Friendly and helpful staff, central location, clean and comfortable room. Dimora is a wonderful place to stay and the value can’t be beat! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The hotel is located in a busy neighborhood, so it can be a bit loud at times. Make sure your windows are tightly shut — it helps cut down on the noise significantly.

카운터에 있는 직원들이 모두 친절했습니다. 낮과 밤에있는 직원 둘다 친절하고 낮에 짐도 맡겨놓고 공용공간에서 짐풀고 다시 쌀때도 친절히 물도 제공해주고 감동했습니다. 밤에는 왓츠앱 알려주고 필요시 연락달라고 했습니다 24시간 상주더라구요. 남자 넷이 여행했는데 아주 딱이었습니다.

イスタンブールの投宿先をカドキョイ地区にして良かった。活気あり、ヨーロッパ側の観光地にはフェリーで渡るワクワク感もあった。

ベランダ椅子のパッドが夜の雨で濡れた後は腰掛けるのを遠慮した。

The room was nice and functional. The staff was lovely, although not being super fluent in English, they did their best to help me every time I needed

L'accueil est formidable. L'emplacement parfait. Les chambres sont très propres. Le personnel et particulièrement Davut est toujours disponible pour vous aider, vous conseiller.

Très bon emplacement, à proximité des transports, des restaurants et des rues animées. Chambre avec le confort nécessaire.

Odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Il y avait un gel douche déjà ouvert et consommé. Mais rien de grave, bon rapport qualité prix.

店员都很好.房间虽然小了一点，但是住宿起来很干净，交通很便利，相对来说这个位置都在老市区，所以比较安静，我需要早上七点半吃早饭去老黄宫，但是酒店的早餐是早上8:30开始，为了服务我们，他们协调了晚兼职班的员工，帮我们做早餐，非常棒的早餐

我觉得窗户上如果能装上纱窗，避免苍蝇和蚊子飞进来就更好了

Dimora Hotel is a great choice - I especially liked the location, the design and the room itself as well as the friendly, kind and warm welcome. It can be a bit busy at night but I love urban sounds so it was perfect for me and I will definitely be back.

hotel was great - especially David and his team very helpfully assisting me after my medical procedure. there are no lifts within the hotel but it's not a problem at all bc the boys will always assist you. they upgraded me to their best room on my first stay and i liked them so much that i booked Dimora again for my second stay. rooms are spacious and with very cute designs. the lobby always smells great. plenty of lokanta around, and the bosphorus is in walking distance.

Thin walls, you can hear the neighbours very well. The toilet seat was broken. Small room size yet it’s not cheap, but Istanbul has gotten very expensive so it’s just what the market is like these days

The whole place is very cozy and David from reception was very kind and helpful. Would recommend.

The staff is just amazing, David, Amir and Ayhan were wonderful, nothing is too much to ask. They know the city and they take excellent care of their guests.

The staff were very kind and were sure to check if we needed anything. It's a 3* Hotel so we expected basic amenities. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and sufficient. There is a working air condition unit in the room that you can turn on as you like. We were there in July so it was very hot and we needed to use it. It's in a great neighborhood, fun to explore, close by to take the ferry to the European side and other sites. Because it's an old historic building it has a lot of charm and character, but the floor boards in our room near the balcony door were a bit broken, not that this was a problem for us. It was quite loud outside until about 2m one of the nights. So if you are someone very sensitive to noise, you would want ear plugs, or if noise is a deal breaker for you then this might not be the place for you. But again, for us this was not an issue. I think the value for money is totally reasonable and I would happily stay again.

Could hear the blasts from a night club nearby. There is another hotel in between so I can't imagine what they are hearing there. It was annoying but didn't prevent us from sleeping. Overall it would benefit from a little bit of maintenance. I thought the deluxe room would be bigger.

Kadıköy'de konaklamak için gerçekten çok doğru bir tercih yapmışız. Otelin konumu zaten harika, her yere çok rahat ulaştık. En çok da çalışanların ilgisi bizi mutlu etti. Özellikle Emin, Emir ve Davut'a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Daha ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü davrandılar, sürekli bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odalar ve otelin genel temizliği de çok iyiydi, bu konuda içimiz çok rahat etti. Kendimizi gerçekten misafir gibi hissettik. Böyle güzel hizmet veren insanlara denk gelmek artık çok kolay olmuyor. Herşey için tekrar teşekkürler!

David is an excellent host, super attentive and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a safe and centric area. Our room had air conditioner and was clean and tidy.

Its a bit noisy outside and you can hear the people walking outside in the hallway.

Es un edificio antiguo y no tiene ascensor pero el personal te ayuda con las maletas con lo que no es un problema.

Hotel muy bien situado en Kadıköy, cerca de toda la zona turística, pero en un lugar más tranquilo. La atención de David ha sido excelente y ha estado siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Hemos dormido en la habitación familiar que está en la planta baja, al lado de recepción y estaba perfecta, amplia, limpia y con camas confortables.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls wurden bessere Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt wenn diese noch nicht belegt waren. Auch waren die Zimmer sauber und aufgeräumt.

Die Zimmer waren etwas kleiner als angenommen.

Супер сервис и забота со стороны персонала отеля! Увидев, что моя супруга беременна, сотрудник ресепшена предложил бесплатно переселиться в номер категорией повыше на первом этаже, чтобы не приходилось забираться по лестнице. А после любезно согласился хранить наши покупки в течение недели, во время нашей поездки на море.

Вечером/ночью может быть шумно. Душевые лейки устали, возможно их стоит заменить

Wir hatten ein schönes, kleines Zimmer mit Balkon. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, so dass es nicht zu heiß wurde.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so attentive and helpful! The location was also great and very central / easy to get to the centre but was still nice and quiet.

必要最低限のものは揃っており、港からも近く、とても便利でした！ スタッフの方もとても親切で、朝5時にチェックアウトしないといけなかったのですが、私の事を待ってくれて、荷物を下ろすのを手伝ってくれました！

Zentral aber ruhig

Good location for transport, nightlife, Turkish baths and cafes. Very steep stairs, they didn't bother me, but they might be difficult for some.

No s bend in bath room so occasional wafts even though clean. Some loud music nearby at night, but it might have been a one off.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a small hotel, but very cozy and welcoming. Its location is excellent, it is close to both the ferry terminal and the metro station, making it very convenient to travel from the airport and to visit the European side of Istanbul. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions. I had a late flight on my departure day, and they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel and stay there during the day, which was especially helpful because I had to work remotely. After finishing work, I was able to go for a walk without worrying about my belongings, as they were safely stored at the hotel. What impressed me most was the genuine care shown by the staff. They regularly checked on me, asked how I was doing, and even offered me tea. As a final gesture of kindness, they helped me carry my suitcase to the metro station. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Хороший отель, следят за комфортом гостей и чистотой номера, нормальный стабильный wifi. Высокие потолки. Предоставляется безлимитная вода, на первом этаже — просторная общая зона, можно работать или приходить завтракать. В целом, всё отлично. Как и везде, есть уличный шум по ночам/утрам, хоть и меньше, чем в европейской части/в местах тусовок. Но тут ничего не поделаешь, мы привыкли путешествовать с берушами и не считаем это минусом отеля.

Почему-то нигде в Турции не принято мыть окна...Странно, когда у тебя отлично убранная комната с видом на уличную пыль. Плюс было бы здорово, если бы у отеля были фумигаторы от комаров для постояльцев. Возможно, их закупают в более высокий сезон?

The location was perfect in the Kadikoy neighborhood. Check in and customer service were excellent and the room was a great value.

Le personnel était très à l’écoute, agréable et attentionné. La chambre était propre et confortable. L’hôtel est très bien situé et la note que j’avais demandée concernant une chambre au rez-de-chaussée ou au premier étage a bien été prise en compte. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

La pulizia perfetta, la stanza ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, i letti e i cuscini comodissimi. La posizione strategica per visitare il quartiere e spostarsi con i traghetti.

Отель находится очень близко от станции метро Kadikoy и района Моda. Что делает удобным для краткосрочных остановок между рейсами в аэропорту Sabiha Gokcen. Цена соответствует своему уровню. Особенно понравился персонал отеля, во всем старались помогать. Угощали чаем и турецким кофе. Мелочь, а приятно.

Przede wszystkim super obsługa, zawsze chętna i gotowa do pomocy. Genialna lokalizacja w okolicy dworca autobusowego, metra i terminalu promowego. Hotel w fajnym, spójnym stylu.

Trochę przyciasne pokoje, ale taki urok tych butikowych hoteli.

Location, price, staff and cleanliness. The room was comfortable and totally appropriate for our purposes. We came to Istanbul to explore the city, not stay in a hotel room. Blocks from the ferries, taxis, busses and metro.

Unfortunately, this is an older building and has no elevator. However, the staff took care of getting our luggage up and down the stairs. Traversing the stairs was a blessing in disguise.

Staffs gave me a warm welcome. The room eqipped sufficient facilities for a stay. There are various interesting restaurants, shops, and hamamis in the surrounding area. I enjoyed Istanbul just like a local resident.

The price was not so much lower than other downtown hotels of Istanbul.

David was very friendly and interested in us. It was a really warm welcome in Diamora.

Милый отель. Небольшой, но уютный номер. Удобная кровать. Персонал очень отзывчивый и профессиональный. Соотношение цены и качества на 10.

Ужасный фен

Очень удобное расположение, прямо рядышком с вапурами, с обменниками, ресторанами. Конечная остановка автобусов, идущих с аэропорта Ist и Sabiha Учтивые, вежливые сотрудники. Нам попался Давид, очень клиентоориентированый и добрый))

Everything about our stay was seamless. First off, a huge thank you to David—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. ​The location is unbeatable. You are essentially a 2-minute walk from the center, and it’s perfectly walkable to the ferry ports and the train station, which made sightseeing so easy. As for the rooms, they are absolutely 'cute' and well-designed—compact but they have exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, cozy, and highly recommende

It was super awesome, we liked the experience very much. David was extremely helpful and was answering via whatsapp even at the late hours. Clean rooms, soft beds, pleasant smell and dimmed lights - which all is important for me. Great location and not too noisy. 10 out of 10

The rooms were small. It is not very comfortable for the long stay, but for a short trip it is absolutely worth your money

The hotel has character, with wooden staircases and creaking floor boards, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, there's an electric kettle for preparing hot beverages, the location is super nice and convenient and provides all means of transportation within walking distance (bus, metro, metrobus, train, ferry). The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It's hard to find anything to complain about. There's only minute things like maybe a slightly noisy AC (not actually noisy - it's just making sounds, and I'm very sensitive to sounds so I noticed) or no light switch reachable from the bed.

The staff went above and beyond. We were super impressed how well they treated our little family.

What a perfect place to stay when visiting Istanbul! Staff were incredible and so helpful. Turkish coffee or tea made fresh for you. Awesome location - direct metro line to SAW airport and right by ferries to explore the city. Room clean and comfortable. A little noisy but we enjoyed the buzz of the city. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
