Stayed in a beach hut right on the beach, booked for three nights but ended up staying for 5, weeks didn’t use the pool as there were always loud kids playing which was a turn off, staff were very friendly and we used them for a taxi back to the pier. Your room/ bed will get sandy but house keeping will happily sort this out when you are out if you leave your keys at reception

Could do with a bowl of water to clean your feet outside before entering, as you easily track sand in and gets everywhere.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Het strand is erg rustig, wat we wel leuk vonden.

De mooie ruime schone kamers met goede bedden en een fantastisch uitzicht op zee en palmbomen. Heel rustig strand met hele leuke strand barretjes.

Everything was clean and organized. They even let us do a late check out since there was no other guest coming to room and we didnt have to wait outside with all our stuff, so that felt really good and made us very happy. Swimming pool was nice and clean.

The sea couldnt really swim well cause its very long shallow and then came some stones and there are sea urchins so beware of them!

Great location, just right by the beach. My bungalow view was exceptional. Super express check-in. Great breakfast based on my needs, they offer to rent scooter directly from them which is super convenient. Gym 1 min from it and the amazing night market is around the corner which got a variety of different food. 7 Eleven is around the corner. Super calm resort.

There is only 1 light switch for the room. Would have been great to have a dedicated bed light to turn off before sleeping, instead if standing up to turn the main one off.

Die Klimaanlage wurde abgeschaltet wenn wir die Zimmer verlassen haben , es hat sich zu arg aufgeheizt und es hat Stunden gedauert bis wir die gewünschte Temperatur hatten

Chambre de 27 m2!?.. La chambre comprenait le lit calé contre un mur et un espace de 1,20m pour aller à la Seb plus que rudimentaire, dont les écoulements de la douche étaient bouchés, donc pataugeoire après la douche… Ménage pas systématique. Accueil plus que sommaire. Accueil fermé à 17h30… L’amabilité des hôtes devait être une option… Bungalow plage avec vue immédiate sur un filet tendu de 40 ou 50 m2 pour accueillir la préparation- montage-gonflage des équipements de kitesurf, wingfoil, etc juste sous nos fenêtres… Baignade difficile: peu de fond, restant très peu profonde même à marée haute… Petits déjeuners indigents, très peu de choix et de mauvaise qualité. Jus de fruits très… aqueux!.. Départ: accompagnement à l’embarcadère pour retour à Koh Samui par l’un des responsables ou patron (?..): nous avons su le prix de la course (600 bahts, sans aucune discussion possible ) qu’à mi-chemin et trop tard pour descendre sans rater le bateau! Bref, nous ne recommandons surtout pas cet établissement qui mérite largement un très vaste détour…

The pool was great. Great location to the beach. Nicely raked beach sand for walking on. Fantastic sunsets. Well maintained grounds. Always smiling and friendly staff.

The wifi was very poor. Low speed. I couldn't even pick up the recommended wifi network stated at the checkin counter. I had to utilize an unsecured network that I think was related to the hotel and it was the strongest signal to my room. Wifi also dropped multiple times during the morning and evening times and was very low speed connection. Electricity randomly went out for multiple hours one day without a storm to cause it.

Sehr nettes Personal und super Lage. Der Strand wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht und ist in der Umgebung mit Abstand der sauberste.

Sehr weitläufiger großer sauberer Strand. Strand ist sehr seicht man kann an einigen Stellen bis 200 m ins Meer laufen und dort stehen. Mit Kindern war das ideal. Cooles Strandrestaurant mit chilliger Atmosphäre. Viele Sachen von der Speisekarte sind sehr gut, Karte allerdings sehr klein, für Kurzaufenthalt gut. Länger könnte etwas eintönig werden. Preise im Restaurant fair. Pool mit Meerblick. Etwas kühl und fantasielos eingerichtetes aber ehr großes Familenzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Starke Klimaanlage. Groẞer Kühlschrank. Kleine Küchenzeile an sich cool, aber leider unsauber und ohne warmes Wasser am Spülvecken.....

Während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals Stromausfall für mehr als eine Stunde. Dann gibt es kein Essen im Restaurant, kein Wasser, nicht mal kalt...wenn gerade eingeseift unter der Dusche, ist blöd..... Zimmer brauchen keine Renovierung aber einen Anstrich. Wände sehr fleckig und abgegriffen. Wasserflecken und wenig Schimmel an der Decke im Bad, auch hier würde ein Anstrich reichen. Sauberkeit bei Eintreffen befriedigend. Fehlende Zimmerreinigung nervt jedoch absolut. Angeblich wird auf Anforderung gereinigt, hat bei uns jedoch trotz Anforderung morgens den ganzen Tag nicht geklappt. Also muss man jedem Handtuch oder Toilettenpapier hinterherlaufen, den Müll selbst leeren und auch ohne Beesen ist es am Strand so ätzend. Der Hochflorteppich ist in so einem Ambiente sinnfrei und unverständlich und war siffig,, den haben wir in die Ecke geräumt..... Alles in allem tolle Lage, cooler Strand, gut geschnittene Zimmer, gutes Potential aber die eigentliche Hotelleistung ist an einigen Stellen leider mangelhaft....schade da wäre mit wenigen Handgriffen viel mehr drin....somit insgesamt bzgl. Preisleistungsverhältnis auf unsere mehrmonatigen Reise vergleichsweise überteuert

Pas de service du début à la fin de notre séjour, personnels peu souriant donner l impression d être un fardeau pour eux, pas de papier,pas coffre fort p as tv pourtant ils disent avoir ces choses.plomberie chambre De bain fonctionne mal,pour le prix (12000 bath) pour 4 nuits.nous sommes très déçu.pas d eau en bouteille pas Bouillard pas café ramasse pas poubelle,,en tout cas,nous sommes très déçu,il y a mieux pour la moitié du pri.x NOUS DECONSEILLONS CET ENDROIT.

Tolle Lage, hatten einen guten Aufenthalt

Leider bekommt man vom Eigentümer nur sehr schleppend bis gar keine Antworten. Auch wurde uns zugesichert dass uns unsere vergessenen Kleidungsstücke geschickt werden. Keine Antwort bis dato erhalten.

אין קומקום וקפה בחדרים, לא מנקים את החדר כל יום, מקלחות ישנות ומוזנחות עם הצפה לכל חדר המקלחת, דרכי הגישה למלון כולן חול ובוץ, חתולי רחוב מסתובבים במתחם, בלילה הראשון הפסקת חשמל ומים למשך כל הלילה, לא ניתן היה להתקלח ולישון עם מיזוג אוויר.

On a fait faire une machine à lavé. Celle ci nous a coûté 880 bth (le prix le plus élevé de mon séjour en Thaïlande depuis 2 mois) On a eu la mauvaise surprise de retrouvé TOUT nos tee shirt blancs rose. TOUT AVAIT DÉCOLORÉ CEST INADMISSIBLE POUR LE PRIX QUON A PAYÉ !!!

Sehr schöner Strand! Lage war ok, etwas abseits aber trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar.

Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht.

Je ne comprends pas la note basse . Le resort est très bien, propre, la plage est parfaite et nettoyée tous les matins. J’ai demandé une chambre vue mer et on nous l’a attribué sans problème.

Il manque une bouilloire dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel commence à 8h30

Das Bad war fürchterlich. Es gab „keine Dusche“. An der Wand, direkt den WC, hing nur eine Duschbrause.

The location was great inbetween things to do and see.

Room - didn’t get cleaned. WiFi - very poor nearly any signal. Noise - they say it’s quiet time after 10pm but it’s not enforced and it’s very loud. One of the two nights we had we had no sleep from the partying in rooms. No sun loungers - so not comfortable to sit out or sun bathe on the beach. Reception - we had an early check out and there was no one we could hand the key to. Motorbike rental - we were offered it on check in and at the end of check in we asked about bike to then be told it’s closed for the day (12pm). Food - we came down to get something to eat at 7pm to be told the kitchen is now closed.

The beach is amazing.

We paid for a room with sea view and a cable TV, however, we had none of that. When we told the staff, they just didn’t care and told us there were no TVs. Very misleading.

Strandlage und Restaurants / Märkte sind aber schnell erreichbar.

Personal bzw. die "Chefin" war sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war so ekelerregend, dreckig, alt, ungepflegt. Das Essen war extrem schlecht.

El sitio en si. Tanto la piscina como la playa todo a mano, a un paso. Muy bien.

El deayuno escaso. Cada noche nos aparecía una cucharacha en la habitación, pero como era piso bajo, es normal.

Kamers waren fijn en schoon

Zwembad zag er niet schoon uit. Best een druk resort met veel Nederlanders. Niks mis mee, maar op vakantie zie ik het liefst niet te veel mensen uit eigen land.

De locatie, direct aan het strand, beviel het meest. Receptionist erg aardig.

Dit is een sterk verouderd resort. Ik had last- minute een klein huisje op het strand geboekt. Ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht. Maar huisje zelf was niet om naar huis te schrijven. Klein, geen echte douche, toilet verstopt, wasbak niet vastgekit. Overal vlekken op de muren. Beddengoed niet schoon. Kamers werden in 4 dagen niet schoongemaakt. Ik ben zelf elke dag nieuwe handdoeken gaan halen. Zwembad niet schoon en schimmel + losse tegels. Voordeel, ik las dat mensen hier last van ongedierte hadden maar ik heb alles goed gecontroleerd en we hadden geen ongedierte op de kamer. Resort is ook best afgelegen van alles, aan een doorgaande weg. Dus echt wel een scooter huren want taxi is echt duur op dit eiland. Ik had liever wat meer betaald en iets wat luxer gezeten.

This place exceeded expectations! Such great rooms that were clean, and cleaned again during our stay with fresh towels and sheets etc. Amazing friendly staff. The highlight had to be the pool that looks out over the beach, simply stunning. I will be back if i ever return to the island!

They never cleaned my room in a 6 day stay. Not a problem, just unusual. No replenishing soap, to, etc. no emptying garbage. It was like they didn’t know I was staying there.

To be honest, the only decent things about this hotel was the location and the air con. Location was idyllic, with just a step straight onto the beach. There were a few bars and restaurants, plus shops all within walking distance. The on site restaurant was fine too. The Aircon was powerful and made us comfortable.

The rooms were all individual chalets and were very basic. One glass to share between three people. A small fridge but nothing else. The pillows on two of the beds were too high, giving a crick in the neck. The furniture was old. The shower was yuck, and the bathroom door was a mess. However, in saying all that, the location really would make me return. It was picture postcard.
