All ok except for a few loud Indians that didn’t need to talk so loud in the next room. Breakfast always good as stayed at Solitaire hotel many times. Location good

TV stations advertised as cable Chanel’s but no US Fox or other Chanel’s available just very limited news Chanel’s that repeat the same thing every hour. My friends that travel with me only pick Fox News hotels so they can keep up to date with their business interests. They have stayed at Solitaire from my recommendation & liked it but had to keep up with their news situations.

The room was always super clean, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was also a good size and had everything you would need. The location is central to a lot of different places.

Although the location is good, the hotel specifically is down a pretty narrow road so can take awhile getting out of it sometimes.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff and management were wonderful, and yes they had the smile in know for. The rooms were good size and had everything we expected. They were cleaned each day with towels replaced.

Location & Room

Staff communication, totally confused about deposit, tab. Hours later after putting items from bar down to room when you are gone to bed they ring the room asking you to come down to reception and pay - even though you have more nights left to stay plus a deposit paid, so they were never going to lose but we did due to phone calls. Then asking me to 3 times to prove I paid for these items and the only way was to show them my bank statement. Really unprofessional. They said "not on our system" but I paid and kept showing proof!!

Location was great great, plenty of nightlife and places to eat. We used light rail for our longer trips around the city and there were plenty of taxi's stationed at the hotel entrance. Room was great and in our case had a pleasant city view. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the added cost. The breakfast staff especially the restaurant manager excelled with friendly service with a smail.

There wasn't anything to complain about.

The gymnasium is adequate and although it wasn't pool weather it was good. The service is very good and the cleanliness is fantastic. Attention to detail a little missed sometimes like the serviceability of the hair dryer. The wire from the body was frayed and on it's last legs. Should be checked by housekeeping on daily room services.

The windows got compensation between because of the contrast with colder air inside and outside being very humid and warm. The up and down because we were higher floor and had to go to reception on 16th floor, so a bit up and down with checking in and out, but this is superficial.

L'emplacement n'est pas idéal si on veut visiter Bangkok. Loin de tous les lieux d'intérêts. Mauvaise odeur au niveau de la réception

Nella camera le domestiche hanno preso il mio orologio dall’accappatoio, poi hanno detto che non hanno trovato nulla.

Komfortowe pokoje i wygodne materace. Dobra lokalizacja. Fajny sky longue. Miły i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja niedaleko metra i dużo się dzieje w okolicy, szczególnie wieczorem.

Zapach stęchlizny nie do zniesienia. Najgorzej było jak się wychodziło z windy na naszym X piętrze. W pokoju już trochę lepiej. Niestety to w moim odczuciu dyskwalifikuje hotel. Basen ulokowany między budynkami bez widoku. Wolę jednak jak strefa spa jest na dachu hotelu.

بس موقعه مب ذاك الزود لانه جنبه كله بارات و اماكن ما اقدر مع انه جنبه في مطاعم حلال وايد مطعم هندي و ايراني و برجر برايم جريب منه و صيدلية و سفن الفن و كرك سيام المعروف الا انه موضوع البارات و نظافة المكان من بره لك عليه كلام و لكن الريسبشن اسلوبهم سي جدا جدا و احنا كنا واصلين الساعة 11:30 الصبح الفندق و كنا مطرشين ايميل انه بنوصل بدري و لما قلنا لهم نبي دخول بدري قالوا لنا الدخول الساعة 3 و اخنا الحين بنحاول ننظف لكم الغرفة و تنظفت بنذخلكن و اذا توفرت غرفة بنعطيكم و كنا مواصلين من اليوم اللي قبله و تمينا 3 ساعات و نص بالضبط ننتظر و الساعة 3:03 سلموا لنا الغرفة مع اني استغربت انه في ناس بعدنا وصلوا و عطوهم الغرفة قالوا لنا لانه احنا طالبين سريرين مفردين و ما في الا كم غرفة و انتظروا انه ينظفون الغرفة و انتظرنا و قبل الساعة 3 الا خمس دقايق قلت لهم بعده الغرفة ما تنظفت لانه مب معقولة من الساعة 11:30 انتوا تقولون لما انه الغرفة قاعدين ينظفونها و بالاخير للاسف عطونا سرير واحد كبير بس فرقوا بين السرير قالوا مب متوفر سريرين مفردين يعني نتريا 3:30 بالاخير تعطونا سرير واحد احس اسلوبهم خايس مع الخليجين

Je voudrais particulièrement remercier Natalie (Nitchayanat Hongsa), Assistant Front Office Manager. Dès qu’elle a eu connaissance de nos difficultés, elle est venue personnellement à notre rencontre. Elle a pris le temps de nous écouter, de comprendre nos besoins et, surtout, elle n’est jamais venue avec des excuses : elle est venue avec des solutions. Tout au long de notre séjour, elle s’est montrée disponible, attentive, extrêmement agréable et professionnelle. Même pour notre départ, alors que notre catégorie de chambre était complète pour les prochaines arrivées, elle a cherché comment nous faciliter les choses et nous a spontanément accordé un late check-out gratuit. Natalie est une belle personne, au sens propre comme au figuré. Elle possède cette qualité assez rare dans l’hôtellerie : elle sait faire sentir au client qu’il est réellement écouté et considéré. Et cela se ressent également dans sa manière de gérer son équipe. Un hôtel ne se juge pas uniquement lorsque tout se passe parfaitement ; on découvre véritablement la qualité d’un établissement dans la façon dont il réagit lorsqu’un client rencontre un problème. Sur ce point, Natalie et son équipe ont su totalement changer notre expérience et notre perception de l’hôtel. Je repars donc avec une impression très différente de celle de mon arrivée, et c’est précisément pour cette raison que je tenais à revenir ici modifier mon commentaire. Sehr zentral gelegen zur Sukhumvit Straßen . Wir haben die Suiten im 16. Stock gebucht das war jeden Cent wert. Das Frühstück oben im 16. Stock einfach unglaublich phantastische Aussicht und Softdrinks und Kaffee den ganzen Tag frei

Aunque había letreros de que no se permitía fumar, la planta de nuestra habitación olía a mariguana. No se podía estar en el hotel. El gimnasio no era adecuado, tenía una sola máquina y estaba rota. La recepción muy mala. No había botones por lo que no te ayudan con el equipaje. Y lo peor, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Nos regresamos con picaduras de chinches. Pésimo.

מיקום ממש טוב ליד כל חיי הלילה השוקקים בסוקמוויט. נקי, מרווח, נוח, שירות מעולה מצוות המלון. היה בקומה שלנו אנשים ממש ברברים עם ילדים צורחים, התקשרנו לקבלה ותוך כמה דקות שלחו מישהו להשתיק אותם! שירות מעולה! מי שזה מעניין אותו יש 7/11 ליד המלון

The curtains in the room are dusty. Bath towels with black stains Upon checking out of the hotel, the employee there told me I had to pay 140 baht for a bottle of water, even though I hadn't opened any bottles there; I bought the water from 7-Eleven.

Das Solitaire Bangkok hat uns insgesamt begeistert und war eines unserer Lieblingshotels in Bangkok. Die Zimmer sind modern, hochwertig und großzügig. Obwohl wir keine besonders hohe Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein riesiges Kingsize-Bett sowie ein Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Durch die Aufteilung in mehrere Gebäude ist es angenehm ruhig – in unserem Zimmer haben wir praktisch nichts von anderen Gästen gehört. Lediglich bei der Ankunft haben wir uns zunächst etwas verlaufen, da das Hotel recht verwinkelt ist und wir nicht bis zum Zimmer begleitet wurden. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und mit vielen Liegen sowie frischen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Es ist etwas geschützt in der 1. Etage zwischen hohen Häusern. Lediglich das Dampfbad roch leider so unangenehm, dass wir es nicht genutzt haben. Das Frühstücksbuffett war hervorragend und eines der besten unserer Reise. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an indischen und thailändischen Speisen sowie eine Eierstation mit frisch zubereiteten Gerichten. Die Säfte und sogar das Wasser haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wer die größte Auswahl und etwas mehr Ruhe möchte, sollte allerdings möglichst früh frühstücken. Auch die Bar im Erdgeschoss hat uns gefallen. Die Preise sind fair und die Getränke waren gut.

Die Lage ist leider der größte Nachteil des Hotels. Obwohl die BTS auf der Karte nah aussieht, läuft man deutlich länger als erwartet. Mit dem Taxi können die letzten Straßen zum Hotel aufgrund des Verkehrs leicht 20–30 Minuten dauern. Das sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Schade fanden wir außerdem, dass wir erst vor Ort erfahren haben, dass die Club Sky Lounge (16. Etage) ausschließlich Gästen bestimmter Zimmerkategorien vorbehalten ist. Wir hätten den Aufpreis gerne bezahlt, wenn diese Möglichkeit bei der Buchung klar ersichtlich gewesen wäre. Oder nachträglich noch einen Zugang bekommen. Die Atmosphäre in der Bar im Erdgeschoss wurde an unserem ersten Abend leider deutlich beeinträchtigt, da mehrere große Reisegruppen Essen von außerhalb mitbrachten und dort verzehrten. Das Personal griff zwar ein und verlangte zumindest eine Getränkebestellung, trotzdem wirkte die Bar dadurch eher wie eine Kantine und es war auch echt unangenehm. Aus diesem Grund haben wir sie am zweiten Abend nicht noch einmal besucht, als wir von außen schon die großen Gruppen sahen. Auch beim Frühstück fielen einige Reisegruppen leider negativ auf, da große Mengen Essen auf den Tellern zurückgelassen wurden. Normalerweise interessieren mich andere Personen nicht, aber diese Verschwendung war nicht zu übersehen. Auch am Pool wurde zum Teil laut per Videotelefonie telefoniert. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nur bedingt etwas.

למעשנים שימו לב ישנם שני סוגי חדרים חדרים ללא חלון ומרפסת וחדרים עם מרפסת שנמצאים בבניין 2 כל החדרים יפים ונקיים אולם בבניין 2 שומעים את רעשי הרחוב של הטוקוקים מוסיקה ואנשים לי זה לא הפריע במיוחד קחו בחשבון

I booked this hotel by a recommendation from a friend who previously stayed in the hotel. When I booked, I didn't realize there were different properties of the hotel. So when checking in at the registration desk, I thought I would be going up into the elevator there to go to my room; however, we we through hallways and then exited that building to cross a street into another building up to the room. The room is an adequate room. I was here for a medical stay so it would do. My family member did go visit the pool at the main building and she said that area was nice. Once our reservation expired, we changed to another hotel.

The hotel was great value for money. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

The smell in this hotel is unpleasant; there is a strong odor of mold in the reception area and hallways. It was indicated as being a business hotel, but it seemed more like a typical mass tourism hotel. The location is perfect for young people who like the nightlife with lots of nightclubs, bars and restaurants.

ليم تم تنظيف الغرفه بمكينة التنظيف. فقط تمسيح الغرفة فقط . عند الوصل إلى الفندق عند الحجز تم طلب سرير منفصل ولكن حين وصولي الغرفه كان سرير واحد كبير. ثم ذهب التكلم مع الاستقبال قال لي غدا سوف يغير الغرفه .

I would say it was a negative to the hotel but the area is very busy and bustling. I moved from a location that was on the quieter side of town so hoped for the same slow living.
