Hotel refused to give us the room, ignoring fact it was payed. The pushed us to cancel the room and refused to help. They said no rooms available

How close to amenities it is. The staff have all been fantastic.

There are a few maintenance issues but nothing that’s worth complaining about.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer waren wie beschrieben und sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Top-Lage des Hotels. Ein Einkaufszentrum sowie weitere Geschäfte und Möglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Beim Frühstück könnte lediglich etwas häufiger nachgefüllt werden, damit alles jederzeit verfügbar ist.

-Petit dejeuner tres repetitif et médiocre, Et surtout la fréquence de passage du ménage. A l'arrivé ils disent que cest chaque 2 jours, nous sommes restés 3 jours et il y'avait aucun passage de ménage, malgrès les plusieurs relances.

L’endroit est juste cute et super bien placé également, et le staff est super gentil, surtout Safa ; à l’écoute, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, vous pouvez lui demander. Même les personnes de chambre elles sont super gentille

À revoir le petit dej, pas varié aussi le café & le jus et surtout changer !!! À la fin on déjeuner dehors

Понравилось всё, 10/10. Расположение, завтрак, чистота, размер и формат комнаты, удобства. Но больше всего хочу отметить отзывчивых сотрудников. Абсолютно все учтивые, добрые, улыбчивые. Большая удача была остановиться именно в этом месте!

Комфортный отель на 1-2 дня,перед возвращением домой,рядом торговый комплекс,улица торговая с кафе,в нескольких остановках парк,где мы нашли хороший ресторан «Бухара»,рекомендую,соскучились по узбекской кухни.

Завтрак очень скудный,мог бы быть лучше,учитывая ,что это Турция,с разнообразием сыров,фруктов и выпечки.

La chambre n’était pas propre: les draps pas très propre avec des taches et des cheveux

расположение, интерьер, бассейн, шезлонги, понравился завтрак. На счёт завтрака: вопреки отзывам, которые читала ранее, то были и яйца и вафельки и оладушки, мюсли, разнообразие зелени, овощи. Удачно расположились в номере: мы с мужем в спальне, один ребенок в комнате и в гостиной на диване ещё ребенок. Рядом много кафе, мигрос, ТЦ, где можно приятно провести время. Бассейн у отеля чистый, на солнышке почти все время, что классно плавать.

Очень плохая звукоизоляция. Было слышно, как в соседней комнате вздыхает ребенок. И с бассейна обычный разговор будто у тебя в комнате беседуют. Отсутствие достаточной посуды, чтобы всем поесть, даже кружек всего две в номере, и один маленький ковшик и микроскопическая сковородка. И ещё были тараканы, хотя с ними пытаются бороться

В номере есть все удобства 😍 стиральная машинка, микроволновка, плита, холодильник. Очень удобно. Чистый бассейн.

Die Lage ist super und das frühstück.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers insgesamt war leider mangelhaft.

Дуже комфортний готель. У нас був великий номер з кухнею, терасою, та 2 санвузлами. Сам готель комфортний, персонал був люб'язний. Чудово провели час .

Симпатичные аппараты в возле ТЦ Терра Сити , рядом много кафе и ресторанов , продуктовый магазин. Тихий район, есть парковка , завтраки очень простые , но чтобы перекусить достаточно , в целом все понравилось , вернемся , соотношение цена качество

Старые поцарапанные сковородки , готовить не получится , нет кухонных полотенец , стоит добавить

I had a great stay at the hotel! I was here for surgery and it was in a great location for the clinic and hospital, as well as 5 minutes away from a big shopping centre with food places there also! The staff were all absolutely amazing also- really helpful, I can’t thank them enough for making my recovery easier!

Staff Zafar was very helpful. Building and room is new and equipped with all amenities.

Noise cancellation was not perfect so you could hear outside if other are being loud.

A családommal három éjszakát töltöttünk el ebben a szuper hotelben. A várakozásainkat messze felülmúlta a lakosztály, amit kaptunk. Minden tökéletes volt, tágas és kényelmes. Pár perc sétára található buszmegállók, pláza, szupermarket, étterem, boltok. Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzettel találkoztunk, bármi kérdésünk, problémánk volt, mindenben segítettek. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Mindenkinek ajánlom!

The hotel itself is in a convenient, residential area and on the face of it, looks lovely. From making the booking, I received several warm messages from the hotel which I thought was a nice, personal touch. I also received a message the day before we arrived stating that they were looking forward to welcoming us and making our stay memorable. Well it was certainly memorable - but for the wrong reasons as outlined below.

Booked a Deluxe Double with Balcony but the room we were given did not match the photos. After checking at Reception, it was confirmed that the room was not the one which we had booked some six weeks earlier and that our room had been given to someone else! We were told that the manager would be contacted. Having heard nothing, I contacted the person who had been messaging me, to make them aware of the situation. An hour later I received this reply "we are currently undergoing renovations to improve our facilities and, as a result, we have no rooms available at the moment. We apologize for the disappointment and thank you for your understanding" A total contradiction to what we had already been told! There was also no mention of these alleged renovations when someone had messaged me the day before. Needless to say that we were extremely disappointed, not only because our room had been given away but also by the response. Our room (307) had a slight stale smell. Fortunately it was only an overnight stay as our pillows were not comfortable and literally seemed to be made up of what felt like lumps of foam. Our 'balcony' consisted of 4 Aircon units. The hotel is advertised as having soundproofing but we could clearly hear the guests next door. As well as a washing machine, there was also a dishwasher and microwave, which would be a great addition but did seem quite pointless as there was only minimal kitchen utensils and 2 small mugs. We adore a Turkish breakfast but this 'okay' at best. By 9am the hot selection consisted of boiled eggs, tomato gratin(?) and boiled potatoes and an empty bain-marie of hot water. Other guests may have brought their own mugs down with them as there was only cay glasses available.  The juice cartoons were empty. When we checked out, knowing how disappointed we were, the guy on reception offered a £10 refund which we accepted.

Apartments are excellent .Very modern and up to date.Very clean.Nice quiet street but plenty of shops around.Staff very nice,Helpful and friendly .

This little gem is in a very safe area with plenty to do! Staff ibrahim, kamal and mart are lovely and can’t do enough for you! Friendly and always there for a conversation and advice and information! Breakfast was good, not a lot of hot selection but good coffee & recommend the smit bakery around the corner!! Mojos lounge bar is fab and Starbucks 10min walk! walk to durden waterfall and cliffs is 20mins! Terra mall is 5mins with Zara, burksha and a good food hall! Lots of green places with benches to eat and read a book! Not a massive tourist place which was nice!!! Always places to visit! 20mins to old town and bizarre! Apartment was nice! Safe! Washing machine was a plus! Fridge, oven dishwasher! And balcony if u wanted to sit in the sun! Also pool area is peaceful and sunny although no water due to being out of season! Coffee machine and drinks can be purchased at all times and supermarket migros is 5mins away! Loads of branded Resturants and bars! Fresh towels when you wanted- put cleaning tag on door if you want room cleaned! Hotel is modern! And extremely safe for loan traveller! Air-con and heater!

Cleanliness could have been better in apartment and shower head wasn’t fitted great- could not get Netflix or anything but YouTube or Turkish tv so recommend a stick if u have one but wasn’t too much of an issue for me as I ventured out most of the day! More cooking utensils would be good especially a cork screw bottle opener 🤣

Frühstück war okay, Zimmer war insgesamt recht hellhörig.

Camere spaziose e curate nel dettaglio. Il personale è davvero molto attento agli ospiti, rispondendo tempestivamente ad ogni richiesta. La colazione molto varia e di ottima qualita .

I liked that there was saparate kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. dishwasher, washing mashine was inside. Breakfast included.

Sometimes was no water pressure or hot water in shower, bad smell in room. wifi very very slow, couldn't work on my laptop. I could hear people in next room through ventilation in bathroom and that's very bad for privacy.

The apartment was spacious and modern with all the amenities you could really need for a few nights away. Location is excellent, just a short walk away from a shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Reception staff were very friendly and approachable

WiFi dipped in and out continually, so not always the most reliable. The room has a TV in the lounge which is great, but I couldn’t find any programmes in English (not that that’s a huge deal), so was unable to watch the TV provided.

I really liked my stay at the Ella Suites Hotel. I was traveling alone and felt very comfortable and safe. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and cozy. The price is very reasonable and the stay is comfortable. The location is great, and the staff are kind and friendly. If I come to Antalya again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Comfy, close to the central of everything, near loads of food places and parking spots and good breakfast and staff were all friendly.

Das Hotel von außen sieht ganz schön aus. Die Klimaanlage.

Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig. Es gab kein Housekeeping. Wir waren acht Nächte da und hatten nicht einmal jemanden im Zimmer, der neue Handtücher oder irgendwas gebracht hat. Die Küche ist nicht zum Kochen ausgestattet.

직원분들이 아주 친절합니다. 조식도 맛있었어요. 다른 호텔들에비해 인테리어도 세련되고 최근 디자인입니다. 수영장도 아이들이 놀기에 적합했습니다. 도보로 걸어갈수 있는 거리에 Migros 등 여러개에 마켓이 있어요. 이번 휴가에 안탈리아에서 총3개의 호텔을 이용했습니다만 이 호텔이 가장 좋았습니다. 한국인은 터키를 사랑합니다♡

The pool was wonderful for the high temperatures and the breakfast delicious. Big variety of different dishes!

Отличное месторасположение, рядом торговый центр, не далеко набережная и парк.

В номере были грязные полы. Просили перемыть их. На черной мебели были отпечатки рук, которые не отмывались. Забитый слив в душевой кабине. Бронировали номер с балконом, номер дали без балкона. Когда на это обратили внимание, предложили номер с окнами в стену. В номере есть вся бытовая техника, но практически нет посуды (2 тарелки, 2 кружки, сковородка) кастрюлька отсутствует. Не понятно, для чего большая посудомоечная машина, в которой нечего мыть.

Большие, красивые, чистые апартаменты. Запаха табака нет, все в порядке. TerraCITY большой торговый центр в нескольких шагах буквально.

Вода в бассейне была ледяная, просто ледяная.
