Reviewed Sep 15, 20261人獨旅5天4夜，選擇入住附獨立衛浴的單人房。 有衣櫃有書桌也有化妝台，衣櫃還有附抽屜，也有個人小冰箱和桌頭櫃，簡而言之就是應有盡有、十分完善，一到房間就將行李unpack，就像自己的一人小宿舍，小而溫馨。 雖然傢俱是未經貼皮美化的木板，但實用性100分，表面也相當平整、不會有刮手的問題。 床的軟硬度也適中，讓我每天走路逛街疲累的身體獲得很好的休息。 B2有免費使用的洗衣乾衣機（需自備洗衣精，也可到B1自助商店購買），在炎熱的夏天且住宿天數長的旅客真的是福音，無需在整趟旅程忍受自己的衣服散發出汗臭味。 電梯進出要使用即時更新的QR code，讓居住環境十分的安全，提醒大家QR code的網頁要存好以及必須隨身帶著手機，才能通行無阻。 Mangrove Dongdaemun對面就是去仁川機場的機場巴士，不用上上下下的找電梯通往地鐵，真是太方便啦！
浴室只用浴簾防止噴濺，沒有乾濕分離，可能是唯一可挑剔的地方

Możliwość zameldowania dopiero od 15, nawet kilka minut wcześniej system nie przepuszczał. Momentami było głośno, słychać było kaszel sąsiada. Skrzypiące łóżko.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026バスも電車も近くて便利な立地で、施設も素晴らしく、綺麗なキッチンや無料のランドリーもあって長期滞在しながらリモートワークなどするのにピッタリです！下にカフェがあり、朝はコーヒーが安くなるのも嬉しかったです。
何連泊かしないと掃除サービスはありません。エレベーターの乗るたびにQRコードが必要なのが若干面倒です。

The shower rooms in your room aren’t my fave, you need to be organised and bring a tote bag / and hanger to the bathroom as they do not provide any space for you to take off your clothes or place your person items. They really need to add some door hooks because if your clothes clip they can easily get wet!

前兩晚入住的6人宿舍房，睡覺的時候覺得小腿癢癢的，結果白天發現小腿好像被蟲咬，上網查發現好像是跳蚤 希望飯店的床單可以洗乾淨.... 後來換房後就沒有這個問題

The top bunk bed has no protection from light in the room as there is no “roof”, would be nice to be able to at least preference which bed one would prefer (top vs bottom). So if someone decided to come in at 3am and another wake up at 6am and turn on the lights, you are not getting much sleep - maybe a complimentary eye cover could help solve the issue. Also the beds in the middle of the room (unlike the ones by the walls) have no shelves to at least put your phone on overnight when charging which is fine for a few days

Reviewed May 7, 2026六人住的宿舍房型空間很精簡，對於只是要梳洗睡覺的人住起來算舒適，衛浴的部分有一間只有馬桶的廁所、一間洗手台連著蓮蓬頭的淋浴間、還有一間比較大間的完整衛浴，這次入住期間的室友們都很剛好錯過彼此的洗漱時間，所以使用上無大礙，個人空間也很足夠（有可上鎖的直立式置物櫃以及位於完整衛浴那間旁邊的開放櫃一格）

Reviewed May 6, 2026自助入住很方便，不用受限於櫃檯人員的上班時間。女生六人房內有兩套衛浴與廁所，很方便，不用怕有人在上廁所會需要等很久。有公用廚房很方便，但是建議公用廚房可以放衛生紙，有時候有急用找不到衛生紙有點困擾。
女生六人房兩邊靠牆的床位都有置物櫃，為什麼中間的那排床位沒有置物櫃? 很不方便，而且走道擺滿已經入住的人的行李箱，占用到中間床位的空間，希望可以有明確規範大家行李箱放置的地方。且明明規定不行在房間內講電話、看影片時要用耳機，但是我入住期間隔壁的上下舖完全沒有遵守。 建議房間使用規定，應該要貼在門口明顯處，大家進來才能第一時間看到，我都是要退房才發現，都來不及跟隔壁床的反應，請他出去講電話。

部屋に湯沸かしがないくらいですが、給湯機へ行けばあるし、近ければ良いと思います。使わないひとは気にしないのでしょう。 コンセントがUSB充電できるところが１つでもあると助かります。

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Очень понравилось отношение персонала. У меня была длительная поездка. Я люблю останавливаться на Тондемуне. Но в этот раз был концерт BTS в Сеуле и все гостиницы были заняты. Удалось найти место только в 6 местном номере. При заселении мне заменили номер на двухместный без смены тарифа. Я провела 12 дней в двухместном номере одна.. большое спасибо персоналу!! Ещё и объяснили где автобусная остановка и не просто объяснили, а вывели и показали на улице. В следующий раз остановлюсь опять здесь. В комнатах чисто, накрахмаленное постельное бельё. Удобные кровати, оснащённая кухня.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026I booked the single room without hesitating as I really enjoyed my stay back in 2024. However, things seem to have changed drastically since last time. First of all, the place is not as properly maintained as it used to be. My room was not cleaned well upon check-in and hair strands were found all over the floor. The carpets had stains and the elevators were never clean everytime I used them. My neighbors a few doors down decided to dispose of their trash in the hallway. The bags were left untouched for the longest time as pictured. There was no hot water in the mornings and when I reported this to the front desk, they simply told me to “shower later”. The staff was never helpful in other instances during my stay and rarely on sight so it seems like guests are left helpless in case of an emergency and every issue here needs to be self-resolved. The laundry room was a huge mess as well. The garment steamer was broken and leaked water everywhere and unlike last time, the washers were dirty and not equipped with detergent. The guests had to purchase their own. I feel like this contradicts their philosophy of being “environmentally friendly” when travellers like myself who are staying just about a week or so have to purchase a big container of detergent that will most likely be thrown away upon departure. The kitchen had no single-use napkins and the garbage bins were overflowing, so I ended up avoiding most of the commonly used areas. Also, the fridge in my room kept making the loudest noise. During my 12 day stay, I witnessed only one elderly lady cleaning the place and it seems like she is the one who is doing the majority of housekeeping which explains why the place is so poorly maintained. Obviously I was not expecting 5-star hotel hospitality but the single rooms were not exactly cheap here. Just like the other reviews have stated, the location is good.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment parfait. Le métro se trouve à seulement deux minutes à pied, tout comme plusieurs 7-Eleven à proximité,très pratique au quotidien. L’établissement est également bien situé pour rejoindre les principaux points d’intérêt de la ville, notamment grâce à la ligne 2 du métro. Autre point très appréciable : la présence d’un système de laverie au sous-sol du bâtiment, qui facilite vraiment le séjour.
La taille des chambres reste assez petite, ce qui peut être un peu juste si l’on reste plusieurs jours. Le ménage n’est effectué que tous les six jours (de souvenir), et les nettoyages supplémentaires sont facturés (environ 11 000 wons).

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Great location to many bus stops: Klook day trips. Airport bus and etc. A stone’s throw to everything in Dongdaemun and yet perched in the “quieter” part of Dongdaemun. Best part is that it’s reasonably close to the lift exit to the train station. No need to carry luggage up the stairs.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026交通便利，有地鐵2、4、5號線加上公車（這次住發現步行十分鐘到東大入口站附近可以搭公車上南山塔），對面就有機場巴士站 附近飲食選擇很多（推薦往東大入口站方向有一間開到晚上十一點的雪濃湯，在冬天喝熱騰騰的湯夭壽喝呷） B2洗衣烘衣免費，也有掛燙機可以使用，想要換毛巾也可以丟在洗衣房回收箱後去一樓櫃檯後方自己拿新的（對長住的旅客很友善👍要自備洗衣精，沒有的話可以在無人商店買） 還有公共廚房可以開伙（備有廚具、碗盤、IH爐），冬天可以買草莓、麝香葡萄回去洗來吃

拖鞋與浴巾在1F 自助checkin櫃台有提供可自取，但標示不明確，人員也不會引導或告知。 入住前一周就已有管線問題，在入住期間也無法使用馬桶，必須到1F使用公廁很不方便。
