Nice and clean a bit more expensive but newer hotel and nice facilities

I was very impressed with everything i can think of. Airport shuttle was very handy although i think it only runs hourly, with half hour returns. The place oozes quality from the buildings, the furniture and the fittings. Great staff, and plentiful too. The pool area and the multiple other outdoor areas are well designed and very inviting with multiple bars and restaurants also. Very impressive!

Apart from the toilet was not cleaned properly when we check in the room, everything was great.

I stayed one night, however, it was a great night. I enjoyed the deli and their staff, it's a very clean and beautiful property! The pictures don't do it justice! I particularly can't say enough good things about the spa! Ask for Sarinthip and a 90 minute Thai massage! Best massage of my life!

Check in desk the first visit was friendly and professional. The second time we checked in the front check in was not friendly at all. Also, we had to change rooms because we got assigned rooms that was not the type we reserved. The concierge desk on the first stay was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the facilities very clean, bright and beautiful Shuttle to and from the airport was also convenient

Hotel location is excellent, close to the airport and lots of restaurants, food courts, 7-11, supermarkets nearby. It has Let's Relax massage which is very good after a tired working day. Staff are friendly and breakfast buffet is also good. Hotel is big, it takes a long walk to the room.

Great location with a lot of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight from BKK. The shuttle runs every hour on the 1/2 hour from the hotel to the airport. I will be staying here again.

Great option for a one night stay near the airport. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained. We walked across the street to the mall which has lots of food options and some shopping. Definitely make use of the hotel pool, it's fabulous and spacious! Dinner at the burger restaurant in the hotel was delicious too.

Airport shuttle at 6;00pm took 45 minutes due to traffic. Great breakfast. Dinner - burger and chips in the cafe were not hot.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night before an early trip, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—check-in was fast and smooth, which I really appreciated after a long day. The dinner buffet was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best I’ve seen. There was a wide variety of options catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Although I didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked so inviting that I found myself wishing I had more time to enjoy it. I’ll definitely plan for that next time I’m in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel—it’s a fantastic choice for comfort, service, and convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Suvarnabhumi. This is the first place I have stayed that I can't think of any complaints. Service was amazing, room service was great, & food tasted delicious. My kids especially love the breakfast buffet.

Well located to the airport for an overnight stay

The property is beautiful and the Thai people take pride in their great hospitality. There’s plenty of employees so the staff maintains the property very well. We laid over for a night on our way to Chiang Mae so I appreciate the 24hr complimentary shuttle. The breakfast buffet was so elaborate, I’ve never seen a breakfast buffet with so much variety. It was insane. The rooms are clean and modern.

More like a resort rather than a Courtyard. Area around is okay but more local and Thai residential. No problem with that but certainly not golf course views. Still a great property.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We loved the local craft beer selection in the lobby bar, and that we could get a kids meal there. The staff were really friendly. We weren't keen on the room service menu but the burger restaurant did takeaway and the food from there was great. The hotel is very nice and modern, room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom.

This is the second time i come to this hotel as conveniently located. The hotel is understaffed, long wait at check in counter, very long wait for them to pick up the phone when you call them for a request. This is also the second time the taxi for the airport booked with them is late for customer pick up, they might want to find a better taxi provider in the future. So overall a nice hotel, one staff was very nice and helpful at the pool side, but bad general management and understaffed. Also with such nice terrace they should provide fans for each table ( there are only 1 large fan per terrasse ...).

A very new facility, very convenient for early/late flights, very well maintained, good location also for walking around with a shopping mall and a food market very close by. Very good buffet dining. A bit costly, however very good value.

This was a beautiful hotel close to the airport- the poolwas very nice- staff were over the top accomodating. There isnt anything good w/in walking distance to do- a cab was about 7 dollars and 40 min from chinatown. The bed was amazing- firm, but cozy!!!- food was expensive, but very good. Shuttle to airport ran on time

The only problem was at the cafe. I went for a dring and was serve a chip with shrimp flavoring. Im allegit to shellfish. I immediately spit out the chip. It was replaced with peanuts, but the damage had been done.

Great one night stay, close to airport with fee shuttle

Hotel is very clean. The rooms and the common areas. The sheets are super soft and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.

We had been traveling for almost three weeks, really needed a good hotel stay. The Courtyard by Marriott was just what we needed! Clean, comfy bed great linens & towels!

Staffs are friendly and helpful. They offered me late check out at 2 pm. It’s very nice 👍

The Courtyard by Marriott has the most amazing swimming pool in the middle of a large garden setting! A real quiet oasis! The staff were fantastic from check in to check out! Most generous with allowing us extra time before and after the booked time! Thank you. We had two excellent a la cart meals in the restaurant - authentic Thai meals beautifully prepared by Chachpol the executive chef and Ekkaphop the chef de cuisine. Memorable meals served by the chefs - what a treat!! Thanks again!! From now on this will be our preferred stopover hotel near the Bangkok Airport!

This hotel was top quality, modern and clean. This was an excellent property for a layover / as a transit hotel.

A real value close to airport with regular free shuttles. Good eats. HVAC had trouble with afternoon heat.

My wife and son took a taxi from the airport, which cost only $10—a smooth start to our trip. We arrived late at night, and as first-time visitors to Bangkok, we weren’t sure what to expect. However, from the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. I travel extensively, especially throughout Mexico, and I have to say this property delivered a breakfast experience that left a lasting impression. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food put a huge smile on my wife and son’s faces—it was the perfect way to start each day. If you’re looking for a convenient, welcoming, and memorable place to stay in Bangkok, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It’s an experience we won’t forget!

Exceptionally good for an airport hotel and very reasonably priced. Have stayed at quite a few courtyard marriots and this was by far the best. Buffet was excellent. The shuttle was a hassle but it is a 10min taxi ride to the airport.

From airport to the hotel need about 15-20 mins by car. Not too close but the hotel is nice

The staff and property were perfect. I arrived very late due to multiple delays and the staff that I spoke with were so helpful to get me oriented to get the shuttle to me at 2 AM in the morning. The upgraded my room to a pool view, and everyone I interacted with were so incrediblyprofessional and kind. This is definitely a place to stay, especially when you’re arriving late from the airport top-notch.

It was a great stay, hotel was nice and comfortable, staffs were awesome and area is good place to explore walk ways for shopping and eating but just one small thing just my personal preference is the lights lighting is too dark in the room and bathroom especially when trying look in the mirror

I had a 16-hour layover in Bangkok from London. I was thinking of booking the Novotel but found this hotel instead. I chose this over the other because of its modern interior design and complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from the airport (without traffic). I used the complimentary shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel. However, due to heavy traffic, it took around 25 minutes to reach the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel around 7 PM, check-in was smooth and quick at the reception. My room was on the 7th floor. It was sleek, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Slippers were provided. However, bathrobes were missing. The bathroom amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, were luxurious. Room service was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing! I really wish I had more time at this hotel to try out other restaurants. The buffet breakfast in the morning was heavenly! I didn't use the complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning because I wanted to enjoy my breakfast longer. Instead, I ordered a taxi via Grab, which cost me around £5. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I am very happy with my stay and will definitely use this hotel again if I have a long layover. (The complimentary airport shuttle runs every hour.)

Great hotel close to the airport. The only reason why I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars is because it’s a tad small, no rooftop bar and there’s not much around the area to do. But all these factors are outside the control of the hotel. The room was lovely as were the staff and the shuttle to and from the hotel was great.

This place is set up to make your stay resort like. The courtyard area is large and lovely… lots of plants. We had a garden view room which meant we could go directly to the pool from our room. The room itself was great. Roomy, thoughtful touches. We had a great two night stay.

The staff was more than accommodating; they were incredibly caring and wanted to make our stay a memorable one! The Western Buffet, was unreal; so many foods to choose from and it was at a very good price!!!!

Such a brilliant hotel - modern, stylish and loads of facilities (pool, spa and well equipped gym) that you wouldn’t expect at an “airport hotel”. Food and service was also outstanding. They have a free shuttle (which you need to book to secure your space) which runs every hour to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport - just 15 minutes away. Cannot recommend this highly enough - it was the perfect way to round off our trip to Thailand before flying home.

Very comfortable and efficient hotel with airport service and they gave us a box breakfast when we left too early in the morning to eat at the hotel. Close to airport and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be near the airport.

Every person at the property is amazing . Front desk was ok. But concierge “Tai” was amazing . He will personally call me n check on my mom every time we were in the lobby check on her how she is doing n how is she enjoying her time in Bangkok . He shared the big festival celebration and we should make every effort to join for celebrations dinner at the hotel . It was amazing experience. Managers at the restaurant take time to say hi , bring you omelet to your table both Kim and Raymond were amazing , especially Kim he will make my mom soy milk tea and will chat with my mom n will ask how was the service . Robin made us feel special as we went to celebrate my mom”s 75 th birthday /he often open the door for my mom and help her half to help her take get to the door . I felt my mom was every ones mom , breakfast had a lot of variety n very fresh food / fruits every day. We stayed 7 days n had 5 breakfast / 2 lunch / one room service dinner and 2 lunches and one festival celebration dinner. Food was great quality n everything was delicious.

It was a very nice hotel. Very kind staff. The only thing that bothered me so much was the very strong air freshener throughout the building. It could be turned down a lot and still be fresh smelling. It got to be nauseating to me, especially when we smelled it while eating breakfast as well. Overall a very nice place.

We had a 24 hour layover in Bangkok and wanted to stay close to BKK airport. This hotel is perfect, short drive to/from the airport, amazing decor, very friendly staff, big clean room, and was quite possibly the best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend for travelers with long layovers or people who want something really nice that is close to the airport.

Everything you would expect from a Marriott. You could be in NYC, LA or….Bangkok. Nothing really unique or local. The best part was the pool area, beautifully kept. Amenities are above average market prices. You might want to look elsewhere or pay for the convenience.

The largest and nicest Marriott courtyard I’ve ever stayed in, or seen. Too bad it wasn’t near the beach or I would’ve stayed longer. Good food, offerings, beautifully appointed spaces, swimming pool, etc. Really an over-the-top airport hotel. Highly recommend.
