Mokpo Ocean Hotel

海岸まで近く、眺めがよい。木浦駅より徒歩圏。

レストランのメニューが韓国語しなかなく、何があるのかわからず、入るのに勇気がいる。コンセントが韓国の様式しかなく、日本の充電器の様式だと使えない。フロントで、USB充電器を貸してくれたが、低速充電しかできず、一晩充電を積図けても40％が精一杯だった。フロントも不在の時が多く、不満を募らせていた地元の方の怒号がとびかっていた。

목포역과 원도심의 주요 관광명소를 도보로 가기에 적절한 거리임. 오전 도착, 짐 맡겨두고 돌아다니다 3시 쯤 체크인하고 쉬다가 저녁에 다시 관광을 할 수 있어 아주 편리했음. 시설도 신축이라 깨끗했으며 삼학도가 보이는 오션뷰여서 좋았음

When I first arrived in the building it seems sad not well decorated. Concrete slab building. I was resigned to a bad Hotel want to ride in your room or another story. Inside the hotel room is clean! neat, sparce, but well equipped!!! Rooms even have water purifier. Great for exploring Mokpo. Close to the train station! nice restaurant on the first floor.

Terrible sorry looking plastic flowers?!? Poorly lit hallways. Sparce! Have to return the room keys or you will be charged a hepfty penalty!!!

Neu, gute Lounge und rooftop pool. Nahe am Bahnhof und Ferry-Terminal.

Im (eher etwas heruntergekommenen) Hafenviertel. Ins neue Stadtzentrum braucht man ein Taxi. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf Hafen und Meer werden durch die Sonneneinstrahlung sehr heiss (schlechte Isolation). Und die AC bläst direkt aufs Bett.

I was travelling alone to Mokpo and had a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View for 2 nights. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the Mokpo Train Station. The reception staff (on the 9th floor) was very friendly although communication had to happen via Papago app as their English was not very good :-) The room had a good size and was comfortable with a comfortable bed. When the window was closed, it was very quiet. I did not hear the neighbours. But if you let the window open, of course there was the main road with some traffic including buses and trucks. But the AC worked well so I could leave the window closed at night. For what I wanted to visit in Mokpo, the hotel was well located. You have to find out for yourself and do your research ;-) I do recommend the hotel for couples or solo travellers if you like the sea side and quietness. There are buses in front of the hotel and across the side road including the bus to go to the Gohado Observatory/Mokpo Cable Car Gohado Stop.

Not much negative to tell... I could not even complain that I could not check in earlier than 4PM. I was early in the hotel, but the reception area on the top floor has a café with a terrace and a pool (unfortunately the pool was not yet open end of April and was still undergoing some renovation works) so I had a drink with an almost 360° view of the city while waiting for the checkin to start. And the receptionist was kind enough to let people do the checkin half an hour earlier! ;-)

시설내부는 깔끔했어요.

1. 프런트가 9층에 위치해서 체크인이 불편해요. 2. 짐보관도 해주시는데 1층에서 알아서 번호표를 적고 누구나 출입가능한 로비에 안전장치없이 거치대에 둬야해요. 3. 야외수영장 사용 가능 여부를 전날 미리 문의드렸는데 공사중이라는 안내메시지를 받고 수영복을 챙기지 않았는데 체크인할때 수영장사용가능하다고 하셨어요. 어제 받은 메시지 보여드리니 데스크에 계신 여자직원분이 자기가 보낸 메시지가 아니라고만 응대하셨어요. 많이 아쉽네요. 4. 샤워실과 화장실이 붙어있는데 샤워하는 물이 화장실 바닥으로 흘러들어 매우 미끄러워요.

1.청소가 제대로 안되어 있었음(방바닥에 끈적끈적한 상태의 부분이 있었음-->입구가와 정수기 앞부분에) 2.도로가에 위치해서 폭음 오토바이,폭음자동차 소리로 쾌적성 저조. 3.비누,신발헤라도 없어서 4성급 호텔명이 무색 하였음 4.프론트가 1층이 아니고 9층이라서 불편했고 1층에 조성된 프론트가 창고처럼 사용하고 있어 첫인상에 호텔의 품격이 하락됨. 5.1회용품 비치 안된 사유를 명시 않은 점(쳌아웃시에 설명 들었음)

실내는 전반적으로 깨끗했고 침구도 편해서 숙박 자체는 만족스러웠습니다.

<조식 가격 22,000원> 가격 대비 선택할 수 있는 메뉴가 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로 구성이나 품질 면에서 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 가격을 조금 조정하거나 메뉴의 다양성과 질이 보완되면 더 만족스러운 조식이 될 것 같습니다. 또한 주차 공간협소 외부주차등 주차 시설이 다소 불편한 점도 아쉬웠습니다.

위치가 역과 가깝고 바다와 가까워서 좋았음.

The room was clean and peaceful. There is a convenience store in the building. The staff is nice.

We booked this hotel specifically due to it having a pool, but the pool wasn't even operational, which was a huge disappointment for us. So I would say it wasn't worth the premium compared to a similar quality hotel in Mokpo without a pool. The location isn't exactly the nicest area of Mokpo, but is close to the railway station and along some important bus routes.

Kein Personal nach 22 Uhr. Kein Ansprechpartner, laute Musik die ganze Nacht im Nebenzimmer, mega harte Betten.

목포항과 목포역에서 가까워서 좋습니다. 근대역사박물관도 도보로 가능하고 오션호텔 근처 및 근대역사박물관 근처 맛집도 도보로 가능해서 식사 및 산책 하는데 최적의 위치라고 생각합니다.

아쉬웠던 점은 특별히 없었던 것 같습니다.

We had some issues with our ferry and subsequently needing to tell the next accomodation that we would be arriving later. The staff was a great help with calling around for us since we do not speak Korean. Also extending our stay one night was easily doable. Room was nice, spacious and clean.

Only negative was that the room temperature was trending towards 30 degree C when the air-conditioning was not constantly running (in February).

쿼드러플룸으로 싱글침대 4개, 가운데 4인 의자와 테이블이 같이 있어 편안히 잘 지냈음. 공기청정기, 냉온정수기도 있어 편리했음

샤워부스 내에 옷 등을 놓을 선반이 있으면 좋겠음

객실의 청결도는 매우 만족했으며 직원들의 응대는 친절했읍니다.

1). 벼개가 1개씩이여서 좀 불편했으며, 2). 실내 온조 조절이 불가능하여 객실이 너무 더웠읍니다, 3) 에러베이터 내부 및 객실복도의 향이 너무 자극적이여서 상당히 불쾌감을 느꼈읍니다.

very harsh room lighting. no lamps by the bed. bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. bathroom layout has no privacy. water from shower also runs into toilet area. the hotel breakfast was disappointing & very poorly managed. many of the buffet items were cold or running out. the hotel staff member, who was managing the guest breakfast check-in, was too busy feeding himself & actually took food before the guests. we expected more care & professionalism from a hotel at this price point.

Vi skulle ikke være der så længe.

Værelset var ikke behageligt. Poolen var ikke tilgængelig heller ikke i åbningstiden og selv hotelgæsterne skulle betale i dyre domme for at bruge poolen. Personalet hilste ikke og var ikke venlige.

Schön sauber, es gibt Massagesitze. Sind top. Waren nur eine Nacht dort, würden aber wieder kommen. Alles bestens.

Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung, Zimmer sehr sauber, geräumig mit Tee/ Cafékocher und. Kühlschrank.... Restaurant voll ok...Pool gratis z. benutzen... Wer im Hotel nicht frühstücken möchte, es gibt außerhalb in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und und Caféshops... Personal spricht kaum englisch, aber es gibt ja Google Translater 😀

Beautiful location, new hotel, modern facilities

The room was good with a good bathroom.

I specifically booked this hotel for the rooftop pool, yet neither booking.com nor the hotel informed me at any time before (or during) our stay that the pool was closed for maintenance works. I later google translated a sign in the lift about the works which was the only information available. Housekeeping was bad. Twice we were provided one bath towel instead of two (including our first night). The place seemed understaffed.

Very clean , and comfortable. Nice roof top bar and pool. Strongly recommend to family vocation.

There was only one bathsize towel and it would have been nice to have a few things like loofah, shower cap etc.

Bien situé prés du port et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée avec une bonne literie. Belle salle d'eau fonctionnelle. Cet hôtel a donc le potentiel pour être bien noté. Malheureusement, il a des points négatifs. Le personnel est quasi absent à l'accueil et peu motivé. Le trafic de la rue est parfois bruyant et en plus il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel pendant notre séjour, bruyants eux aussi. Et surtout la propreté laissait à désirer : traces de café sur les portes des placards de la cuisine et traces de rouge à lèvres sur une des tasses. Dommage !

Det här hotellet var ett skämt. Personalen pratade ingen engelska trots detta står på deras hemsida. Sängarna var väldigt obekväma. Rummet i övrigt var ok med minus för trösklar till toaletten. Det fanns inte heller några sänglampor och taklampan kunde inte stängas av annat att man gick upp. Frukosten var oätlig. Halvljummen buffémat som säkert åkte ut och in i köket blandat med torrt bröd och plastost. Det fanns inget te eller juice utan bara saft och kaffe som serverades i tunna små papperskoppar. Då frukosten var dyr kändes det konstigt att behöva köpa till eget te, juice, ost samt ta med egen kopp och glas. Dessutom satt personalen och åt i matsalen istället för att hjälpa gästerna. Takterrassen var inte öppen trots det var över 20 grader varmt. Genom fönstret såg den väldigt sliten ut.

This hotel is so strict with the check in time yet, when I did checked in, I found a used cigarette bud next to the bed. It is written as it offers ocean view, but it is more like a port view. The area is filled with fish markets and sort of out of the way, I do not suggest this hotel for your stay in Mokpo. Not worth the price.

It looks aesthetically beautiful downstairs. The rooms are nicely designed as well.

The check in staff is not friendly or welcoming at all. I thought this the first time we stayed but thought maybe they were having an off day. However the second time it was the same. Especially the evening gal with long straight hair. Our room was not clean. We ended up cleaning the floor ourselves. There was a lot of hair, not ours on the floor. There were also dirty markings throughout the bathroom. It smelled bad also. We asked for extra towels to clean and let the staff know and she actually said sorry and laughed. Then left us to clean it ourselves. We have photos. We were told the first time we stayed there we needed to request breakfast. We weren’t able to get it the first time, there was no option for it at booking. So, this second time I sent a request for breakfast. When we got there, they were adamant we could not have breakfast because we didn’t pay ahead of time even though I showed them my request correspondence and was willing to pay at check in because there was no option for it when booking online. It was really unfortunate because we loved the hotel the first time we stayed a few days prior even though the staff was unfriendly.

최근 리모델링 해 새 호텔처럼 깨끗. 목포역 도보 10 분 이내라 접근성 좋고. 호텔 바로 앞이 항구라 풍경 좋고. 바로 옆은 종합 수산물 시장이라 구경하면 좋고. 방에 싱코대 있어 편리. 욕조 없는 것은 아쉽고. 로비와 복도가 우척 넓어 쾌적함. 전체적으로 가격대비 만족.

Everything was decent except for the noise coming from hallways and elevators at night.

Hôtel bien placé, grande chambre mais manque de mobilier : juste une table basse, pas de bureau ni console. Parking pratique. Pas de petit déjeuner continental. Tout juste en langue anglaise.

항구옆이라 기대하고 갔는데 저녁 6시가 되니 모두 문닫고 껌껌하고 식당도 마땅치 않아서 찾아다님~목포역 근처에도 딱히 먹을곳이 없어 당황하였음~이곳에 여행을 계획하신분은 먹을곳을 미리미리 알아보고 가시는것이 좋을듯하다. 주변 케이블카여행은 매우 좋았다

바다뷰는 좋은데 높은가격.가격대비 모텔 수준서비스및 아침식사. 오픈한지 얼마되지않으서 직원교육필요.

전반적인 평이 좋아 예약하게 되었으나, 객실갯수에 비해 너무 턱없이 부족한 주차장과,어기저기 저렴하게 공사하고,마무리가 덜된듯한 느낌의 모텔수준의 인테리어와 시설들. 객실에 싱크대가있으나 후드만있고,인덕션,조리도구등은 하나도 없었고,냉동기능도 없는 최악의 작은 냉장고,4인실을 예약했으나 작은원탁하나에 의자는 둘뿐. 캐리어를 펼쳘공간도 없고, 화장실,욕실의 문이 없어, 여러가지 불편하고,난처한 상황이었다. 안내데스크의 직원들은 극도로 불친절하여,더이상 말걸고 싶지않을정도, 서비스면에서 최악이었다.

위치가 별로...

넓고 쾌적하고 뷰도 좋고 깔끔하고 방마다 무풍에어컨 설치되어 있고 접근성도 좋아 매우 만족스러웠습니다 다만 비데가 설치되어있지 않고 욕실 이외엔 거울이 없던점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다
