We liked the installations plenty of space in the rooms, they come with a small living room and kitchen, great for long stays. Staff are very friendly and kind specially Ines her cooking is delicious.

la ubicacion, es la primera vez que nos quedamos en la zona romantica y esta todo muy cerca, pudimos disfriutar del ambiente nocturno del malecon, donde la poblacion y los turistas hacen un ambiente festivo

las pocas opciones de desayuno ya que eran limitadas, muy rico pero me hubira gustado haber probado mas cosas

Absolument rien Je déconseille cet hôtel après avoir fait un constat de vol dans mon coffret de sûreté barré .Selon la direction qui était à l'étranger ,il n'y a que le personnel autorisé qui a la clé de ce coffre. Nos échanges difficiles dont ceux de la direction remplis de faussetés ,d'incohérences et même de dénigrement à notre égard.ont durées jusqu'à notre départ.

1-Les petits déjeuners manquaient de variété, le menu était mexicain surtout en fonction de nourrir le personnel de l'hôtel .et non pas en fonction des clients. 2- À 5 reprises , des travaux furent effectués en notre absence. Climatisation qui coule, coffre-fort non fixé sécuritairement etc 3 -Odeur d'égout dans la chambre 4-Peu de chaises autour de la piscine qui brisent régulièrement. 5-*Clés à la réception non en sécurité sous le comptoir.

Location quite near restaurants and entertainment and about five blocks from the beach. Nice pool on the fourth floor.

Many sewer problems with smelly gas releases often. large sewage flood in our room on the fourth floor one day. Shower flooding on a couple days. Very noisy all night as right on highway 200 bypass. Many tiny bugs on the counter. Kitchen supplies very limited even though listed on room description. Were able to get most within a day but were refused a frying pan. Very noisy dogs across the street barking at all hours. No lock on balcony door and loosely fitted. Furniture old and badly worn. I even cut my leg on protruding springs. No descent couch, just a double with no arms. TV outages often.

The staff are wonderful. Ines who cooks the breakfasts does a great job and is very friendly. When I let them know it was my partners bday they gave him a cake! The manager Jose went above and beyond.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The location couldn’t be better—easy walking distance to the beach, the Malecón, great restaurants and bars, and lots of shopping. Even with everything so close by, the room was quiet and we couldn’t hear street noise at all. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Having an elevator was a big plus for accessibility. We also loved having breakfast by the rooftop pool. Overall, a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

It would have been convenient to have a microwave, mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room.

Except there was a sewage smell that arose from the room I was in, maybe came from the bathroom and the sink was also backed up.

The location was ok 5 blocks from the ocean/malacon. The night staff was wonderful. The room was clean.

No music around the pool and pool was way to cold. Money was stolen from my room and things were moved around and hidden. The staff were very loud during their lunch breaks around the pool. Day shift staff were lazy.

The hotel was clean and had an elevator. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Beto, Franco, and Sierra provided excellent customer service. There was a pool table and pool. The pool was not heated but was refreshing. The location is fantastic. Close to so many restaurants and an easy walk to the beach.

Breakfast was good, but there could have been more options. The addition of yogurt, tea, and cereal would have been nice. Our room didn't have very comfortable furniture, but that might not be the case for all rooms.

The large bottled water jugs were often empty and needed ti be replaced more frequently.

Hotel Pueblito is located in the Zona Romantica, it is a great location where to stay! Staff is nice.

We had 2 different rooms. The masterclass room, spacious, but as there is no isolation you hear everything from the street, super loud at night and morning. But confortable. Bad wifi connection from there. Then, we had a standard room, with no windows, no fresh air, super super humid. This one was at the back of the hotel, so it was not loud. But still, no isolation, and you can hear everything coming from the hall. Wifi connection from this room was better.

The vibe of the place is magnificent and it shows. Thank you so much.

We did not have the breakfast option. The location was walking distance to things but was very noisy.

Gave us a room without windows, said no other rooms….but came up with one all be it filthy, other people’s razor tops in shower, so dusty and dirty. Black mood on ceiling in kitchen area. TV screen was melted, toilet paper dispenser fell off the wall everytime you used it. We had a kitchen unit but the fridge stopped working after a couple of days. The front desk attendant was ambilivent to our complaint and no one came by and fix it and had to throw out our food. We left two days early as it was such a bad experience. Also we were given a key to the room which never worked.

Photos are not accurate, so I don't believe there is a manager on site. I stayed here for a few weeks. Details at this hotel are just missed. The staff is far from friendly. They're nice, but nobody is outgoing there. The pool was turning green and the lawn chairs were disgusting at best I asked them if they'd wash them they said yes took them away, but I was there for three more days. They never came back. They do take dogs, which was nice. The rooms are large. It's only about four or five blocks from the waterfront. There's a grocery store across the street.

We are not complainers... have never written a bad review, because we were already in Puerto Vallarta we came here 3 times to ensure we were getting what we booked. Unfortunately not true...we were given a room that we thought we reserved, not true, but after much debate they moved us. However the room they moved us to was filthy, broken pipes under the sink and bathroom flooded, key for the room didn't work and we couldn't lock the room,another fiasco, took 3 days to get an extra bath towel and toilet paper. After 2 days the fridge stopped working and our food spoiled. When we complained about these issues we were met by total ambivalence, they didn't seem to care about our issues. Just saying don't stay here!!!

Estaban sucias la áreas compartidas. No servía la ventana de nuestra habitación que daba al corredor, así que cualquiera podría entrar por ahí mientras no estabas, de reporto a la recepción y no dieron ninguna solución.

A refrigerator would have been great so would a closet to hang your clothes. Other than that everything was good. I would stay again.

-1. Terrible experience. We checked into our room and within 30 minutes noticed ticks on the bed. We videod the room and bed as we felt they wouldnt believe us Front desk wasnt interested in helping and was speaking to another employee in spanish saying he should kick us out. People should be aware that they could be misunderstood.

Easy to find because it was off two major intersections

So noisy and loud from street traffic that the bed shook at times. Zero sleep. We left the first morning of a five night booking. This is not a three star place. Bookings needs to change that. It felt unclean and we must have had the budget room because no toilet paper in bathroom. No anything in the unit. I guess we needed to bring our own everything. We left the room very itchy and no sleep. Just know that this is not three star

Spent 10 days in this Hotel and love it. It is walking distance to restaurants and clubs. Very friendly staff specially Franco and Ciera. I will return next April 2026.

My second stay here. Very nice local hotel close to all the Zona Romántica has to offer - shops, bars, restaurants, and easy walk to the beach. The only downside is that there is often significant street noise in the early mornings due to a VERY busy street food stand - so, if you are a light sleeper, you should request a room on the interior - not one that faces the street. Otherwise, a great location, staff, and value.

This hotel felt comfortable and made me feel like family, I was here 5 weeks. There were a few problems with the room but staff were very fast to fix the problems. Thankyou to Diego,Beto and Franco. The hotel needs some maintenance but I have seen improvements while I have been here, I hope they continue. The maid on my floor was ok but floors and sinks were lacking cleanliness at times. Overall I was happy with the hotel. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as the hotel is located on a Main Street where traffic noise starts a 5 am. On the plus side, the hotel is located just a few blocks to markets and the ocean beaches. The streets are safe to walk around even in the evening. Lots of choices for good restaurants in the area.

I have great experience with hotel PV. Franco was nice and very helpful also Humberto was very helpful . I have good time in puerto Vallarta .

El dormitorio no quedaba oscuro totalmente, había una pared que tenía ladrillos de vidrio, y las cortinas no eran black out. El aire acondicionado demoraba en enfriar.

Que era muy grande, tenía cocina, nevera, dos baños, aire acondicionado…

Que no tenía cortinas opacas y entra mucha luz, los cristales son malos y hay mucho ruido, la ducha no se puede regular, sale hirviendo el agua o muy fría y hace un ruido tremendo, parece que se va a caer la pared… y el desayuno empieza muy muy tarde

We booked a basic room here in 2024 and were very pleased. When we decided to come back in 2025, we booked a basic room again without hesitation. Upon arriving, my husband asked if there was a small fridge or place to put his insulin needles as he is diabetic. Without hesitation Jose upgraded us to a room with a kitchenette with fridge for his insulin, table and chairs, sofa bed, and separate bedroom. This was provided at no extra cost and were told to enjoy our stay. There’s a nice little pool on the roof. We would stay here again, no question!

Superb stay! The hotel is in a great area for walking around and exploring. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room. Excellent value!

I loved the authentic Mexican vibe of this hotel. It felt like a home away from home. The décor, and the quiet courtyard were all lovely. Every staff member we met was warm and professional. 10/10 would stay again!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was spotless, the staff was kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

Very friendly staff at 24/7 reception, comfortable bed, good WiFi, nice location. Basic, but freshly prepared breakfast. The pool. Aircon and safe in the bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen.

The curtains don't darken, so bedroom gets light at sunrise. The shower pressure is low and water doesn't get warmer than lukewarm. No aircon in living room (but a fan).

The room had maintenance issues and there were cockroaches and bed bugs. Staff moved us to another room, but the problems continued. We left early and got our deposit back. Would not recommend due to cleanliness concerns.

Great Stay, perfect location! Pet friendly We had a great Stay at this hotel during the first days of September we can call it the perfect vacations. Franco the guy at the reception desk just knows everything about local attractions, tours, food recommendations, he just made our stay so much essier! He is the go to guy!

The location was right for me.

Dure más de una hora en recepción y nadie apareció.( Tuve que hablar por teléfono). Salía muy poca agua en la regadera , y no se iba en en resumidero . En el lavabo pasaba igual . Que piden 1500 pesos de depósito ( por posibles daños ) aunque lo regresan pero no me parece la medida

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda a Zona Romanticában, közel mindenhez ami fontos Puerto Vallartában. Kedves személyzet, a szoba felszereltsége és mérete kiváló, az ágy is nagy és kényelmes, illetve a szobánk közvetlenül a medence mellett helyezkedett el. A takarítást és az ágyneműcserét kiválóan, precízen végzik a tartózkodás alatt.

A zuhanyzóban a víznyomás nem megfelelő, sokszor akár 15-20 percet is várni kell mire bemelegszik a víz egy kellemes zuhanyzáshoz, ez egyáltalán nem komfortos. A konyhapulton találkoztunk hangyákkal, aminek nem kifejezetten örültem, plusz a medence vize néha koszos volt.

We have gone to this hotel several times. This time we had a few problems one was not the fault of the hotel. The weather was rainy and the last night we had no electric. We did have a leak y toilet. The air conditioner cooled the bedroom but it took quite a while. Diageo did his best to solve our problems. All in all it was a good vacation. We had a tasty breakfast thank you Norma

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, caminando se llega a la playa y alrededor hay Oxxos, farmacias y tiendas para comprar alimentos, lo cual es muy práctico. Además, cuentan con garrafones de agua disponibles para los huéspedes. La habitación estaba en muy buen estado, limpia, amplia y cómoda, ideal si buscas un lugar tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. Sin duda una gran opción para hospedarse.
