Loved the size of the room. We were on a busy corner yet our room was very quiet. Everyone was very friendly. I just wish they had a towel bar or some place to hand towel after drying hands.

Love the snacks and coffee offering, very special. Big rooms for Paris - right next to the metro. Convenient to get to Paris central.

We liked the door tag to refuse house keeping for that day, our room was very clean when we arrived. Our only problem was finding the hotel, there seemed to be a lack of signage on the front of the hotel.

Personnel sympathique, ambiance un peu fraîche dans la chambre, l'impression que la clim ne se coupait pas. Le gel douche était vide ou la pompe ne marchait pas j'ai dû prendre le savon à main. Réveil impromptu par une alarme incendie, merci à la jeune fille de la réception qui m'a refait un badge suite à ma porte de chambre claquée. La bonne idée dans le cas d'un concert à l'adidas arena est le snacking dispo avant et après, quand on a pas vraiment faim mais besoin d'un petit quelque chose.

Si vous cherchez un hôtel pour ne pas dormir, c’est le bon! Bruits du train/tram en continue qui vous réveille à 5h du matin, et qui passe toutes les 2/3min. Je ne sais même pas comment il est acceptable de proposer ce genre de chambres où il est tout simplement impossible de dormir ou de se reposer. J’ai pris des vidéos et ne compte pas en rester là, très déçu moi qui ai l’habitude des OKKO.

Très bonne adresse à Paris. Super hôtel à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles. Les services sont top ! Je recommande !

Close to the rail station. If room is at that site to much noise. AC in family took quit some time to get a comfortable feeling.

L’hôtel est incroyable, les chambres son spacieuse, mention spéciale pour la vue et la gentillesse du personnel (anecdote : je me suis fait mal au genoux pendant mon séjour et une hôtesse est directement allée me chercher de la glace pour me soulager) le restaurant est délicieux également et la literie est impeccable Un grand merci

Far from central Paris but train station was right across the hotel. Very pretty decor, good restaurant and nice employees.

The property it self was easy for transport links and it was straight forwards. The hotel was clean to the eyes and it looked nice. However, whenever we were in the room we suffered extreme allergies therefore not making the stay comfortable. We also noticed there was an extremely weird, damp smell. If you’re looking for a hotel with good transport this could be it but be prepared to hear the trains at all hours. It was also not that safe around the area and had multiple people looking in when we were waiting downstairs in the lobby that wouldn’t leave. Overall it was a convenient stay and I applaud them for their use of sustainable options and the breakfast was always lovely and simple and the staff there were nice. The Italian restaurant was nice also. The surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t really recommend due to safety and options not being the best.

Perfect prijs kwaliteit, mooie kamer in een mooi hotel. Wij ondervonden echter 1 vervelend nadeel: in de kamer hing er een vieze leiding/ riolering geur.

El hotel es bonito, actualizado limpio. Cerca de una estacion del RER. Estuve por 6 noches. Nos prometieron un desayuno extra para dos personas debido al error que habia tenido la persona que nos cobro el check in al momento de realizar el cobro del tax city. Hicimos efectivo lo que se nos indico en recepción a los dos días con la sorpresa de cuando hicimos el check out nos cobraron £39. Al hacer el reclamo el señor que nos atendió,no muy amable, nos indico que debíamos hacer el reclamo por correo. Nunca me contestaron ni si quiera para darme una respuesta. Tengan cuidado con lo que les prometen porque los pueden estafar como a mi.

Inacceptable que la réception prenne la totalité des informations de la carte bancaire ! Je ne recommanderai pas l’hôtel.

Pas facile à trouver lorsqu'on arrive pour la première fois.... L'entrée principale est mal identifier de la rue surtout le jour... Aussi, le renvoie du lavabo qui n'est pas correct... et les petits déjeuners manque de choix chaud ... Ils ont une belle installation mais il ne s'en servent pas ...

It was a clean and new hotel, the check in was disorganized that the guests behind us got confrontational with us and it did not give us a good start of our stay after a 9 hours flight. Staff apologized to the person behind but not us. Would recommand if we could at least check in / pay for deposit before 2pm (without getting our room keys) to make check in for efficient and not deal with impatient people in line

Smidigt boende precis bredvid station Rosa Parks. Nära schyssta områden som La Villett. Men annars inget charmigt område i sig. En märklig doft i hotellet.

Service was very good, and there s a hub where you can get snacks and fruit , water ( still and sparkling) ..all for FREE. Good price quality.

It was great! Very near the RER E line which made it really easy getting around Paris. The staff were really friendly and helped us with directions and telling us the best travel apps to get around Paris and we loved the free snacks and tea in the bar area. The room was lovely, really clean and well presented and the pillows and duvet were soft and amazing. The hotel is by the train tracks so you can hear a little noise but it’s not very loud. Bed was really comfy and spacious.

Okko Rosa Parks was so easy to get to from Gare du Nord one short bus ride away. The area was friendly well connedced by bus, Tram and Tube. Close enough to all the main attractions and still offered a local feel. The hotel itself was modern the staff was friendly and we were able to see the some of the landmarks from our room with a city view. Over all a great stay and I would definitely book again.

Relativt nytt og flott hotell med alt en trenger. Veldig deilig med en lounge, som er åpen døgnet rundt, hvor en kan slappe av og nyte gratis drikke, snacks og frukt. Likte også spesielt vanntappekranen ved siden av heisen på hver etasje. Rommet var kjempe stort og rent. Veldig greit å være så nærme RER/tog stasjon for å komme seg enkelt til sentrum eller Disneyland. Eneste negative var at en hører togene som kommer forbi hotellet, siden togskinnene går rett ved siden av hotellet. Vi ble vant med det etter noen dager.

It was good, but to far from where we were going to.

Le séjour se déroulait bien, jusqu'à ce que l'alarme incendie retentisse en pleine nuit. Nous sommes donc sortis de la chambre, où nous avons retrouvé bon nombre de clients dans le couloir. Nous y sommes restés sans que, et cela jusqu'à la fin de l'alarme, personne ne vienne jamais nous voir pour nous rassurer ou nous expliquer la situation. Elle a même retentit une deuxième fois, cette fois moins longtemps, mais idem, aucune explication. S'ajoute à cela qu'aucun dédodomagement, remboursement, geste, ni la moindre excuse nous ont été offerte. Alors qu'il s'agissait de la seule nuit dans cette hôtel bien évidemment gâchée.

Lit confortable et l’accès au lounge très appréciable avec collations et snacking. En revanche un vrai manque d’isolation extérieure car les chambres donnant juste à côté des lignes de chemin de fer… les boules quies sont impératives. Dommage sinon tout le reste est très bien.

Trés bel hôtel avec de belles chambres confortables. Le club est un plus avec accès à des boissons et collations H24. Le personnel etait très gentil et réactif. Le petit dejeuner très bon. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.

A very nice hotel all the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing that was a little weird was the hospital across the walkway they had some interesting characters out there, but everything else was absolutely great and I loved the fact that they offered different kind of snacks and breakfast throughout the day with some really cool juices and items

I would recommend this hotel, the stay was nice.

Amazing property, very close to rail system (which helps a ton with transportation but you can definitely hear everything if your window faces the tracks). Overall very pleased. They were able to accommodate us after our flight was delayed at no extra cost which was so very much appreciated. Young girl working at front desk is a delight!

Très bon séjour, par contre restaurant fermé le week-end et pas de possibilité de réchauffer un repas.

24 hours accessible lounge area was great. There is room to improve on breakfast part. I would not recommend trying the Italian restaurant because the foods weren’t as good as I was expecting. Very welcoming nice and at the front desk. Overall was a good experience.

Séjour d'une nuit agréable, dans un hôtel récent, avec des services originaux (espace "CALM" Comme A La Maison, avec boissons et nourriture disponibles).

L'hôtel est tout neuf, la literie et les draps sont très confortables, les chambres sont spacieuses, bien insonorisées (mis à part les chambres donnant sur les voies ferrées - réveillés par le train à 6h malgré un bon double-vitrage...). Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et le personnel serviable. Les boissons et snacks mis gratuitement à disposition dans le lobby chaleureux sont appréciables. MAIS MAIS MAIS : le quartier est sal et dangereux. Nous y étions pour un concert à l'Adidas Arena, à 10min à pied, mais avons été suivis à l'aller et au retour, et avons croisé beaucoup de personnes sous drogues. Malheureusement, je conseillerais un hôtel dans un autre quartier à cause de cela.

Chambre assez bruyante, à proximité des trains. Sinon chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Menage entre les 2 nuits bâclé, c’est dommage.

A noter un très très bon accueil de la jeune dame présente a la réception le 04/12/24 en soirée. Pour le reste tout est parfait comme d habitude

En déplacement professionnel dans le secteur, l’équipe de l’hôtel est très agréable, les prestations très bonnes avec un espace club, un vrai bureau dans la chambre etc.

Most of the staff was rude and barely spoke if you came to the front desk. Barely any shower products (not what you expect from a 4star hotel). Room was pretty and spaceous and new, only downside is that there are barely any lamps and the painting in our room had fallen off the wall and they tried to hide the holes in the wall by placing it kinda strangely on top of the bed. Let's just say that for the fairly high price, the fact that it's a 4-star hotel with a medium to not so great location it wasn't worth it. The location was fine when you're with a man. Plus sides: big rooms, new, nice aesthetic, lounge area with free tea & coffee (and a few snacks but in such small containers, again not 4 star vibes).

Mini séjour très satisfaisant. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Bel établissement de qualité, . Chambre propre, spacieuse, lumineuse, literie très confortable. Services proposés de qualité, utiles et pratiques (snacking, boissons chaudes et fraiches, presse, espace forme et sauna, salle de repassage... etc) . Une LÉGÈRE déception concernant le restaurant en week-end qui ne propose que quelques plats de la carte donc, peu de choix mais ce n'est pas un réel problème.

Flott nytt hotel med hyggelig betjening og prima frokost. Rent og pent. Ligger i rolig område, men kun en restaurant i tillegg til hotellets i området. Gode offentlige transportmuligheter, men ikke etter midnatt. Hotellet ligger et godt stykke fra sentrum og derfor ikke så egnet for de som har stort behov for å delta i Paris sitt natteliv.

Longue attente pour le Check-in. Un seul poste et une seule personne pour gérer de nombreux arrivants. Chambre avec odeur nauséabonde. J’ai du demander un changement de sens. Équipement de la chambre banal, pas à la du nombre d’étoiles annoncées. Au restaurant, très longue attente et équipe pas très efficace… Deux soirs de suite . Bref…j’avais assez envie de tester cet établissement a priori bien noté .. Mais au final très déçu de mon expérience. Je n’y retournerai pas

Personnel très accueillant, chambre très spacieuse mais manque d'insonorisation et à proximité de rames. Environnement moyen et accès à l'hôtel mal indiqué (pas de signalisation).

O hotel era novo, bem limpo, instalações muito boas, só o cheiro que parecia de esgoto que incomodou um pouco. Mas nos restaurante as instalações são muito boas.

スタッフはとても親切で感じも良かったです。 一方で、清掃がキレイになされておらず、前の人の髪の毛が床やバスルームに沢山落ちていました。滞在中もバスマットがそのままだったりタオルが補充されていなかったりで、その度にスタッフの方にお願いしなければなりませんでした。また、夜中2時くらいまで上の人が歩き回る音や椅子を引く音がしていて、目が覚めることが何度もありました。 施設自体は新しく(でもシャワーの水圧は弱め)、問題が起こってもスタッフの方が対応してくれるのですが、良いところと悪いところが極端なホテルだと思いました。 因みに交通の便はとても良い場所にあり、毎日遠方に出かけるには便利でした。一方で周辺の治安には少し驚きました。旅行者には若干緊張感が必要な場所です。

Tres bel hotel, tres bon accueil, personnel tres agreable. Dommage le menage est tres moyen (aspirateur n est pas passe, preuve a l appui) . Quartier sans grand interet mais a proximite d une station rer tres pratique. .Sinon je le recommande.

Bonjour, la signature de cette chaîne d’hôtel et le libre-service il est presque inexistant. Petit-déj’ ce matin à partir de sept heures, j’y étais, mais la personne qui est installé l’intégralité du buffet arrive à 7h15 Donc pas de fruits, toute la partie salée installée pour moitié Je ne fais pas du tourisme, et je ne peux pas me permettre d’attendre une demi-heure que tout soit installé pour déjeuner. J’ai dû partir travailler 19 € pour un déjeuner de ce genre reste très cher payé.

Hotel com instalações novas, quarto amplo. Bem próximo tem uma estação de ReR e de ônibus, mas um pouco distante do metrô. Equipe prestativa e simpática. O hotel dispõe de água nos corredores e no restaurante suco, café, chás e pequenos lanches (bolo, biscoito..) free para os hóspedes.

Hotel de bonne qualité avec des chambres spacieuses. Petit bémol le quartier qui est dépourvue de restaurants et de services de qualité.
