Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The interior of the property is very pleasant; it looks great and is very well maintained.
The room was dirty, the cushions smelled bad, and when we asked for them to be changed, they simply took them away without replacing them; they also took a towel, leaving us with very few towels overall. There were many mosquitoes in the room because the bathroom lacked a screen and the window had been left open when we arrived. They later fumigated, but the smell was unbearable; what was meant to be a pleasant night turned into a rather difficult ordeal, and we had to leave very early in the morning because we couldn't stand the smell of the pesticide. The person in charge initially responded quickly and seemed willing to resolve the issue, but ultimately, we were left disappointed.

Había muchísimas hormigas, se subieron a una de las bolsas y zapatos. En general la limpieza se veia bien, pero al buscar algo debajo del sillón, se veia que no habían limpiado hacia mucho tiempo. Faltaron toallas y jabón en el baño.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2024I loved the furniture inside and outside, it was comfortable and cozy. It was great for a couples getaway and excited to return with the kids. The host was on top of everything and readily available for support.
There were only two observations that would have made it extremely perfect. One was a mini fridge and the second the trampoline had the safety walls torn. Other than that it was excellent.

Clean room, fresh coffee grounds in the room. private toilet room, BIG king bed, and the rain shower was amazing! It’s located within a resort but this place is a separate entity, but feel free to enjoy the near by restaurants and coffee shop as well. this property also has a cute jungle gym for kids which makes it family friendly, but don’t be shy to get on the swings. Will come back again soon!
