My husband and I stayed at Ria Suites Boutique Hotel in Istanbul from September 4th to 14th, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would like to sincerely thank the hotel manager and the entire staff for their warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Our room (405) was small but cozy, clean, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the excellent breakfast, which was a lovely way to start each day. Thank you once again for your kindness, hospitality, and warm attitude. We will remember our stay fondly and would be happy to return!

We came back to Istanbul from Cappadocia and we chose again Ría Suites. Its great location alongside the lovely staff is the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, it covered everything you need to start the day. Pricing is pretty good considering the location and proximity to all major landmarks. Shoutout to Jakub who helped us a lot during our stay. This time I got a room with an amazing view to the Sea of Marmara and it was amazing.

Olor a humedad, muy ruidoso, no reponían toallas, gel, el café en el desayuno, tenías que estar pidiéndolo todo. El desayuno es a las 8:00 y teníamos que salir a las 7:00 pedimos al chico de recepción para llevar y nos dijo que nos prepararía unos sándwiches y café, a la mañana siguiente cuando bajamos el chico que estaba no sabía nada y además estaba dormido en el sofá del hall. Ni se enteraba que nos íbamos.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only thing I liked about the object was location

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we had to move to another hotel without any explanation or prior notice. No one told us why this was happening or apologized for the inconvenience. We were sent to another hotel, which was very small, and were told to come back the next day. When we returned the following day, we were given a room that was also being used as an emergency exit at the same time. On top of that, it was extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. This entire experience was poorly handled and far below the standard we expected. Also the housekeeping service was bad. Our towels were not changed even once during our entire stay.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Everything went exactly as we had hoped; there were breakfast options, and the quality was excellent. The reception staff were very attentive, and the rooms were cleaned regularly every day. It was close to all forms of transport—the tram and metro were just a five-minute walk away. Everything was wonderful, and we will definitely be back.

Il y avait des choix dans le petit déjeuner. C'était un self service. On a bien mangé. . Il y a des très bons restaurants à côté avec des différents prix..S'ils vous manque quelques choses dans la chambre, faut pas hésiter de demander. Ils sont très sympas.

Pour joindre le tramway, faut comme ci, grimper une colline, la rue est en pente. Les monuments sont éloignés de l'hôtel.

Location, staff, comfort, cleanliness and great value for money. Some of the best restaurants are n the town are just across the road. Good for other shopping such as souvenirs, clothing. Last but not least, it’s only 7-8 minutes walk from the Sultan Ahmet masque and Haifa Sophia. Breakfast is also decent.

O alojamento é péssimo, os quartos não são limpos, lençóis com manchas, amarelados. casa de banho cheira a esgotos, está cheia de humidade , as camas não são feitas, só mudam as toalhas. O hotel não pode ter uma avaliação de 4 estrelas, é equivalente a uma pensão antiga. Papel de parede rasgado, armário sem 1 puxador, casa de banho por acabar. O pequeno almoço é razoável. Estava a espada de mais, as fotografias não retratam o real.

Solamente il prezzo

La colazione era inesistente e immangiabile. Appena arrivati il bagno era pieno di formiche e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera. Il bagno si allagava ogni volta che si faceva la doccia. Avrebbero dovuto cambiare gli asciugamani e le lenzuola ogni due giorni e invece non è mai stato fatto. Ci hanno tolto il tappetino del bagno dopo il secondo giorno e mai piu rimesso. Quando venivano a “pulire” non rimettevano neanche la carta igienica, siamo dovuti scendere a chiederla ogni volta. Il phon per poco non prendeva fuoco, letteralmente… In generale pulizia pessima. La posizione per quanto non male come distanza dalle principali attrazioni, circa 20 minuti a piedi, è al fondo di una salita infinita che non consiglio in caso di bambini o persone con qualche difficoltà o semplicemente stanche dopo giorni di giri per la città.

Poca variedad del buffet, solo cambian de un plato caliente y poquísima variedad para la gente europea y España. El café de maquina regular y excaso de todo

El alojamiento es adecuado para su precio, no puedes esperar un gran lujo, pero la cama es cómoda y se descasa bien, para una ciudad en la que solo vas al hotel a dormir lo veo adecuado. El personal es muy amable, atento y el desayuno está muy bien.

Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 14 al 18 agosto e abbiamo apprezzato anche l’orario del check-out alle 12:00. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo avuto un piccolo ritardo e il personale è stato molto comprensivo e gentile nell’attendere. La posizione è buona e permette di raggiungere facilmente molte zone di interesse. Tuttavia, per arrivare al Grand Bazaar e ai mezzi pubblici bisogna affrontare una salita molto ripida. Per chi ha difficoltà motorie, persone anziane o chi utilizza una sedia a rotelle, non la considero una posizione comoda e non la consiglierei.

Purtroppo, per essere classificato come hotel a quattro stelle, la struttura ha deluso molto le nostre aspettative. La biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati quotidianamente e, entrando in camera, si sentiva spesso un forte odore di sudore. Il bagno era poco funzionale: la doccia non aveva una chiusura completa in vetro, quindi durante la doccia si bagnava praticamente tutto il bagno. Inoltre, il soffione della doccia era difettoso e continuava a muoversi, rendendo molto scomodo lavarsi. In camera mancavano anche ganci o spazi adeguati dove appendere vestiti e altri oggetti. La colazione era molto limitata per un hotel a quattro stelle. C’era poca varietà di pane, frutta e altri prodotti. Mancava anche il succo d’arancia fresco, nonostante sia molto comune trovare spremute fresche in tutta Istanbul. Capisco e rispetto la colazione tradizionale turca, ma considerando il numero di turisti internazionali che l’hotel ospita, sarebbe stato opportuno offrire una scelta più varia. Inoltre, siamo arrivati durante la notte, dopo aver avvisato in anticipo dell’orario di arrivo, ma in camera non c’erano asciugamani. Quando mio figlio ne ha richiesto uno, gli è stato consegnato un asciugamano molto usurato e macchiato, dicendo che era l’unico disponibile. La posizione è buona, ma bisogna considerare che per raggiungere il Grand Bazaar e i mezzi pubblici è necessario affrontare una salita piuttosto ripida.

Buona la posizione e bravissimo il ragazzo della reception Jacopo. La cosa più bella erano i gattini che fuori dall'albergo venivano a giocare con te 💕

La prima camera che ci hanno dato era indecente , mobili buttati lì a caso e armadio davanti allo split del condizionatore, finestre con vetri sporchi ed 1 aveva un crepo. Poi ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza, leggermente meglio,main entrambe le stanze hanno messo dei letti king size che hanno reso impossibile muoversi attorno al letto, inoltre le lenzuola, probabilmente le stesse che usavano nei precedenti letti di misura standard, erano troppo piccole e praticamente alla mattina ti svegliavi sul materasso.

Solo se salva la ubicación, llegas andando a todo el casco histórico.

La lista sería interminable. Pero por resumir: Lo que eliges guiandote por las fotos, es una ficción respecto a lo que te encuentras. Un camelo. Cogimos alojamiento para 4 personas y solo puede definirse nuestra habitación como un cuarto "patera". No voy a dedicar más esfuerzo a describir esta de ¡¡¡4 estrellas!!!, pero Booking debiera hacer mejor su trabajo y evitar que nos den gato por liebre con tanta facilidad. En las fotos se aprecia el espacio disponible, solo podiamos estar tumbados o en el baño. Por cierto, ruido exterior importante y si tienes la mala suerte, como nos toco, que la familia del cuarto vecino son unos impresentables, olvidate de dormir.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay. For several reasons, we had a very unpleasant experience with both the staff and the property itself, and we cannot recommend it. We booked this hotel four months in advance because, at the time, it had a much higher rating. Only a few weeks before our trip, we noticed that its score had dropped significantly. Concerned by the many negative reviews, we asked whether it was possible to cancel our reservation, but our request was refused. Ironically, when we finally arrived at around 1:00 a.m., the room we had booked four months earlier was no longer available. We were temporarily given a double room and told we would have to move the following day. This caused major inconvenience, as we already had plans early the next morning and had to waste precious time packing, unpacking and reorganizing our luggage. To make up for their mistake, we were promised an excellent replacement room. Instead, we were given a tiny room that was clearly below standard: the bathroom flush button was broken, the shower was missing one of its glass panels, there were no toiletries, and the overall condition felt like an emergency spare room rather than accommodation prepared for paying guests. This was especially disappointing considering that the staff had previously justified refusing our cancellation request by claiming they were "highly professional." Breakfast was another major disappointment. The coffee came from a vending machine and was barely drinkable, while the pastries were among the worst we tasted during our entire stay. Our room was on the fifth floor, and on several occasions the elevator was out of service, forcing us to climb five flights of stairs. The hotel's location was also far less convenient than expected. Although it may look reasonably central on a map, it sits well below the main tourist areas. Reaching almost any place of interest meant at least a 15-minute walk uphill on very steep streets.

BED BUGS! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Our original room had bed bugs in the bed, making it completely unacceptable to stay there. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but it was no better. It smelled strongly of mould, was dirty, and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. We didn't feel safe or comfortable staying at the hotel, so we ended up booking a different hotel and leaving early. The cleanliness throughout the property was shocking, and the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Cafeaua....care era doar ness si atat!!! Si faptul ca daca solicitai ceva trebuia sa spui de 3-4 ori pana ti se aducea. Apa si pliculete ,,cu ness" nu am vazut decat atunci cand ne am cazat,lenjeria nu a fost schimbata deloc in 5 zile( nu stiu daca trebuia sa solicit si asta) ....iar micul dejun ff.slab ( in fiecare zi aceeasi mancare cu putine sortimente). In rest....cat de cat ok....iar daca ar fi sa mai vizitez Istanbulul cu siguranta as alege alta locatie.

Udobna postelja, čista kopalnica, odlično delujoč tuš, klima v sobi, grelnik za pripravo kave ali čaja v sobi. Le nekaj minut peš do linij T1 ali T6 (U3).

Gneča pri zajtrku, ko je občasno česa zmanjkalo. En dan je bila miza v jedilnici umazana. V sobi je puščal umivalnik.

Pokoje čistý, personál ochotný a hodný. Celkově hotel hezky a čistý . Kousek od hotelu i když do kopce je hned grand bazar a trhy.

Ulice nás trochu vystrašila, ale pak jsme si zvykli a zjistili, že místní lidé na ulici byly hodný a pocítili jsme od nich že jsme v bezpečí.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Ria Suites Istanbul. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și bine întreținută, iar personalul a fost amabil și mereu dispus să ajute. Locația este convenabilă, cu acces facil către principalele atracții și mijloace de transport. Raportul calitate-preț este foarte bun, iar șederea a fost confortabilă și liniștită. Recomand cu încredere pentru un city break în Istanbul.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super optimal zu den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hagia Sofia, Sultamamet, Palast etc. , alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem belebten Viertel, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Das Mobiliar entspricht eher einem 3 als einem 4 Sterne Hotels, fällt aber nicht ins Gewicht, da die es durch die Sauberkeit und die besondere Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals mehr als ausgeglichen wird. Das türkische Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Yakup und Idris am Empfang. Sie haben uns immer gute Tipps gegeben, wo können wir am besten Einkaufen, welche Restaurants sind besonders zu empfehlen, wie kommen wir am besten von A nach B und das mit einer Engelsgeduld und immer einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Ausflüge konnte man auch direkt über Yakup und Idris buchen, preislich sogar besser als bei Agenturen. Die beiden sprechen sehr gut englisch, was in der Türkei nicht überall gegeben ist. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, tolle Lage und ein aussergewöhnlich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder.

Top Hotel – Danke an Yakup und Idris! Uns hat der Aufenthalt rundum gefallen. Hier die Highlights: Zustand: Sehr sauberes und gutes Hotel. Essen: Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück Lage: Perfekt für Sightseeing, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, super nah zum ÖPNV. Service: Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und sprachen sehr gut englisch. Besonderes Lob: Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht hierbei an Yakup und Idris, die unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer herzlichen Art perfekt gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The staff were really nice, made us feel welcomed and helped us with any questions we had whatever time of day or night. They were always available and friendly. The rooms itself was really nice, spacious, comfortable beds and had all that we needed. There were 2 of us staying at this hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel was situated in a perfect location having access to everything not too far. The breakfast was included and must say it was fairly okay and had a selection of different things.

Las instalaciones estaban mal cuidadas, el desayuno es pésimo por lo que desayunamos todos los días fuera.No había limpieza desde el día que llegamos el suelo de nuestra habitación estaba sucio con chorretones, tenía humedades ,el baño cada vez que te duchabas se mojaba todo el suelo hasta la taza ya que era enano casi claustrofóbico diría , tuvimos que pedir toallas ya que la de la limpieza no nos dejaba y papel higiénico, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran las sábanas al llegar porque estaban manchadas de mierda y unos puffs que había de terciopelo rosa en la habitación tenían fluidos sospechosos. Te lo venden como un hotel de 4 estrellas cuando ni siquiera llega a 1 diría yo

De ligging was goed, maar het was wel een uitdaging om elke dag de steile helling naar de tram op te lopen.

Het was niet hygiënisch. De bedden werden alleen opgemaakt en er was sinds mijn verblijf niet gestofzuigd. Je krijgt wel schone handdoeken.

In primul rand, personalul foarte amabil, in special Idris si Yakup. De cate ori am avut nevoie de ceva, cei de la receptie au fost foarte saritori. Amplasarea aproape de Marele Bazar, la 10-15 min de mers pe jos, parcare aproape ( nu este oferita de hotel, dar se poate parca pe strada daca gasesti loc sau in parcare special amenajata la cateva minute ), magazin aproape, centrul cu foarte multe restaurante la fel de aproape, mic dejun diversificat.

Camera mi s-a parut cam mica. In rest, nu am ce sa reprosez.

Es ist an der Zeit, eine ehrliche Bewertung über dieses Hotel zu schreiben. Wie bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt wurde, ist der größte Pluspunkt dieses Hotels seine Lage. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Danach folgt jedoch eine einzige Enttäuschung.

Wir kamen spät am Abend im Hotel an. An der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. In Erwartung eines 4-Sterne-Hotels, wie es auf Booking angegeben ist, waren wir jedoch schockiert, als wir unser Zimmer sahen. Statt eines Hotels fühlten wir uns eher wie in einem billigen Hostel. Auf den Fotos wirken die Zimmer einigermaßen geräumig, was mit der Realität überhaupt nicht übereinstimmt. Zwar wurde offenbar irgendwann eine Renovierung durchgeführt, diese war jedoch sehr oberflächlich und von minderer Qualität. Das Badezimmer war schlichtweg ein Albtraum. Zum einen war es so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte, zum anderen hatte man das Gefühl, nichts anfassen zu wollen. Der allgemeine Zustand war äußerst unangenehm. Auch vom Bett ging ein merkwürdiger Geruch aus. Trotz unserer großen Müdigkeit konnten wir kaum schlafen. Gegen drei Uhr nachts begann ein lautes Klappern bzw. Rattern – ob von der Klimaanlage oder einer anderen technischen Anlage, war nicht erkennbar. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr dürftig und entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel. Kurz gesagt: Dieses angebliche Vier-Sterne-Boutique-Hotel verdient aus unserer Sicht nicht einmal einen Stern. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie Booking eine solche Einstufung zulässt und wie verlässlich diese Sternebewertungen überhaupt sind. Dass ich dieses Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen kann, versteht sich von selbst. Unser Aufenthalt hat einen äußerst negativen Eindruck hinterlassen und war eine große Enttäuschung.

Unica cosa positiva è che il hotel si trova vicino al Graan bazar e tanti negozi ed ristoranti in una zona non tanto bella diciamo.Anche lo staff molto gentili

Di sicuro non è un albergo a 4 stelle! Le camere sono diverse dalle foto, sono più piccole! Non è tanto pulito poi quando siamo stati noi neanche l’aria condizionata non funzionava. La pulizia è così così!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room size is really small, it even feels smaller than what is written in the description. The location of the hotel was excellent and very close to all the main attractions and transportation. However, most of the places around the area required walking uphill, which could be quite tiring, especially when traveling with a baby or pushing a stroller.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.

Zimmer stinken richtig nach Schimmel, es war nicht möglich ohne offenen Fenster zu schlafen!!! Bettwäsche war dreckig, Toilettenpapier wird nicht nachgefüllt obwohls leer ist. Badezimmer ist das gleiche, man sieht das über die Decke nur drübergemalt wurde, und unterhalb alles voller Schimmel ist, bzw. man riecht es auch. Die Gegend würde ich nicht empfehlen, es ist sehr dunkel in den Gassen, vor allem am Abend sehr schlimm.. Das einzig positive war wirklich das Personal, total gesprächig und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch total in Ordnung.

Very disappointing experience. I stayed at this hotel with my children and it was extremely dirty. The whole place smelled strongly of mold and humidity. The bed sheets were dirty, the toilet was disgusting, and the bathroom was full of hair when we arrived. I even had to go and beg the staff to give me clean bed sheets because the ones in the room were unacceptable. We also had no toilet paper or shampoo, and even after asking the staff several times to refill them, nothing was done. The level of cleanliness and service was terrible. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children.
