La ubicación es excelente, algunos minutos caminando de la plaza principal, el lugar está hermoso, muy limpio y moderno, la atención fue maravillosa, en lo personal se me permitió el check in un poco antes y esto me fue de gran ayuda. La cáma estuvo riquísima, se descansa muy bien, definitivamente si regreso me vuelvo a hospedar allí, lo amé

Excelente ubicación, personal amable, buenas camas y el lugar esta muy bonito, tiene lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Estacionamiento, aunque se entiende que es por la ubicacion que esta en el centro, pero puedes dejar tu coche estacionado en la calle es muy seguro. Ya que los estacionamientos son costosos.

Amazing place! The rooms are cozy and beautiful.. the terrace was really nice to seat and get some sun. Perfect location and lots of things around it.

La pieza muy cómoda y grande. Muy buena ubicación, a pocas cuadras del zócalo.

Creo que el baño puede mejorar. Renovar almohadas y siempre tener al menos 2 por persona. Le falta mejorar el pasillo de abajo, no está bonito afuera de las piezas. Importante mejorar decoración de recepcion, hay mucha competencia por los mismos valores y se nota la diferencia.

Mal olor en el baño. No había recepcionista durante la noche ni en la mañana. No había suficiente papel de baño.

The location was perfect - on the quieter side of town but so close.

De kamer die we kregen keek uit op de binnentuin en grensde aan de receptie, waardoor het erg gehorig was en er geen raam open kon. Het ergste was dat er grote schimmelplekken op de muren te zien waren, het rook er daardoor erg vochtig en muf. Bovendien werkte de airco niet. Na beklag hierover konden we de eerste 2 nachten in een andere kamer verblijven, die was op zich oké. Al waren er geen enkele faciliteiten zoals een koffiezetapparaat of föhn. Daarna moesten we voor de overige 2 nachten weer terug naar de originele kamer. Dit was echt geen doen. Schandalig dat ze Mensen laten slapen in een kamer met schimmel. We konden toen naar een andere locatie van dezelfde eigenaar. Ook deze kamer was erg basic met een klein bed. Maar de locatie was wel goed en er was iig geen schimmel in de kamer.

We loved the terrace and the view it had from there.

We had no toilet paper when we arrived. And couldn’t contact anyone until the next day. I went downstairs to the lobby bathroom to get a roll.

I feel like it is too expensive for what it is, two beds and a basic bathroom with barely any decoration, doesn't include breakfast, I think it comes down to San Miguel being an expensive and gentrified city

Great location that is easily walkable to everything in SMA. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but fairly small with basic amenities.

Our room faced the common hallway which was noisy at times during the early morning

Está bien ubicado y te ofrecen agua de bidón a la entrada.

Este hotel NO es un hotel boutique. El jabón del baño lo mezclan con agua para hacerlo cundir, las habitaciones son enanas, casi no entra una maleta abierta, el aire acondicionado chorrea agua (y justo cayó arriba de mi maleta y mojó todo). Las paredes están sucias, las sábanas también tenían manchas y pelos. Aunque sobre esto último, agradezco al bote porque alegue y me cambiaron las sábanas por unas nuevas. No volvería

We loved everything! The beds were so comfortable and the staff was attentive and kind! We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop and watching the nuns tend to the convent next door

With the exception of one young gal, who was helpful and friendly, the rest of the staff was not friendly and ignored me and others. I had questions but felt like they were clearly not interested in being helpful. Firm beds (not comfortable). Zero coffee in lobby or rooms. But it’s a decent place for a reasonable price so I think it’s a good deal in its price range. But next time I will spend more and stay somewhere another block closer.

Que no hay nadie que ponga un poco de orden en la noche-madrugadq cuando llegan las personas con copas de más, haciendo mucho ruido y hablando en voz muy alta son considerar que hay huéspedes descansando, sería bueno que se les reitere para que puedan entrar con un poco de respeto de madrugada.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with recommendations for activities. Location is easy to get to and beautiful view. They had water available to refill our bottles which was nice to cut down on waste. WiFi worked well, shower hot and good pressure. Housekeeping was quick and efficient with what we needed done.

Honestly can’t think of anything. Was a great place for our 4 days in SMA.

Por hablar bien de algo, la ubicación. Al menos no esta muy alejado del centro de la ciudad.

La habitación muy pequeña y sucia (alguien se dejó en el suelo las pestañas -postizas- y allí nos las encontramos). La puerta y ventana de la habitación que nos dieron daba al pasillo, lo que impedía abrir las cortinas si querías intimidad. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, dificulta el descanso. Y lo peor, no tiene ningún servicio (sólo una máquina de café expreso en la "recepción", de pago, junto a una caja de cápsulas vacía. Al llegar no había nadie para recibirnos, la persona de recepción llegó pasado un rato y, lo peor, para acceder por la noche nos facilitaron el código de una cerradura eléctrica que no funcionó cuando volvimos de cenar, sobre las 23:00 horas, estuvimos cerca de una hora llamando al timbre de la puerta sin que nadie nos atendiera y llamamos al teléfono del hotel una docena de veces, saltando siempre el contestador. Justo cuando, desesperados, decidimos marcharnos a buscar alojamiento alternativo, llegaron otros huéspedes que nos abrieron. A la mañana siguiente cuando dejamos la habitación, tampoco había personal a quien trasladar nuestra reclamación. En fin, un desastre, imposible recomendar este "hotel".

Es un pequeño hotel en el mero centro de San Miguel de Allende con distancia a pie a los principales atractivos y restaurantes. Ambiente tranquilo. Cuarto y baño limpios. Me volvería a hospedar. Lo malo: No tiene estacionamiento, pero te las arreglas.

Muy buena ubicación,staff amable. Si el ruido es importante se escucha los autos de la calle. Si tienen el sueño ligero. Fiera de eso excelente opción.

The location is great. Very close to the Centro. Has a cool rooftop, but there are no cushions to be able to enjoy the space.

There is zero privacy. My room was in the main hallway off the lobby. I had a window in the main room and one in the bathroom, both open right onto the hallway, so everyone walking past can see everything in your room unless you have the blackout shade down. You need to keep your windows open for air flow so you hear everything, plus it feels like a lack of security. The staff barely spoke at all, they just sit on their phones or talk to each other, but have no interest in helping you. And the amenities and services listed are absolutely not true. There is no 24 hour desk staff, they told me they were going to send me a code to get in, I had to remind them to send it. Luckily they did have someone there when I arrived, but he left immediately after. There is no iron or hair dryer in the room as stated. And there is absolutely no luggage storage as stated. I had to leave my luggage sitting out in the open in the tiny lobby, and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked where I could leave it. Definitely find somewhere else to book. This place is not worth it.

Bed was very comfortable and had good quality bed linen and towels. Good location a short walk from the main centre. The room was generally clean although there was a hair ball in the shower, and it has that ‘rustic’ feel of stone floors.

I asked for a hairdryer on friday and was told another guest was using it (They must only have one for the whole place) but I said if i could have for tomorrow morning that would be good… but it never came. Also the water dispenser in reception never worked.

Bien ubicada, muy cerca del centro, restaurantes y tiendas. Muy bonita vista desde la terraza. La habitación era espaciosa, aunque podrían mejorar algunos aspectos de mantenimiento y cuidado como la manija de la puerta y el mueble de baño

Rooms are basic however confortable, beds and pillows clean, bathroom was clean - drainage smelled a little but and we remedied the issue by the running water during showers and didn't smelled after.

We had room number 4, which is (i think) the biggest room. Very spacious, own terrace and good working AC. Modern facilities. Location is spot on. I would definitely stay here again.

Las habitaciones muy bien, sin embargo si alguien sube la escaleras del hotel a cualquier hora, hay mucho ruido y despierta a media noche, esa fue mi peor inquietud.

I liked that the hotel was clean, quite, safe, was in a good location and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. We only had to walk a few blocks to reach the plaza, and other landmarks and museums.

Boa localização. Estadia razoável. Cama desconfortável (extremamente mole - aquele tipo que afunda no meio). O box do banheiro é fechado parcialmente, molhando assim o vaso sanitário e o piso do banheiro ao se tomar banho, além de diminuir a temperatura e o conforto durante o banho (estava bastante frio nos dias de nossa hospedagem). Poderia ter um espelho fora do banheiro e cabides para casacos.

Clean, stylish, Room is very nice, bathroom is wow! Clean towels, they have a free filter water station and it’s a cute little boutique hotel.

Wish there was a safe in the room and location is on a bit of a dark street .. it’s a quiet street but it’s a 10 min walk to the central markets/area. It was safe, but I didn’t feel as comfy coming back past 11pm

Nos encantó la ubicación y cercanía, la ambilidad al llegar. Nos explicaron sobre las fiestas patronales y nos dieron un panorama amplio de San Miguel de Allende. Super cómoda la habitación, limpia y completamente equipada.

Every encounter with a staff member was pleasant. The area was nice and quiet. I felt safe and our room was clean and spacious.

This place was fantastic. It was very cute and the staff was very nice. The proximity of o everything was fantastic and we enjoyed many of the recommendations they shared with us.

Room clean. Good location. Recommended parking location. Staff friendly. Shampoo conditioner body wash smell great. Rooftop view.

Had a coffee machine but ran out of coffee. The outdoor lights on rooftop were not in service and cushions for outdoor seating weren’t out either so it was difficult to appreciate the night. A little table in bedroom to would be nice.
