どこに行くにも立地がよく、地下鉄が目の前から行けるのがありがたいです。 ロビーにはWOWパスの機械もあるし荷物を測る計測機もあるため空港でバタバタしなくてすむのでありがたいです。

部屋によって浴槽がある部屋と無い部屋があるので 夏場はいいけど寒い時期にシャワーのみの部屋だと辛いなと思いました。

The room was large and clean. The location was ideal.

Elevator was slow and the lobby smell was strong.

Excellent location, walking distance to most attractions. I found it better than Myeongdong not as busy but close to Myeongdong if you want to go there. Plenty of shopping and the restaurants in the area are exceptional.

部屋も広く清潔です。 受付スタッフが日本語が出来たので助かりました。立地が良く東大門での買物に便利な場所です。 リムジンバスの停留所がホテルの目の前なので空港までの移動も楽でした。

The location was great as it’s close to all public transportation also you had shopping malls and many convenient stores around you. There were also street markets and street food stalls. Lovely smell in the hotel corridors as if you were walking in a garden full of roses!

Das Hotel besitzt eine sehr angenehme, gehobene Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Man fühlte sich darin wohl. Das Zimmer war mit einem großen Badezimmer und großer Dusche ausgestattet. Den Wasserkocher wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Es ware prima, dass wir jeden Tag Kaffee und Tee dazu bekommen, außerdem zwei Flaschen Wasser. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Mehrere U-Bahnlinien sind leicht zu erreichen. Der Aufzug zur Linie 4 liegt direkt vor dem Hotel.

Dem Hotel fehlt unserer Ansicht nach eine größere Lobby, in der man sich aufhalten kann. Schön wäre, wenn es noch eine Bar gäbe, an der man etwas trinken könnte. Für mich war die Matratze des Betts etwas zu weich, so dass der Rücken nicht optimal unterstützt wurde. Aber das ist eine sehr individuelle Frage.

Mooie locatie en heerlijke kamer! We zaten op de hoek waar we een uitzicht hadden op een druk kruispunt. Geen overlast gehad. We kregen bij iedere schoonmaakbeurt gratis flessen water! Ook dichtbij metro en supermarkten. Helemaal geweldig!!!!

値段の割には部屋が狭い、 ホテル出入口ロビー狭すぎる。 くつろげない。

駅が近く地下鉄4号線、２号線、５号線、９号線とあり、金浦からは5号線乗り換え無しで来れるのか便利です。 ホテルの回りも飲食店が多いので飲食には困らないです。 明洞、南大門にも近いです。 10年以上リピートしてます。

アメニティが人数分無いこと。

The toilet is fantastic & big. The location is amazing, connects 3 lines and there’s a lift that brings you straight to the train. We travelled with an infant & the location is fantastic. There’s a fridge that is cold enough to keep breast milk, and the hotel can keep frozen breast milk in their freezer.

L’emplacement avec la station de métro juste en dessus La ligne 4 accessible à moins de 2 mn .

L’accueil à la réception, la proximité du métro (ascenseur en face du hall d’entrée), la grande chambre avec toutes les commodités(bureau,rangements,grande et belle salle de bain,produits de soin, sentbon, pyjama changé tous les jours, super coffre fort), et la super vue du 10ème étage sur le quartier. Pas d’attente pour les 2 ascenseurs. Les grands « lockers » pour stocker les bagages 24h. Le quartier autour animé avec plein de commerces.

Le petit déjeuner buffet moyen car beaucoup de produits dans sachet ou œufs brouillés en brique. Et moins cher sur place! La musique au petit déjeuner. Attention aux travaux du bâtiment d’en face sur un côté de l’hôtel.

The views of the high floors is amazing. You can see the Seoul Tower. Very well located to the main metro Lines. The matress was really confortable. The hotel is equipped with a coin laundry and dryer which came in handy.

駅からのアクセスが抜群でした

前回は9階で今回は3階だったところが少し残念でした。また、ディフューザーが売り切れでした。

There are many advantages to staying at this hotel. First of all, the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel, so carrying large and heavy luggage is not a problem at all. The hotel is also located directly next to an elevator entrance to the subway, which makes it very easy to quickly reach many tourist areas around the city. In addition, there are many bus stops nearby. It was extremely convenient for us to travel around Seoul. The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, with options available for both local and Western guests. Since we had a second reservation, we were also able to leave our large luggage at the hotel while we traveled to Busan. This was a huge advantage and saved us from carrying heavy bags during our trip.

Breakfast, but there were lot of places to go around hotel so it was overall ok.

Location is amazing, super close to the subway, stores and to a lot of other stuff Rooms are really spacious! Both the room and the bathroom, even more so for Asian standards Everything is very clean - it might've been the cleanest hotel bathroom I've seen in a looong time! Some of staff were super pleasant (the breakfast bartender for example and two foreign staff at the front desk) Higher floors have nice views if you're lucky to land the Design Plaza side

Breakfast, almost everything about it - not much to choose from (I could actually name all of the options with not much problem), almost zero variation between days (7 nights), basically just one american fried food that alternated between days, that's about it No real vegetable, little fruit, food was decent, very disappointing considering the hotel's rating Most of the stuff didn't speak proper English which made things difficult at times (kudos to the breakfast bartender and the foreign guy at the front desk, who were great)

Great location, the entrance to train station and airport limousine is just outside hotel entrance. Starbucks and convenience store is just round the corner. Rooms are clean and good size for 3 of us, toilet amenities are good too as it provides some facial products.

Perfekte Lage, direkt an der Metro, Flughafenbus hält vor der Tür. Große saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten.

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind leider auch in den oberen Etagen besonders am Wochenende sehr laut.

Location was the best. An elevator straight to the subway station is just right outside the hotel entrance. Line 4 DDP stop. Fun shopping district minus the big crowds.

Very limited seating area in the lobby. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a bigger lobby with more chairs.

In such a central location and right infront of the Dongdaemun Subway Station Exit. Staff is friendly and professional and also very clean. Loved our stay here

There a lift from the train station exit 4 right in front of hotel which link to different line of the subway, very accessible. Staff from both reception and cafe are very friendly. Room is clean, the bathroom refill with makeup remover and skin lotion/moisturiser everyday. Its our 2nd time staying here, still as good as two years ago. This trip was to celebrate my sister's birthday, I pm the hotel and they prepare a small surprise although its seem like surprised for anniversary instead of birthday. But good afford.

The room design is abit old and hairdryer is old and melted already, but still useable.

地下鉄の出口の直ぐ近くて、大変便利です。 部屋も綺麗で、トイレはウォシュレット付きでした。 スタッフの対応も大変親切ですし、無料のコインロッカーも有ります。オススメです。

ロビーが少し狭いですが、気にはなりません。

駅近で、とても便利でした。 買い物して、荷物を置いて、ちょっと休んで、次の場所へ出かける、ということができたので、良かったです。 ホテルのスタッフさんは日本語が通じるので、変圧器を貸してもらったり、困ったことがあればすぐ相談できました。 シャワーの水圧は強くはないですが、困ることはなかったです。 ロビーも部屋もいいにおいで、心地よかったです🎵 ベッドも枕も寝心地よかったです。

夜便だったのでリムジンバスを使ったからホテル前がバス停だったのでよかったです2号線と4号線と5号線が通ってるので すごく便利です。
