Our stay at Vannee Golden Sands was excellent from beginning to end. The resort has a beautiful beachfront location and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well designed. The swimming pool was wonderful, and we really enjoyed spending time around the resort. The staff deserve special praise. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The food and breakfast were also very enjoyable.

Mooi en ruim opgezet resort. Het lijkt vanaf de foto’s wat massaal, maar dat valt reuze mee. Mooie zwembaden en alles is redelijk dichtbij (op de scooter). Het ontbijt is erg goed en uitgebreid, ook de gym is echt super! Je hebt hier van alles en kan hier zeker je ding doen!

We verbleven in eerste instantie in een kamer met streetview, dit was echt een aanfluiting… de kamers zijn mega gehorig en na dit te melden kregen we een kamer met poolview, maar dit was niet veel anders. De kamers met street-en poolview mogen wel een upgrade gebruiken. Zowel geluid van de straat als van de gang kan je heel goed horen en kan voor slapeloze nachten zorgen. Uiteindelijk is het wel echt goed opgelost door het personeel en hebben wij een andere kamer toegewezen gekregen. Dit was uiteindelijk een villa geworden en deze kamers zijn een stuk beter geïsoleerd. Al met al een prachtig resort en ik zou zeker hier terugkomen, maar dan gelijk de villa boeken😉

I absolutely loved the beautiful garden right next to the swimming pool. The cabanas are perfect for reading a book after a refreshing swim, and it was wonderful to lie down, enjoy some snacks and drinks, and look out directly at the beach. It felt like a true paradise.

The pool area can get quite busy and crowded with young children when the resort is at full occupancy.

The location is perfect as it is just short 7 to 10 minutes walk to full moon party area. It is also very convenient with many local shops and souvenir store nearby.

The property quite far from Thong Sala and local transportations can be quite costly. Suggested to rent motorbike if stay more than 1 day. However overall we still thoroughly enjoyed our holiday

No phone in the room, have to use an app to get room service, no bedside tables. TV mounted at an angle and internet signal is not always operational.

From the hotel, you can walk toward the Haad Rin village area and continue to Haad Rin Nok, the main Full Moon Party beach. 🚶 Walking: approximately 5–10 minutes 🛵 Motorbike: only a few minutes So, for someone who wants to attend the Full Moon Party, the location is very convenient.

There always seem to be countless staff members around, all attentive and genuinely committed to making sure every guest’s needs and wishes are taken care of. The breakfast is nice and offers a great variety of choices, including both traditional Thai dishes and international options. The hotel also offers ferry tickets for purchase to Koh Samui, Koh Tao, and other destinations, which is a nice service for guests. The famous Haad Rin Beach is just a 10–15 minute walk frorm the hotel

If you stay in one of the lower villas, you can hear the footsteps of guests in the villa above very clearly, which can be a little disturbing, especially at night. Also, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a fabric curtain, which, in our opinion, is not particularly convenient.

The swimming pool is incredibly large and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. I like the most pool near the pool bar with big elephant statue. Additionally, the breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious options to start my mood in the morning.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet, auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Die Bettwäsche war leider fleckig. Auch im zweiten Zimmer war sie fleckig. Dann wurde sie nochmal gewechselt und alles war gut. Der Fernseher hängt sehr schief, was ok ist, da man ihn nicht benutzt. Die Scharniere im Badezimmerschrank waren verrostet, sodass der Schrank sich nicht schließen ließ. Wir hatten die Pool-Villa. Die empfanden wir als unnötig. Der Pool hat keine liegen etc. Und vor dem Zimmer ist direkt der große Pool mit ausreichend liegen. Den Pool der Villa haben wir nicht benutzt. Das Geld kann man sich sparen. Ansonsten muss man damit okay sein, voreinander auf Klo zu gehen. Das Badezimmer ist offen und kann nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt werden. Uns ist auch aufgefallen, dass es über uns sehr laut war. Man hört jeden Schritt und unsere Nachbarn sind leider erst spät zu Bett. Am meisten nervt aber die Tür. Man bekommt pro Zimmer nur eine Karte und die Tür öffnet erst beim 2-3 dritten Versuch. Wir waren mit Freunden da, sie hatten die gleiche Erfahrung.

I loved hanging out on the roof top with my partner, especially during the evening. The restaurant staff kindly enough allowed us to bring snack we ordered from them upstair. The seating area is equipped with comfortable sofas and offers a stunning view overlooking the sea. It is beautiful place to enjoy the view overlooking the sea. I dont have particular complaint about our stay

It is a perfect hotel for pool lovers. The swimming pool is incredibly large, and I think it is easily one of the biggest and best pools available on the entire island.

Everything went smoothly and I do not have any particular complaints about our experience.

The property is located slightly away from the busy center of Thong Sala, making it peaceful. However, it is highly convenient for Full Moon Party lovers since it is only an 8-minute walk to the venue. We did not need to rent a motorbike or pay extra transportation fees to get there.

The beachfront area itself is beautifully sandy, but the seabed becomes a bit rocky once you walk deeper into the water.

A perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality. Wonderful beachfront location, clean and comfortable accommodation, and genuinely friendly service. A memorable stay.

את החדר. מי שרוצה שקט וחוויה כיפית יותר ממליצה להוסיף כסף ולשדרג, המיקום של החדר היה על הרחוב הראשי והיה רעש בלתי נסבל של המכוניות מהכביש.

I love trying the local culinary options in Thailand, and the breakfast here was excellent. It offers a wide variety of choices, from salads, breads, and snacks to a dedicated Thai food corner and an egg station. I tried a bit of everything. The Pad Thai from the a la carte restaurant menu was also highly delicious. Overall, the resort offers incredible value considering the high quality and variety of the food.

Everything went smoothly and I do not have any particular complaints about our stay.

חדרים ישנים, ריח מסריח של ביוב, מלוכלך, לא מנקים טוב, ביום הצ׳ק אאוט כיבו לנו את החשמל ב10:50- פשוט מזעזע! ארוחת הבוקר מגעילה, דלה , אין גיוון בסיסית ביותר- פשוט על הפנים! לא להתקרב

The staff are kind and the place is always clean. It’s a beautiful place the pools are perfect and the view is amazing.

Such a beautiful and peaceful resort. We stayed as a couple and loved the atmosphere, especially in the evening when we could sit by the beach and watch the sunset. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. The pool area was excellent and breakfast had plenty of choices. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Koh Phangan.

The beachfront location and beautiful sunsets made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Koh Phangan.

Really enjoyed our stay at Vannee Golden Sands. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the pool was fantastic. The resort has a beautiful beachfront location and is close enough to Haad Rin to walk to restaurants and the Full Moon Party area. Great place to relax and enjoy Koh Phangan.

Great choice if you want to enjoy the Full Moon Party but still have somewhere peaceful to come back to. The resort is within walking distance of Haad Rin, while the property itself feels quiet and relaxing. The rooms were clean, the pool was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed having the beach right in front of the resort too.

We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and watching the sunset from the resort. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and somewhere we would happily return to.
