When you make a reservation here through Expedia, the hotel does not honor it. They will contact you through what’s up and ask for zelle payment. If you don’t send them the money via Zelle they will threaten to cancel your reservation even if you make them aware you will be arriving they will ask you to arrive before 4 pm or they will cancel your reservations. The experience was very stressful especially when you are going on vacation to relax. Also, hotel is under construction the price does not reflect this.

The hotel is in a central location in the Valle. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is perfect. The weekend breakfast is also great!

Spacious and very comfortable room with excellent amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi, and bar. Drinks and breakfast were delicious, and best of all, our dog was welcome throughout the hotel. We would definitely come back!

Hotel con muy buena ubicación dentro de Valle de Guadalupe. Sus habitaciones son muy amplias. Hotel limpio y con muy buenas vistas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We had a great time at Flores de Sal. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean, and inviting. The jacuzzi is delicious, the grapes are right in front of your room. Everything is great, bit even better was the attention of night manager Alex and Israel, they can fix everything. Honestly, big kudos to them, we will return.

El lugar es muy bonito pero extraño al momento de hacer check in. Te muestran una lista larga de cargos que te harian en caso de ensuciar las cobijas, tapetes, sabanas, toallas, de romper algun vaso, copa o taza. Otra lista para ir llenando en caso de consumir algo del minibar. Digo, esta bien ser claros con eso, pero se me hizo que no disfruté mi estancia porque me senti en la casa de la abuelita que te regaña por ensuciar o tocar las cosas de su casa. En las habitaciones solo habia cortinas blackout, no habia traslucidas. Asi que las opciones es, o te ven todo hacia adentro del cuarto o cierras las cortinas y te olvidas de la iluminacion natural. El desayuno incluido estaba delicioso, solo que los pobres no se daban abasto con las sillas y mesas porque salimos casi todos a desayunar al mismo tiempo. El lugar si es muy bonito, solo que si me sacaron de onda sus listas.

Property over all is not too bad it needs some upgrades starting from the entrance should put some cement to avoid to step on dirt! Number 1 thing didn’t like is the pool being so dirty and murky didn’t use it ! But I did used the jacuzzi which it was better I did let the manager know!

Nuevo, lindo y cómodo, muy amables nos cambiaron de habitación, ya que la del lado donde estábamos estaban en remodelaciones y por el ruido ellos sugirieron movernos. El desayuno muy bueno y en mi opinión céntrico para moverte

Overall the hotel is very nice. A frequent valle de Guadalupe visitor one of the best options. Given said that it’s fairly new and one of the wings of the hotel is still under construction so there’s a little noise and dust in the staircase but they do an amazing job of cleaning and covering the construction area. Hotel is super clean always maintaining the hotel area and pool area. I would only recommend the bar staff to be a little quicker on preparing the drinks but the quality and friendliness was great.

En general muy buen hotel, linda experiencia y bellas vistas, solo les hace falta mucha más atención en recepción ya que tuve que estar tras de ellos varios días para poder confirmar mi reservación, estuvimos 3 noches y no nos dieron limpieza a pesar que la pedimos.

Bonitas instalaciones, habitaciones modernas, atención amable del personal. El desayuno que incluía estaba rico.

From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the price is very affordable for how nice the place is. We will definitely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations! The views are amazing, don’t hesitate to book the panoramic room if available. The property is in great conditions, brand new and still under some works but that did not bother at all. The location is perfect, less than 5 min to well known wineries and no more than 15 min to the bigger ones. Would definitely come back!

La habitación es muy confortante. El menú del restaurante no tiene muchas opciones, sin embargo lo que que ofrecen es de buen de sabor. Recomendable leer las políticas del hotel antes del pago, ya que el hotel está enfocado a un ambiente tranquilo.

Me parece un lugar excelente para descansar y pasear en bicicleta.

Muy agradable el lugar, es un hotel que sigue en construcción pero fuera de eso todo muy bien. Nos gustó ir entre semana porque había poca gente, a la mejor no respondían luego luego pero todo resolvían. Recomendado!

Muy buena experiencia, precio calidad está perfecto. Nos quedamos en una habitación básica, de planta baja. La habitación grande, limpia, smart tv, baño amplio, cuenta con mini bar con precios muy económicos para no salir. Por fuera hamaca y fogata. El desayuno está incluido, puedes escoger entre huevos al gusto, chilaquiles o fruta. La alberca de buen tamaño con jacuzzi y abierta hasta las 9pm, pedí una piña colada se me hizo de buen sabor. El servicio bueno, creo que lo podrían mejorar un poco en cuestión de tiempos de espera. Aceptan mascotas, el estacionamiento es amplio, tienen bicicletas gratis para poder dar la vuelta. Barón Balch’e está a 3 min en bici y Emeve a 5. Cuentan con terraza para eventos. Sin duda volvería a ir

Very well kept property. Enjoyed the shade by the pool and hot tub. The views are great and the room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Enjoyed the breakfast included and ate dinner by the pool one night. The food was very good and the Margarita was also delicious. The Staff was very nice and willing to help in any way. Look forward to returning!

Used to love this place but our last toe visits have been disappointing. Quality of service and cleanliness has gone down even though prices have gone up.

We've stayed at Flores del Sal three times over the past year. My first visit was genuinely enjoyable - the staff was welcoming, the price was fair, and the service matched the boutique charm the hotel promises. Unfortunately, the two subsequent visits have revealed a clear and disappointing decline in quality. Despite booking a higher-end room on both recent stays, the service did not reflect the premium price point. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best — the floors were visibly dirty, the balcony area appeared untouched throughout our stay, and basic cleaning standards just weren’t met. When we reported a maintenance issue with the room’s door, the staff dismissed it entirely. No follow-up, no solution. The final straw came at checkout, when the hotel kept our deposit, claiming there was a wine stain on the bed. Except we never brought wine into the bed. As a returning guests, we expected at least a reasonable conversation or the benefit of the doubt, but instead we were met with rigidness and blame. It’s disappointing to say this about a place we once really enjoyed, but Flores del Sal seems to be prioritizing higher prices over consistent service and customer loyalty. Unless there’s a shift in management or attitude, I don’t see myself returning.

El hotel y habitacion estan hermosos, buen servicio igual de la gente. Mas sin embargo mis grandes problemas fueron que 2 de los 4 dias que estuve ahi no hubo internet y por alguna razon en la habitacion no llegaba la señal de telefono, por lo que teniamos que salir para recibir una o dos lineas y la otra cosa que no nos gusto es que hay una construccion alado del hotel (me imagino lo estan ampliando) pero el ruido es muy fuerte, a las 8 de la mañana ya no podiamos dormir del ruido. En general todo bien, habitacion limpia, personal amable y desayuno incluido! pero esas dos cosas si hicieron nuestra estadia un poco amarga.

Amazing experience. Not only the environment but staff was spectacular. Anything you need they provided. Also, cook at the bar was out of this world. I highly recommend this place. Presidential suit’s view was wow!!!

No hay nadie que te reciba de manera inmediata, aun no cuentan con “recepcion” La reserva fue por expedia pero el pago fue de manera directa al hotel por transferencia, lo cual causa desconfianza e inseguridad Personal de limpieza hacen mucho ruido con musica y carritos a muy temprana hora

Loved this hotel, it’s a new build and they’re still working on it so it was a little loud but didn’t bother us. Pool looked so nice, I wish we could’ve enjoyed. They serve alcohol and food at the pool bar. Only flag is that if you don’t pay to reserve you pay when you arrive and need to arrive by 3pm to confirm your reservation.

Debido a que es en si un lugar relativamente nuevo, habia muchas areas que aun no estaban funcionando, como la cocina en la alberca, o no funcionaban los jets del yacuzzi. Las camas no las hacian del todo bien, las toallas de la alberca las dejaban humedas en el baño en lugar de cambiarlas por unas secas, no hay donde calentar nada en el area de la cocineta dentro de la habitacion. Pero el lugar Perse es de lo mejor en el Valle. LA ATENCION DE LA SRITA. JESSICA EXCEPCIONAL

Este hotel es una experiencia, no solo un hotel. Un entorno precioso, instalaciones muy cómodas y una ubicación agradable y relajante. Perfecto para terminar un día recorriendo la región vinícola. Volveremos muy pronto.

We loved our stay, we wanted to have a relaxed time and we are glad we found this hotel, it’s beautiful and private but so close to restaurants and wineries at the same time, we are for sure coming back here.

Great central location for your Valle weekend. The property is beautiful, staff was so nice and responsive, and the views are incredible. The rooms are very nice with floor to ceiling windows that allow for lovely views of the mountains and the bed was so comfortable. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. All the amenities at a wonderful price point We would unwind every night at the hot tub which was such a great perk. 10/10 recommend.

We were greeted by a staff member who spoke perfect English, brought to our room (which opens with a simple code), and immediately fell in love with the place. It felt like a resort but more intimate. On the same street as the hotel, there are 8 wineries. We drove up and down the street visiting the close ones and even had time to take a midday swim. Absolute convenience. The hotel is also down the street from a little convenience store if you need any snacks or drinks that Hacienda doesn't carry. Definitely download Whats App before your stay so you can easily communicate with the concierge person taking care of you.

The property at first glance was great. It’s still under construction and things were missing as expected. Our room was very nice big and spacious. The main issues were with our room. First we went into our room and we could not find the AC control anywhere. I messaged Kimberly and got it pretty quickly. Then we could not close our door. It kept beeping as if it were open. We had to push really hard and the first 3-4 times it locked. Then we went out to explore but closing the door was impossible. My husband ended with the door handle in his hand. Again we messaged Kimberly and she said they were going to order a new lock. That meant we had to wait 2-3 hours. We did not feel safe leaving our door unlocked. We went to the pool and waited there. Finally we were told that the door was ready. We went back to our room to shower and while I was showering the water was turned off. Again we were told that it would take 10-15 minutes. By this time we had already missed a couple of activities we had planned. I wish were told that they were turning the water off to plan accordingly. The last thing that happened was water leaking from the sink. We saw it while getting ready and dried the area. Did not see it again so we left. The next morning we woke up to a puddle of water next to the side of the bed. My charger was on the night stand and the end was on the floor so it got wet and it stopped working. The water was closed to the bathroom wall. It was checkout time and left.
