Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La localisation est très pratique, les chambres propres et confortables. Bouilloire et sèche-cheveux fournis. Ainsi que des brosses a dents, de l'eau chaque jour et des dentifrices. Tele et Netflix disponible. Une bonne localisation pour visiter Séoul.
Autour de l'hôtel les bâtiments sont très dégradés ou en chantier. La chambre avait une fenêtre mais aucune vue vers l'extérieur. Aucun verre ou tasse pour boire un peu d'eau chaude. Aucun espace commun.

The only thing, which is minor was the 5pm check in time as we got into seoul early but we just left our backpacks in lockers at the station and spent the day looking around Seoul.

Soggiorno di una notte deludente. L'ora tarda mi ha impedito di cambiare hotel, altrimenti l'avrei fatto volentieri, costringendomi a chiedere un cambio stanza per gravi carenze igieniche e strutturali: pareti sporche con intonaco mancante, prese elettriche instabili, arredi trascurati, lenzuola unte e filtri del condizionatore sporchi. Il bagno presentava inoltre muffe e piastrelle staccate. Come soluzione ho ricevuto una camera più piccola di quella pagata, appena accettabile. La realtà è totalmente difforme dalle foto pubblicate online; un soggiorno rivelatosi un incubo. Unici aspetti positivi: la reale gentilezza dell'unica persona del personale presente e il check-out autonomo. Segnalo l'accaduto per trasparenza verso i futuri ospiti.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026職員の方が丁寧でしたし、ホテル内はいい匂いだし、立地もよく、清潔感があり快適に過ごしました！特に不便なところはなかったですが、備え付けのアメニティーにトリートメントがなかったので、必要な方は持参することをお勧めします。また、ドライヤーだけかと思ったらヘアアイロンも備わっていました。

Når innsjekk var kl. 17 og utsjekk kl. 11 så ble det problematisk når hotellet ikke hadde muligheter for å oppbevare koffertene kostnadsfritt. Det var aircondition på rommet som bråkte voldsomt, og hadde full "storm" uavhengig av temperatur i tillegg til at det var svært varmt på rommet da vi sjekka inn.

Kleine Zimmer, in Nummer 705 funktioniert der Kühlschrank nicht. Check in nur am Automat ab 17:00.

The staff was very warm and welcoming, and attentive to our needs. He made the stay enjoyable. This is very good value.

Some of the furnishings were broken (e.g., wall outlet was taped to the wall and not secured properly), there was substantial mold in quite a few places in the washroom, and the floors were dirty. The photos that are posted on this website do differ from what you will see in-person. When I asked the receptionist for a different room, they only provided me with two options; pay extra for a different room, or wait until the next day for a cleaning crew to come by and attempt to remedy these issues. However, the receptionist warned me that some of the issues, such as the mold, would not be fixed by the next day. Given my short stay in Seoul, I checked out about an hour later and secured alternative accommodation for the rest of my stay. Since then, the property has refused to come to an agreement on providing any form of compensation for these issues. The check-in is also quite late (at 5pm), which others have also noted for this property. It is also worth noting that this property offers free luggage storage in exchange for a 10/10 review, which may explain any unusually high ratings you see here.

Smelling air conditioner. Very claustrophobic from lobby, elevator and the actual room. Mold in the bathroom. The only good thing is the location close to Seoul station. Only one night for us before our plane, but comparing with some Airbnb places we stayed in Korea this one should have only the rate of 1 (I gave 4 from 10, mainly becuase of the location).

Wir haben das Hotel extra mit dem Filter für Parkmöglichkeiten ausgesucht. Als wir ankamen, hat uns der Mitarbeiter gesagt sie hätten keine Parkplätze. Wir mussten im teuren Parkhaus nebenan parken und haben 60€ bezahlt!

スタッフさんが英語しかダメみたいだった？？ここ、韓国ですよね？ バスタブはなく、トイレ横にシャワーがあるだけです（仕切りはありません）私はこういうお部屋がはじめてだったのですが、知り合いが泊まったホテルもそうだったと聞いたので、珍しい事ではないのかもしれません。ホームページにバスルームの写真があったら事前にわかるのでいいかもしれません。冬は寒そうだと思いました。

Je suis très déçu par mon séjour dans cet établissement. Tout d’abord, les photos publiées sur Booking ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité. L’hôtel est bien différent de ce qui est présenté en ligne, ce qui crée une réelle déception dès l’arrivée. Le check-in est fixé à 17h, ce qui est particulièrement tardif et très contraignant pour les voyageurs ayant effectué un long trajet. C’est la première fois que je rencontre un horaire d’arrivée aussi tardif. Un incident beaucoup plus grave s’est produit pendant le séjour : le sèche-cheveux de la chambre a littéralement explosé dans mes mains lors de son utilisation. J’aurais pu être électrocuté ou gravement blessé. Cet équipement aurait dû être contrôlé et retiré du service bien avant notre arrivée. Suite à cet incident, le responsable de l’accueil nous a présenté ses excuses et nous a indiqué que nous pourrions bénéficier d’un départ tardif ainsi que d’une consigne à bagages gratuite si nécessaire. Cependant, le jour du départ, une autre personne était présente à la réception et n’a pas respecté les engagements pris par son collègue. Nous avons dû payer pour laisser nos bagages pendant seulement deux heures. Lorsque nous avons demandé à prolonger légèrement cette durée, cela nous a été refusé de manière particulièrement désagréable. Nous avons même été priés de quitter immédiatement l’établissement, nos valises étant déposées à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Je trouve également inacceptable que l’on nous ait laissé entendre que la gratuité de la consigne à bagages dépendrait de la publication d’un avis très positif. Une telle pratique ne correspond ni à l’esprit de transparence attendu par les voyageurs ni aux politiques de Booking concernant les avis clients. En résumé, entre les photos trompeuses, le danger lié à l’équipement défectueux, les promesses non tenues et le manque de professionnalisme de certains membres du personnel, cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

호텔 입구쪽 외벽이 공사중이고 건물 사이에 숨겨져있어서 초행길인 사람은 좀 헤맬 수 있습니다.

입구를 찾기 어려워서 지도를 켜고도 주변을 몇번 돌았습니다 예약착오가 있었는데 직원응대가 아쉬웠다고 느꼈습니다 욕실 샤워기 연결부위가 사방팔방 새서 사용하기가 힘들어서 수리를 요할것 같습니다 욕실에 곰팡이가 많아 사용하는데 아쉬웠습니다 +업체의 후기수정요구로 수정하였습니다

- Ist eine Baustelle - Zimmer sind winzig - Kaum Ausstattung, nicht einmal eine Tasse! Wobei Wasserkocher ist dabei. 🤯 ACHTUNG: Check in erst ab 17:00! Check out um 11:00. - Gepäck lagern NUR gegen Gebühren pro Stünde 5000 Won. Dabei alles wird einfach im Gang gelassen. - Zimmer sind mufflig. Riesen Unterschied zu Bildern hier. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Il signore che ci ha accolto il check in davvero gentile e disponibile, accoglienza calorosa.
Purtroppo però la camera e i corridoi del piano erano davvero poco curati. La camera aveva macchie sui muri e sulla sedie e le federe dei cuscini erano sporche. Il bagno non era per niente accogliente e la doccia sembrava davvero sporca. Impossibile chiudere la porta del bagno mentre si utilizzava il wc. Purtroppo siamo stati costretti a trovare un'altra struttura per la notte perché per noi era impossibile restare. Dalle foto sicuramente non si percepiva questa situazione.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Our stay at Hotel Less Seoul was absolutely perfect! The rooms are small but very cosy and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt clean, modern, and well organized, making the space feel welcoming despite its compact size. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. We had to store our luggage for a couple of days, and they gladly kept it for us at a very reasonable price. Their helpfulness and warm attitude made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

C’est le moment de refaire des travaux les murs étaient abîmé sans compter sur la climatisation ils ne mettent pas le commando pour qu’on ne puisse pas l’utiliser du coup les moustiques toute la nuit et les chambres super petite ignoble après tout ça on m’a demandé de payer à l’heure pour garder mes bagages ou de mettre un super commentaire pour ne pas payer la garde de mes bagages du n’importe quoi vraiment un service de merde

Reviewed May 19, 2026Check Out sehr unkompliziert. Lage war praktisch - direkt in Bahnhofsnähe und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Check in schien etwas hektisch - die Hinweise, welche wir akzeptieren sollten, wurden beim Check in mehr oder weniger vom Personal auf dem Bildschirm übersprungen. Zimmer sehr klein mit wenig Stauraum. Uns wurde empfohlen, die Klimaanlage wegen der noch ausstehenden nicht zu benutzen - dies wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, als wir nach der Bedienung der Anlage fragten. Entsprechend nutzten wir zum Lüften das Fenster, was recht laut war. Badezimmertür schloss nicht.
