Reviewed Sep 20, 2025New and modern hotel, spacious room with great air conditioning, very central location, walking distance to the Cathedral. Highly recommend.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Improve information regarding parking because it isn't easy to pull up to unload luggage near the hotel entrance. The parking system operates well once a client has checked-in. It is safe and secure.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2025Disappointing for a new hotel and for the price we paid. Poor facilities, some staff indifferent or poorly trained. Clearly the accountants have taken control, a case of massive cost cutting across the board. For example, breakfast was limited, no minibar or ironing.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025Very nice hotel! Easy walk to train station, river Seine, cathedral and busy areas with music and many varied restaurants.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2024Bad service at check in, everyone seemed confused and it took a long time for no reason. We had small sleeping children so it was not a good experience. The next morning we went down to the pool just to discover that it was closed and only open between 13-21 in the afternoon. This does not make sense. Who wants to go to a hotel pool in the afternoon??!! We then had a very disappointing breakfast, horrible coffee, messy presentation and not much quality food to choose from. So overall it was a very dissatisfied experience and I would not recommend!
