Short stay but we had everying we needed. Staff friendly and helpful

Beautiful room but horrible breakfast : powder scrambled eggs (other guests left it in their plate too), fresh bread is not refilled regularly, low quality ingredients. The complementary lemon water was full of black/old mint leaves from the day before... The staff at Check-out was polite and payed attention to my remarks (thank you !). Please improve the quality of the breakfast because I love going to this hotel for business trip.

Very convenient hotel for historic centre of Rouen. Hotel facilities excellent

Stayed with my wife and two young kids. Room was a good size and well appointed, very comfortable for us. Parking downstairs was easy to access from the room and the road. Overall really enjoyed the hotel and stay

Hi I had booked two rooms a twin room and a deluxe room with city view. When I booked in the lady on reception quoted me a credit card number that was not mine and I clearly explained it was not my credit card. Still she proceeded to book me into the room - 224 and 227. I went to room 224 and it was not ready so my husband and I waited in the corridor for the cleaners to finish )(circa 5.00pm) . We went in and unpacked. About an hour later another customer entered the room with a key card. Clearly she had been booked into the room too. A few minutes later a different member of hotel staff knocked on the door and asked me who I was. She then explained she thought the original staff member had made a mistake and booked us into the wrong room. She offered no apology and did not mention that we were not in the deluxe room we had booked. I later went down to reception and I asked about the deluxe room, she said the only thing we were missing was a coffee machine (this is not correct) and that we could have a free coffee from the bar. The next morning when I went to check out a different person on reception again asked me if I was the other customer and tried to charge me for their breakfast. Why had out details not been changed on the system? Why did I keep being asked if I was the other customer and I believe that I should have been offered a coffee machine, robe, slipppers etc given I had booked and paid for a deluxe room?

Très propre et confortable. Par contre, la piscine est payante, 13€ la visite par personne…

Lovely hotel for a quick stop over. Staff were excellent, great breakfast and beautiful grounds.

Bien situé perché au dessus de Rouen, idéalement placé pour aller au centre-ville, voiture ou velo, ou en ballade en vélo proche du bois Guillaume. Calme et très beau panorama, dans un bel établissement reconverti.

All was excellent, but an extra charge for a swimming pool that was listed as one of hotel's facilities was a disappointment :(

Un hôtel plus industriel, plus adapté dans le cadre de déplacement de travail, j’imagine un seul accès aux chambres si votre chambre est à l’autre bout, pas de chance, ce qui était notre cas. Le ménage de la chambre était approximatif (des cheveux dans la douche/ poussière sur la tablette de la sdb - verres poussiéreux - machine à café pleine de poussière également - pas de bouteilles d’eau) Des fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas entièrement. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet. Proche du centre - en voiture. Parking très élevé (19€ la nuit) La piscine n’est pas accessible autrement qu’en ajoutant une offre spa - interdit au moins de 15ans. Aucun charme pour cet hôtel.

Lovely modern hotel walkable into Rouen but took about 25 mins so got a taxi back. We liked the city a lot. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food

Need to learn how to make a Margarita cocktail and a Gin and Tonic, only advice. Otherwise, short stay worked very well.

Firstly it’s a beautiful new hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. People are nice and welcoming Couple of complaints…everything is “extra” pool access (size of a bathtub) €20 each. Parking €19, breakfast €25 EACH! If your a family of 4 that’s €100! You can get a steak meal in Rouen for that price! Sort yourselves ur Hyatt and give clear pricing when people are booking

Restauration de qualité (petit déjeuner et diner) cependant le choix au petit déjeuner devrait etre plus important pour un hotel de ce standing (par exemple pas de possibilité d avoir d'oeuf au plat, peu de choix sur le chaud...) Sinon l hotel est récent, belle vue, un peu excentré et ca monte Salle Fitness tres bien Spa pas testé Parking en supplément Tres bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Very nice modern hotel in an old building. Extremely friendly staff. The room is big and clean. Finding a parking space in the hotel garage was easy. We had a 15 min walk into the city centre which is beautiful. Great place to stay overall.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were truly lovely—very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was the parking. It was mentioned at booking, but for €19 a night, and given that the hotel isn’t in the city center, it would feel a lot more thoughtful to include it. Most guests driving there will need it anyway. Still, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Excellent hotel in almost all aspects except on return to room after hot few hours touring city room not made up and on request for making up room so I could shower and sleep I was told impossible for at least an hour and I had to wait!!!

Property is beautiful. Staff was so kind. We came for Le Tour de France and hotel was in route and a walk from the finish. Greathitel and lovely town.

Very comfortable room. Really appreciated the Aircon. Surprised towels refreshed daily. Lot of unnecessary washing. Had expected guests to decide if they needed clean towels.

Sehr sauber! Der Service war sehr freundlich! Letzte Bestellmöglichkeit im Restaurant leider schon um 21:15 – ansonsten war alles perfekt.

The room was very nice, restaurant pleasant and food good.

No hand soap for guests for two days. That’s quite unbelievable. I have never in my long life experienced this. Management shouldn’t let this happen. This isn’t a mom and pop operation, so take some money from M to the store, and buy some soap! Did the staff have soap?

Modern yet classic. Clean. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Excellent property, value for money, lovely big rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was bit small but overall an excellent hotel. Dinner was delicious, well presented and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Newly converted property (former teacher training college we were told) with useful addition of welcoming area, restaurant terrace (city view) and on site secure parking. Staff casually efficient and competent with good swift service in the restaurant of excellent vfm food. If you feel inclined the bus from on the main road (adjacent) services the main historic Rouen sites.

Not recommended with kids cuz staff is not so nice..

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator.

This hotel is huge and they use a robot vacuum in hallways. Love my time there, Great staff to answer any questions.

Great stay, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff as we don’t speak French. Thought the price to use the pool were unnecessary, should be included in the stay but all was fantastic.

Super séjour au Wyatt place de Rouen, tout s'est très bien passé,personnel aux petits soins ,superbe établissement moderne et bien équipé. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans soucis. Le restaurant est également très bien.

Une arrivée très étonnante avec Erine : « bonjour nous avons une réservation » réponse d’erine « bah je me doute ». Cette jeune femme mériterait de retourner à l’école hôtelière. Aucun service clientèle à la hauteur d’un 4* ! En effet aucune explication sur l’établissement, les horaires, l’accès au spa, nous ne sommes pas accompagnés à notre chambre, etc On nous remet simplement une carte électronique et on nous réalise une empreinte bancaire « au cas où » on partirai sans payer les suppléments… bref une machine à la place de l’homme aurait très bien fait le même travail et peut être avec plus de courtoisie. Sinon l’établissement est beau, propre, neuf, le petit déjeuné et son buffet à volonté et diversifié. Les équipements sont sympa avec une petite salle de fitness. Cependant, le spa, le pire que nous ayons fait parmi l’ensemble de nos séjours en France et à l’étranger dans des 4 et 5*. Clarisse un accueil dans la même gamme que celui de l’hôtel, une eau à 29 degrés digne d’une piscine municipale. Un sauna à 30 degrés, un hammam qui chauffe jusqu’à seulement 51 degrés et de manière inconstante (bien que la porte soit correctement fermée). Il s’agirait d’être un peu plus vigilant sur les équipements et d’éviter d’économiser de l’argent sur ceux-ci avec des températures au plancher. Conclusion un bel établissement mais qui nécessite de revoir les prestations en particulier humaines, d’autant plus qu’il s’agit d’un 4*…

Manque un petit quelque chose,mais un trés beau local tout neuf. Un lèger rodage est nécessaire.

Très bel hôtel tout neuf , le personnel est très serviable , la décoration est belle , les chambres sont spacieuses modernes et confortable la vue sur la ville est très belle , le centre ville est accessible à pied , le seul point négatif est ce parking il ne dispose d aucun signalement pour accéder à l hôtel je m y suis perdue et la lumière s éteint automatiquement

literie paraissant avoir 20 ans tellement elle est molle, mes 3 nuitées ont été tout sauf reposante. Soucis de service de nettoyage qui laisse le shampooing vide mais les poubelles pleines

Super SPA

L’accueil, l’hôtel et le restaurant était top ! Prévenir à l’avance quand vous installez des clients dans une chambre handicapée car une lumière de secours reste allumée toute la nuit. Déception sur la température de la piscine qui était froide, nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter. Je recommande évidemment l’hôtel car il était très beau et on s’y sent bien !

Easy to check in and plenty of car spaces available Breakfast was full continental. Bedroom came with air conditoning unit and bed was very comfortable. Very spacious room! Shower came with very good pressure. Fitness suite had cardio machines and some weights. Nothing bad to say at all.

Magnifique hôtel flambant neuf avec beaucoup d'espace. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec gout. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Personnel agréable et efficace, mais il semble qu'il y est un problème de sous effectif. Le spa est agréable mais petit en fonction de la taille de l'hôtel, et les créneaux réservables à l'avance (et payant... dommage) n'empêchent la présence de beaucoup trop de monde. Envisageable de faire passer les créneaux de 2 H à 1 H en limitant le nombre de personnes y ayant accès ?

Hôtel neuf mais beaucoup de poussière dans les chambres.. nous avons dû demander de refaire le ménage! Sur la partie restauration des efforts encore à faire car ne remettent pas tout systématiquement et le soir au restaurant peu de choix et des choses manquantes. Cependant, très à l’écoute et sont conscients des choses à améliorer.

Decevant tant au niveau reception Spa indisponible et personne nayant jamais rappelé pour avoir l'honnêteté de le dire Et alors le petit deja pas au standing d'un hyatt.... Service depassée par le nombre de clients a 9h 1 seule machine a café et en panne a deux reprises.. Buffet mal desservi pour le prix beaucoup trop daliments manquant sans parler des restant de pancake trop dur et inmangeable.. Aucune offre commerciale a laccueil franchement deplorable

Hôtel très agréable avec beaucoup de charme. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps d'essayer le spa... Petit effort à faire sur le petit déjeuner.

Tres bel hôtel récent dans un bâtiment de la fin du 19eme siècle. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien insonorisées. Le Pdj est correct mais le prix est un peu élevé. Le prix du parking à 20€ alors que l'on est excentré du centre ville et la salle de bain trop petite.

Chouette hôtel au démarrage, toute l’équipe n’étant pas encore recrutée , le service n’est pas encore au niveau attendu .

This is great place to stay while in Rouen. Brand new property and less than a 25 min. Walk to the city center. Parking is 20 euro and safe while convenient. Rooms are spacious and brand new. Staff is lovely at check in and check out. Thank you Fanny at check in for being able to guide us on questions we had. Safe area and up on a hill. Nice place to wind down with after dinner drinks and relax in the common area.

Lovely and interesting renovation of an old school building. Room was really comfortable and well appointed with high quality furnishings. Breakfast was lovely and again of a high quality. There was a small but decent gym. Only negative for us was that whilst the hotel does have a spa/ pool this was part of a facility which cost an additional £20euros entry for 2 hours access and had quite limited opening hours (i.e. not open pre breakfast and closed quite early in the evening) which made it not worthwhile for us on a one night stay. The hotel is walk from the centre of town which is a bit hilly on the return. Again not an issue for us but could be for some. - though think it was on a bus route. Overall though highly recommended

très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant, chambres spacieuses, bar agréable avec une très. belle vue sur le centre ville. Parking couvert payant mais avec la recharge électrique gratuite (pourvu que cela dure).

J'ai adoré cet hôtel tout refait à neuf et une décoration raffinée, une grande chambre avec une hauteur sous plafond d'au moins 3 mètres, une très grande fenêtre donnant sur le belle façade, le jardin au calme absolu, et une vue dégagée sur le ciel. Le petit déjeuner comme un vrai brunch, le restaurant agréable et des mets simples mais délicieux. Quant aux personnes de l'accueil, jeunes et très serviables, alliant les compétences professionnelles aux compétences relationnelles. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. Un tout petit bémol, je n'ai pas aimé le Macon servi au restaurant. C'est un petit détail par rapport à tous les atouts de cet hôtel majestueu au rapport qualité prix défiant toute concurrence.

Un très bon séjour à part la découverte en arrivant que l'accès à la piscine soit payant. Je ne me souviens pas l'avoir vu sur l'annonce. De même, parking disponible ne veut pas dire gratuit.

The bathroom is very tiny. The water temperature in the shower would suddenly get hot or cold. Sink is too small and no counter to put toiletries. Staff is very nice and hotel is very clean.

Bonjour, le petit déjeuner était assez frugal (pas de bacon, pas assez de fruits) heureusement la personne en service était excellente et m a même réalisé une coupelle de Tabasco, un hôtel un peu dédale, le personnel de l accueil était un peu obtus et n a pas écouté nos suggestions d amélioration. De plus la piscine payante ce qui est assez décevant à la vue des prix des chambres.personnel de ménage très attentif

Above all the service which was prompt, helpful and friendly. The view of Rouen is gorgeous as are the gardens. Breakfasts are delicious and the food plentiful. Well equipped and pleasent gym A hotel to enjoy and relax in, and a good base to see Rouen

Bâtiment magnifique. On s'attend à une décoration plus luxueuse pour un 4 étoiles. C'est cependant une belle réussite architecturale et un hôtel très confortable.

It was so nice to stay in a brand new hotel with comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was great as well.

Hôtel tout neuf, ouvert depuis moins d'une semaine (31 août 2024), construit tout en conservant l'ancienne façade de l'école normale de 1886. Beau résultat! Très belle vue sur Rouen, dommage que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent que de quelques centimètres. Parking facile. Bon équipement de spa. Petit déjeuner international de bonne qualité standard.
