La ubicacion es perfecta y la habitacion muy confortable.

Alberca muy pequeña y un poco descuidada, no había personal para atender esa zona.

Good location and unique room style.

They charged us USD (10% higher) and did not even ask us (or allow us to select) if we would like to be charged in MXN. This is not cool.

Clean, attentive staff, great little pool area that felt like our personal space. Not over crowded and close to several wineries.

Scenery , clean upgraded rooms , pool and great service

El lugar precioso, de fácil acceso y con una vista muy bonita. Fue una estancia de una sola noche pero quedamos invitados a volver y pasar más tiempo, se ve lindo para viaje en pareja, amigos y/o familia.

La ubicación es muy buena, la atención del personal excelente y las instalaciones son bonitas . El checkout es hasta las 12:30pm lo cual me parece muy bien ya que en muchos lugares es a las 11am

Jacuzzi descuidado y frío , tardo casi 2 horas en calentarse.

Have stayed at La Cima multiple times and it never disappoints, the staff is always so friendly and the property is well kept

La Cima met all of our needs as we prepared for an event in their Garden below. Our room was by the pool which I used every morning and the deck was overlooking the valley! Restaurant on site, very good for breakfast.

This was our second time staying here and it has turned into our go to hotel when we come to the Valle. Staff and services are wonderful.

Very cute stylish property with nice pool, bar and lounge area. The food at the restaurant was a little too pretentious for me. The art installations was a great touch. I would stay there again!

Beautiful in all aspects. Night shift was amazing! He drove us up to our room so we wouldn’t have to walk. They were attentive to every need. Absolutely my favorite place hands down.

Would recommend for a quiet getaway

I am just now leaving this hotel from a three night stay. The staff is amazing. The room met my expectations for the most part. It was smaller than i thought but no problem. Note that there is no ice machine in the facility. We paid like 3 usd for a bag of ice. Up until check out; we were ready to come back. We feel we were more than generous with the staff during our stay, we were respectful of the facilities, we abided by the rules. On the second morning of our trip the cleaning lady asked me if I needed room service. I said no thank you but did ask for more towels. She asked me for the dirty ones in order to give me more. She literally gave me the amount and sizes of towels I gave her. I get it, no problem but I did note it. I gave her one facial wash cloth and two bath towels. So at check out the day later, the man at reception tells us that there's a note on our paperwork to charge us for one facial towel and a bath towel. I enquired why we would be charged and he said maybe because they're stained. I said yes, I know the facial towel was stained because since it's a facial wash cloth I used it to wash my face! So he concured that the stains were the makeup on the facial wash cloth. At this point I'm pissed because it is not in the rules that you'll be charged if you stain towels with makeup. I'm not even sure if the large towel had any stains but the facial wash cloth did. It's a wash cloth! So he charged us 15 usd for both towels which we wouldnt even get to take home.

Gem in the Valley. Highly recommended. Great restaurant and the rooms are uniquely designed for the setting.

Really loved this place, came for a few days and felt like we were the only ones there, maybe we were. Regardless, we had the best time, the employees were super friendly and helpful. We spent a good amount of time at the pool and they have a bar next to it which is open Friday- Saturday only, at least at the time we were there. They had some cute, friendly dogs at the property which was a nice touch. Our room was nice, with a lovely view. Also, the food at the restaurant, at least for breakfast was so delicious and fresh.

This property provides everything you need. Food options, locality, amenities, and atmosphere. It has the aire of a resort with the comfort and privacy of a spa. I love this property. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a couple of nights. You will love it. 6 out of 5 stars!

Everything was great just the room was two small for two people. The doors were not safe at all and the bathroom decor fall off constantly. More mirrors needed to embrace the space. Specifically for women who like to she their outfits.

Reserve the Luxury rooms. The standard rooms are small.

The place is beautiful. A modern look, very very clean! It is very centrally located so it is simple to move around the valle.

Beautiful quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Loved the location of the property. It was super convenient to have a restaurant on site for breakfast every morning. Also loved the hotel dogs.

Everything was great and overall very impressed with the hotel esthetic and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately once we got into our room we realized we couldn’t shower and had no warm/ hot water in the room to shower or in the sink to wash hands. The front desk was also not in communication with the bar and restaurant as they told us very different times as far as the time each opened and closed.

I enjoyed the game room and food

The rooms were big and clean and had beautiful views of the valley. There are very friendly older dogs that roam the property and are so so cute and sweet. The pool and bar are so fun and the restaurant has amazing food. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming.

Nice and quiet

We stayed at La Cima for an evening after spending the day with our family in Valle. The views from the front rooms were stunning! Traveling with a toddler makes things interesting and there were plenty of things to keep our two year old occupied from green grass areas, star gazing on the patio and the play area near the entrance! We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful time at La Cima Del Valle. We were especially impressed with their luxury rooms, amenities and food options at their restaurant. We will definitely be coming back!

The property was very clean, and quiet. We had a great breakfast at there. The best part was the bartender Alex, he was friendly very attentive and made great drinks. I will definitely be back.

Me and my friends stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The staff was attentive and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. There were also the sweetest golden retrievers lounging about, very cute.

Beautiful place

Nice layout. We went in the off season so the restaurant and bar were only open close to the weekend. Rented the big unit with three bedrooms.

The lighting throughout is very blue and not quite pleasant and there are no floor lamps to help fix it, just the light on the ceiling fan, which was better than the recessed lights. The living room had no heater and no television. Each bedroom had a heater and television. The main room has lots of bare walls and no television. The listing says one king bed and two queen beds. It is more like one king bed and two full beds...though it seems to be a pretty common thing in Mexico for full sized beds to be called queen beds, even though they are not. The worst part of this was that their credit card system does not allow for the charge to be done in local currency, which is absurd, and it only offers a really bad exchange rate...so we ended up paying 10% more than we should have paid.

No restaurant service on some weekdays

Staff was incredible. Super accommodating. They gave us a referral for a local wine tour company which was a lovely experience of wine tasting. Great location. Many cute dogs on the property. Highly recommend

Nos hospedamos en la Cima del Valle y nuestra habitación fue la #5 con una vista hermosa al Valle con su pequeño deck para tomarte tu café por las mañanas o un vino por la noche, la regadera deliciosa!! Agua caliente la regadera con mucha presión por lo regular no es así en esta área, el wifi bien, la presentación de cada platillo de su restaurante espectacular hasta un simple plato de fruta parecía un arte, el jugo verde DELICIOSO! Lo único que el restaurante cierra muy temprano a las 8pm. Así que si gustan cenar y no dormir con el estómago vacío cenen antes de las 8pm😅es un poco difícil de encontrar porque NO hay un señalamiento por la carretera que diga la Cima del Valle, nosotros dimos por GPS de otra forma no hubiera manera… sigan los señalamientos del hotel Maglén y despedimos de ese hotel ya hay señalamientos a la Cima. Nos encantó y regresaremos próximamente. Gracias a todo el peaonal! En especial a Andres que nos dio un excelente servicio en el restaurante, a Ángel en recepción que nos ayudó a reservar un tour de último minuto a las vinícolas y a Rafael por su paciencia con nuestro equipaje 😅Gracias! Nos vemos pronto!!

The hotel was better than we expected. Modern and well maintained. Food was great at their restaurant “Diguiso”….we’ll definitely recommend this place.

We spent two nights in their largest room which featured a generous living area and 3 bedrooms. The living room lacks a TV. The bedrooms vary in size and amenities so they are not equal. We had to draw straws and I ended up with the smallest one. Here are the issues with this specific room. The toilet smells like rotten eggs and despite maintenance fixing it one night the smell came back a few hours later. By the second night it was unbearable. The water pressure in the small room was non existent to the point that it wasn’t enough to rinse off shampoo or body wash. The lock on the door was broken or not aligned properly as was the dead bolt on the main door. There were no tissues in the entire 3 bedroom property and no plugs to charge phone on one side of the bed. Each room only had one robe even though the beds were king and queen meant for two people. The overall quality of the finishes and furniture was cheap. No prices on the snacks and water. Charged for things we didn’t eat and drink. The area is quite and safe and the staff is friendly. The 5 large dogs on the property are adorable. There is a game area as well as a small pool and a nice restaurant. The gym is laughable. Shouldn’t be called a gym. Our friends stayed in one of the individual rooms and it’s fine but very small. This is not a high end property so adjust your expectations accordingly.

Two things. One Is the room service comes in a to go bag and it’s cold. I would appreciate the nice presentation for the food you order to come to the room . Next is they need some sort of cool music and energy. It’s too quiet.
