Reviewed May 25, 2026Tolles Flughafen nahes Hotel mit freundlichem Service. Die Suite mit Poolzugang ist sehr geräumig, stilvoll und hell. Und trotz des fliegenden Wechsels anderer Gäste, war es dort entspannt und ruhig. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut sortiert, immer sauber und eignet sich hervorragend um sich etwas zuzubereiten. Wir nutzen dort lediglich das Geschirr um Take a Ways zu speisen. Rauchen ist im Garten am Pool problemlos möglich.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Zimmer war in Ordnung wir hatten hotel nur für den letzten Tag gebucht um rechtzeitig am Flughafen anzukommen sind ca 20min gelaufen. Es gibt ein kostenloses "Frühstücks buffet" allerdings nichts nennen Wertes Zum Preis ich würde empfehlen das hotel spontan zu buchen der Preis ist aktuell rund 25% unter dem meiner Buchung von vor 2 Wochen für die gleiche Nacht.
Es gibt einen kostenlosen Flughafen Transfer das haben wir allerdings erst kurz bevor wir los mussten erfahren es steht ganz klein bei ca 10 bunten Zetteln im aufzug und ich hatte mir diese erst am Tag der Abreise angeschaut. Es wäre nett gewesen wenn man darauf hingewiesen worden wäre am Vortag wo man sich hätte eintragen lassen können. Die sicherung der Klimaanlage ist alle paar Stunden rausgesprungen.

Не было кофе, чтобы можно было приготовить в номере. При этом чай, сливки и все остальное было доступно.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026We chose this property because of its location, close to Phuket airport. The hotel looks fairly new. We chose the poolside room with a mezzanine floor (bedroom), which also offered double height glass windows.As well as a kettle, hairdryer and safe, an iron was provided (this was an added bonus). Information for people with mobility issues….there are 16 steps to the mezzanine floor, so this room type may not be suitable for seniors: also, there is only the one bathroom on the ground floor. Another bonus was The Chair Cafe at the carpark entrance. Great food, drinks and service.
A note for management to focus more on maintenance…there were some unsightly scuff marks on walls. This was disappointing considering the age of the hotel.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026We stayed at the Atom for one night after arriving in Phuket on a late flight and it was a perfect choice for a one night stop. It is about a 5 min drive from the airport and has dedicated parking spaces - All very convenient as we had hired a car. Upon arrival, we found the staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everything was explained to us really well. The feel of the hotel is very chill and calm. It is also very clean. The pool and the pool area looked amazing, although sadly we didn’t get to try it out as we had to leave early the following morning. The bedrooms are spacious and with good amenities, nice bathroom with a good shower. Good air con. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept very well. They don’t serve breakfast at the hotel but they have a free snack bar where you can grab a coffee, fruit, cereal and toast plus there are cafes nearby. The location is great. 15 min walk from beach, near the airport and also close to many shops (inc a 7-11 next door) and restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with our choice of accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

El préstamo de esterillas y cubos y palas para la playa. La comodidad de las camas. Es un buen hotel, con buena calidad y la comodidad de la piscina es top.
Creo que la localización no es del todo cómoda si vas con niños muy pequeños. Las aceras son poco transitables con cochecito y se hace complicado moverse si no es con Grab. Está un poco lejos de la playa, aunque vale la pena verla porque es muy bonita y con un mercadillo local de comida para poder comprar desayuno allí directamente.

Das Personal war an sich sehr freundlich. Außer eine Frau, als wir ankamen gegen 12:30 Uhr hat sie direkt „Check in ist ab 14 Uhr“ ohne Hallo ohne Nix. Sie wusste bis dahin ja noch nicht mal ob wir noch ein Zimmer suchen oder schon eins haben. Also irgendwie ein blöder Einstieg.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The location near Nai Yang Beach was also very convenient.

L'emplacement est idéal : l'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, ce qui est ultra pratique, tout en restant à proximité d'une grande et belle plage. Mention spéciale pour la piscine qui est vraiment très agréable. Un excellent compromis entre praticité et détente !

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Gut zu wissen, wer vor 14.00 Uhr einchecken will, muss ev. 200 Batt extra zahlen.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Hotel blisko lotniska, wspólna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, w której można było coś ugotować. Wygodne łóżka. Basen, pralnia, duży i przestronny pokój.
Trafiliśmy do tego hotelu po odwołaniu lotów do Polski z powodu ataków rakietowych. Choć hotel dotrzymał ustaleń i pozwolił nam przedłużać pobyt do soboty, sam standard pokoju pozostawiał wiele do życzenia, zwłaszcza przy cenie 180 zł za dobę. Największe minusy: - w pokoju nie sprzątano codziennie, dopiero przy naszym przypomnieniu - z wentylacji wydobywał się bardzo nieprzyjemny odór, co było uciążliwe przy kilkudniowym pobycie Największy niesmak pozostawia jednak sytuacja wymeldowania się z hotelu: Chcieliśmy być w porządku, więc sami zgłosiliśmy na recepcji przypadkowe zbicie szklanki i od razu za nią zapłaciliśmy (było to dzień przed wymeldowaniem się). W dzień wymeldowania obsługa pokazała nam mały, rozpruty na rogu ręcznik, twierdząc, że to nasza wina. Problem w tym, że w ogóle nie używaliśmy małych ręczników (korzystaliśmy tylko z dużych), więc musiał on zostać nam dostarczony w takim stanie przez serwis sprzątający. Mimo to zmuszono nas do zapłaty. Dodatkowo: Błędy w dokumentach: Prosiliśmy o faktury za pobyt w hotelu, aby ubiegać się o zwrot kosztów od linii lotniczych. Obsługa wykazała się niestarannością, wpisując na fakturze moje dwa imiona zamiast imienia i nazwiska. Gdyby nie moja spostrzegawczość, wyjechalibyśmy z błędnym dokumentem, co mogłoby być podstawą do odrzucenia wniosku o odszkodowanie. Na szczęście błąd poprawiono na miejscu, ale niesmak pozostał. Bardzo słabe podejście do gościa, który i tak jest w trudnej sytuacji losowej. Nasza uczciwość została wykorzystana do obciążenia nas za cudze zaniedbania. Podsumowując: hotel wykorzystuje trudną sytuację turystów, jest niestaranny w dokumentacji i szuka dodatkowych zysków tam, gdzie gość wykazuje się uczciwością. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Wij hadden een groot hoek kamer met een groot balkon. Uitzicht op de straat. Geen last van het verkeersgeluid. Een restaurant naast het hotel serveert heerlijk ontbijt voor een prima prijs.
Het hotel serveert geen uitgebreid ontbijt. De wasruimte is buiten en achteraf. De wasmachine en de droger zijn niet erg schoon. wij hadden graag een magnetron in onze kamer willen hebben.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Super lækkert rum med god plads og dejlige omgivelser. Poolen fin og alt rent. Da vi boede på 4 sal var vi ikke generet af trafikstøjen. Gå afstand fra både badestrand og lufthavn. Restauranten foran virkelig dyr men god kvalitet hvis man ønsker sunde alternativer.
Der var ikke noget dårligt at sige..

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Отличный отель, чисто, бассейн есть, на каждом этаже кулер стоит и также гладильная доска с утюгом, номер отличный, завтраки-перекусы тоже приличные, мы сначала на ресепшене не совсем поняли про завтраки, но в итоге потом сами сходили проверили, легкий перекус точно будет (чай, кофе, бутерброды самому можно сделать, фрукты, печенье есть, сыр, ветчина). Я была всего одну ночь, но если бы еще раз вернулась, то заселилась бы опять в этот отель с удовольствием!
