Everything from the hotel, staff, food, hotel room, scenery, comfort was superb. Highly recommend it and now our #1 hotel to visit while at Valle De Guadalupe. It's what we call a 5 star Resort in Valle de Guadalupe.

La atención del personal , las instalaciones están nuevas , tiene una alberca chica pero perfecta para pasar la tarde con buena vista a las parras y montañas . También las bicicletas que ofrecen gratis para realizar actividad me pareció bien detalle

I’ve stayed there before several times. I liked it a lot. Just not this last time.

I rented the big suite infront of the pool with jacuzzi inside the room. The jacuzzi couldn’t be regulated, and the shower valve didn’t work, I took a very cold shower because the hoy water never arrive .

Breakfast provided was only one option every day, wasn't good and took too long to receive (1hour). They didn't warm the hot tub even at 8/9pm so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. 80% of the staff didn't speak English so they couldn't understand our requests. I had unauthorized charges from the restaurant which I didn't order

Our 2-night stay was fantastic. The front desk staff greeted us warmly. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and featured a very comfortable bed with clean linens. The breakfast was delicious and all staff were superb. Highly recommended!

The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi failed for a couple of hours, but we spent the time playing dominoes by the pool.

un lugar en los viñedos increíble , desde que llegas las vistas son muy bonitas , la habitación era muy acogedora y muy limpia , el toque de la fogata en la terraza era fantástico , me gusto mucho la alberca y el restaurante

The hotel ground and rooms are beautiful.

Our group of 16 people, including seven children, stayed for two nights and booked five rooms. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable for the area. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our stay and would prevent me from recommending this hotel to my clients. Issues we experienced: * The included breakfast was extremely disappointing. The only complimentary breakfast option was chilaquiles. As a group of 16 guests from the United States, including seven children, most of us did not enjoy or eat chilaquiles. A few of us only had the coffee and fruit plate. Since juice was not included, most of us also had to order additional items, including juice for the children, because the complimentary breakfast alone was not sufficient for our group. The service was also very disorganized. During the first morning, several members of our group had to repeatedly go to the counter to remind the staff about missing orders because they kept forgetting us. Breakfast took nearly 90 minutes due to multiple mistakes and delays. One person in our group never received their pancake order, and we eventually told the staff not to bother bringing it anymore. To make matters worse, our bills included items that we never ordered. The following morning, we brought food for our children because they simply could not eat the breakfast options provided. We only ordered coffee and fruit from the hotel. After breakfast, we were told we still needed to pay for three fruit plates. Later, the staff reduced the charge to two fruit plates. The situation left us feeling as though we were being charged extra because we had chosen not to order more of the hotel’s food after our disappointing experience the day before. Whether or not that was the intention, it added to our frustration and left a negative impression. * The hot tub was not actually hot. It was only warm.

La atención desde la llegada y sus instalaciones estaban impecables.

Sólo que en la.primer ronda de.limpieza no pasaran, ya que no tenia a la mano mi celular y no me habían dicho que tenía que confirmar que pasaran a limpiar.

Mi único comentario es que se tardaron en servir el desayuno, y poner mas sombrillas en la mañana para proteger del sol.

Muy limpio y tranquilo por las noches

Pocas mesas en el restaurante y unas sin sombra te quemabas mientras esperas el desayuno y muy tardado el tiempo para desayuno, comida, bebidas… los meseros no te ayudaban en nada solo una chica nueva de lentes ella si estaba al Pendiente de lo que necesitábamos.

Property was not too big and not overcrowded for a Monday.

We were lost and could not find the property due to lack of signs directing guest where to turn to get to property. We had to call twice for directions. Also lack of supervision with kids diving into pool and quiet time at night. We were not able to use our jacuzzi in our room the 2nd night, it had to be repaired.

Beautiful property close to a lot of other vineyards. Rooms very clean, spacious and comfy beds. We booked a room with a nice size patio with our own large hammock and fire pit

Todo esta muy bien. Un comentario menor seria que fuera más temprano la hora en q activan el flujo de agua del jacuzzi a la alberca de manera que la temperatura del agua de la alberca se alcance a templar más temprano.

Ubicacio, instalaciones y personal muy bien.

En el desayuno falta más información a cerca de la logísticas a seguir para tomar el desayuno incluido, y nunca se acercaron para ver que íbamos a comer.

The grounds are well appointed with beautiful plants and trees in the pool area. Also, great having a fireplace to kick back to at night.

The price was exceedingly high for two nights especially during a weekend with low crowds. Most offensive was that I was charged more than what was listed on booking.com about $60 in extra charges. Secondly, I disliked how demanding they were of getting a payment directly through hotel before arrival. I chose booking.com for convenience but the Hotel Flores de Sal made me feel uncomfortable with their warning that my room would be given away if I didn’t make a payment before arrival. This should be outlined here on Booking.com but it was not.

El area de alberca y descanso son muy agradables, por otro lado tienen como un plus a la diversion el tener acceso a bicicletas...eso es genial.!!

No hay variedad de comida, seria genial que extendieran un poco mas en alimentos.

Bonitas instalaciones, habitaciones limpias, cómodas, bonitas. Desayuno bueno, sencillo.

Esta vez nos tocó coincidir con varias familias con niños pequeños. No nos gustó que el jacuzzi siempre estuviera lleno de niños de aproximadamente 4 a 8 años jugando con pelotas, flotadores e incluso snorkel. Consideramos que el jacuzzi debería ser exclusivamente para adultos, un espacio para relajarse y poder platicar tranquilamente.

Excelente relación calidad precio.

Ubicacion y ambiente es lo mejor, El servicio de bar y los apetizers estubieron muy bien.

Solo tienen espacios para el desayuno al aire libre lo que podria ser frustrante en un dia con mucho viento como me toco a mi.

It was a beautiful new hotel with a beautiful pool, their accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. The location was good and it has huge potential.

I wasn’t aware that there was major construction happening during our stay, they’re only about a half built . Any mention or listing about construction was not addressed anywhere before arrival. That being said, it wasn’t very noisy and didn’t really disrupt but the visual outside when you arrive and the amount of work men that are there were not what I was expecting. The staff is a little immature. They don’t really speak English at all – yes I understand them in another country, but how much of their businesses from the US and Canada? Anyway I receive communications from the start of confirmation, pre-arrival, day of arrival, as well while on property all in Spanish and there was no English alternatives in any of it. Even checking in trying to sign three pages of rules and regulations that I couldn’t understand I didn’t have an English alternative. That’s a problem. The pool area is just beautiful. The restaurants a little odd you have to go up to the bar and order yourself. I have a feeling once the hotel is fully complete they’ll be more food and beverage options. Breakfast was included in a room, which was nice, it was a pretty simple menu but OK. My challenges we left early and breakfast isn’t served till nine. I think that’s a little late. Would I stay there again, yes ….was the value Strong absolutely, it was like $100 a night. Staff could use some work, there is construction going on, but it was a great rate. I’m very comfortable room and a beautiful location.

El desayuno de cortesía, la porción parecía como para un niño, (fue una burla),para los los precios que manejan las toallas en el baño muy percudidas. La señal del internet estaba muy lenta. El horario en el que sirven el desayuno muy tarde a las 9:00 de la mañana.

Turned up at 1pm to find out that the hotel had cancelled my reservation at 10am. Reservation was still valid on booking.com. They say they had an issue with my card as it recently expired when I got a new one from the bank. However my reservation had been guaranteed using the same account which hadn’t changed. I get that this may have caused confusion but why not wait until I arrive to check. Again the app said my reservation was still good when I arrived but obviously it wasn’t. No sense of empathy from the staff.
