Jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was. Daardoor hebben wij niet gezwommen laat in september.

Hervorzuheben ist der perfekter Service aller Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern an der Bar und dem Nachtportier. Jeder war zu jeder Zeit zuvorkommend, freundlich, individuell, hilfsbereit. Das ist Gastlichkeit auf aller höchstem Nieveau. Großes Kompliment und DANKE dafür! Das Frühstück war kein "üppig-überladenes" sondern ein ausgesucht köstliches Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch servierten Kaffeevariationen und perfekt und frisch in der Küche zubereiteten Eier-Rezepte. Besser kann kein Tagesstart gestaltet werden. Die Lage direkt am See, ruhiger Hotelpool, und gleichzeitig ganz nahe gelegener Seebadeplatz ist einfach perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll, modern und elegant eingerichtet, die Zimmerterasse mit Seeblick wunderbar großzügig. Wir werden diese Tage als ganz besonders schöne Zeit in Erinnerung behalten und ganz bestimmt wieder dieses Hotel buchen!!
Da würde uns auch noch bei längerem Nachdenken nichts einfallen. Es ist ein ganz besonders schöner Platz!!!! ...unser Aufenthalt war zu kurz um alle Vorzüge des Hotels zu erkunden. Leider!

Le camere migliori, vista lago, stupende, possono essere disturbate dagli avventori del ristorante sottostante, che indugiano fino a tardi stregati dal panorama e dall’ottimo vino. Il portiere di notte non si premura di mediare la situazione, quindi si aspetta la fine dei drink degli astanti e poi si dorme

Bij het ontbijt nog wat warme groentjes serveren. Zwembad was slechts open tot 18u. Dat is soms vervelend als je een hele dag op pad bent geweest en je daarna nog even wil zwemmen.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026O Hotel fica na zona de Marina e tem acesso facilitado pois fica logo na entrada da Vila de Salò. Tem Bistrot bar e restaurante. O Pequeno almoço é agradável e em Junho se pode fazer no terraço com o calor das 9h já alto. Há um porto de barcos para se poder passear para qualquer lado do Lago de Garda.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Heel fijn hotel, ontspannen sfeer door erg attent personeel. Ziet er mooi en modern uit. Heerlijk rustig zwembad met een fijne all day dining kaart om wat te eten. Heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keuze! Kleine wandeling over de boulevard naar het mooie Salo met heel veel leuke restaurants, wijnbars en leuke winkels. Top verblijf voor ons, we komen zeker weer terug bij een vakantie aan het Gardameer!

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The rooms overlooking the lake were beautiful and very well designed, we had a suite with a large terrace that was stunning and another very comfortable large room with two balconies. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and efficient, definitely a big plus point for the hotel. We really liked the pool and gardens, and being able to take a short stroll to beaches in one direction and the lovely small town in the other direction. The location itself is so peaceful being next to the marina and away from the road.
Breakfast was great but the food at lunch was only so-so, because of that we chose not to have dinner at the hotel.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The hotel is immaculately presented inside and out. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The bedrooms are plainly decorated but interesting lighting has been used to create ambience. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower and luxury toiletries. The decor in the public areas is fresh and tasteful. The pool is not big but sun loungers were plentiful and drinks can be brought to you from the bar as you sunbathe. Salò is a smart town with a busy marina and in an excellent location for reaching other parts of the lake. We did day trips to Riva and Sirmione. We arrived by car ferry from Torri del Benaco on the eastern shore so that side of the lake is accessible too.
This is a 5 star hotel with a price tag to match. We were celebrating an anniversary as a couple but we could not have stayed here as a bigger family group.

Im Restaurant und der Bar ist zwar alles sehr schön und exklusiv,aber es fehlt die Seele. Es kommt keine Stimmung auf ,es wirkt alles steril und abends sitzt kaum jemand an der Bar. Der Pool ist Eiskalt und in der Übergangszeit nicht nutzbar. In dieser Kategorie und bei dem Preis sollte der Pool ab Öffnung des Hotels wenigstens 24 Grad haben. Am Anfang und Ende der Saison 27-28 grad.

Einzige Mangel ist als Nichtraucher ein wenig stören wenn Leute am Pool rauchen ! Oder am Balkonen ! Weil der ganze Rauch von neben an Balkon hat in unserer Zimmer gezogen! Das war nicht so o toll !🫣

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025The location near the lake with direct access on the promenade made the stay very enjoyable. The room with a beautiful water view was spacious and well designed. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
The breakfast was rich but a little bit less curated than other aspects, with some hits and misses. Example for a 5 star hotel the eggs and othwr breakfast staples could have been done fresh to order as a standard instead of having a separate menu’ for payable extras.
