Great hotel, nice clean rooms, exceptional breakfast and dinner, smiley staff, indoor serene pool with saunas, evening with cocktails on the rooftop bar with pool.

The fact that I couldn’t share screen on the television was a bit disappointing.

Barátságos és segítőkész személyzet. Félpanziós ellátással voltunk és nagyon finomak at vacsoráztunk. A reggeli is rendben volt. Jó helyen van a szálloda. 100 méteren belül egy bevásárlóközpont.

Voltak apró problémák a szobával kapcsolatban, de a személyzet gyorsan megoldotta. A tetőtéri medencét csak 12 után lehetett használni. Egyszer csak 17-ig, mert valami rendezvény volt. Erről értesítést csak aznap délután kaptunk. Furcsa volt, hogy a SPA-t csak pénzért lehetett használni. Ilyet eddig még nem tapasztaltunk.

The service, the rooms, the pool were fantastic!

l'emplacement et la piscine sont bien.

Décevant petit déjeuner, il ressemble plutôt à une cantine. Croissants, pains au chocolat etc industriels et surtout pas frais de tout; pour nous les français ils étaient immangeables. Pas de pâtisserie locale, ni de jus d'oranges frais, pourtant le Portugal est producteur d'oranges. Table sans nappe ni set de table, déplorable pour un hôtel affichant 5 étoiles. Pour avoir des peignoirs et des slippers il fallait les demander à la réception. Seul, le premier jour nous avons eu des petites serviettes pour les mains. Le nettoyage du balcon n'était pas fait pendant notre séjours. En général le nettoyage était plutôt grossière. De prévoir un espace séparé pour des parents avec des enfants en petit âge serait une bonne idée. Les cris et pleurs d'enfants quand vous voulez prendre un petit déjeuner tranquille, sont insupportable.

We were there for appointments at CUF next door. It was super convenient and the staff were very professional. We didn’t know how long the stay was and the staff were ver accommodating in checking us daily. The breakfast was excellent.

Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner correct sans être exceptionnel. Un conseil : demandez une exposition Est. Côté Ouest vous avez droit à un immense chantier avec bruit des engins et le soleil qui chauffe votre chambre alors que la clim est poussive.

L'hôtel peut privatiser son rooftop et donc la piscine avec. Ainsi il fut impossible d'accéder à la piscine à partir de 17h sans que l'on soit prévenu la veille ou le matin avant d' aller nous promener. Je trouve cela inadmissible alors que son accès fait partie du prix. On vous dit que vous pouvez aller à la piscine intérieure, mais il faut payer en supplément.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Sauna und Dampfbad haben keinen schönen Platz keine Aufgüsse und nur mit kleidung. Hierfür extra Geld zu verlangen ist nicht so schön. Das Hallenbad ist viel zu warm und nicht ansprechend

An outstanding experience from check-in to check-out! The staff was incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. We celebrated both our honeymoon and a birthday here, and they made sure to pamper us and make our stay truly special. The facilities are brand new and exceptionally well-maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. We will definitely be coming back!

The only minor issue was the pool towels — if you didn't grab them early in the morning, they ran out quite quickly.

La piscina y el ambiente que había en ella, música acogedora

Mi experiencia en este hotel, después de una estancia de 10 días y un gasto cercano a los 5.000 € entre alojamiento, comidas y otros servicios, ha estado muy por debajo de lo que esperaba de un establecimiento de esta categoría. Antes de llegar pregunté si existía la posibilidad de realizar el check-in algo antes de las 15:00, ya que llegábamos después de prácticamente ocho horas de viaje y sin dormir. Me indicaron que dependería de la disponibilidad, algo que entiendo perfectamente. Sin embargo, llegamos aproximadamente entre las 13:00 y las 13:30 y no fue posible disponer de ninguna habitación. Estábamos agotados y tuvimos que marcharnos al pueblo para hacer tiempo, hasta el punto de que el cansancio hizo incluso desagradable conducir. Como alternativa, únicamente podíamos quedarnos medio tumbados en los sofás de recepción. También me sorprendió enormemente que ninguna de las personas con las que tratamos en el hotel hablara castellano. Teniendo en cuenta la enorme cantidad de viajeros hispanohablantes ( somos el segundo país que más visita las islas) y la proximidad de las Azores con España, considero que un hotel orientado al turismo internacional debería poder ofrecer, al menos en cierta medida, atención en español. Otro aspecto que me pareció incomprensible fue el tema de las toallas para la piscina. Hasta el tercer día de nuestra estancia no pudimos disponer de ellas. Cuando preguntábamos, la respuesta era que estaban secándose o que no había suficientes para todos los huéspedes. Considero que un hotel de esta categoría debería prever algo tan básico como disponer de suficientes toallas de piscina para sus clientes, especialmente en temporada alta. Durante nuestra estancia ocurrió además algo que considero especialmente grave: uno de los días nuestra habitación se quedó directamente sin hacer.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, wie bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse zu erwarten ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön geräumig.

Z.Zt. befindet sich vor der Tür des Hotels eine Großbaustelle auf der 12/6 Stunden sehr laut gearbeitet wird. Der Balkon ist daher nicht benutzbar. Auch bei geschlossener Tür hört man den Baulärm. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Minibar. Am 1. Tag stehen 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser bereit, die nicht leider nicht erneuert werde. Kostenloses Wasser ist heutzutage in vielen preisgünstigeren Hotels Standard. Der Spabereich hat nicht meinen Erwartungen eines 5 Sterne Hotels entsprochen, obwohl er zusätzlich 10€ pro Tag kostet! Die Saune ist ok, aber es gibt keine vernünftigen Abkühlmöglichkeiten, da es nur Regenduschen gibt, die nicht wirklich kalt sind. Das Dampfbad stinkt und der Abfluss ist sehr laut. Der Ruheraum ist nett, aber lieblos und kalt.

Három napig nem volt melegvíz a szobában két alkalommal is elmulasztották a takarítást a reggeliző rendszeresen zsúfolt volt már reggel nyolctól is nemcsak kilenc és 10 között rendszeresen elfelejtették valamit a szobában megcsinálni pl. szappan feltöltés pl. törülköző a lefolyó el van dugulva annak a megjavítása és így tovább szállodában meghirdetett wellness szolgáltatás extra fizetésért volt elérhető a medence pedig hideg vízzel volt feltöltve ami nem annyira kellemes amikor a melegvíz miatt reklamáltunk akkor azt mondták hogy menjünk le a fizetős spárba hogyha fürdeni szeretnénk ilyet egy vagy két csillagos szállodánál még elfogad az ember hogy közös zuhanyzóba megy de nem egy ötcsillagosban. A szálloda mellett építkezés volt reggel 8.00-tól este nyolcig elviselhetetlen volt a zaj

Het dakterras met zwembad had een prachtig uitzicht en heel vriendelijk personeel

Onze kamer met zeezicht had slechts een klein stukje zeezicht. Echter hebben we dit aangegeven en werd heel netjes opgelost.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo e arrumado

Sehr gutes Hotel, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick auf den Pico de Barrosa, über Lagoa und ein bisschen Meer. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Es gibt ein üppiges Frühstück und einen Pool und Bar auf dem Dach, sowie einen Wellnessbereich, der allerdings 10€ extra kostet (Tagesnutzung). Bett war bequem und Badezimmer schön.

Es scheint keine Bademäntel für große Menschen zu geben. Sie hatten uns auf Nachfrage extra eine XL gebracht, aber die war für 1,90cm große Menschen immernoch recht knapp.

Przyjemny hotel o dobrym standardzie. Można odpocząć, zrelaksować się i miło spędzić czas. Świetny personel! Wszyscy zawsze uśmiechnięci, chętni do pomocy i tak po ludzku po prostu fajni. Warto skorzystać z restauracji: pyszne jedzenie i fachowa obsługa, duże brawa dla szefa kuchni i reszty zespołu. Warto też odwiedzić basen i bar, zlokalizowane na dachu. Pokój wygodny, dobrze wyposażony z ogromnym łóżkiem. Na śniadaniach jest m.in. duży wybór herbat z pobliskiej uprawy, których warto spróbować przed zakupami:-)

Najdroższe pokoje, czyli te z widokiem na morze (ocean), są aktualnie skierowane na pobliską budowę. To nie wina hotelu, że na działce obok jest budowa, ale promowanie pokoi w takiej cenie i komunikowanie widoku na morze (ocean) jest nie na miejscu. Ocean oczywiście widać, ale przyjemność z siedzenia na balkowie jest zerowa, kiedy przed oczami widać wielki dźwig i słychać hałas.

The staff was amazing - very welcoming, polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They listened carefully to every request and concern I had. To my biggest surprise, I was welcomed with a gourmet dessert and a handwritten note, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. The room was brand new, so everything looked spotless. The cleanliness was of the highest standard, and I was impressed by the overall attention to detail. Breakfast had everything I needed, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. I also appreciated that the breakfast area was not too large, making it feel calm and never overcrowded. One more thing worth mentioning is that many hotels and private accommodations on the island struggle with mold due to the tropical climate, which creates ideal conditions for it. Since this hotel is brand new, there were no signs of mold at all, and it is clear they are doing an excellent job maintaining the property. (!!!) One detail I especially appreciated was the bedding. Unlike many other places on the island, the duvet was properly enclosed in a duvet cover instead of being placed between two flat sheets. It felt much more comfortable and, from a hygiene perspective, far more appealing. No issues with parking, and you can reach any place in this island very quickly from there.

The only thing I didn't like was that I hadn't booked more nights. I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Paguei por um quarto com king size bed e quando lá cheguei era um double single, apenas juntaram as camas. Na receção explicaram a situação, ofereceram foi 2 vales de bebida pré selecionada no bar... a cama era desconfortável

The hotel is nice and convenient as usual for the Hiltons. If we could have enjoyed all the services, it would have been great.

We didn’t like that we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to an event, we should have been advised beforehand as we planned for a relaxing day. Also, the restaurant wasn’t available as regularly and on top there weren’t vegetarian choices and there aren’t much options around.

Отель новый и большой. Очень комфортные чистые номера. Удобные кровати. Отличная звукоизоляция. Прекрасный спа-центр. Видовой бассейн с террасой на крыше. Хорошая локация, если Вы на машине. Рядом большой супермаркет Continente. Питание скромное, но свежее и вкусное.

Старший персонал ресепшен холодный и недружелюбный. Но молодые сотрудники, сотрудники спа и ресторана очень милые. Зал ресторана очень маленький и не может разместить всех гостей, поэтому на ужин нужно записываться.

Das Essen in der Bar hatte kein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Mooie, ruime kamers en prima ontbijt.

Chaotische incheck. Vuilbakje in onze badkamer was volledig gedeukt, voor een 5 sterren zou dit niet mogen. Naast het hotel is momenteel een bouwwerf die met momenten veel lawaai veroorzaakt.

Nota máxima em tudo! Boa localização, staff super simpático e prestável, com muito boa decoração, acolhedor, comida ótima. Experiência a repetir sem dúvida!

Achei tudo ótimo desde do quarto, do jantar ate ao pequeno almoço. Funcionários simpático sempre preocupados se nós estavamos a gostar ou nao ! Hotel muito limpo eu amei as piscinas . Recomendo muito e futuramente voltarei sem dúvida alguma

Super sauber und sehr bequeme Betten sowie Kissen und freudliches Personal. Optisch alles sehr hochwertig. Tolles Gym - funktionierte alles super. Genügen Parkplatzmöglichkeiten vorhanden für Mietautos.

1. Defekte Tiefgarage (Ausweichen auf Aussenparkplätze - für uns kein Problem) 2. Aufpreispflichtiges Wellness (war uns nicht bewusst - pro Person pro Tag 10 EUR extra - finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt bei dem Hotelpreis) 3. Wir waren aufgrund frühem Flug relativ früh vor Ort, hatten wir auch bei der Reservation angegeben - das Hotel kam uns 0,0 entgegen für ein früheres Beziehen des Zimmers, es war eine Punktladung mit 15:00 Uhr finde ich Schade bei diesem Preis und Sternehotel - kenne ich anders 4. Das bitterste finde ich die Essensqualität des Hotelrestaurants (Aufpreis) sowie Rooftopbar. Preislich echt happig und das dafür gebotene Essen nicht gut.

Es war nicht möglich, das Zimmer 1,5 Stunden früher zu bekommen, obwohl ich darum gebeten habe, da nach unserer Ankunft Freunde auf uns gewartet haben. Ausgegangener Lachs beim Frühstück (09.15 Uhr) wurde erst nach Reklamation gebracht
