Loved everything! Extremely clean. Location excellent with restaurants, department stores, underground shopping, buses and train on your doorstep. We stayed for a week and would definitely stay there again. Very well equipped with plenty of tea coffee etc.

南浦洞地下購物街15號出口上來即是民宿（往前3分鐘南浦站1號出口） 一下樓附近就有很多美食餐廳、藥局、超商、大創、國際市場、逛光復路商圈只要5分鐘 民宿在6樓（一層一戶）入住前屋主會先放好冷氣而且還在冰箱裡面放一個迎賓蛋糕，房間裡面附有小型游池，可見室內空間有多寬敞舒適，4大片的玻璃窗早上可往外欣賞美麗海景，廚房餐具一應俱全、浴室水壓強、附2支吹風機1支離子夾… 入住前兩天很貼心又仔細的提醒我住宿所有訊息，讓人有很大的安全感 入住後如果有任何問題，留言在Booking message裡，屋主會收到訊息後盡快的回覆獲得解決

Humidité importante dans le logement malgré un déshumidificateur dans l'appartement. La chambre du fond avait une odeur persistante et désagréable pour dormir.

Très bon emplacement. Nous avions bus et metro en bas de l'immeuble et avons pu aisément parcourir les centres d'intérêt de la ville. L’appartement était spacieux. La vue depuis la piscine dans le logement était unique !

The only thing that is missing is a lack of storage and places to put clothes or luggage. Some hooks in the bathroom or hallway would be very useful! As well as a shelf or two in the bedrooms (big enough to hold clothes and toiletries)

The building itself doesn't look like much from the outside. If you're taking a taxi, the pick up and drop off is at the closest corner. No stairs at the entrance and there is an elevator to get to your room. The inside decor was simple and the space was clean. Lots of towels and toiletries available for use. Separate washer/dryer in unit was really great. They also provided detergent. We didn't use the pool but you can request it to be filled before arrival. Internet was great. The projector was nice but definitely need lights dimmed or off to see better picture. There is a vacuum in case you like to clean during your stay. Full size refrigerator with freezer and they put a nice little cake from Paris Baguette. The shower, sink and toilet are all in one wet room. Very nice value and convenient to BIFF shopping and restaurants, and Jagalchi is across the street.

The shower area can spray water everywhere in the bathroom. There is a fan which you needed to turn on using a remote but the batteries were dead..Not a deal breaker. Still a great space!

位置超方便門口就是地鐵出口。周邊購物方便，房間內用品都很充足，連電壓轉換器也有多個(貼心)，同行同伴都超滿意。

Τεράστιο διαμέρισμα. Στην κουζίνα μας περίμενε ένα νόστιμο cheese cake, δώρο από τον ιδιοκτήτη, ευχαριστούμε. Δυο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια για να ανοίξουμε και να τακτοποιήσουμε τέσσερις μεγαλες βαλίτσες. Η κουζινα πληρως εξοπλισμένη.. Το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο. Η πισίνα γεμίζει με ζεστό νερό και χρειάζεται περίπου 4 ώρες. Αν θέλετε να την βρειτε το βράδυ που επιστρεφετε, ζεστή και γεμάτη, πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε με τον ιδιοκτήτη, που θα το φροντίσει όσο θα λείπετε, ηλεκτρονικά εξ αποστάσεως.. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι εκπληκτική. Καθώς θα παιρναμε το απόγευμα το φέριμποτ για Φουκουόκα, ο ιδιοκτήτης μας επέτρεψε να μεινουμε στο διαμερισμα μέχρι αργά το απόγευμα, χωρίς χρέωση και ευχαριστούμε. Η περιοχή ειναι στην καρδιά του Μπουσαν και στο σημείο που αρχιζουν οι πεζόδρομοι, γεμάτοι ζωή, όπου θα βρειτε κατατήματα για τα πάντα, αλλά και εστιατόρια. Αλλά και στον σταθμό μετρό, ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο, υπάρχει υπόγεια αγορά που επεκτείνεται τουλάχιστον μέχρι τους επόμενους σταθμούς, για μετα δεν το ανακάλυψα. Το μετρό είναι κεντρική γραμμή και μπορείτε να πάτε σε άλλα κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης, χωρις αλλαγή. Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχουμε μείνει εδώ και 20 χρονια που ταξιδευουμε, με τον ευγενεστερο ιδιοκτήτη απ' όσους έχουμε συναντησει.

Για τέσσερα βράδια όλα ήταν τέλεα. Περάσαμε υπέροχα.

Нам очень понравился наш дом в Пусане! Лучший! Мы жили на 7 этаже у нас была небольшая терраса с огромной ванной! Превосходный вид! Хозяйка дела все для нашего комфорта! На сообщения отвечала очень быстро! При заезде нас ждал вкуснейший тортик! Нам подарили шарики на день рождения дочери и всегда интересовались нашим комфортом! Мы прожили тут 3 недели! все было отлично! Очень удобное месторасположение! Рядом много интересных мест! В 5 минутах ходьбы Пусанская Башня и парк при ней, в 2 км Культурная Деревня, три минуты до улицы с магазинами, много кафе и ресторанов, не далеко до канатной дороги, ведушей в огромный парк!

Het was een geweldig plek. We kregen een warm welkom. Het was een prachtige plek en een goede locatie om de stad te ontdekken. Het personeel, hoewel op afstand, was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en alles werd snel geregeld. We hebben genoten!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with everything thoughtfully provided — it truly felt like a home sweet home. The scent in the room smells amazing, and we loved it so much that the owner kindly helped us buy a few sets to bring back home. Thank you for that! The owner, Jane, is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. She replied to our messages very quickly and made our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient — the front is near a busy transport stop, while the back opens to lively night streets with shops. Lotte is just a few minutes’ walk away. One small suggestion: a heated toilet seat would be perfect during winter. Highly recommended

Excellent accomodation at Busan. Close to train station , fish market and other market stalls. Staff were excellent in responding to messages. All rooms were spacious. We could not use the private pool / bath as it was outdoor and open roof balcony. Weather was cold in December. The premises had modern equipment , projector tv , excellent washing machine and dryer., cofee machine etc. Great location and good place to stay. I highly recommend this venue.

Don't judge a book by its cover. While the building's exterior is modest, the interior was excellent and exceeded all our expectations. The pool was great, the host was very responsive, and the beds and rooms were spacious enough for two adults and three children. The location was also ideal: Busan Tower and the subway station were within walking distance, and the famous markets were just one or two bus stops away.

Spacious, nice setup, with washing and drying facilities. Pool takes a couple of hours to fill, but with planning ahead is a nice addition to the stay. Proactive and helpful staff that responded very quickly to queries that we had.

訂房後屋主就會積極在訂房網內訊息貼心聯絡各項注意事項，住宿地點離樂天百貨光復店步行大約3-5分鐘，處於南浦洞最熱鬧的地點到哪裡都方便；上樓就會看見電梯旁有屋主的LINE或是Whats app等聯繫資訊，進門出入採用電子鎖，客餐廳及淋浴間空間寬闊，客廳就設置一個泳池，大窗戶配電動窗簾，整體室內設計感十足! 室內備有冰箱、檯面式飲水龍頭、碗盤餐具、洗烘衣機、各種充電投(線)、微波爐、咖啡機、整髮器等連電蚊拍都備了，從寢具的挑選到沐浴用品的選擇，各種小小的細節都能感受屋主的心意。

Communication with the host (Jane) was excellent and quick to respond. The villa matches the pictures and is a relaxing oasis in the middle of bustling Nampo. The welcome cake was a nice touch as well as the plentiful towels and bath amenities. As guests we were well cared for.

房東一定有事先預想過房客的需求，屋內用品很齊全，有洗衣機、烘衣機，也準備了洗衣球。大量的毛巾、浴巾，吹風機、電捲棒、充電線一應俱全。迎賓蛋糕很好吃，謝謝。

枕頭比較軟塌，還有房間冷氣有類似水流聲的異音，每個房間都一樣，不曉得是否正常？浴室沒有放衣服的架子，稍微不方便一些。

Location was perfect near Jagalchi market and BIFF square. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Having the pool was great especially after a long day of walking. The host was also very responsive at all times and greeted us with a tiramisu cake

The drainage in the laundry room could be better - occasionally there were musty smells coming from the drains

We had an amazing 4-day, 3-night stay at Poolvilla Gaon in Busan. From the moment we stepped into the villa, we were transported into a magical, festive atmosphere. The cozy Christmas decor and a lovely fragrance welcomed us, instantly making us feel relaxed and at home. It was a truly enchanting start to our holiday! The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch. Our family of nine was well accommodated, even with only one toilet. The host thoughtfully provided plenty of bath and face towels for our daily use, ensuring we were always comfortable. One delightful surprise was finding a beautiful Christmas cake waiting for us in the refrigerator when we went to store our groceries. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch! Unfortunately, one of our children experienced bad insect bites on one of the nights. Upon notifying the host, he responded immediately and provided electric mosquito repellents and bite creams suitable for both adults and babies. He even followed up regularly to check on our child’s condition, which was incredibly thoughtful, especially since the bites caused swelling and a fever due to her allergy. The host’s genuine concern and constant check-ins made a huge difference, and we felt so grateful for his exceptional care. Throughout our stay, the host was consistently prompt in responding to any questions or requests. His dedication to making us feel comfortable and well taken care of went above and beyond. If we ever return to Busan, we would definitely stay at Poolvilla Gaon again.

The only downside of our stay at Poolvilla Gaon was having just one toilet for our family of nine, but the exceptional service and thoughtful hospitality more than made up for it.

Great location. Walking distance to all of the major attractions in Nampo. Right next to Nampo station and all major bus stations. Fully equipped facility and plenty of amenities and the laundry washer/dryer was the cherry on top.

The location was ideal - near the Lotte Mall and Lotte Mart. Walking distance from subway to visit other places. The accommodation was out of this world with an indoor pool, spacious living room and 2 bedrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer to do your laundry.

The location was really convenient and the information and directions we were given were excellent so it was easy to find and access. The property was exactly as described and very well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a tiramisu cake waiting for us in the fridge!

There seems to be a karaoke bar nearby. You could hear the music late into the night. The pillows were a bit too soft but other than that, it was clean equipped with everything you needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation near Busan Station. The location was perfect—so convenient for shopping and sightseeing, with plenty of attractions nearby and easy access to Busan's main tourist spots. The place itself was gorgeous, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations, which made my stay even more pleasant. I also loved the harbor view from the window, which added to the charm. The host was incredibly thoughtful, arranging an early check-in for us, which made everything so much easier. I would love to stay here again on my next visit!

The in-house pool was a hit with our kids, and the big movie screen provided excellent entertainment. The host's thoughtful amenities enhanced our comfort. It was fantastic. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat in the city center, and the modern, minimalist interior was beautifully designed and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including high-speed internet and a fully equipped kitchen, were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions(Jagalchi fish market, Kukje Market etc.), shopping, and dining, yet the accommodation remained a quiet and peaceful haven. The host was friendly and provided great local recommendations, making this a highly recommended stay in Busan.
