Close to the metro lines, easy to approach things

The room was moldy, in a lot of places. The shower, the bed matress, also the toilet. The room wasnt clean, I found a lot of hair and dirt, especially under the bed. It definitely needs a huge cleaning.

it's a great, convenient location, and in past visits, on the downstairs floor, it's been lovely.

this time, i was put upstairs and the room smelled like a sewer. i realized that black water was poring out of the air conditioner and directly onto the bed. it was soaking into the mattress and sheets, and causing a rotten, moldy smell. there were layers of dust anf grime on everything.

you get you what pay but first they didnt clean the room for my 6-day stay and their solution is come to clean the next day, completely traumatized the first day in seoul, i was afraid to take a shower. also so many pesticide/bug killing sprays in their property i dont want to know what are they for.

人に会わずに済むのが何より最高です‼️いつも整形の際に利用させて頂くので、誰にも顔を合わせずに済むのがとても助かります。他のゲストハウスも2つくらい利用したことがありますが、どうしてもチェックイン・アウトの際にオーナーさんと顔を合わせないといけなくて…翻訳を使いながらだからドキマギしちゃうし、余計な気を遣いたくないし遣わせたくもないし…そもそも人に会わずに済むように個室にしてるのにーってちょっと残念だったんです。でもここのオーナーさんは全てメッセージでやり取りしてくれるので、本当に本当に助かります✨️共同部分の、コレ使っても大丈夫なのかな？ってのもメッセージで聞けばすぐに教えてくれるし、冬に利用したこともあるんですが、エアコンをつけてても寒くて寒くて…それをメッセージで言ったら、「部屋の前にヒーターを置いとくので使ってください」と、、🥲メッセージのみのやり取りだからと言って不安になったこと、困ったことは今まで一切ありませんでした😌コンビニが徒歩30秒圏内だから困ることないし、(そのコンビニの店員さんもお優しいです☺️)、江南駅から歩いても行けるし、レンジやウォーターサーバー、洗濯機・乾燥機もあるからDT過ごすにはもってこいです😭本当にいつもいつも感謝です😭🙏

I looked the location and I like the private bathroom in the room. The kitchen and laundry room was also nice to have.

They double booked my room. Another guest walked into my room. The bed sheets, pillow and blanket smelled like they haven't been washed I'm the laundry. Under the bed was also disgusting, full of trash that haven't been cleaned up from previous guests. Bed was also not that comfortable since it was springs.

Location is great.

Rooms arrangements can be improved. Guests should be asked for total luggage pieces for example, and got assigned to the right room (if choice is available). Kitchen and common spaces lack in cleaness.

Отличное расположение, очень удобное заселение, можно осиавить багаж при раннем заселении или позднем выезде, есть удобства для сортировки мусора, холодильник в номере.

Чувствуются жесткие пружины в матрасе, и хотелось бы чтобы получше делали уборку после предыдущего гостя.

It is very well located! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stations and line 2 subway. The host was very responsive. The apartment itself is good value for the money you pay🤷🏽‍♀️, it isn’t the best but good enough for a night. It had washing machines, microwave in the kitchen at the basement floor which were very helpful. Nicely quiet too.

The shower doors were dirty and the mattress was so uncomfortable. You could literally feel the springs of the mattress 😭😭

Тапочки порванные, можно заменить. Свои неудобно доставать из чемодана, а там правило разуваться

its not as claen as i exoected

The location is near line 2 and 5, making it convenient to travel anywhere in Seoul and from Incheon airport. It’s 2 stops from Express bus terminal and has many express buses stop nearby, so going to other cities like Suwon is convenient. It’s basic housing and I would manage my expectations. I’ve stayed here 4 times over the past years and it’s good for solo travel with privacy at economic rate.

駅近で周辺はコンビニ、ダイソー、飲食店も沢山あってとても便利です 部屋にシャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーもある。シャワーの水圧と温度は良かった。地下にら共用のキッチンがありレンジ、冷湯水サーバ、コーヒーマシーンもあって美味しいコーヒーが飲めます♪ 隣の人の音は気にならなかった

潔癖症の方は無理かと思いますがゲストハウスに慣れている私は許容範囲の清潔感でした。 ベッドマットレスのスプリングが当たって痛いので布団を半分敷いて半分掛けて寝ました。 前の人が忘れた飲み物が冷蔵庫の中にあった。

There are places to eat close to the property.

The property is horrible. I asked to cancel a few hours because of the reviews but was denied. I stayed then and the owner said I just wanted a refund. I told her that I don’t need a refund I am already there but for them to rectify the conditions of the property . It looks like a third world room no mattress , just box spring , one pillow that is uncomfortable, no sheets just a bedcover/,comforter, the bathroom is moldy, the wall has stains, you feel very dirty. I had not slept a bit. People around I can hear, banging doors until wee hours, people moving and packing the whole night. The owner said they will file legal charges if I complained because it was I only needed a refund. With the knowledge of the place I know now, even if you paid me to sleep there, I will never ever. I will upload photos to prove.

The location is awesome. Lots to do, close to places that have even more to do. The rooms were small but ok. The host is helpful and provides all necessary information and then some. Unmatched value for money if you are ok with cramped places.

The place is a little difficult to find. The bathroom is tiny - but there are larger shared ones. If you are not careful, water may spill into the room when taking a shower.

wielkosc pokoju - dobrze ze bylem sam, to rozlozylem swoja walizke i sie jakos rozpakowalem, ale przy 2 osobach byloby ciezko - choc jestem niski 170 cm :)

Plenty of restaurants nearby. Gangnam station is only one station away. Washing machine and kitchen sink provided, in the basement. Small towels provided and you can take more from the table outside.

Like others mentioned - the bed was uncomfortable as I can feel springs stabbing into my body and the walls’ soundproofing were non-existent so I could hear two girls next door talking and laughing. Nowhere to hang your laundry.

水回りが残念だった シャワーの水圧が弱すぎる 洗面台排水が悪い トイレ周辺の黒カビ？汚れ？が目立っていた

お部屋の鍵が番号で管理されていたので, 持ち歩く手間もなく、とても便利でした。深夜2時に着いて朝には出発したため、短い滞在でしたが、短時間の利用には良いと思います。

荷物が多く足も不自由だったため、エレベーターがあればもっと良かったです。また、最寄り駅から宿泊施設までの道が少し分かりにくかったです。

駅から近くて飲食店も多かった 安かった 洗濯ができたり、ウォーターサーバー置いてあるのが便利 個室で簡易的だが、シャワーとトイレが使える

口コミをみて覚悟はしていたが床やバスルームのカビ、便器が割れた状態、冷蔵庫の間の埃やゴミなど、掃除が全然行き届いてなかった。清潔でない点よりも、ベッドのスプリングが体に当たって痛くて寝れなかった。隣の音やドアの音がうるさくて、不快だった。 洗濯はできたが、オーナーさんがタオルやシール洗ったまま、洗濯機や乾燥機に入れたままにしているので、それを片付けてから自分の洗濯物をしなければならなかった。

The location was great. Check-in was really easy, the Wi-Fi was great, and it was very convenient to throw away trash and get rid of recyclables. Great value!

The bed, as another user noted, was very hard. The towels smelled very slightly musty when wet, and although the bathroom was fairly clean, I think a thorough deep cleaning would be good. The water pressure was fine. While the person in the next room wasn't trying to be obnoxious, but I could hear him easily. I recommend earplugs for guests, and maybe some more soundproofing as a future upgrade for the rooms would be money well spent. Let me make clear that I would stay again, though.

個別の部屋なので人目を気にしないで過ごせる、駅から近いしエレベーターの出口も近いので大きな荷物を持ってても安心

清潔感は最低限なので、潔癖症の人は無理かもしれません。2階の部屋の場合結構急な階段がある

I enjoyed how close it was to olympic hall, the main reason for my travel. It also has an airport limo bus if you don’t feel like lugging around two suitcases in the subway. Enjoyed the kitchen as someone who eats just ramen and rice. Close to 2 subway lines that connect to many other options

Never answered my questions I Had. Bed was super uncomfortable and I could feel the springs in my back. Thin walls so I was constantly paranoid that I was making too much noise + could hear other peoples noises.

Best value for money. The location is super convenient.

教大駅の5番のエレベーター上がって5分くらいで、周りにコンビニや飲食店がたくさんあり、スーパーもダイソーもあって便利でした。 地下に台所があって、自由に温水、冷水が飲めるし、洗濯、乾燥も無料でした。鍋や電気コンロもあり、コップも使えます。 部屋にはドライヤーもあるし、シャンプーもボディシャンプーもありました。 2人で2泊(女性)しましたが、タオルは最初２枚でした。部屋の外の共有スペースに予備のタオルが自由に持っていけるようになっていたので、困ることはなかったです。 階段も玄関前に数段あっただけで、よかったです。

駅からゲストハウスを見つけるのがちょっとわかりにくかったのと、お湯が出るまで少し時間がかかったのが気になりました。

キョデ駅からすごく近くて、周りにコンビニもあり利便性が高い。空港行きのバス停も近い。江南からも歩こうと思えば歩けます。口コミが良くなかったので覚悟して行きましたが思ったより悪くなくて、この設備でなら節約したい私にとってとてもありがたい料金です。 潔癖症なら無理かと思いますが、安宿に慣れてるなら快適です。チェックインチェックアウトも誰にも会うことなく出来て快適。ボディーソープとシャンプーもありました。

1回ダンゴムシみたいな虫が出ました。古いので仕方ないけど床やトイレの便座に亀裂があったりはします。 隣の人や廊下の声はめっちゃ聞こえます。

アメニティー タオル（毎日午前替えが共用スペース）に数枚おいてある 共用スペースに ウォーターサーバー コーヒーメーカー 電子レンジ 洗濯機 などあり助かりました。 立地がよい周りに飲食店多い 駅近 コンビニ１分 個室 床暖で部屋暖か 部屋臭くはない 収納が沢山 古いなりに清潔感は有りました。

💢💢💢私の部屋はお湯が出ず メールしたけど対応無し 部屋思ったより狭い 💢💢💢ベッドが安っぽく布下すぐワイヤーで快眠できない ので長期滞在オススメしない

①寒いかったです。暖房がない？？オンドルは機能していないところもありました。小さいヒーターがありますが、効果はないです。 ②ベットがきしみます。寝返りを打つ度に音がうるさいです。 ③隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえです。お風呂、ドライヤー、トイレ、咳、声、全て聞こえます。 ④ボロいので清潔感はないですが、虫やホコリなどはいなかったです。寝るだけなら良いです。 ⑤冷蔵庫が機能しませんでした。

ドミトリーの値段で個室なのがありがたかったです。 トイレ、シャワーは共用ですが、 泊まってる人が少なかった為混雑もせず、音も気にならず快適に過ごせました。 周辺にカフェや飲食店も多く立地も気に入りました。 また利用したいです？
