Lost Electrical power middle of the night including AC at 230 am & you could not open windows & hotel intercom barred loudly in Italian when power was restored at around 330 am, we had an early am flight to catch, we were not informed when we booked the room. We should get a total refund from Booking.com or this establishment. Would never stay here. Look for hotel further from airport & plan ahead if you have flight to catch.

The property was modern, clean and perfectly located.

Very convenient for T1 arrivals/departures - if/when you can get a shuttle (see below).

Do book the airport transfer in advance, but even then it seems ro run at over full capacity (based on my 2 uses) so don't rely 100% on getting on at your chosen time. Average restaurant and breakfast. Need a degree in electronic engineering to operate the various lights in the room.

Es ist unmöglich von Abflughallen zu Fuss zum Hotel zu gelangen. Die Wegbeschreibung auf bookings.com für Fussgänger führt über die Autobahn! Teppich im Zimmer wirkt schmuddelig.

Funcionário da recepção com extrema má vontade, olhar de desprezo e cobrou “taxas da cidade”, quando o preço dizia estar todas as taxas incluídas. Enviei mensagem no booking e não tive resposta. Não fica evidente na reserva que há taxa para transfer do aeroporto/hotel e hotel/aeroporto. Além disso, me colocou no quarto mais distante possível, quando dava para perceber que o hotel não estava superlotado.

Nice clean room with comfortable bed and great shower!

I loved that the hotel was only about four minutes from the airport. Since we arrived late, it was absolutely perfect for us.

It was a shame that the bar was closed after midnight. Luckily, there was a grab-and-go option, so we got a beer and sat down to enjoy it.

היתה הפסקת חשמל במהלך הלילה, לא עדכנו אותנו בצ׳ק אין, מיקום החדר היה מעל טרנספורמטור ענק ומרעיש, נדלקה תאורת חרום, המזגן הפסיק לעבוד, לפחות היו ממקמים החדר במיקום שקט! לא ישנו כל הלילה!!!!

The hotel was great - VERY clean, which is always a must ! The staff were very nice & I ordered food from the restaurant which was great !

I am from America so I wish there would have been more explanation of how to use the air in the room, other than that it was a great stay !!!

The hotel was very tranquil, the courtyard in the middle was a lovely place to sit and have a drink in peace. I could not believe how quiet it was in the rooms, no doors banging at 6am! The air con was lovely and also very quiet. We had a meal in the restaurant which was really good and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. Bed was very comfy.

Only had 1 pillow each, we could have called and asked for another but we were tired! Powdered milk was not great.

My flight was delayed by 24hours and the Tribe were great at rescheduling my booking. The guy at check-in and check-out couldn't have been more helpful A+++ The rooftop pool and interior 'park' are great features. For a high traffic turnover hotel, it is well maintained.

The meal at the restaurant was average (for the price). The only 'issue' with the Tribe is that you really are stuck there until you return to Malpensa, unless you have a rental car.

Excelente infraestrutura. Ótimo para quem quer proximidade ao aeroporto. Lamentável porque agendei o transfer para a madrugada e a van da Tribe passou na faixa da esquerda e ignorou minha presença deixando-me na calçada sozinha de madrugada após ja haver esperado por 20 minutos após voo internacional longo.

It's regrettable because I booked the transfer for the early morning hours, and the Tribe van drove past in the left lane, ignoring me and leaving me alone on the sidewalk in the middle of the night after I had already waited for 20 minutes following a long international flight.

Our check in process was terrible. Front desk person was curt and rude. His first word of greeting was “passports”! No hello, welcome, how can I help?? Really too bad as the rest of staff we encountered during our stay were very nice. This guy should not be in a front desk position. We have many choices near Malpensa Airport and the Tribe wont be one for us in the future.

Nossa experiência no TRIBE foi excelente e superou nossas expectativas. A localização próxima ao aeroporto é muito conveniente, especialmente para quem está chegando ou saindo de Milão por Malpensa. O serviço de transfer também fez toda a diferença e, para quem não está de carro, considero praticamente imprescindível para facilitar os deslocamentos na região. Outro ponto que nos ajudou muito foi o serviço de guarda de bagagens, que funcionou perfeitamente e tornou nossa logística de viagem muito mais tranquila. A equipe foi excelente em todos os momentos, sempre atenciosa, cordial e disponível para nos ajudar quando necessário. Tivemos uma ótima experiência e recomendamos fortemente o TRIBE Milano Malpensa.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit (even after check out), and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. We also really enjoyed the beautiful inner garden and pool area. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It's very close to the airport (circa 5 minutes to T1), and the shuttle service to and from Terminal 1 runs every 30 minutes for just €5 per person.

The only downside was the swimming pool's opening hours. It doesn't open until 11:00 a.m., which is quite late if you'd like to enjoy a swim before heading out for the day, and it closes at 7:00 p.m., limiting the time available to use it.

La struttura è a pochi minuti in macchina dal terminal uno dell’aeroporto Malpensa. L’hotel fornisce un servizio navetta però è a pagamento.

Io avevo una camera al piano terra, confortevole, pulita ma forse ci sono alcune cose da migliorare, tipo macchie sul muro e segni nel bagno

The only downside is that you are constantly dependent on the hotel shuttle to get to the terminals, and only from there can you take a bus or a taxi to other places. This made getting around difficult for us (since we stayed an extra day at the airport), but as a transit point for an overnight stay – the hotel is excellent!

OVerall presentation of the hotel and room was above average. Had a very stylistic and modern vibe with all modern amenities available. Swanky looking, stylish and well priced.

A little further away from T2 Malpensa than I thought based on the map. Booking the shuttle service for pickup from the airpot was not as straight forward as it could've been (3 separate phone calls!) A strange thing happened with lights at 3am ish one of the lights came on, it appeared to be an emergency light, there was no way to turn this off on the in room control panels and light stayed on until around 6am, detrimentally impacting my sleep, :-(

If you need a hotel close to Malpensa Airport, Tribe is a great option. If you are staying more than a night you can enjoy the swimming pool. New, clean, comfortable and great location with friendly staff.

I asked for water when having my dinner, the glass came less than half full. I was surprised when I checked the bill later that there was €2 charge for the water. If the cup was full, I wouldn't mention it.

O Hotel é bem localizado pra quem vai embarcar no aeroporto. ,

O Hotel é moderno e está preparado pra ser ótimo, mas é só razoável. Muita pompa. A cama é desagradavelmente alta, é de bom tamanho mas só com 2 travesseiros, tivemos que pedir mais, cafe da manhã fraco demais, os controles de iluminação complexos, e sem nexo, boxe do chuveiro sai água pra todo lado.

Excelente opção para quem vai voar de Malpensa e precisa passar uma noite próximo ao aeroporto. O hotel disponibiliza Trasnfer a um custo de 5 a 10 euros saindo da porta 5 do terminal 1. O Transfer também está disponível a cada 15 ou 30 minutos para levar ao aeroporto. Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções.

Gostei de tudo! Excelente hotel. Conforto para uma boa noite de descanso antes de uma viagem longa.

المكان قريب جداً للمطار، كان في خدمة نقل من والى المطار بمقابل دفع ما ادى الى تسهيل رحلتنا الى المطار، الفندق فخم ونظيف جداً، طلبنا بيتسا عشا وكانت رائعه ولذيذة.

السرير كان مرتفع اكتر من اللازم

Le calme , la décoration est très jolie. Le Check in est très simple et le personnel est très gentil et flexible. L’établissement dispose de toutes sorte d’amenities si besoin ( kit de couture, rasoir etc). Les chambres sont très jolies et j’ai particulièrement apprécier les produits de bains et cheveux Kevin Murphy qui sont de très bonne qualité et hydratants. Le personnel du petit déjeuner , l’homme de la maintenance et les femmes de chambres sont adorables. C’est un 10/10 vous avez bien choisi votre personnel. Je reviendrais à prochaine escale à Malpensa.

Il y a l’air d’avoir un soucis avec Netflix dans notre chambre. La télé se met en même temps que Netflix , il faut éteindre et rallumer plusieurs fois la télé mais ce n’est pas grave.

La struttura si presenta moderna, pulita e ampi spazi esterni. Le camere sono moderne ed efficenti.

Non ho trovato il phon per asciugare I capelli. Si trovano in hotel economici, e in un hotel come questo, no?! L ho cercato, non l Ho trovato! Inoltre, la piscina era chiusa probabilmente perché dovevano pulirla, anche in mattinata l ho trovata chiuso. Ho scelto questa struttura anche per la piscina e non ho potuto utilizzarla, mi ha dato fastidio. Ho potuto però importante il Tempo in palestra e nell ampio solarium.

It’s at five minute from Malpensa T1. Modern hotel. Very nice restaurant and good breakfast. Pity the morning cappuccino is not barista made but from the machine. Staff very friendly. The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. Would have been a nice touch if slippers were provided.

Posizione strategica vicino a Malpensa T1, hanno Bus navetta ogni mezz'ora da e per i due terminal di Malpensa, ristorante top, mangiato veramente bene sia il polpo alla piastra che la tagliata di manzo, dolce buono e primo al ragù bianco super! Accettano cani anche di taglia media e soprattutto si possono portare in navetta senza problemi. Costi della navetta e dell'eventuale parcheggio molto contenuti, ambiente molto pulito e curato. Proprio un bel posticino in mezzo alla campagna, c'è spazio anche per far sgambare il cane! Ottima colazione continentale, varia e ricca! Camere ampie e bagni molto funzionali

Nulla... mi è piaciuto tutto. Forse mancavano i set di cortesia (tipo cotoncini levatrucco e cuffia per doccia) ma tutto il resto c'era, persino il ferro da stiro.

Generalnie sam obiekt jest bardzo w porządku. Wygodne łożka, czyste pokoje.

Zamówiliśmy i zapłaciliśmy za shuttle bus na terminal 1 na 8:30. Kierowca przyjechał o 8:48. Gdyby kolejka do security była odrobinę dłuższa spóźnilibyśmy się na lot. Coś takiego jest nieakceptowalne. Powiedziano nam na recepcji, że shuttle bus można zamówić co 30 minut. Kłamliwe tłumaczenie, że były korki ( do terminala 1 jest 1300 metrów ! ) albo że musiał zatankować samochód są nieakceptowalne więc dlatego ocena musi być niska. Jest to hotel gdzie zatrzymują się podróżni odlatujący z lotniska Malpensa! Taka sytuacja jest karygodna! Nie korzystajcie z hotelowego shuttle bus !
