MOTEL CIES

The room and the customer service!

The AC was in automatic so it make the room hot for a while then until will turn on back again cooler and hot again that made our stay not very good. We will sweat and then refresh and contact the service desk and states they couldn’t do anything owner the manager and he wasn’t there.

I couldn’t get the wifi

Todo

Clean

No iron had to go purchase one

No es usual que Booking ofrezca hoteles de paso. Una sección del hotel tiene cuartos de renta por horas.

La regadera es muy incómoda, el agua cambia de muy caliente a muy fría y no permite bañarte cómodamente

Didn't get the room I paid for, I asked for a refund and left and no refund was given.

Clean room, shops near by.

I would find somewhere else. This is a love motel. They rent out the rooms for hours for people to get busy and get out. They "lost" my reservation as well and it was a pain to get back into the room grab my stuff. I paid for a night. 100 bucks. Not worth it.

Had a problem with staff but was resolved, definitely not recomended for family, it's a Hotel exclusively for adults, tv porn stations that is a nono, booklet containing sex toys for sale. That also is considered a nono if the hotel is advertising family friendly hotel can get in legal trouble.

The room was huge. For the price that I paid it was not bad, they had room service, internet and a really comfortable bed.

I think my only complaint would have to be the location. I kind of feel like it's in the middle of nowhere

Excelente lugar

Muy bueno y muy limpio

Very secured. Very quiet. Not to far from shopping center.

Loved that it was a big

All the staff making a bunch of noise

Excellent,

I like the concept. But not so much that they have an hourly rate as well as that they sell sex toys. And not so much for the trek up the stairs from the garage with our luggage. Have Drive-thru check in only. Can't see the person checking u in thru the smoked glass. Do not speak English. Advertise Smoke Free Property but an ashtray available outside our door. They issue No Key to the room door. You arrive and find the door ajar. Once door is locked for you to go out, you then have to call for someone to come to unlock the door to get back in. No closet or bureau to unpack into or even a luggage rack. They Ad that there is a restaurant on-site. But actually they only have room service. But then there is no dining table in your room and only lounge chairs, so eating would be rather difficult. Maid service move about in the space between rooms. Their voices carry/echo up the space and into the room via the bathroom window and hallway. Don't believe I'd do this one again... Keep in mind that Motel Cies means Motel 6.

Good

How clean the room 👌 was the customer service was amazing 👏 would highly recommend

Garage security

Price and cleanliness

Pillows too large. No closet or dresser for clothes

Thay ask me for deposit Because thay didn't provide with receipt thay didn't want to return My deposit

Rooms are very nice

Staff very terrible. Maintenance very noisey too early in the morning. Every time you want to go out, they won't let you until they check the room.

The room was nice as well as the building

Terrible customer service, I was told I cannot leave the room or else my room would be given away to someone else, even though I made online reservation for a while night. Garage door did not work I had to call the reception desk foe them to open the garage door everytime. The beds were extremely uncomfortable!! As well as the pillows. Very loud staff laughing and screaming outside of our room door at 3:00am!!!

The property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was nothing fancy, but it was nice.

It was hard to communicate with the staff behind a window, where you can’t see anyone. The staff controls your in and out. Have to wait for someone to open the gates and garage. Water was not hot to shower. Staff did not know the internet connection details.

I’ve been here before, I got the regular room and it went well

The second time I came here I got the room with the spa, and it was awful

Not orginized

Todo super limpio, excelente 👌☺️👌

Súper amable el personal y muy limpio

Nothing

It was a hotel with women knocking at your door from an inside Corridor. I’ve never felt so unsafe in my life.

No servia la refrigeración

Amazing new hotel that is well worth the price.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Excelente

Increíble el hotel. Nos hizo nuestra semana especial. Servicio a la habitación inmediato.

Tranquila y muy bien ciudada

Me parece muy bien

Great place to stay awesome service

Recomendable

Pricy, but unbelievable how spacious the jacuzzi room was😍😍

Safe clean

Buena atención y que no hubo problemas para entrar y salir

Overall stay was great and loved the suite and was very spacious which me and my bf loved it was a pleasant room our only complaint is that the pillows were not comfortable to sleep in my bf used no pillows to sleep and i used the smaller pillow but other than that it was great

Gracias

This place is very nice. You get your own parking in a private garage with a garage door. The room is extremely nice, well decorated, and very clean. The one negative was that there was a menu on the bedside table for the sale of sex toys and outfits. I found this off putting and very out of place.
