Not enough plug points in the rooms and the bathroom had no shower curtain so water went all over the floor when showering

Their check in is at 15.00- and even if your prepared room is ready for you, they charge 10.000 won by the hour before 15.00. They dont have toothpaste and etc in the rooms, and they sell it at the reception. It was convenient, but I wont ever choose to stay in this location.

La proximité avec le métro est un énorme point positif (en plus de l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui se situe dans le quartier de Myeongdong). Hôtel confirmé à la description. Très calme, le personnel est agréable et réceptif.

The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores within walking distance. The bus stop was 5 minutes walk and also the metro station.

The breakfast could be a lot better. First it’s located in the basement, so felt like a canteen. The options available were not appealing. Also the reception to check in is based on the 3rd floor, not a big deal but you don’t feel like there’s a holiday vibe as you don’t really see anyone. Also the shower did not have a shower screen so water would go everywhere.

Location is amazing, price was very good, cleaning thorough and personal friendly.

For this price and in Seoul this breakfast is very mediocre. It’s a nice touch they have some international options but everything seems on a very tight budget. We got w free breakfast but regretted eating there. Something to mention is that the staff downstairs was super nice and friendly however it seem to be that the hotel is doing the breakfast on a tight budget. As a side note our friends visited the hotel in November last year and they also shared that they didn’t like the breakfast. I think you can do much better

房間很大，地點位置很好

全室玻璃窗戶隔音極差，晚上可以聽到路人的聲音。最差的是有一晚外面道路施工，半夜12點還能聽到工程車及施工聲音，若是睡眠較淺的人應該會崩潰。如果飯店知道外面會施工，建議可以把房客安排在高樓層（我們住4樓），這樣噪音的影響應該會好一點，畢竟自己飯店窗戶隔音這麼差。

The Hotel is conveniently located, offers decent sized rooms and a small breakfast selection. The cafe in the first floor is nice for sweet snacks.

체크인을 하고나서 웰컴 커피와 부페식 조식이 제공된다는 사실에 너무 좋았습니다. 예약을 할때 조식이 도시락으로 제공된다는 문구를 보았기 때문입니다 . 조식도 훌륭했고 커피도 좋았습니다 .다음에 기회가 되면 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 시청역에서 도보로 갈수있는 가까운 거리에 호텔이 있어서 좋았습니다 .교통이 편리합니다.

호텔의 이름이 호텔 건물의 높은곳에 표시되어 있지 않습니다. 이름이 잘 보이지 않아서 호텔을 찾기가 조금 어려웠습니다 .그럼에도 호텔의 한쪽면이 곡선으로 처리된 건물 모양을 알고 있다면 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다.

아메리카노 쿠폰을 주셔서 다음날 퇴실 후 맡겨둔 짐 찾으러 오면서 잘 마셨어요. 침대도 편안했고,온도도 좋았으며, 분위기도 좋았어요. 깨끗하고 안락했습니다.

욕실에서 샤워기 수전이 엉덩이 위치라서 너무 놀라고 황당했어요. 사실 샤워기 수전 위치와 변기,세면대의 공간분리가 잘 안된거 빼고는 모두 마음에 들었어요.

Localização ótima, próxima ao metrô e vários pontos turísticos a pé. Muitas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades do hotel. Hotel limpo, serviço de limpeza do quarto diariamente. Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Ótimo café da manhã, em estilo coreano.

Da recepção do hotel não ser no térreo. No térreo há um café. E é necessário pegar o elevador para chegar a recepção. Mas me parece que isso é relativamente comum no Oriente, pois alguns dias antes fiquei num hotel assim no Japão.

Posizione centralissima a due passi dal Lotte Department Store. Struttura accogliente e personale molto gentile (abbiamo avuto un problema col WC appena arrivati e la receptionist ci ha aiutato subito). Stanza stupenda.

Mancanza del WC con bidet incorporato ( in tutti gli altri hotel era presente). Purtroppo la colazione è molto concentrata sul cibo salato e c’era pochissima scelta di alternative dolci.

I love the location, easy access to buses and the subway, plus a lot of good places to eat!

未確實打掃房間：垃圾沒有倒、沒有補廁所衛生紙、更換的毛巾沒有收走、清潔劑甚至留在房間內令人傻眼，僅鋪床+補毛巾+補礦泉水。 地上甚至有前位住客的假睫毛、餅乾屑

A localização é excelente, muito próximo a parada de ônibus que vem do aeroporto, com metrô, muitos restaurantes e lojas de conveniência próximas. Quarto confortavel, e café da manhã muito bom, com opções locais e internacionais.

Não me lembro de nada que não tenha gostado, eu me hospedaria novamente.

Duże pokoje, dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, nowy budynek.

Fatalny personel na recepcji - kompletnie nie znający języka angielskiego oraz warunków rezerwacji poprzez booking.com => problem z bezpłatnym przechowaniem bagażu, ponieważ upierano się, iż jest tylko możliwość przechowania jednego bagażu per jeden pokój przy rezerwacji dwóch pokoi dla czterech osób. To samo dotyczyło śniadań - przez 30 min wmawiano mi, iż przy rezerwacji dla 4 osób należy nam się jedno śniadanie per pokój. Śniadania okropne/niejadalne. Do tego stopnia, iż od drugiego dnia kupowaliśmy je na mieście. Szkoda bo hotel ładny, nowy i z dużym potencjałem.

It was very inconvenient. For every small matter I had to go to the receptionist by myself and couldn’t contact through phone. There was no restaurant so i couldnt get in-room service

There was a bit of a smell in the room but overall my stay was very good

Great location. Easly accessible from everywhere, since it’s very central. Waking distance to most tourist attractions. Spacious room, and had the usual amenities available.

The staff at reception, altough eager to help, spoke very little to no English so communication was rather difficult at check-in, check-out or when we needed help regarding our stay. The breakfast options were limited to local foods and candy bars.

The breakfast was in the basement of the building and consisted of Western and Korean options - and some of the Korean options were YUM The hotel had lift access to all floors Our room was large and we had two beds - a queen and a double - the beds were extremely comfortable Our room was air conditioned - worked well, had a fridge but no safe - we also had complimentary water provided every day Our room was serviced regularly - and toiletries, toilet paper, tea/coffee replenished regularly The hotel is only a short walk from CITY HALL metro Station - just next to CITY SQAURE Highly recommended

Nil issues noted - except the room would have been better if we had a safe in the room

Perfect location in the popular tourist shopping district, we were within walking distance of almost all the major attractions in Seoul and very close to train stations and bus stops

There is limitations on the accommodation itself such as no common spaces (no balconies, no gym, no pool, no terrace) and no cupboards/wardrobes but we were still very comfortable for our 2 week stay

Breakfast was a reasonable price and the choices available were wide enough to suit most pallets. Korean home-style cuisine was the staple dishes, not to everyone's taste, but certainly above satisfactory for us. Room service was great; free water each day (take note Hotel Theodore Seattle) and room/beds tidied each day.

Very difficult to find fault, this usually occurs when you set your standard too high for the hotel's star rating. Any "problems" were quickly dealt with.

0時過ぎのチェックインになったにもかかわらず、新説にご対応頂き大変助かりました。当方韓国語、英語ともに堪能ではないですがわかりやすい英語で話していただきました。 朝食付きのプランではなかったにもかかわらず、朝食チケットをいただけたり、お部屋もトイレ、お風呂ともに2つあり広くきれいで観劇しました。次またソウルに来ることがあったらまた泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Lage von Hotel sehr gut, sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, sehr schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war eher nicht so gut und passte nicht zur Gesamtqualität des Hotels. Sollte nicht zu einer Abwertung führen, wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und ein Frühstück geschenkt bekommen Das Hotel kann ich für die zentrale Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfehlen.

The staff went out of their way to help us with requests. Even if their english was not amazing, they really tried. Even if the hotel rules would prevent certain things, they came up with personal solutions to help us. They all deserve a raise!

Storing bagage was expensive. There was no warm lighting at the bed. The card keys didnt work properly with the doors 2 out of 3 times.

L'hotel si trova in una bellissima zona di Seoul, in zona c'è di tutto, dai negozi ai localini per mangiare, ai musei da visitare. Inoltre è vicinissimo alla fermata della metro City Hall, oppure a piedi, in un quarto d'ora, si arriva alla stazione centrale, da cui ci sono i collegamenti diretti con l'aeroporto. La camera è dignitosa ed ha lo stretto indispensabile per un soggiorno breve.

Considerato il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio, ma comunque siamo stati solo una notte, ed è andata bene così, visto che eravamo interessati soprattutto alla posizione.

Ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal. Recht großes Zimmer, alles was man benötigt.

Lage des Zimmers: Einige Zimmer befinden sich nur 5 Meter von der Rezeption und Reinigungsräumen entfernt. So auch unseres. Nicht optimal, Lautstärke dadurch war jedoch erträglich.

Výhled z pokoje na rušnou ulici s poměrně značným hlukem i při zavřeném okně, snídaně neodpovídala standardu hotelu
