Hotel itself was easy enough to find although depends on how you reach the area ie Line 7 or bus 132 or tram T3a. Lidl practically few minutes to the hotel and also a small Franprix store. Check-in went fine but needed to double confirm the free breakfast status several times as Expedia booking clearly indicated as such. Room itself was very spacious, clean and with mini kitchenette. Breakfast offering was on a rather small side considering the 4-star rating but was sufficient enough. Water tap providing still and sparkling was a good feature. Overall, a decent safe stay.

This hotel has very large rooms compared to others in Paris. Room had mini fridge, microwave oven, glasses and dishes as well as a sink to wash them. The bed was comfortable and in the lobby there was coffee and sparkling water for free 24/7. The area does look a bit insecure at night. The metro station is located around 500 meters from the hotel and it takes like 20 minutes to get to the city center. Service was very good and breakfast was ok.

Overall, the hotel is decent if you're looking for something inexpensive. I liked that they had AC instead of central air, like other places. Also, I liked that after a certain hour, the front door requires a room key to access which makes you feel a bit safer. I do wish they took better care in handling the linen and overall cleanliness; I found blonde hair in my towels while using them. Also, the Internet is spotty and every time you leave and come back to the property you have to sign up again.

Una habitación muy grande y cómoda con todo lo necesario Muy limpia Si tuviera que poner una pega es que al estar adaptada para minusválidos el tema de la ducha es caótico al no haber mampara y el suelo se llena de agua y para lavarte la cara es incómodo el grifo… pero es excepcional y el barrio es seguro

L'accueil était très agréable et la chambre était calme. La prochaine station métro pour aller au centre de Paris est à quelques minutes.

Buen hotel, limpio, moderno, recientemente aperturado. Ideal para solo travelers o parejas. La recepcionista Mon Desir fue un ángel en mi estadía, siempre amable, atenta, con gran actitud de servicio, me sugirió un excelente restaurante con vista a la ciudad, que estuvo 10 de 10 (TOO Restaurant)el cual está a 5 minutos en coche del hotel. Algo que es importante saber es que el hotel NO está en los barrios o zonas principales de Paris, si no en un suburbio alejado el cual es parte de la zona metropolitana. Esto hace complejo el trasladarse a las atracciones principales de París, 40-60 min en metro. Tienes que salir en la mañana y ya no regresar hasta la noche si embargo … por las noches las calles aledañas son oscuras y no se siente un ambiente seguro si viajas solo, tienes que usar Uber o taxi en las noches. Fuera de ahí todo está fabuloso y es un gran lugar a precio razonable.

This is a great, clean hotel with a very friendly staff but the location was very inconvenient and the area was not pleasant.

This is an amazing place, and I recommend it as a great place to stay for a night.

Very happy with my choice with choosing this hotel. The staff was outstanding and very polite. The hotel was very clean and near by there's options for food or a grocery store. The entire crew went above and beyond to assure our stay was pleasant. I do want to give a special thanks to Mon Desir who was at the front, she was GREAT!

The hotel itself is fine. The property is fairly new and immaculate. Each room comes with a microwave, sink, and mini-refrigerator. The rooms are air conditioned and the windows can be opened if you prefer. The shower provides excellent temperature and water pressure. The main issue with the property is the location, the area around it is a bit grungy and the location is a bit far from Central Paris. Although accessible by public transit, this hotel is not on a metro line, so you will need to take the bus and metro to reach central Paris. On average it took me about 45 minutes to reach most of the main attractions in the city. If you don't mind the commute then it's not a big deal, but if you want to be close to the attractions I would probably recommend choosing another property. Despite this it was a good stay overall.

Sehr gutes, neues Hotel. Große Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Nette Mitarbeiter. Besonderer Vorteil der Lage ist, dass man nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß direkt in Metro Linie 7 einsteigen kann. Diese bringt einen sehr schnell ins Zentrum von Paris.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were also very clean and organized well. There were a lot of utensils in the room (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, cutlery). The hotel also offers a delightful breakfast. The 24/7 water(cold/hot) and coffee service is very convenient. Metro line 7 with connections to the entire city is 10 minutes away by walking.

This is a wonderful property with a wonderful staff. Best part is it is relatively close to main tourist atttaction via bus, subway, or Uber.

Room very clean, good water pressure, bed very comfortable and firm; staff are phenomenal ( special shout out to Mondesir). Not the best location for foodie like myself.

The staff was phenomenal. Spoke English well enough for my wife and I (USA) to easily converse. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel room was spacious. Great spot on the south side, meaning it was very quiet and easy to sleep at night!

A little bit of luxury tucked away and close to transport links.

I had a king room, the furnishings were in excellent condition, the bed was very comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were great to have in the room. The hotel has great security, the main door you have to be buzzed in for check in, and then your room key to open after that. For the elevator your key is needed to use. The hotel was on a quiet street. Up the street, a very short walk is a bus stop. Very convenient. There is also a grocery store a short walk, if you want some fruit or snacks for your stay.

Perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Super gute Qualität der Einrichtung und Betten. Sehr nettes freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage und Bahnanbindung. Man kann im Hotel günstig und sicher sein Auto abstellen und ist in wenigen Minuten mit perfekter Anbindung per Bus und Bahn in der Stadt. Der Bus ist nur 100m entfernt und fährt alle 5 bis 9 Minuten. Die beste Wahl. Sehr gern wieder!
