Llovió fuerte y se inundó nuestra habitación en la planta baja, la iluminación de las habitaciones podría mejorar, es un poco tenue

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Las instalaciones son lindas y cómodas, siempre estuvieron limpias y las encargadas de limpieza siempre estaban haciendo un execelente trabajo. La ubicación es buena queda cerca del centro y lo mejor es que queda a piel de playa. El personal también estuvo a la disposición dentro de lo que cabe.
Hubo algunas situaciones, una de ellas fue la inundación de las instalaciones, es entendible que fue un caso indirecto puesto que la naturaleza hizo lo suyo con la tormenta sin embargo es algo que no debería de pasar, se tendría que tener un buen desagüe o en su defecto algunas bocas de tormentas, se nos mojaron algunas cosas pero el incidente no pasó a mayores. Otra situación fue que en algún momento de la estancia en la alberca pusimos un poco de música a nivel bajo, nos llamaron la atención y es entendible porque no se podía poner música a cualquier volumen sin embargo, hubo huéspedes que pusieron música 4 días seguidos y nunca vimos que les llamaran la atención, sentimos un poco.de discriminación al respeto. Estuvimos 8 días en el establecimiento así que si hubo tiempo de observar está situación.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Está bien ubicado a pie de playa, super tranquilo si lo que buscas es que no haya bullicio como en otros lugares, la atención fue muy amable y la estancia fue cómoda.
Creo que el único problema que tuve fue que la llave de la habitación se atoraba a veces 😂.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Me respetaron el precio que obtuve en booking, fueron amables desde mi llegada hasta la salida, las instalaciones en general están bien, la habitación muy buena lastima por los huéspedes que no son limpios y ordenados ya que hacen lo posible para que estén en un muy buen estado el personal, la ubicación está excelente, espero no sea la última vez que mi familia y yo volvamos. Gracias por su atención y servicio.
La alberca necesita mantenimiento de los azulejos que tiene ya que se desprendían, además de que el reglamento de la alberca debe ser más específico con los adultos que van en pareja, los que toman en envases de vidrio; no nos comentaron a la llegado sobre si había Internet en habitación, que se podía solicitar silla para la playa, por ejemplo. Además hubo gente que estuvo fumando en el balcón y creo que no se puede fumar.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026La ubicación, la atención del personal, las instalaciones nuevas, en general las instalaciones me parecen bien conservadas. Lo que más gusto es el bungalow, este tenía un excelente espacio. El personal siempre estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades.
En mi caso me tocó una suite con vista al pueblo y no pude descansar correctamente debido a que las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido, entonces todo el ruido de la calle se escuchaba muy fuerte. La segunda estancia fue en un bungalow, en este pediría la instalación de A/C en la sala de estar, porque se siente mucho el calor. Aunque no se va a la playa a ver la TV. en esta ocasión quería ver un programa en TV abierta y no logré descifrar como funcionaba el equipo.

No hot water, very noisy, the room facing a busy road, dogs barking all night, garbage removal at 7 am, parade at 730 am. It is part of the place and the time which was during carnival time which we didn't foresee, if you're planning on a relaxing food night sleep, it's not going to happen.

I can remember one name, Cindy, but all the staff, from front desk to the house staff were just so very pleasant. Good supply of drinking water. Closet, shelves, ac (worked fine, didn't use it much) chairs and table on the porch. We loved Melaque and the Hotel Aurelia was a big part of it.
Our room faced the street. I liked hearing and being able see what was going on. Closing the sliding door closed out the sound pretty well. If I change my mind about that ill get a room on the other side faces the beach.
