Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The room was clean with mostly up-to-date furniture and appliances. The hotel itself was nice with friendly staff at reception. Bottled water was provided, along with slippers and desk for working.
The room was tight, with no wardrobe to hang clothes. There was a wooden rack on the wall with hangers, which left your clothes hanging out in the room. The bed was quite firm, which was okay, but the pillow was unbelievably hard, I have never experience such a hard pillow (and I have stayed in many Korean hotels and guesthouses etc!)

Завтрак плохой, кушать нечего для иностранцев, запах от остатков еды распространяется по всему залу, в лифт заходят с вонючей тележкой полной отходами пищи после завтрака в присутствии гостей, до конца завтрака начинают громко убирать столовую даже когда гости еще завтракают.

我住1809還是1808兩晚，第一晚沒事，第二晚飯店官方好像開了中央空調或是通風，機器就在房間天花板上方，整晚吵到睡不著，因為他還不是穩定的有聲音，聲音忽大忽小，根本無法睡覺!!!!!!!!!!!然後床上還有蠹蟲，半夜爬到我身上!!!!!!!!! 第一次住到品質這麼差的東橫inn

チェックイン前の荷物の預入れの流れがわかりにくいです。そしてロッカーが2段になっているので、上段を利用する際、スーツケースが持ち上げにくく、大変でした。

Reviewed May 4, 2026日系のホテルなので、フロントの方も日本語が通じるため安心です。美味しい朝ごはん付きなのも大変ありがたいです。 地下鉄の駅からは少し離れていますが、平坦な道なのでキャリーケースを持っていても問題ないですし、バス停が近くにあるので便利です。
チェックアウト時、荷物を預けたくて聞いたらロッカー使ってくださいと、ぶっきらぼうに指示されたのが少し残念に感じました。チェックアウトの時間で人が多かったのもあり仕方ないと思いますが、もったいなかったです。
