Amazing location on a stunning beach which is most of the time empty. The pool is incredible and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The bungalow was basic but very decent and clean. Overall loved it!

Directly located at the beach, the staff was very kind, Bungalows had enough space and easily fit in 2-3 people ( even if I was traveling alone, but I had plenty of space left )

The mattress had a hard edge in the middle but wasn’t a big deal as I was alone. Maybe there was just something wrong with this specific one.

Very nice bungalows. The air conditioning was very nice and the location was amazing. We loved the pool and the beach views. Very easy to get into town it’s just a 5 min walk. Moreover the staff was helpful. Also the restaurant was good.

I would have loved a little fridge or something to store some food and moreover a little area where you can sit and consume your own food without eating in the restaurant. There was unfortunately no chair in the room.

Genial ubicación en ban tai. Cerca del centro y de la full moon party. Tiene piscina y a pocos metros ell mar. Y genial de precio. Cogimos una cabaña con aire acondicionado. Nota de 8'5 calidad precio si es lo que buscas.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è in una posizione fantastica, direttamente sul mare, con una bellissima piscina privata e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La nostra camera tripla era molto bella, spaziosa e confortevole, sempre ben pulita. Ottima anche la climatizzazione, che ha funzionato perfettamente per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Una nota di merito va sicuramente al personale: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Struttura consigliata!

Super schöne Unterkunft! Der Poolbereich ist absolut Hammer – direkt am Meer und einfach eine super schöne Umgebung und Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen im Hotel eigenen Restaurant war lecker und das Zimmer war sauber die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert :) Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich 10/10!

Strand- ansonsten nichts. Dusche funktionierte im oberen Stockwerk nicht. Nur ein kleiner Strahl. Duschen unmöglich. Zum Glück war meine Schwester unten und wir konnten nur unten duschen. Wasserdruck reichte nicht für den oberen Stock aus

The location, in front of the sea, amazing

The room was in terrible condition and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The window right next to the entrance door was literally left open and could easily be climbed through from outside, so locking the door was basically pointless. This made the room feel completely unsafe. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was sand in the bed sheets, the sheets were damaged, and the towels were stained and visibly dirty. The bathroom was also missing basically everything: no soap, no toiletries and no basic amenities. There were only two bathrooms for around 10 people, and each bathroom had both the toilet and the shower in the same room. This meant that if someone was showering or getting ready, nobody else could even use the toilet. You could end up waiting a very long time just to use the bathroom. On top of all this, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The location does not compensate for the poor hygiene, lack of security, inadequate facilities and bad service.

Kjempekoselig plass å bo, med en herlig vibe og unik beliggenhet, med alt man trenger bare noen minutters gange unna. Alt var rent og pent, personalet var hyggelig og behjelpsom, og hele opplevelsen var bare kjempemessig! Maten var også kjempegod.👌🏻😃 Bor gjerne her igjen vi👌🏻😊

I bungalow sono in una posizione stupenda, proprio sul mare, permettendoti di godertelo al 100%. Anche le aree comuni sono molto carine e funzionali.

All’interno delle camere mancano alcune accortezze che renderebbero il soggiorno migliore, come comodini per entrambi gli ospiti, appendiabiti/ometti, oppure acqua calda dalla doccia

Beautiful beach, great pool, fab staff

La struttura è molto bella, con i suoi bungalow, il bar e la piscina che affacciano sul mare. Non manca nulla per passare un bel soggiorno. In zona c'è tutto l' occorrente: negozi, ristoranti, palestra ecc...

ATTENZIONE è impossibile muoversi, a Koh Phangan non esistono Grab o Bolt, quindi o ci si sposta tramite taxi, piuttosto esosi, o noleggiando uno scooter. Ban Tai è una zona di passaggio, non molto movimentata quindi valutate bene in fase di prenotazione.

The vibe was so good! As a solo traveller it has exactly what I was looking for. A social pool, bar and restaurant in an amazing location with a clean pool on the beach. The staff were incredible. I tried to extend my stay but the private bungalows were booked out, so I stayed next door just to stay close and revisit.

Localisation a l’extérieur de la ville mais très proche de tout, en face d’une superbe plage et du sunset, piscine à débordement, filet de voley, paddle à disposition. Équipement extérieur très très sympa.

Araignée, ménage pas fait tout les jours donc vite sale, drap troué, lumière qui ne fonctionne pas, piscine sale.

Tuve un problema con la ducha y lo resolvieron en 2 minutos

Mala experiencia. El primer día para hacer el check in, la chica rubia de recepción nos atendió mal, con prepotencia. No hablamos muy bien el inglés y cada vez que intentábamos comunicarnos, se giraba para reírse. Yo alquilé 3 bulgalows, y nos dieron 1 bungalow y 2 pisos(tipo una casa de dos plantas), cosa que para ir al piso que estaba arriba, había que subir por unas escaleras horribles. Cuando nos vamos a duchar, la manguera de la ducha no funciona. También encontramos dos cucarachas en la habitación y no teníamos ni toalla de manos. Las sábanas estaban sucias y en 3 días no pasaron a limpiar la habitación, ni nos cambiaron las toallas.

El hotel es una pasada, la piscina literalmente en la playa, el bungalow con su hamaca... todo genial. El personal tambien siempre ayudandonos en lo que fuese y tiene servicio de comida todo el dia hasta las 9pm. La zona donde esta tiene de todo.

Lovely place next to the beach. You can go from the pool to the sea and beach immediately. Enough sun beds. Good food and drinks in the restaurant. Staff was super friendly and helpfull.

Not much to say. Room maybe a bit basic but very OK for this price. We really loved our stay.

Creo que fue la peor experecia desde que llegamos a Thailandia, las habitaciones no tenian ni heladera ni armario, con el tema de la limpieza la pedíamos y la hacian después de las 4pm, no limpiaban ni la habitación ni cambiaban las sabanas, los colchones viejos manchados , las sabanas sucias de otros huéspedes, no recomiendo este lugar para nada

Emplacement calme et pourtant proche de tout le nécessaire. Personnel serviable. Dortoir très propre, spacieux et confortable. Pour le prix d’un hostel, on a accès à un resort !

Sea view, good pool and bar with excellent food and drinks. Clean room with all you needed and comfy sun beds. The grounds were well maintained and staff were friendly.

Not the property’s fault but the island is more expensive and taxis overcharge compared to the mainland.

Nous avons séjourné dans les dortoirs et ils étaient vraiment spacieux et propres. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, le lieu est paisible tout en demeurant proche de la ville, le complexe est assez petit ce qui rend le tout agréable et conviviale, le personnel est super gentil, la plage magnifique et la piscine très sympa. Je recommande vivement !

They are the exclusive resort for Intro Travel and some times we weren’t able to use certain facilities like the beach because of these tour groups.

Ich habe in dem Dorm gewohnt und es war schön, dass man die Vorteile der restlichen Unterkunft nutzen konnte: die kostenlosen SUPs (2 insgesamt) und der direkte Zugang zum Strand mit den Sitzsäcken. Roller konnte man auf dem Gelände parken. Das Personal war freundlich. Als ich nachts wegen der Klima gefroren habe, hat man mir auf Nachfrage eine dickere Decke gebracht. Es gab kleine Schließfächer für die man ein eigenes Schloss braucht.

Im Allgemeinen wirkt der Dorm im Vergleich zum Rest der Anlage einfach vernachlässigt. Unter meinem Bett lag Müll und Zeug von vorherigen Gästen. Die Tür zum Badezimmer fällt bald aus der Fassung und es war nicht wirklich sauber. Wenn die Person über mir sich nachts umgedreht hat, hat das ganze Bett gewackelt. Ich war zur Low season da und der Preis war günstig, ansonsten hätte ich mich wahrscheinlich woanders umgesehen. Die Klima war nachts extrem kalt, weil ich direkt in dem Bett darunter lag.

TODO! Un lugar de ensueño, con una piscina infinita y una playa preciosa! Te puedes hacer masaje de una hora por 400bths que son unos 10 euros escuchando el ruido de las olas. El restaurante muy economico y la comida buenisima!

Staff were very friendly and super helpful, they were able to help us with bike rental and booking transport/activities where needed! Amazing location, right on the beach and close to restaurants and 7 eleven. The restaurant at Sarana Bungalows was also great, lovely food for a good price. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The sea on the beach by the property is quite shallow and the tide was out until the afternoon when we stayed. Of course out of their control but just a heads up that if you want to swim you may have to walk a little way out.

Staff members were friendly

Our stay was disappointing for several reasons. We saw guests going behind the bar and into the kitchen, which raised concerns about hygiene and security. The hotel frequently hosted large tour groups that were very noisy and often occupied the entire dining area, making it difficult for other guests to dine. The pool was green and dirty on arrival and then closed for maintenance for the next two days, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, one member of our group was injured after stepping through a poorly maintained wooden porch, and no staff member checked on her afterwards or showed any concern.

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything. The staff were super nice and helpful. And the place itself was magical except for the small lizards and bugs but it was expected as it’s located in the jungle.

The pool area is beautiful and right on the beach! You can get food and drinks at the hotel which are cheap! You can rent bikes too. The rooms are pretty basic but spacious, love the hammock outside. You can use paddle boards for free too for the beach. Staff are so lovely!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Resort wirkte aufgeräumt. Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige Nacht so ganz ohne Lärm. Die Nähe zum sehr lohnenswerten Foodmarket fanden wir super!

Der Poolbungalow und die gesamte Anlage ist spartanisch und etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Leider hat es auch keine Sonnenschirme am Pool oder Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Bungalowterrasse (nur 1 Hängematte). Das Poolwasser hat sehr unangenehm gerochen, so dass wir darin nicht baden wollten. Der Strandabschnitt ist nicht geeignet zum baden.

Wirklich außergewöhnlich schöne Anlage. Preis Leistung bekommt eine 10/10. Alles super sauber( im Rahmen eines Dorm rooms). Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Budget bungalow had no sound separation between units.

Anlage liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Mitarbeiter sind extrem hilfsbereit. Essen ist lecker und preiswert

Zimmer haben keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Betten sind steinhart und abgenutzt Man spürt jede Feder in der Matratze. Leider sind sehr viele Käfer und spinnen im Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt Strand, welcher jedoch aufgrund der Ebbe sehr flach ist und nicht zum schwimmen geeignet ist. Zum spazieren gehen ist er trotzdem sehr schön. Fußläufig sind Geschäfte und Foodspots zu finden. Unser Bungalow war sauber und das Bett in Ordnung.

Die Bungalows liegen um den Pool und das Restaurant verteilt. Hier läuft von morgens bis abends relativ laut Musik. Die Unterkunft scheint bei jüngeren Leuten beliebt zu sein, die viel trinken und dann sehr laut sind. Für Menschen die Ruhe suchen um sich zu entspannen, ist die Unterkunft eher nicht geeignet.

L’emplacement permet d’être au calme tout en profitant de la piscine qui donne directement sur la plage. La chambre en dortoir était très spacieuse et les salles de bain très propres. Le staff à l’accueil était aussi adorable et a su me conseiller come il fallait

Pour moi, c’était un peu trop reculé. Le mieux est d’avoir un scooter pour pouvoir se déplacer aisément depuis l’établissement.

Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were beyond excellence: all bed linen, pillows, matras and duvet were crispy white and unbelievably comfortable. The hosts are very caring and attentive, they made our experience smooth and easy. We had a very pleasant stay and would love to be back again.

The staff we absolutely lovely, went above and beyond for us. Room was lovely, nice and big. Aircon was nice and cold. I think it was the nicest room and accommodation of south east Asia so far! The pool is right on the sea it is lovely ! Perfectly situated resturant on site aswell :) they even have paddle boards to use free of charge !!!

Not the best location although yoh are right next to the 711 and the food market so cannot complain at all! Would recommend getting a moped
