Very clean, great location. Close to central Seoul

There’s a huge club next door that pumps out the tunes at an insane volume until 6am. Literally impossible to sleep.

キャンセル可能な期間内にキャンセルの連絡をしたにもかかわらず、完全に無視されました。「booking.comのホテル側にメールを送っておきます」という言葉を信じて待っていたところ、実際にはメールを無視され、キャンセル期限を過ぎてから「キャンセルできません」と連絡が来るという最悪の対応でした。同じ経験をしないために、以下の点を強くお勧めします：booking.comの「メールを送ります」という言葉は信用しないことキャンセルが必要な場合は、必ずbooking.comに直接電話し、担当者と確実に繋がるまで諦めないことbooking.com側も掛け合ってくれましたが、最終的にはホテルの判断が優先されるため、早め早めの直接確認が必須です施設自体のポテンシャルは高いだけに、フロント対応の改善を強く望みます。

주변 식당 많고 지하철 역, 버스정류장하고 가깝고 작지만 올리브영도 붙어있고(급하게 생리대나 빠트린 메이크업 리무버 사기 좋음) 편의점도 멀지 않음. 침대 편했고, 욕조 있고, 욕실 수건걸이대가 3등분?에 회전 가능해서 갈아입을 옷, 쓴 수건 나눠 걸기 편했음. 다리미와 다리미판도 있어서 썼음. 에어컨 두 개라 좋았음. 창가 침대 바로 위 하나, 욕실 가까운 벽에 하나.

비흡연실인데 어떤 무식한 사람이 방에서 흡연하거나 실외기 앞에서 흡연하는지 에어컨 통해 담배 냄새 들어옴. 에어컨 두 개라서 담배냄새 들어오는 건 꺼버림. 최고층 였지만 주변 주점 및 클럽에서 들리는 환호성은 완전히 지울 순 없었고 귀마개가 제공되었음. 낮에는 수영장 (최고층 기준 2-3개층 아래임)에서 파티 노래 틀어놓는데 신경쓰일 수 있음. 본인은 원래 귀마개 하고 자는 사람이라 귀마개 하고는 견딜만 했음.

ホテルの廊下や部屋の天井が高く広々としていてくつろげました。館内は南国のリゾートホテルのようにフローラル系の香りが漂い、お部屋のクローゼットに爽やかな香りの芳香剤があり良い香りに包まれてくつろげました。お湯に浸かれる深さのバスタブがありつかれた体がほぐれました。梨泰院駅の目の前にあり、周辺で夜遊びするには最高のロケーションです

仁川空港からのリムジンバスが運休していて電車でのアクセスが面倒であった。

Perfect location, and friendly staff. The room was nice with big beds and a clever toilet! I liked it very much!!

It’s in the party district and the music is loud. If you prefer the silent place it’a not for you, but if it doesn’t disturbe you, the hotel is perfect!

The hotel itself was fine. The room was a little dated but well maintained. WiFi was good. I also used the hotel sauna which was relaxing.

Unfortunately there are noisy nightclubs nearby and the noise from their music kept me awake every night. This isn't the hotel's fault but it does mean I will not stay there again. The hotel offers free earplugs, but as a side sleeper they are not suitable for me.

Tesisi genel anlamda çok beğendim tek sıkıntı hemen arkası barlar sokağı olduğu için çok fazla gürültü var tesis bunu için size kulak tıkaçlatı versede çok işe yaramıyor

새벽역까지 호텔 주변의 소음이 많아 깊은잠에 들기 어려움이 있었습니다

Das war mein vierter Aufenthalt im Hamilton und wenn ich wieder in Seoul bin, dann wird es wieder das Hamilton, sehr toller Pool als Highlight Gutes koreanische, japanisches und mexikanisches Restaurant in Walking Distance, auch fast food in der Nähe.

L'hotel est tres bien placé - au pied du métro - l'infrastructure en elle même est très bien -chambre moderne en bon état

L'accès à la piscine est payant. Ensuite pour avoir un transat il faut payer en plus. Sachant que l'hotel vend son image en mettant l'accent sur la piscine, je trouve ca assez abusé A partir de minuit il y a une boite à ciel ouvert juste a côté de l'hotel donc tres tres bruyant dans les chambres.

Cuando entras y encuentras tapones te das cuenta q la eleccion no a sido buena, mucho ruido, esta muy mal aislado, la piscina es de pago q no os pase como a mi q lo pille por la pisci y me lleve la sorpresa

Struttura molto grande nel pieno della vita notturna di itaewon, vedendo le recensioni eravamo preoccupati per il rumore, ma non abbiamo sentito nulla, non so se siamo stati fortunati con la posizione della stanza, per il resto la stanza era abbastanza conforme alle foto, a nostro parere si può trovare hotel simili a meno prezzo

Punto a sfavore è il costo dei servizi, tutti i servizi in più, sia piscina, che colazione, che sauna sono a pagamento e purtroppo dopo aver pagato così per il soggiorno ci si aspetta almeno qualcosa.

Location was good and it was basic but clean

We chose the location because of the swimming pool, but it closed at 6pm which was before we even got there, and it costs and extra $20 to use it which seems crazy to me

adjustable towel rack- able to hang clothes to change after shower, towels, another hook to hang worn clothes, Blackout curtain worked well. There were two air-conditioning units- one at window side, one at wall side. The hotel is located near bus stops and subway station, and also many eateries and pubs. Iron & ironing board. Body lotion included in amentinties. Easy to go around Seoul by metro & buses.

Only when at the highest level, the noises from pubs nearby were bearable, but some drunkards would still scream a bit. Many pubs - not good to bring kids along.

Hotel très confortable et bien situé.

Côté piscine le bruit est insupportable, et pourtant le bruit s'arrête vers 11 h le weekend. L'autre côté est bruyant une bonne partie de la nuit. L'accès à la piscine est beaucoup trop cher. Surtout si vous voulez y rester 30 minutes en fin d'après midi.

Very good location, right in the heart of Itaewon nightlife neighbourhood. Several restaurants, bars, clubs, shops etc. are located all around. Spacious and very clean room. Positioning of the A/C is good - it does not blow directly onto the bed (which is not obvious in Korea for some reason).

Due to being right next to a party street, the lower floors might be noisy. I recommend requesting a room on the upper floors.

호텔 바로 뒤에 나이트클럽임. 진짜 엄청나게 시끄러움. 클럽이 한개가 아님. 새벽4시까지 노래소리 5~6개가 섞여서 들림

Accès piscine que pour les adultes

Hotel znajduje się w samym środku imprezowej dzielnicy. Pomimo pokoju na 9 piętrze budynek ruszał się od basów. Wzięliśmy hotel ze względu na basen, niestety nie mogą z niego korzystać dzieci - szkoda, że taka informacja nie była dostępna podczas rezerwowania pokoi z dziećmi. Dodatkowo basen jest dodatkowo płatny. Personel nie przyjemny. Poprosiliśmy o dodatkowy komplet pościeli - dostaliśmy informacje, że nie nawet za dodatkową opłatą. Nie polecam. Jedyny plus okolicy to sklepy w pobliżu i metro.

뒷동네에 클럽이많아서ㅠ 시끄러워서 잠에 예민하신분들은 어려운듯요. 전 다행히 예민한편이아니고 시차로 피곤했던지라 잘잤어요

Leider haben wir nicht mitbekommen, dass der Pool erst ab 18 Jahre ist. Es werden Partys gefeiert mit lauter Musik und Alkohol. Leider ziemlich enttäuschend.

Hotel powinien być dedykowany dla dorosłych skoro nie wpuszcza dzieci na basen. Hałas - wokoł budynku znajdują się dyskoteki, które są zamykane dopiero ok 5 nad ranem

Music is thumping until 4 am. If you are sensitive to noise - don’t choose this place

good location - right in the middle of party district in Seoul, nice extra paid swimming pool with music and drinks, clean rooms, private parking included in room rate

expect noice from the swimming pool (music) during the opening hours (10am-6pm)

Comfortable rooms, lively area. Breakfast staff were super friendly and kind.

The main receptionist we dealt with wasn’t helpful of friendly. We had to push to check in early. Although the hotel is near restaurants and bars and near a tube station it is a long journey into the centre. We used Uber a lot but traffic is heavy. We were told pool was adults only- not family friendly.

The music was very loud. I couldn’t sleep

Dość duży pokój i lokalizacja hotelu blisko stacji metra. To by było na tyle plusów.

Podróżujemy z mężem od ponad 10 lat po świecie: Azja, Europa i USA i nigdy nie mieliśmy tak dziwnej sytuacji. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na basen i lokalizację hotelu przy stacji metra. Spędziliśmy w nim dwie doby. Pierwsza doba zaczęła się od godziny 15:00 (byliśmy w hotelu przed 16:00) chcieliśmy skorzystać od razu po przyjeździe z basenu, ale okazało się, że jest on płatny dla gości hotelowych, a dodatkowo czynny tylko do 18:00, więc pierwszego dnia odpuściliśmy. Drugiego dnia ze względu na temperatury z samego rana pojechaliśmy zobaczyć Seul i wróciliśmy gotowi pójść na basen około 12:00 w południe. Pierwsze zderzenie z rzeczywistością - trzeba zapłacić za wejście na basen. Ok. Druga sprawa trzeba zapłacić za to, że dostaniecie ręcznik! Zapytałam grzecznie czy mogę wziąć swoje prywatne. Wzięłam, ale jeśli ktoś ich nie posiada to musi zapłacić drugi raz! Minęły 2-3 godziny. Wypiliśmy po dwa drinki i zjedliśmy obiad (to wiadomo, że płatne osobno, piszę tylko dlatego żeby Państwo wiedzieli, że daliśmy naprawdę zarobić hotelowi), po czym przyszedł Pan i kazał nam schodzić z leżaków, bo nie zapłaciliśmy za leżak!!! A on właśnie komuś sprzedał miejsce na leżaku. Słucham??? Co to za cyrk??? Leżeliśmy ok. 3 godziny i teraz on sprzedał nasz leżak? Przy czym jak wchodziliśmy na basen to ani nikt nie mówił, że leżaki są znowu dodatkowo płatne, ani nie pytał czy chcemy. Wtedy byśmy pomyśleli co tu się odpieprza… Nie było co dyskutować, Pan na basenie był bezczelny. Dodatkowo ktoś pisał w komentarzach, że w hotelu nocą jest głośno. Myślałam, że chodzi o to, że hotel jest przy dużym skrzyżowaniu. Nic bardziej mylnego!!! Całą noc napierdziela muzyka, tak że nie da się spać. Jest to muzyka z ulicy, rozumiem, że to inny kraj i może nie ma ciszy nocnej, ale zatyczki do uszu które serwuje hotel można wyrzucić do kosza - nic nie dają. NIGDY W ŻYCIU DRUGI RAZ BYM SIĘ NIE ZDECYDOWAŁA NA TEN HOTEL I NIKOMU BYM GO NIE POLECIŁA. Całą noc zarwana i zero radości i basenu.

You get two bottles of tab water and free ear buds. The location is right at the the underground, so fast and easy to get away.

The hotel is located next to several night clubs. The sound isolation is so bad that they leave ear buds in the room. The night clubs close at 3AM, which is when you might eventually start getting some sleep. Beside that, the WIFI connection is so slow and unstable that I had to connect using my 4G cell network. This was the first and last time at this hotel

My fav hotel to stay in Seoul, the location is in the center, really really near bus stop and subway, make it easy to go from and to airport with train, too bad there is no limo bus but the train is super close to the hotel, the elevator to the train station is literally Infront of the hotel

The bathroom had a problem and foam was upcoming all of a sudden and under the sink. The whole bathroom was flooded. They repaired it and asked me if i wanted to change room.
