Location is very convenient, next to a 7-Eleven and a short walk to the Itaewon station. The staff were so kind and helpful !!! :)

Room was much smaller than they seem from picture and the walls are so thin you ca literally hear the person next door blowing their nose. The shower curtain had mold on it.

The location was ok but in the disco part of town. The staff were helpful. Great restaurants around the area where we could get amazing Korean food.

It was noisy at night and the outside area was dirty. The room was tiny, there was hardly enough room to put our bags.

Modern and free water from the fridge.

It was just so loud outside all weekend you couldn’t stop hearing the bass music from the nearby clubs. Quite a sketchy area too. Not Much engagement or greeting from Staff, had to ask for my Room to be cleaned regularly rather than it just being done as standard.

Staff weren’t accommodating or friendly, rooms were not equipped for more than one person. This was more like a hostel room than anything else. Towels were worn out and room didn’t have a pleasant smell.

Het hotel is goed gelegen in Itaewon. Als iemand die graag van het nachtleven geniet is de ligging perfect.

Ik heb bij het inchecken aangegeven dat ik graag een dagelijkse schoonmaakservice zou willen voor mijn verblijf. Dit was geen ene dag het geval. Nadat ik het de tweede dag had aangegeven met een vriendelijke gezicht werd er tegen mij gezegd dat het vanaf de volgende dag anders zou zijn. Dit was totaal niet het geval. Naast de slechte service op dit vlak is de douche een drama. Als je van een zwembad in je hele badkamer houdt is dit het juiste adres. Slecht afgewerkte vloer waardoor water door heel je badkamer stroomt zelfs met 3 handdoeken op de grond.

Nothing at all. This is a shockingly bad hotel.

We checked into the hotel in the evening and found that the toilet sink pipe was damage and the water leaked through to the toilet floor. The toilet is smelly due to the leaking pipe. We could not stay in the room because of the smell coming from the toilet. We decided to leave early morning and demanded for a refund but the night staff could not help us and suggested that we wait to for the manager to come in the next day at 10AM. We were uncomfortable the whole night while we were in the room. The next morning, we went down 9am to arrange to check-out of the hotel and asked if the staff can contact the manager. We were then told that the manager should come in at 10:30AM. (Hmm...an unexpected delay?) We asked to check-out early and the staff said they would refund the room booking due to the damaged sink. So we left the hotel thinking that the hotel will honour the refund. Unfortunately, in the afternoon, I received a message from the hotel stating that the manager has fixed the leak and due to their regulation, they will not being issuing the refund. I asked for them to send me the regulation but I have not receive any reply. I could not verify their claim to have fixed the damaged sink immediately upon the arrival of their manager because we have already left the hotel and have no intention of going back. . I can only assume that their manager is also working as their plumber too. This is such a poor customer experience and I'm surprise they proudly displayed a sign stating that they have a Gold Award from Agoda.

Hotel clean, staff are very friendly, amenities are extraordinary. Loved everything about this place, close to itaewon busiest street and metro. Highly recommend

Very small room but clean. Good air-con. Ideal for single traveller for a short duration as the location is perfect for Itaewon but was a bit noisy at night. Just a few minutes walk from the Metro station.

一進房間就看到床旁邊的地板還有一張用過的衛生紙，房間內的垃圾桶也沒收 隔音非常差隔壁打呼都聽得到這不是飯店是汽車旅館

Elevator buttons and mirrors covered in smudge and grease. Although feels like a recent newly renovated hotel - all the finishes looked rough and generally bad construction. The location and price are great.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The property is a new one and well placed for what we were looking for at first. The room was pretty small but pretty big compared to other rooms we spotted online. The cleaning ladies were kind and helpful. Room had all facilited available. (There could have been a shower curtain to prevent the water from getting everywhere in the bathroom but it was ok)

The staff was not very kind and not very helpful. The cleaning ladies we the only helpful and welcoming people we met. The front office staff were cold and inexistant! We LOVE the rooftop but it is a shame there were no lights up there and also nothing organized for this beautiful space, like a small gathering or some music or even a bit of lights.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, I would stay there again. It is modern, clean, good location, and the breakfast was delicious.

Walking distance to socialize was great.

이태원역에서 5분도 안걸려요. 숙소는 특별할건 없고 작지만 침대랑 배게가 편해요. 이태원에서 밤새 놀거라면 딱이예요 체크아웃 시간도 12시라 늦잠 잘 수 있어요. 원하면 레이트 체크아웃도 되는거같아요

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience at this hotel. We initially booked a 3 night stay, but had to check out early because we didn’t feel comfortable. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a female staff who looked like she didn’t want to be working there. She didn’t seem enthusiastic enough to greet guests and was talking on the phone for a while, and when she saw us come in to the front desk, she didn’t even look at us but signalled with her hand to say “wait” all the while looking like she hated her job. That already set the tone for what was yet to come. Upon entering the room you instantly smell the reek of sewer water smell coming from the bathroom. There was mold on the tile grout and the taps looked unsanitary. The bed sheets had stains on them even though it was nicely folded. The bath towels aren’t even proper towels but rather Hand towel sizes and they were also stained! The outlet located under the bed side table was barely attached to the wall and was not working. It was literally hanging off the wall and looked like something else was stuffed inside it. To make it worse, cockroaches were coming in and out of that outlet!! COCKROACHES 😭 never have I ever stayed in a hotel with cockroaches. And they claim to be a “4 star hotel”. The location itself was also putrid, you can smell sewer water everywhere. The building next door had construction going on and it was very loud. It sounded like they were dropping a bunch of metal pipes from the second floor all the way down to the bottom of the stairs. You would need earplugs or noise cancelling headphones lol. We had told the male staff the very next day all of our concerns and horrible experiences, and although they were kind enough to rectify the issue by offering a room upgrade, we could not stand staying longer in this hotel. He truly seemed apologetic and it is not his fault. This hotel still has a long way to go if it really want to live up to it’s 4 star hotel claim

ホテル自体は駅からも近くてとても快適でした！フロントの方もとても親切でした！ ただ梨泰院という立地上夜女性が一人で出歩くには怖かったです。あとホテルの場所がすごく急な坂の上にあるのでヒールで歩く時やキャリーで下る時は気をつけた方が良さそうです。

Good location, close to a lot of things and very easy to find. The room had everything I needed, and there were a few little details that were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was a fair size.

The walls were a little thin - I heard my room neighbours talking a lot.

We were very pleased with our stay. For the price, location, and cleanliness, we were extremely happy with our choice to stay here, and would do so again. The front desk was very kind and helpful.

Good location near lots of bars and restaurants in Itaewon. Easy walk to the metro. Provided nice Korean face masks and daily water.

Difficult to control floor heating and air conditioning. Floor heating on full blast on the 5th floor in early April when it really wasn’t needed. Staff was helpful with turning it off. Suite did not have much space for 4 people, especially no space to lay out luggage or to store items. “Party area” not really usable due to this.

i didn’t like the cleanliness of the apartment, i told the guy (non krean) on the reception about a bad smell and he just told me okay, without any feedback, i didn’t like this.

The walls between the rooms are so thin, you can even hear people's voice on the phone talking to my neighbor.

Great location in Itaewon, very easy to get anywhere in the city via metro or bus and walkable to many places too. Nicely decorated. Lively neighbourhood, lots of places to eat and drink and party nearby. Clean facilities, they provide robes and sandals for the room. Staff were very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay an extra night and were able to keep me in the same room. Good value for money for the location.

May be too noisy of an area for some, but this didn't bother me at all. Unfortunately my room's window faced directly onto the wall of another building so it was very dark inside. The room also had no wardrobe and most storage is occupied already with amenities provided in the room. I was only staying a few nights but still not the most ideal. Rooftop "terrace" is just a bistro table outside on the roof.

Stayed at suite..A disappointing hotel overall..

The location is good in terms of proximity to nightlife and restaurants in Itaewon, with great coffee shop across the road. The general decor of the hotel is nice.

The customer service right from check in seemed 'off', not friendly but not rude either. The hotel is not clean, there are marks and scuff everywhere and despite a seemingly recent refurbishment it doesn't appear to be maintained very well. Sound proofing is awful so bring earplugs if you want a good nights sleep.

Noisy area and sound insulation in the hotel was not great could hear a lot.

The hotel is pretty close to the subway station, there are also so many food places and stores around the area and very close to the nightlife. My main complain is that it was noisy. I can hear people talking outside even when I close my windows. There’s also some construction noise that I hear. Other than that, it was a good stay and very convenient.

Property is very artsy- pop of colors everywhere and brightens the area. Rooms are the same and aside from that, rooms are spacious and clean. Only suggestion for the hotel is to maybe provide power adapters for foreign tourists like me. I enjoyed my stay!

The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond in helping me find my way around the neighborhood, as I don’t speak Korean. Room was very warm and with a heavy comforter it made sleeping w/o perspiration a little difficult. I would suggest a top sheet and comforter and the guest can choose which to use. I would choose the top sheet.

フロントの方は優しくていい感じでした。2人で2泊宿泊しましたが毎回バスタオルは1枚しか置いてくれてないのでフロントに言えばもう1枚くれます。お水は1日人1本補充してくれます。冷蔵庫に顔のシートマスクが入れてありましたので使用しました。バスタオルやガウンは穴が開いてたり破れてます（笑）枕カバーにもシミがありましたが洗濯はしてあるので私は大丈夫です。枕の下に髪の毛があったのは嫌でした。 シャワーの水はガラスの下もすり抜けてトイレ側にじゃんじゃん流れていきます。換気性が強いのか朝には乾いてます。2日目はバスルームから下水のにおいがしました。地下鉄の駅からも歩いて5分くらいなので便利でした。すぐ近くにセブンイレブンがあったのも便利でした。地下鉄上がってすぐの所のパンのお店で良い朝食があります。

The walls were thin and you could hear people in the room next door which is not great considering the drinking location. Rooms weren’t greatly cleaned, hair in bathrooms etc. hard to figure out the underfloor and a/c

We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. The staff were kind, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and serviced daily. The hotel is situated in a great location.

I have no experience with other hotels or apartments in Asia—maybe this is normal there—but we could hear almost everything through the walls from the other rooms. Still, I would return to this hotel, as the pros far outweigh the cons.

The decor of the hotel is really cool. Reminds me of a Stanley Kubrick movie. The location is great for getting around Seoul, and there's lots of options for food and nightlife in the area. For the price, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for a great week in Seoul!
