La Maja Hotel

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel itself is lovely, and it is in a great location.

The pool area is very small and was crowded with families with children, which negatively affected our comfort. There was no supervisor or lifeguard around, so kids were jumping into the pool and splashing water everywhere, making it impossible to relax. To make matters worse, we found a huge cockroach in our room.

Everything was great. Only one thing was confused me, we got a key from our room and when we came there it was already occupied. We find out with personal, the other guests came to our room by mistake but it’s a little strange that their key pass to our room. The rest was good, personal, cleaning and so on fine. Recommended

Hotel posizionato appena fuori dal centro,lontano dal caos ma vicino a ristoranti, bar, supermarket e fermata bus x muoversi. Stanza piccola ma confortevole, colazione molto buona con frutta freschissima e piatti freschi tutti i giorni. Piscina molto apprezzata dopo le giornate passate a cammibare in esplorazione.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there was amazing hospitality provided and the location was perfect! We checked out at 1pm but didn’t leave the hotel until 7pm due to a late flight, the hotel allowed us access to showers and changing rooms which was above and beyond! Also our room was cleaned perfectly every-time we’d return back to the hotel. Highly recommend for those looking for a great location, lovely hospitality and great value.

Only downside was breakfast which was rather limited but the remainder of my experience was amazing.

Интерьер приятный, в номере все работает. Уборка ежедневно обновляла полотенца и постельное белье, что бывает только в лучших отелях. На завтрак вкусный омлет. Рядом с отелем великолепный пляжный клуб BLM. Удачное расположение. Близко к ТЦ Терасити и 15 минут на такси до старого города.

Данный взгляд субъективен, но все же: Завтраки проходят на -2 этаже в зале без окон. Номер стандарт очень маленький, поэтому рекомендую сразу брать номер больше. Двери в номер закрываются очень громко даже при самом бережном отношении. Надо мной жили дети и бегали из номера в номер, это было ужасно.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL – DON’T BELIEVE THE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS! This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Save your money, save yourself the stress, and book literally anywhere else. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, aggressive, and extremely judgmental. They made both me and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable, and she genuinely didn’t feel safe around them. We booked an upgraded room with a jacuzzi and a city view, but what we got looked absolutely nothing like the photos. The pictures are clearly heavily edited because the room was much smaller than advertised. There is no way the furniture shown in the photos would even fit in the room we received. The biggest shock came the moment we entered the room. One wall lamp was literally hanging off the wall, and another lamp in the ceiling was loose and unsafe. Instead of apologizing or immediately offering us another room, a staff member came in, casually sat on our bed, and kept saying “No problem.” There was obviously a huge problem. It only got worse. While trying to “repair” the ceiling lamp, he actually pulled the entire fixture out of the ceiling. Dust and debris fell everywhere, and instead of cleaning it properly, he simply blew the dust off the bed with his mouth as if that somehow made it clean. Then he tried pushing the wall lamp back together, but it was still loose and wobbling when he left. It was embarrassing to watch and completely unacceptable. The bed was really small, it was almost a 1 person bed, and the room looked nothing like what was advertised online. We were promised a city view, but the only thing we could see was a tiny enclosed space that honestly felt like looking out of a prison window. The second window was even worse. It was covered in dirt and bird poo , making it difficult to even see outside. The only thing behind it was an ugly construction site. Absolutely disgusting. We were also promised a seating area, but there wasn’t one.

Der Eingangsbereich ist ganz schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmerreinigung war täglich gründlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist soweit fine.

Der Eingangsbereich roch stark nach Rauch. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und man konnte jedes Wort des Nachbarzimmers hören. Der Frühstücksbereich ist ungemütlich (im Keller) und die Geräuschkulisse (Zwitschermusik) haben wir als störend wahrgenommen. Auch würde ich diese Ecke von Antalya allgemein nicht empfehlen wenn man nicht von partywütigen Menschen umgeben sein möchte.

Très bel hotel ! Hyper bien situé à coté des transports et beaucoup de restos à coté. Les espaces communs étaient très bien décorés et propres, comme sur les photos. La chambre était assez spacieuse pour deux personnes et très propre. Le personnel de l’hotel étaient très agréable et disponibles. Le petit café intégré à l’hotel était sympathique

Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend les gens parler dans la chambre à coté et couloir. Il faisait un peu trop chaud la nuit. Petit dej bon mais pas assez varié dans les choix sucrés

Reception and Cafe staff went above and beyond

Put Do not Disturb sign on Room door cleaners still entered and i heard other guests having the same problem. Upon leaving noticed that some of my duty free items had disappeared. Other than the Room Cleaning staff this woupd be a 10 out of 10 they stole personal items and maid got nasty when you declined her service, so sorry but they let the excellence of the hotel down. 100 Cigarettes stolen from my luggage. Wont stay here again !!!

This is my 2nd time in the past 6 months staying for a week in this fabulous hotel. It is without doubt one of the best hotels for every single service that I have ever been too. It is not a holiday resort for families, but perfect for adults staying for business, cosmetic procedures or needing some time out on your own. The hotel has fantastic sized rooms which are immaculate. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious, so fresh. The coffee shop in the front of the hotel is great. The location is fantastic. The pool area is so relaxing and well kept. Honestly there is not one fault at all. Highly recommend 👌

Das Personal ist zauberhaft. Hilfbereit, lustig, professionell und immer ansprechbar. Die Zimemrusstattung ist wunderschön. Die Sauberkeit herausragend

Die wände sind extrem dünn. Man sollte trinkende Engländer separat unterbringen und Leute, die Ruhe wollen auf der anderen Seite. Das Frühstück ist einfach furchtbar. Da wird gespart, was schade ist, denn türkisches Frühstück ist eigentlich das Beste. Aber nicht hier. Am schlimmsten war das überlaute Gequitsche von dem Vogelgezwischer aus dem Fernseher und der Kaffee.

Das Hotel war sehr schön ausgestattet hatte ebenso ein Cafe Haus, am freundlichsten waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im La Maja außerordentlich genossen! Das Personal war super freundlich und hat mir bei allen Anfragen tatkräftig geholfen, das Zimmer war modern und sehr sauber und hat alles Notwendige gehabt. Hotel ist in Flughafennähe und mit öffentlichem Verkehr angebunden. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Очень приятный, внимательный персонал, останавливались на одну ночь, маленький номер, но всё комфортно, косметика в ванной с приятным ароматом, очень приятный ремонт и зона отдыха

К сожалению в ванной комнате было плохо убрано, присутствие чужих волос, это неприятно, такого не должно быть. Нам дали номер на минус первом этаже, стоит указывать при бронировании, что есть номера на минус первом этаже и они без окон, для многих это важно.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were lovely and the facilities were great! It’s also in a great location, with beaches close by and lots of dining options in and around the hotel. We had a late flight and the staff looked after us even after we checked out, making sure we had space to sit, access to toilets and even shower rooms, which again, were super clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was tidy and fresh. Great staff. They were helpful and attentive to my needs. A special mention goes to Bilal, Doğan and the guy who let me know that the pharmacy is closed on Sundays. The on-site mini-market was handy for last-minute snacks and toiletries, saving trips out. Though prices were a bit higher, the convenience was well worth it. The hotel is very welcoming and comfortable, made my stay so much easier. Thank you guys.

This hotel is small, private, and extremely modern and clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a continental breakfast. It was made up so fresh every day, with a perfect selection of food and drinks to suit everyone. The rooms were beautifully decorated with plenty of space and extremely comfortable beds, fridge, fantastic shower, and jacuzzi bath. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and filled shampoo, hand-wash, showergels, and bottles of water. Free safe to use. Air conditioning and thermostat to adjust temperature in room. A jacuzzi bath was lovely to soak in after a long day. I would say that it is more of a stop over hotel, as the guests were mostly people getting some cosmetic work done. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend it as a hotel to stay as a full-blown holiday resort, especially if you have children. It's great if you want to be out and about, though, as the location is convenient for getting taxis to other parks of Antalya. A taxi to Lara beach (sandy beach) costs less than £10 or to the old town (which is absolutely worth visiting) is also around £6 or Konyaalti beach (pebble beach, but also beautiful scenery and the sea lovely for swimming) costs less than £10.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Although I did speak to other guests who had a very unsettled night due to noise from other occupants at the pool area. They spoke to the staff the next morning and were moved to another room, which they were more than delighted with. This was no fault to the staff, but instead, it was inconsiderate guests that gave no thought or respect for others.

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah am Flughafen (20-30 Minuten)

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein, kein Platz für die Koffer, Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich richtig funktioniert. Wir konnten das Temperatur nicht richtig einstellen ( auch bei 25Grad war es sehr kalt im Zimmer). Vom Badezimmer ist das wasser ins Schlafzimmer gekommen (war undicht)

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and very tasty. Pool was nice and the rooms had good amenities. The staff were very nice and helpful. Also, there are cute cats which live around the hotel. Finally, the property itself is well-situated between three great beaches, good and cheap restaurants, and a large supermarket. It is a short bus ride from the old town too.

On our first night the guests next door to us were being very loud and we could hear everything. Thankfully staff intervened before we even had to ask, so this is no criticism of the hotel itself.

I could give the hotel 10/10 but breakfast starts at 8 am which is too too late since trips start at 7 am . When we asked for packed breakfast they answered that it is not possible. So we skipped 2 days of breakfast. The breakfast is average .

Останавливались в отеле на 2 дня и прям супер! Свежий стильный отель, для фоточек в инсту)) 24 часа работает ресепшен и там можно купить все! От пива до мороженого, взять лед, бокалы и тд. Номер для трех чемоданов был маленький, но это скорее придирки, тк в основном у пар по 2 чемодана)) в номере холодильник, зеркало. До пляжа близко, но там нет как такового пляжа. Море в скалах и мы нашли бич клаб , спустились на лифте, очень удобно))

Das Hotel ist relativ neu. Parkplatz hat man zu jederzeit gefunden. Das Zimmer wirkt auf den Bildern viel größer als es ist. Das Frühstück war ok. Im Hochsommer ist das Zimmer beim betreten wie eine Sauna, die Klimaanlage geht aus sobald man das Zimmer verlässt. Dauert ewig bis das Zimmer kalt wird.

Otelin konumu çok güzel vakit geçirmeye mekanlara hep yürüme mesafesi ve odaları tertemiz, Kalan herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Bu bozulmasın :) ikincisi Temizliği en önem verdiğim kısmıydı. Gayet temiz ve düzenliydi.internet iyi çekiyor. Yatak çok rahat yastıklar konforluydu. Tv özellikleri güzeldi. Tek eksi özelliği Odalar arası ses fazla geçirgen. Onun dışında herşey güzel çalışanlar kibar ve saygılı. Memnun kaldık, tercih edebilirsiniz

Bor väldigt ofta på hotel med detta va på en helt annan nivå på allt. Rummen är så små att vi inte hade plats för resväskan så vi var tvugna och lämna där hos andra vi känner i stan. Frukoste med dåligt utbud nere på källarplan med knappt nåt och äta.
