Das Zimmer war sehr kühl eingerichtet und die Matratze extrem hart. Das Personal war okay, nett aber ich fühlte mich kontrolliert. Wenn ich zum Beispiel nach dem Garten suchte, kam gleich ein misstrauisch es Hallo??? Die Zugänge waren Null angeschrieben, ...

Vriendelijke ontvangst, eenvoudige maar propere kamers. Locatie was prima, op wandelafstand van het bruisende Firenze.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach,aber vollig ausreichend.Zimmer angenehm kühl und sehr sauber,Nonnen sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Lage zentral und dennoch ruhig.

Petit déjeuner pas assez varié et fourni. L'isolation de la chambre (on entend fort les bruits dans le couloir)

Nur 7 min zu fuss vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella entfernt ; ruhige Seitenstrasse ( falls Zimmer nicht zum Garten) freundliche Schwestern (15) in diesem Frauenkloster; Zimmer sehr einfach ( ehemals Schwesternzimmer vermute ich) , jedoch eigenes Bad. Garten sehr schön und lauschig!

Küche pro Etage eher spartanisch; Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und sehr wenig Geschirr ( gibt kein Frühstück da)

Lovely quiet location in the centre of Florence. Very helpful staff, nice clean comfortable room with a balcony. Shared kitchen facilities. Would recommend.

Posizione strategica

Struttura gestita da suore, probabilmente un convento con delle stanze adibite ad hotel. Bagno un po' piccolo e un pochino old con finestrella che dava direttamente sul corridoio. Suggerirei maggior cura delle finiture, la vernice nel bagno e dietro il termosifone si scrostava dal muro. A me personalmente è andata abbastanza bene nonostante tutto, sono una persona che non ha pretese ma dovesse capitare qualcuno più esigente... dormito bene e nessun rumore molesto.

Situé au bord zone limitée pour voiture, il faut donner l’immatriculation AVANT arrivée pour déclaration. Lors d’un précédent séjour, dans un autre établissement, la déclaration avait été faite lors de notre arrivée… et donc nous attendons la taxe😩😡

Proposé comme hôtel mais le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas du tout. Pour moins cher, d'autres hôtels dans le même secteur proposent beaucoup plus de services et de sourire.

I booked a room with a balcony and the view did not disappoint! The rooms are basic but I like that the simplicity has meaning. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable! The place feels like a private enclave to escape to at the end of a full day sightseeing. Will definitely stay again!

The room was clean.

It was noisy, you will know every time someone on your floor opens the door to their room. Located near an immigration office, there are a lot of people waiting and even sleeping in front of that office.

Small little hotel in an old building. Hard to tell it is a hotel frmo the outside, but it is indeed at the adress. Very friendly staff, clean room. I couldn't enjoy the gardens becuase it was too hot.

I couldn't figure out how to reach the staff when the reception was not occupied (which was often, also during the day). I did not investigate about breakfast.

Greeted by helpful nun. Great to rest in this haven of peace 10 minutes away from the tourist chaos (the city of Florence has changed a lot in the last 13 years). Very clean, pragmatic. Lovely garden. If you like gardens, request a room with garden view (forgot to do so). Very conveniently located. Now, next to the tram that takes you to and from the airport.

Very relaxing. Loved hearing the nuns singing while we were eating breakfast. Air con was excellent, lots of hot water. But no bath as expected. I even got a Camino stamp. The little landing kitchen has some basics, microwave, corkscrew and glasses/mugs. Take your own tea/coffee. Plenty of salt/sugar. The garden was lovely for a picnic. The room balcony was devine. The nuns were very friendly.

Schlichtes Hotel in einem Altbau, aber alles Nötige vorhanden - schalldichte Fenster, Klimaanlage, sauberes und bequemes Bett. 10min Gehdistanz vom Hauptbahnhof Santa Maria Novella. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Allora bene. Un po' alta la tariffa, non so se fosse per via del concerto. Comunque ha tutto.

J’ai séjourné quelques nuits dans cet établissement parfaitement situé pour vivre au cœur de Florence. Les sœurs étaient à l’écoute, bienveillantes et d’une grande aide pour veiller à ce que le séjour se passe au mieux. La chambre était confortable. Merci encore

Very good value for money and the sisters are very welcoming. The rooms are nice and cool with air conditioning and have everything you need. There is even a little kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave.

Posizione a 15 min a piedi da Santa Maria Novella a piedi; tra i materassi più comodi su cui abbia mai dormito

Camera molto essenziale e porta della camera molto sottile - si vede che nasce come dormitorio/alloggio

Posizione centrale, la suora alla reception è stata gentile, la camera era pronta e mi hanno fatto alloggiare in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in. Tutto pulitissimo.

La camera era molto piccola, con un letto ad una piazza stretto stretto. Si vedeva che è un convento o ex tale. Tutto molto spartano e frugale. Per l'essenzialità offerta forse il prezzo era eccessivo. Magari potrebbero mettere in descrizione della struttura che si alloggia in una casa di suore.

Staff were unwelcoming. I had taken the time to email them our arrival time before we travelled (which they confirmed was fine) and yet they messaged whilst we were in the taxi from the airport asking us again and saying they would close reception soon. They were then in a big rush when checking us in, were cold and forgot to share the WiFi password, which meant we had to purchase 5G as we had no internet that evening (we messaged them to ask but received no reply till the next day). The room did the job but it wasn’t particularly pleasant, all quite basic.

Pienessä yhden hengen huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet: ilmastointi toimi moitteetomasti, sekä lämmintä- että kylmää vettä tuli 24h. Tv toimi. Pieni hylly purkeille ja purnukoille olisi ollut kiva. Vuode oli hyvä 🙂 ja 2. kerroksen kadunpuoleiseen huoneeseen ei kantautunut häiritsevää melua ( ainakaan korvatulppien läpi). Käytävällä pieni keittiö, jossa yhteinen jääkaappi/pakastin, vedenkeitin. Mikrokin taisi olla ja muutamia astioita. Aamiaisuonetta vastapäätä oli ' cappella', josta sisarien laulu iloksemme vienosti kantautui. Sisäpihalla kutsuva puutarha istuinryhmineen lehvästöjen varjossa lisää kohteen viehättävyyttä.

Aamiaisbuffetissa leikkeleet, jogurtit ja mehut ja olisi voitu laittaa tarjolle esimerkiksi kylmävaraajien päälle, mikä ei ole kallista eikä teknisesti vaativaa 😃 mutta varmistaisi tuotteiden raikkauden aamiaistarjoilun ajaksi, klo 7.30- 9.30.

Vicinissimo alla stazione.

Nonostante ci fosse il condizionatore perfettamente funzionante, abbiamo provato a dormire con le finestre aperte perché da fuori – miracolosamente – entrava una bella arietta fresca, ma non avevamo fatto i conti con i rumori provenienti dalla strada la mattina dopo: pareva da sta a New York.

If you need to go to the conference center it is the best location. The room is like the photos.

It was clean and well located. Staff were polite and was well organised.

It was quite expensive for what it was but I think that is because Florence is quite expensive as it was cheaper than many others I saw.

Location to train station which was my main mode of transportation

Except the facilitating staff, this property wasnt value for money. Worst thing was the bed that was just pretty much spring

I am grateful for the kindness and hospitality. A spent only one night but immediately felt home. The garden is full of life and peace. The accomodation is simple yet nothing is missing. I was lucky to arrive at a time of praying and being invited to join was a touching experience. A perfect location, easy to reach from the station, a few minutes away of restaurants and coffee shops.

A localização embora perto da estação central, um pouco ermo para quem esta só, mas as Irmãs sao muito acolhedoras, clima espiritual, liberdade. Café da manha simples e suficiente! Poder usar uma mini cozinha tb foi muito bom. Recomendo!

The location is close to the centre of Florence and also the tram stop from the airport. It was easy to find and the nuns were helpful. The room was spotless and provided everything we needed, and the garden is beautiful. We would certainly stay there again.

L'établissement est mal insonorisé, beaucoup de bruit dès 5h du matin, ce n'est pas agréable alors que nous sommes en vacances. Le prix correspond à la situation géographique. Néanmoins les religieuses qui possèdent l'établissement étaient très souriantes et accueillantes.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. Ich konnte mein Gepäck dort vor und nach dem Aufenthalt zwischenlagern, was sehr praktisch war. Der Außenbereich war schön ruhig und gut um vom Stress der Stadt zu entspannen geeignet.

Smart TV, good location, comfortable room, good bathroom and powerful shower, extremely gentle and attentive staff. Never felt safer in my life.

The high ceiling makes for a bit of an echo - also a bit of spillover noise from other rooms. Nothing that impacted the stay.

Faz falta um frigobar no quarto e a acústica é péssima, ouve-se todo o barulho do corredor e dos outros quartos, e pra piorar tinham um hóspede que gritava no corredor.
