Best Western Ratchada Hotel

This was a last minute booking as my original booking was unable to be fulfilled due to the room being water damaged. The staff at Best Western are wonderful very helpful and friendly at the front desk would stay there again. Shout out to the Wotif customer service lady who organized the emergency booking she was great. 👍👍👍

It was a good hotel. The service equivalent with the others. Very good if you travel with a friend. Can still smell the cannabis smoke coming through the fan in our toilet , we don’t know if other rooms did but the control coming very quick when the smoke from the microwave come out after we burnt the bread, so they shoul know it when somebody do it in their room.

4 nights in Bangkok, for us the perfect location, close to Rama 9 great hotel and great street food in the neighbourhood

Great place and located close to everything you need👌worth the stay

Café da manhã bom, com poucas opções para o paladar brasileiro, a localização deixa muito a desejar, pois fica muito distante da região dos pontos turisticos (com trânsito 40-50 min). O quarto tem uma boa cama, mas tem um pouco de umidade e cheira mofo. Apesar de ter um bom custo benefício, acho que se pesquisar pode encontrar lugares com melhores condições. Um ponto positivo é que o hotel fica próximo a um grande shopping e mercado. A equipe do hotel é nota 10, são extremamente atenciosos e se precisar de ajuda com passeios em tem parceiras para transporte com um valor competitivo.

Lovely staff great location and a great start to thailand

This hotel was well priced and close enough to 2 MRT stations, both about a 15-minute walk away. However, note that parts of the walk to and from will be through busy streets with no sidewalks. Our stay came with breakfast which was plentiful, with many (mostly Asian) options to choose from. The downside was that the food was just never hot, even very first thing in the morning.

また次回も泊まりたいと思わせるホテルです。 つくりはシンプル。 部屋もキレイでそれなりに広い。ゴージャスさは全然ないけらど、 良い意味で日本のキレイなビジネスホテルといった感じ。 部屋（ホテル）にはアメニティは無いから、持ち込み必です。近くにセブンイレブンあるから困らないけれど。（ロビーでオーダーするともらえるのかな？そこは不明） METROのラマ９の駅から徒歩８分くらいと、何処に行くにも出やすいけれど、 どこへ行くにも電車やタクシーを使う感じ。METROは１２時前には終わってしまうか、 夜あそびしちゃうとアソークからタクシー拾ってホテルにという感じ。 キレイで清潔だから、価格との折り合いでアリだと思います。

Ein feines Hotel mit einem wundervollen Team. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, geräumig und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team am Empfang des Hotels. Extrem freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Weltklasse.

We came to visit family who lived near this hotel. Room was spacious and quiet. We upgraded to breakfast Buffett. Very good and worth it. Check in and out was easy. Close to everything. Rama 9, local food, massage, Lotus grocery (like walmart, MRT, etc. nice pool on second floor. Will definitely return and stay.

酒店環境整潔。 需注意遇上下雨時，大堂門口容易積水。 房間隔音稍差及浴室水壓不穩定，但仍可接受。

Overall is good. Jodd Fair Market are just 15 mins walk from hotel. Room is ok while TV is internet TV. Network always breaks and hold in a screen. WiFi are also weak

There is no problem

There are no sidewalks from hotel to the Main Street. If you have small children, be careful if you plan to walk, you have to deal with motorbikes and cars on the road. Best is to get a grab and taxi at the hotel.

3박 4일간 호텔에서 머무르며 느낀 몇 가지 사항을 적어봅니다. 호텔 부킹을 고민하는 여행자들에게 도움이 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 1. 교통 Phra Ram9 지하철역과 700미터 거리에 있어 접근성이 좋으며, 인근에 버스도 자주 다녀 교통편이 나쁘지는 않습니다. 다만 여행기간 중 방문하고자 하는 곳들과 호텔의 거리를 잘 확인하셔서 길에서 시간을 버리는 일이 없도록 하였으면 좋겠습니다. 2. 쇼핑 센트럴플라자 그랜드라마9, 로터스 포춘타운 역시 700m 이내에 있어 쉽게 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있습니다. BigC와는 거리가 조금 멀지만 라마와 포춘타운에 필요한 것들이 모두 있어 기념품을 모두 이곳에서 구매하였습니다. 3. 로컬 분위기 머무르는 기간동안 1km 이내에 위치한 더 원 랏차다 야시장, 짯페어 야시장 두곳을 다니며 현지 로컬 분위기를 느끼기에 좋았습니다. 호텔 인근의 골목에 있는 식당에는 외국인들은 거의 없으며 현지인들이 대부분으로 현지 분위기를 느끼기엔 좋습니다. 4. 호텔 시설 2층의 식당에서 조식을 제공하며, 간단히 요기를 하기에 적당한 메뉴들로 구성되어 있습니다. 배달음식을 주문할 경우 1층 로비 주차장 옆 외부음식 보관대에 보관되며 투숙객에게 사전 안내가 필요합니다. (제가 주문한 빙수가 모두 녹아버렸음) 제가 투숙한 기간동안 중국인, 서양의 관광객들이 많았음. 코리아노를 한번도 보지 못하여 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 5. 기타 만약 카오산로드, 아이콘사얌, 방나, 차이나타운을 방문한다면 그랩을 통해 이동하는걸 권장합니다. 특히 퇴근시간의 방콕은 교통체증이 심각하여 방문지에 따라 차량, 바이시클 등 유도리 있게 선택하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다.

Great hotel, everything is perfect !

スタッフは丁寧で親切でした。部屋はとても綺麗だし、使い勝手が良く快適でした。 4名の部屋は洗面台が２つ。シャワーとトイレ別。レンジがある。ベッドがエキストラではない。 ハンガーラックは広いし使いやすい。 近くに美味しいカオマンガイ屋さんがあってすごく嬉しかったです。 欠点は駅から少し歩く事です。

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Der Service, die Zimmer, die Mitarbeiter und auch das Management und insbesondere das Frühstück war gut (wer gerne warme asiatische Speisen mag), sind und waren einfach klasse. BTS bzw. MRT gibt es leider nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer sich aber nicht scheut ca. 700 - 800 Meter zu laufen und seinen Koffer zu schleppen oder auch mit dem Taxi zu kommen, der ist in diesem sehr neuen Hotel gut aufgehoben und mitten im Trubel kleiner Nebenstraßen. Man bekommt gutes Essen zu sehr niedrigen Preisen. Die Eröffnung soll im Mai 2023 gewesen sein, so habe ich es gelesen.

Modern design hotel close to Rama 9 shopping district. Good local eateries nearby and Lotus and central department store is within easy walking distance. You will be welcomed young friendly staffs. OK room size with a big bed if you choose King. Breakfast is also good enough with Thai and western food. Water pressure and a bit of noises are minus, but it is certainly value for money.

Everything is good, except the bathroom shower, the water pressure sometimes high sometimes low.

The only disappointing thing was how long checkin took with the number of forms that had to be signed, and the fact that one the rooms wasn’t ready well after check-in time. Otherwise very clean and nice property and very friendly staff. Also- location is a little interesting tucked into a tiny road. Definitely makes you feel like you’re one with the locals. But not a far walk to the mall/metro.

Had to wait an hour and a half as the room was not ready at check in time (2 pm). The hotel was full at Christmas and they were very busy. I can understand their difficulty. But staff are very hard working.

the hotel is between two metro subway stations, so a little of a walk to get to either one. but it's good enough for me. the hotel is not on the main road. you'd need to walk two short blocks off the main road to get to it. many restaurants, malls near by. and subway stations are walk-able.

Hot water was Luke warm. Tv doesn't work.

The room size and beds were perfect for our party. The facilities are just great. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Despite the language barrier, they did their best to help us make the most of our short visit to Bangkok. For this reason, non-Thai speaking guests will be served well to install translation app on their smart phones. Also install and register for the Grab app for hailing ride services. I recommend that a desktop be made available to guests to check on areas of interest as well as to check in online with the airlines. The side entrance by the parking area should be well marked for direction of door opening. Better to install automatic door opener. Lastly a bench of couple of chairs would be nice by the smoking area.
