit Pamukkale (across from Lower gate). View of Pamukkale from the hotel breakfast area is amazing. You don’t need to look for a better place to stay to visit Pamukkale as it is not a place with good hotels and just need to stay one night to visit Pamukkale. It was just disappointing that there is no laundry which is different from what Expedia describes.

Very good location, located right in front of the travertines, can enter and head up. Close to good restaurants. They will let you park in front of the hotel and also leave your luggage until you have to leave. Room and bathroom are a bit dated but if youre staying just a night in order to go to the attractions, its perfect.

First of all a big applaud for Mr. Ali who greeted us right from pre arrival phone enquirers and provided very useful information about how to get there, how to visit the Travertine. Property is at the south entrance of Travertine. It has panoramic breakfast hall with view of Travertine. Enjoy watching balloon flights while eating breakfast.

Very good location to visit Hierapolice.

I booked this hotel for the location. It’s in front of the travertine mountain. Breakfast restaurant has a great view with hot air balloon flying over. Room is basic but clean, it was noisy at night. Stuff was excellent. For one night stay we didn’t need any fancy hotel so it was perfect.

Loved the location. It was just down the street from the entrance to the travertines Breakfast was a bit skimpy. The plates were assembled in assembly line fashion and the condiments (jam, honey, chocolate spread) were also put on the plate to hide the fact the plate had a small amount of food: a hard boiled egg, one sigara borek, 3 small tomatoes, 3 small slices of cucumber and 1 slice of cheese. Yes, there was bread in a basket, and watermelon offered too, however; other hotels of similar standing have offered more generous portions and variety.

Sahin Hotel had an amazing view of the Pamukkale travertines from the breakfast room and we enjoyed the pool after a hot day. Mustafa Bey was very helpful booking taxis and an airport transfer. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly,

Şahin Hotel was a little gem, right opposite the travines at pamukkale the view at breakfast was amazing. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble even though we only stayed for the one night. The hotel was basic but clean, bed sheets clean and towels provided. Will defiantly visit again if i take more friends to wonderful pamukkale. Worth waking up early to see the balloons rise up right in front of you.

The qulity of decoration, clean and furniture is far short of 4* hotel. A 3* rate is fair enough for this hotel.

Excellent service. Great view. Wonderful location. Good breakfast.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's right opposite of the Pamukkale. Breakfast very mini with beautiful view from terrace. Room clean, but don't have any chair inside the room or a hook for coat. No shelf in bathroom so everything had to go on the floor. Only tooth brush cups. I stayed there for two nights and paid in cash and Expedia got told I didn't stay which is a terrible lie. In general I have liked most about staying in Hotel Şahin bar few things, but after receiving the "sorry" message from Expedia kinda left with a bad taste.

Great stay at Sahin. I was received very warmly. Beautiful area, right across the street from Pamukkale Park.

Nice basic hotel. We arrived late, but check staff was very welcoming and helpful. Assisted us in getting reliable and reasonable priced airport transportation. The location is incredible, directly across the street from the thermal pools. The restaurant has an amazing view of the thermal pools

Can’t beat the location! entrance to Pummakale, many restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk. The owner arranged transportation from airport, and transportation to Selcuk at reasonable prices. Breakfast is nice. The view room I got was on the first floor, basically looking at other’s roof. Best to ask for upper floors for view room. We only stayed for 1 nite so we passed on it.

Great location, incredible staff and perfect price. Very accommodating to our arrival time and arranged dinner at the attached restaurant even though we arrived late. Highly recommended!

Family run hotel across from the "Cotton Castle". Small but functional rooms.

Hotel across the street from Pamukkale hot spring entrance. The few restaurants are around the hotel. The hotel can park your car in the street across from the hotel. Not much to do at night. People with mobility be aware that there isnt an elevator, the stairs are steep and that the rooms are tiny.

Good friendly staff. Great location across from Pamukkale. Great view of Pamukkale from breakfast area. Average minimal breakfast, small rooms Very good Airport and train transfers through 3rd party. Good for a quick Pamukkale one night visit.

Good location but blanket in closet was filthy

This Hotel is all about location, location and location if you want to visit Pamukkale. It is very close to southern gate entrance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very late check-in, which was no problem at all. Breakfest is modest, but there are few restorans near by.

The best location for the pools; we had balcony room with excellent view (probably none better). The bed was not comfortable, room small, breakfast okay; staff very pleasant. Lots of places for eating and shopping. Stay here if you can get a balcony room with view.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick, the room was very clean. The view outside our window of the hot air balloons every morning was unbelievable! Would strongly recommend to other travelers.

Nice & clean & great location.

Mustafa and his family were very friendly, made you feel welcome, and were very informative about the area. The breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable and met all our needs. Excellent location right in front of Pamukkale travertines and a gorgeous view from the rooms and from the top terrace.

The location is perfect, a block away from the big road so it’s quiet but still have a clear view of Pamukkale. Two blocks away from the middle gate to enter Pamukkale. The staff was super friendly! We arrived late 9pm but need to leave at 7:30 to start our Pamukkale visit and they even packed a huge basic Turkish right after knowing our plan. They also offer us to come back to the hotel to use the shower and pool after our visit to Pumakkale. The room is basic but it has everything and very clean!

nice good for one day stay

The location of the hotel Sahin is perfect. Our (small) balcony has a fantastic view of the travertine pools. When the balloons glided past at 06:00 in the morning it was the icing on the cake. Breakfast was typically Turkish but wholesome and plentiful. There were numerous restaurants and bars within a short walk.

Nothing fancy about it, but has everything you need. Great location, it takes 5 minutes to walk until the travertine pools entrance.

Such nice helpful people

The Hotel location is perfect in front of Thermals and the staff was friendly but the hotel needs an upgrade. It's a 1 or 2 Stars only but it's fairly priced for what you get. It's a day or two Maximum stay hotel.

Terrible old hotel. Very Poor breakfast. No noise isolation at all

This is the best property in the area. They have the best view and the best food. Each time we ate in other places, the food was subpart.

This hotel is near Cleopatra’s pool and Cotton Castle. Is in an excellent location. The staff very nice and helpful.

We got the room with the balcony and it was literally a million dollar view!! Amazing. Could not ask for a better view. It is a lot better in person.

not a bad place, but small rooms and quite basic. There are better places.

This little hotel have a great view !! This view is worth millions. Rooms are a bit small but clean. Staff is friendly. Any inconvenience is overcome by the view and excellent location of this hotel.

Pluses for this property are 1) it looks directly at the main site/the mountain and is located literally across the street from it - you can see hot air balloons from your room in the morning; 2) the owner is super nice and speaks really good English - he can answer any questions about the area - ask him to help you book any trips; 3) you have some dining and shopping options at your fingertips, just go downstairs; 4) bed is comfortable. The property itself is not so nice. The room and the bathroom were small and not very comfortable or clean. In the bathroom there was no place to put your things. In the room there was a bed, a tiny wardrobe and a tiny side table where a tea kettle was standing. There was no table or chair. Linens and towels were off white/grayish color. Breakfast was small and consisted of a couple of pieces of fresh cheese, small packages of honey, jam and chocolate paste, boiled egg, some bread. Tea or instant coffee (what?) was available for self-service.

So friendly

Très bon séjour Emplacement parfait avec belle vue Hôtes très à l'écoute On recommande

The view from the balcony is just a dream. Great location. Nice service, cleanliness and good breakfast. All this leaves pleasant memories.

Really easy check in. All staff really helpful and very polite. Room with view of travertine was nice, very adequate for the night. Ordered us a taxi which was great and very helpful. Breakfast very nice lots of lovely tea. Many thanks

Perfect view, really good breakfast and nice hosts 😊

lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable with much needed air con. The top floor restaurant looks out to Pamukkale's travertines. there is a small pool which was welcome after a hot day sightseeing. Perfect location for access to the entrance to the travertines. excellent value for money.

Pleasant , but small room . owner helpful and speaks english . view from balcony makes the stay .

Room is very small for family, no warm water from evening, the hotel provides the worst of its kind of complimentary breakfast, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

This hotel is a family owned hotel overlooking the natural reserve. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. I will return

Locationof Şahin Hotel couldnot be better - overlooking the travertine of Pammukale. Good breakfast overlooking hot air balloons taking off. Staff - particularly Kaan - very helpful. Car parking available in front of hotel. Would return in future

It was amazing location. Great location, friendly helpful staff, especially Ali, Saleh and Hussin

Comfortable place right next to the entrance to the main tourist attraction of the Travertines and the Hieropolis. Extremely warm and hospitable staff who made our stay truly memorable. Great value for money

Hot air balloons outside my balcony first thing in the morning was pretty cool.

The hotel room was not worth the price I paid. A small room with 4 beds for three of us cost us 120 USD for one night. One bed was in front of the toilet door. No phone, reception closes at 10pm, dirty bed sheets and blankets etc. No breakfast before 8am. I was not satisfied at all.

Good people

Great location! Opposite to the entrance of Tavertine
