가족이 사용했던 숙소라서 너무 편안했어요! 세탁기와 건조기가 있고 구비되어있는 물품들이 다 잘 되어 있어서 짐을 덜 가져가서 너무 편했어요!

침대에서 비닐소리가 너무 많이 나고 조금 침대 사이즈가 작은거 같았어요 쇼파에서 잠깐 누워서 티비를 보고 있는데 살짝 추운느낌이 있어서 얇은 담요가 있었으면 좋겠다라는 생각을 했어요!

위치도 좋고 집에 온것처럼 편하게 지내다 갔어요. 다음에 부산에 방문할 일이 있으면 다시 선택할 예정입니다.

주차장 공간이 좀 협소해서 주차하고 트렁크에서 짐을 꺼낼 공간이 없어서 불편했어요.

Súper moderno y bien ubicado

It is very clean, has all the appliance - AC, laundry machine, dryer, even a styler. Perfect location to explore Song Jung Beach and Gi Gang. Only took 20 min by car also, they offer a free parking lot also. The staffs are so nice, they respond very kind and quick. I will definitely stay this property again when I visit Busan again.

간단히 요리하기 좋음

차량 등록 과정이 에어비앤비보다 복잡하네요. 주차등록을 무슨 가이드로 해야된다고 하는데, 그 가이드가 어떤 형식인지, 어떤 순서로 해야하는지 분명하게 안내가 안 되어 있습니다. 주차 등록 과정을 심플하게 만들던가, 명확하게 방법을 제시하던가 해야 하는데, 부킹닷컴에서 보낸 메세지는 무슨 편지 쓰듯 주르륵 써서 보내니 뭐가 중요하고, 어떤 내용이 분명히 전달되어야 하는지 안 보입니다. 결국 주차비로 약 6만원 가량을 추가로 지불했습니다. 명확하게 차량번호, 입차, 출차 시간이 적힌 영수증이 있어도 추후 환불도 아예 안 된다고 하니 그냥 어이가 없네요.

Sehr gute Lage ausserhalb von Busan, aber trotzdem mit guter Anbindung. Einerseits schöne Strände, anderseits Mall und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Verhältnismässig grosses Appartment, sehr moderne Ausstattung. Einfache und unproblematische Kommunikation

O apartamento é lindoooo…super aconchegante e com uma vista maravilhosa para a praia, além de super tecnológico.

Não é sobre a acomodação mas sim sobre o booking. Tivemos um incidente e precisamos pagar o concerto de um item da casa, estou faz dias esperando um retorno do booking com o link de pagamento mas não tive um retorno.

Отличное и очень комфортное жильё со всеми удобствами и даже больше: тёплые полы, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, паровой шкаф от LG, стиральная и сушильная машины, удобная кухня и большой телевизор. По ощущениям это настоящие апартаменты, как у корейских айдолов или актёров - с типичным корейским ремонтом, но при этом очень стильный и минималистичный. Единственный момент - стоит учитывать расположение: до некоторых достопримечательностей дорога может занимать 1-2 часа. И ещё, так как это квартира, мусор нужно выносить самостоятельно - его нужно заранее сортировать (пластик, бумага/картон, алюминий, винил, общий мусор, пищевой мусор) и покупать специальные пакеты для общего мусора в Emart24 или ближайших магазинах/супермаркетах.

Loved the whole apartment, it was so clean and nice and the amenities were great to have.

The only downside for us was the very firm beds, which we expected but it was definitely an adjustment.

Many attractions are walking distance and the facility is very fancy and new. Very cost effective accommodation, strongly recommended!!! Willing to visit again next time :)

We were arranged at building 102, 3rd floor, not exactly the ocean view we were expecting for upon seeing the cover photo before booking, but still quite pretty. It's a quiet, high-end amenity. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay there.

One of the two toilet clogged during our stay. The water flow and temperature was unstable during shower. The first bedroom didn't have a lock.

청소상태가 다소 미흡(특히, 방충망의 경우 먼지가 가득한 상태로 방치되어 있어 개선이 필요하고 욕실 청소도 다소 미흡) , 이와함께 욕실 슬리퍼 준비가 되어 있지 않아 불편 (대다수 같은 시설의 인접 아파트의 경우 모두 구비 운영)

Месторасположение, новый спальный район у самого моря. Новые апартаменты. Рядом Лотте Аутлет, Лотте Ворлд, Катание на санях и вышка. 10-15 минут на такси до пляжа Хеундэ. Пешком 20-25 минут до местного пляжа. Пешком 20-25 минут до вокзала, поезд ходит с периодичностью 30 минут. Большая гардеробная со скрипучими дверями. Хороший веганский, с приятным тонким ароматом уходовый набор: шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа. Детерджент для стирки белья, но мы пользовались своим жидким средством с кондиционером и антистатик салфетками в сушильной машине. Специально отведенное место для стирки и сушки белья, а также в одной из спален аппарат для сушки и глажки белья, очень удобно. Квартира оборудована для проживания, но хотелось бы и больше за такую стоимость. В кухне отсутствовало необходимое, чтобы пожить как дома - придется приобрести: масло, специи, что-то из приспособления из посуды и подручных средств. Нет кухонных тряпочек, бумажных полотенец! Придется приобретать дополнительно от туалетной бумаги до полотенец. Даже в самых скромных арендных квартирках это все есть. Жилье арендовали для тихого семейного времяпровождения, но не удалось получить релакс и насладиться, так как в этом доме сдаются квартиры на сутки, бесконечная смена соседей и их гулянки🤯 Администрация реагирует на просьбы предпринять меры, но кроме как объявления по радио, которые участились с двух раз до четырех в день, а также увеличенная громкость, результата не принесли😖 недовольный человек в зоне сортировки мусора заставлял покупать специальные пакеты для утилизации общего мусора. Хозяевами не было оставлено специальных пакетов. Надеемся, что район расстроится и появятся сауны, другие досуговые местечки, кафе будут работать дольше, чем до 7 часов вечера. Наладится транспортная развязка.

Соотношение цена и качество - нужно поработать, чтобы поднять планку до гостиничного уровня: 1. В первую очередь - это подготовка к заезду гостей - плохая уборка, пыль на всех поверхностях, в одной комнате грязный туалет, не работал автоматический слив. 2. Сломанный ночник в одной из спален. 3. Грязные окна, даже открывать неприятно, вся грязь и пыль летит в квартиру. 4. Уделанная кем-то дверь после гулянки с внутренней стороны🤮( увидели не сразу, т.к. дверь всегда открыта) 5. Полотенца застиранные, страшно серого, коричневого выцвевшего цвета, оборваные края от бесконечных стирок, видимо. Как то раз вернувшись домой, увидели два белоснежных полотенца в пакете на двери у соседей 😏 6. Страшно скрипучая кровать, просто жуть, ни перевернуться, ни встать лишний раз. Матрасы застелены клеенкой толстенной, которая очень громко шуршит, спать на ней неприятно, тело не отдыхает. Я понимаю, что это для сохранения внешнего вида и чистоты, но лучше использовать тканевые, более приятные наматрасники, топперы. 7. Очень плохая звукоизоляция, буквально слышен храп и разговоры соседей, не говоря уже о суточных постояльцах, которые чихать хотели на правила проживания и вели себя просто неподобающе. Шумели, топали, орали, устраивали вечеринки. После этого с самого утра слышен звук трения липкого ролика об пол, передвигание стульев и разговоры клинингового персонала🤯 8. Грязный, нечищенный, с неприятным запахом продавленный диван, в который садишься и проваливаешься до самого пола. Волосы, пыль, грязь, мусор😧 Вызывали персонал, чтобы почистили его и заменили сломанный чайник и лампу. 9. Нет уборочного инвентаря. Элементарно метёлка с совком, липкий ролик, чтобы привести квартиру в порядок. 10. Отсутствие одноразовых зубных щеток, о которых говорится в гайде - инструкции(тапочки были)).

Superbe appartement très agréable avec équipement dernier cri. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très propre et commodité disponible tout autour de laissé résidence. Vous avez même plusieurs centre commerciaux. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s new, spacious, and very clean. The household appliances are modern and of excellent quality. The location is also great — there are shops nearby, a huge mall, IKEA, and lots of cafés. There’s even a beach within walking distance, although it was still closed during our visit. One of the highlights was a beautiful nearby Buddhist temple — a peaceful and scenic spot worth visiting. The neighborhood is excellent and definitely worth spending 2–3 days exploring. The only downside is the distance to the city center — it takes about 50 minutes by metro.

Mattresses were hard and plastic coated so sheets slipped and they retained heat. Lounge very low so difficult to get up from. Very little actual comfort. Location great for shopping and Lotte World but not much else

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You can reach a mall, a supermarket, and Lotte World Busan on foot.

We were there for three weeks, and there was no vacuum cleaner. At least they could have had a broom.

Mattress very hard, bathroom drain stank in both bathrooms, no information on how to use all the electrical appliances.

The digital check in was not easy to figure out. Had to get help from other guests to enter building. Quality of beds and sofa was less than the rest of the unit. We would have enjoyed our stay more if beds and sofa were more comfortable.

The place is big, clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is also convenient. 5 mins drive away from Lotte World, Lotte outlet and Lotte Mall, and 3 mins drive away from IKEA. There many restaurants, convenient stores and coffee shops around the area so you don't have to go farther. It's also 20 to 30 mins drive from the famous Haeundae Beach and Busan Outlet. I would recommend this hotel and if there's a chance, we would like to come back and stay in this hotel again.

We enjoyed the convenience of smart home though taking a bit of time to understand it in the beginning. Quiet place and quite far from CBD but we managed to find great food in the neighbourhood.

Took a while to understand the door code but the host was responsive to our messages

체크인 데스크가 없습니다. 도착 후 안내는 문자정보에 의존해야 하며 담당자 전화 통화는 되지만 여전히 불편한건 어쩔수 없는 듯합니다. 가족영행을 위한 공간으로는 괜찮으나 첨 가시는 분은 불충분한 안내에 당황할 듯 합니다. 다 아시겠지만 생활형 숙박시설이며 호텔같은 서비스는 없습니다. 미리 담당자와 사전 통화로 충분히 정보 확인하시고 가실것을 추천합니다. 룸 시설 자체는 새 건물이라 좋습니다.

Parking space can quickly become limited if coming back later during the day. Constant concern of noise complaints reminded by building management - this was not to say that we caused noises. We were anxious since we had 3 months old who can sometimes be colic in the middle of night and building reminded every houses in the building of no noise policy after 10 PM.

Location was not what we thought through copying and pasting on the search, it’s very far from Busan city, in fact would take hours. Tried to negotiate for waiver and partial refund from our 4 nights booking but didn’t manage to get any.

The facilities were excellent, spacious apartment and plenty of parking. Check in and out was easy and everything we needed was within reach.

Stayed for four nights so would have liked a small vacuum or something handy to clean up small messes from the kids without having to request a full service of the apartment

신랑이 여태 가본 숙소 중 가장 마음에 들었대요 원래 살던 집 같은 느낌이었고 롯데월드를 이용하는데는 최고의 자리인거 같습니다 숙소에서 롯데월드가 잘 보여서 아이들도 너무 좋아했어요 뭐하나 부족함 없어서 만족합니다

The lack of signage, the horrible check in experience, the completely insufficient kitchen that had next to no cutlery or dishes was ridiculous and the fact that the kitchen didn't have any easy explanations for how to use the stove, oven, etc was beyond stupid. Top to bottom, this place is not a real apartment you can expect to live in for more than 2-3 days, felt like a scam.

트리플룸의 온돌방(침대없는 방)의 침구류는 세탁등 검점이 안되어있어 머리카락이 좀 많이 그대로 붙어있었습니다. 침구류, 세면타월등은 사용여부와 상관없이 새것으로 비치해주시면 좋겠습니다.

깨끗하고 조용하고 주변에 놀거리 먹거리도 많구 너무 좋았어요 세탁도 간단히 해서 건조도할 수있고 스타일러까지 있어서 정말 편리했어요 너무 편하고 즐겁게 쉬었다가서 좋았네요 담번 기장여행때 또 이용할거에요 단점이 하나도 없는 숙소였어요

The electrical trip on our second and last day at the kitchen. We manage to have the electrical set back to normal on 3rd day.

We’re satisfied the property however there’s massive noise from above the building like banging through the night. It’s bit scary.
