Magnifique vu sur la mer. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Très mignon et très pratique le lave linge et le sèche linge.

Il manquait juste d'ustensiles de cuisines. Si on avait du cuisiner cela aurait été compliqué.

В этот раз очень сильно разочаровало качество уборки. Ворсинки на раковине, грязная плитка над раковиной на кухне, грязные верхние полки на холодильника. Старая втулка в держателе туалетной бумаги. Упаковка от еды между тумбочкой и кроватью. И чужие накладные ресницы вылетевшие из-под кровати… настроение, мягко говоря, испортилось. В другие приезды в этот отель чистота была одним из главных плюсов. В этот раз такое отношение просто шокировало. Это было нашим постоянным местом отдыха в Сокчо, больше, думаю, не вернемся.

L'emplacement près de la mer est sympa. Le lave linge et sèche linge sont un plus. L'entrée en autonomie a été très pratique pour arriver très tard en ville.

L'ascenseur est très lent, et il y a un karaoké qui peut être un peu gênant.

I really appreciate the extras: cleanser in the bathroom, washing gel for the clothes. The view was also just great!

The glasses, mirrors and windows were poorly cleaned. Also, please consider changing the bed set-up, the plastic cover of the mattress was not a good idea – it is not comfortable and it makes people sweat.

Vue directe sur l’océan. Petits restaurants de fruits de mer sympathique à proximité.

Il est difficile de trouver un taxi pour se rendre à la station de bus, qui se trouve à 15 minutes à pied. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture, préparez-vous à marcher avec vos bagages. Des bouteilles d’eau et des capsules de café Nespresso sont disponibles, mais il faut toujours en demander de nouvelles via la plateforme digitale. Ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais plus tôt un appartement.

Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op de zee. Het gebouw is nieuw en dus het appartement was ook heel nieuw en mooi. Alles was aanwezig. Bushalte naar het Bus Terminal is maar 5min stappen en binnen 15 min ben je aan het Bus Terminal en 45min ongeveer tot Sokcho park

Wat ver van het centrum. Er is niet veel te doen in de buurt. Wel heel rustige buurt. Perfect als je enkel van de zee wil genieten.

주차공간 부족

Super schönes Apartment, sehr sauber, ich hatte Glück und einen Balkon bekommen mit kleinem Blick auf das Meer. Das Meer ist 1min Fußweg entfernt. 7eleven im Hotel (hat aber wenig anzubieten) nächster Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Check in Informationen werden via Email mitgeteilt. 10min Fußweg entfernt vom Intercity Busterminal. Es war sehr einfach um eine Nacht zu verlängern, danke dafür! Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Matratze mit Plastiküberzug, ist etwas laut wenn man sich im Bett bewegt.

The room had an amazing view of Deungdae Beach and a little view of the mountains as well from the bedroom window. The best thing about the room is that it has plenty of amenities for travellers if you're planning a longer visit. I was thrilled that there was a washing machine and dryer in the room, and the space itself is neatly laid out so that a bed, kitchen, and sitting area all fit together quite comfortably, plus a little balcony which we didn't use because it was below freezing when we were there. The location is right by the beach, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes around, the bus to Mt Seorak National Park is about a 2 minute walk away, and it's also a short walk to the lighthouse, the intercity bus station and the fish market.

I was aware before booking that this was a contactless check-in system and as I'm a regular traveller this didn't worry me. However I found the system incredibly difficult to navigate and it just involved too much work. I received so many different emails communicating different pieces of information to me in the weeks and days leading up to the stay, had to do a strange passport verification thing via this system which didn't seem secure to me but I had no other way to confirm the stay, and even though when we actually went to check in all the information was correct, it just seemed unnecessarily confusing. We had issues with the heating in our room and while the "online reception" system (not sure if this is a chatbot) responded quite quickly, the instructions weren't clear or helpful. The location is good, but be mindful that you'd need to take the bus or a cab, or walk for about 45 minutes, to get over to Sokcho Beach. If you arrive at the express bus station with suitcases or other luggage (which we did as we took a bus to Sokcho from Seoul) you'd probably want to take a cab or public transport to the hotel.

Понравилось расположение, вышел 50м и пляж. Рядом есть много кафешек и магазины в шаговой доступности: emart24, 7eleven. Бастерминал тоже недалеко. Мы были в не сезон, народу мало, вода ледяная, очень чистое море. Номер чистый, все вроде новое. Есть кухонька, стиралка и сушка.

Очень тесно и кровать с резиновым наматрасником-это отвратительно. Было прохладно, представляю, как спать на нем в жару. Заселение было бесконтактное, на стойке регистрации круглын сутки никого нет, звонить и каждый раз объяснять с какого именно ты отеля(это сеть) немного неудобно

The location is super, and there are many restaurants around. The place was clean and comfortable.

It will be nice to be able to select a room with a view, I got the view of a wall. For the same price, I could select a different place with a view.

The parking included is a lie. The parking at the building is charged at $50 for 3 hours! There is no one on duty to query this as it's self check in with no front desk. After many messages I was told that the parking is on the street a distance way from the hotel!!!! Only 2 lifts servicing a 17 story building. One can wait up to 10 minutes for a lift!!!!

Clean and comfortable bed, good location.

Got a scare as the water heater wasn’t working initially and really needed asssitance from staff to solve the issue. Carpark was full and had to park illegally wondering whether it will be wheel clamped

Proche mer et arrêt de bus, Seven Eleven accessible directement de l’hôtel, studio très confortable avec tout le nécessaire. On aurait bien passé plus de temps dans ce logement t si on avait pu !

숙소안에 시설이 아주 좋았어요. 특히 세탁기 드라이어 너무종았어요. 하지만 욕실 거울에 얼룩과 샤워설 주변은 좀. 주방시설도 아주좋았어요. 참 배란다는 정말 지져분했어요.

그리고 입구에 있는 쇼파는 너무 얼룩도 많아 않기가 그랬어요. 첫인상 입구인데 개선이 되었어면 좋을것같아요. 빌딩안 데스크가있어 물었는데 아주 인상적이라 조금 더 부더럽고 친절하고 했음. 그리고 짐 보관소 계시는 역시 조금더 친절.그리고 안쪽에 사무실이 있는듯했는ㄷ 너무 큰소리로 비즈니스 대화가 밖에까지. 처음에는 저에게 말하는줄 알고 네? 그리고 처음에 사용한 방에 타올이 온통 담배 냄새로 정말 로 좋이않았어요. 그날 룸체인지를 했어요. 아주 친절하고 모든절차가좋았어요. 추가요금은 내었어도 바다보이는 룸 좋았어요. 감사합니다.

L'hôtel est bien équipé et bien situé. La décoration est impersonnelle mais moderne. Il est possible de déposer les bagages si l'on arrive avant le check in et des parapluis sont à disposition.

Notre chambre n'était pas propre : le sol collait, il y avait des cheveux un peu partout, les portes de placards étaient sales ... Celà m'a empêchait de profiter de mon séjour car j'avais peur de marcher pieds nus, ect ...

Facilities are very clean, ocean view was perfect, location is good. Lodge is very quiet and comfortabe.

Modern building close to the beach. Apartment accommodation with washer, dryer, kitchen. Contactless accommodation but electronic communication was efficient.

Minor cleanliness issues. Location depends on what you want. Good for beach. 45 minute bus to National Park.

Comfortable room with lounge suite, balcony, partial sea views, kitchen, washer and dryer. No human contact but staff were quick to respond to messages.

Could have been cleaner. Location would be good in summer but in the poor weather a little away from the centre (not far though).

Die Lage ist sehr schön...gut zu Fuss erreichbar vom Intercity Bus Terminal...die Aussicht ( ich war im 9.Stock) ist super... Im Studio ist alles was man braucht. Es war sauber. Balkon ohne Stühle und Tisch etwas leer... Selbst Check-in verlief ohne Probleme... Bei Fragen ist jemand im 2. Stock oder über Telefon erreichbar.. Praktisch, dass ein 7 Eleven gerade im EG ist...

Urbanstay Sokcho – Deungdae Beach We stayed in a full ocean-view apartment and were blown away by the incredible views over the beach. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and a laundry dryer, which was super convenient. There’s no front desk or room service as everything is handled online, so make sure you remember your room passcode — especially if you leave your phone inside the room! Unfortunately, the weather was rainy during our visit, so we couldn’t take the cable car to the nearby National Park, which is really the main reason to travel to this area. There isn’t much else to do in the immediate surroundings, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you plan to visit the park. That said, the highlight of our stay in Sokcho was definitely this hotel. The apartment and views made the trip worthwhile despite the weather.

Very functional room. We booked it specifically for the washing machine, and it was working great (laundry soap was provided, and the room also had a drier). Bed was comfortable

I did not love the location. I think it was the fault of the weather (it was pouring rain the whole time), but I felt it was far from the action and it was dead around. It’s probably amazing in summer, as it’s in front of the beach. Good for going to Seoraksan as the bus is right in front.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządzającym obiektem, apartament czysty, ładny, w pełni wyposażony( łącznie z pralką i suszarka oraz detergentem do prania). Dobra lokalizacja

W budynku są tylko 2 windy, jedna jeździ po piętrach parzystych, a druga nieparzystych przez co trzeba czekać długo na windę i zazwyczaj jest w niej dużo osób.

엘리베이터를 너무 오래 기다려야하고 침대프레임에 과자가 떨어져서 청소가 잘 안된 느낌이었고 바디워시통이 망가져서 안나왔습니다. 그리고 음식물쓰레기통이 있으면 좋을 것 같아요.

Мне понравилось практически всё. Очень чисто, комфортная кровать с чистым хрустящим бельём, кухонный уголок, небольшой, но имеет все необходимое (холодильник, микроволновка, плита) и для меня важно это Кофеварка, начинали утро в ароматного кофе и моря!!!! Месторасположение отеля выше всяких похвал 10 звёзд!!!! Вышел и ты уже на пляже, причём этот пляж сделан бухтой и там всегда спокойное , очень чистое море. Мне ,любителю утренних заплывов, это особенно нравилось!!!!

Не понравилось одно, рядом строится здание и наш балкон прям упирался в стройку и иногда там ездили товарищи строители, поэтому шторы приходилось держать закрытыми, не говоря уж о том чтобы выйти на балкон.

Good location, close to many nice waterfront restaurants. Good facilities in the apartment (washing machine/dryer!) and the building (grocery store!).

It has the cookie cutter apartment vibe, so a bit soulless. Our apartment had balcony with a view to a construction site.

Отличное расположение. Рядом с любимым пляжем. Соотношение цены и качества, чистоты номера. Можно готовить, 7/11 на первом этаже. Недалеко гипермаркет. Удобная камера хранения багажа. Часто останавливаемся в этом отеле. С уборкой не разобрались ещё, так как не живем больше 3-хдней обычно, но нужно оставлять запрос, как я поняла. Никогда не было никаких проблем. Думаю, приедем ещё.

Все было нормально.

주차 비용 받는부분이 좀 이해하기 어렵고 발렛이라서 로비앞까지 차를 주차해주실거라고 생각했는데 주차한곳까지 가야하는게 불편했어요!

The room has a lot of storage, its clean, I love that white is the theme of the room, I was a bit anxious that I might not be able to watch netflix but it was great, got to watch my favorite shows. I will definetely visit again.

The location is next to a construction site, I do wish the was someone at the reception. It was my first time visiting sokcho and would have liked to get ideas and other things.

If you’re looking for something convenient and easy, this place might be your spot. However they charged for parking and mattress have plastic wrap and very uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s not too bad.

A huge space, clean and modern with big windows to let in the sunlight. There's also lots of storage space. Right on the water and there are tons of local seafood restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus stop for the national park is also a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

The view from my room was amazing and we could see the beach and the sea from our room. For the price that we pay, I think that the room was absolutely amazing. Although, the area was quiet at night, there were still convenient store. The hotel is very near lots of areas of attraction.

Had a nice stay here! The room was modern and sleek, kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, bathroom was spacious and having a washer and dryer was the cherry on top. The ocean view was great, and having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was super convenient.

- I didn’t know we had to turn on the boiler to get the hot water, so I was having a bit of trouble contacting the help desk after hours (phone in the welcome packet being different from the actual phone number to call, my phone not working and emails not going through). Thankfully the kind 7-Eleven staff was there to help me get through to the help desk with their own cellphone even though it was not their responsibility. - Not a bad thing but things to watch out for: balcony had no furniture so hard to fully enjoy it, kitchen doesn’t come with basic ingredients like oil or salt, so you’ll want to bring your own, one elevator stops on even floors and one on odd floors, so keep that in mind

The location is good close to the beach and to the bus stop going to Seoraksan. The room was clean and well equipped.

The entrance to the hotel was tricky to find. No check-in desk which would normally be fine, but when we arrived the batteries for one of the doors to the room had died and we had to spend some time getting a hold of someone who could help and let us into the room. The beds are fine but they are made with a plastic/rubber bedsheet which is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great views across the sea. Well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer was also great when travelling. Clean, tidy and modern.

Beds are covered in a plastic cover making them hot and uncomfortable to sleep on. Would have been nice if outdoor furniture was provided to sit and enjoy the view on the balcony. Some construction noise however we were warned about this by management after booking.

Loved everything about it. This was my second time staying there.

오피스텔 형태의 숙소였습니다. 해변과 가까운 위치이고 방의 위치에 따라 바다를 볼 수 있습니다. 세탁기, 건조기, 캡슐 커피 가격 대비 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

프론트에 인력이 없음 채팅, 전화로 요구사항을 전달해야함 즉각적인 대응 미흡함 시설은 좋음 1. 오후1시에 보내준다는 체크인 관련 문자가 오지않음 거기에 대한 어떠란 대응도 없었음 , 통화연결이 어려움 간신히 연결되어서 해당 문자 뒤늦게 받음 2. 아침에 약 2시간 가량 단수됨, 씻지도 못하고 변기물도 안내려감 그저 기다려달라는 양해의 멘트 뿐 3. 상담사의 융통성있는 대응으로 체크아웃 시간 연장하여 씻고 천천히 나올수있었음
